I have order samsung s9+ from airtel online store and on 24/03/2018. I got a call from airtel vulcan delivery name asif he told me that sir i have lots of work so i cannnot delivery your phone today if you want u can come to our office what’s kind of service is this airtel should deliver the phone at address that provided by customer.
Then i went to vulcan office there i sat for 3 hours because there was issue with the system not working properly. It show my kyc is still pending and they said without kyc we cannot delivery the phone i got the verification
Message from aadhaar department but still in airtel system it’ shows kyc pending i waisted bloody 3 hours there n i did not get the phone

Yes, true. It is happening with most of all airtel customer who ordered products from Online store. Very frustrating.
I have faced the same too. They always say that they are busy and we have to go somewhere to connect it. Pathetic service.
Did anyone get the mobile phone finally? I have also preordered a device and it shows "KYC pending" on their website.
Yeah i have also preorderd and showing kyc pending will i get my mobile plz help

    I have been facing issues with the dth for the last 6 days and 4 technicians have visited so far but the issue is still not solved.

    Last 3 days there is not signal, when the technician is here and does some settings, all channels work fine only for a short period of time then no signal

    The service provided so far is not good and i have been charged for replacing some cable parts like the cable itself or the connector and so on

        My brother had applied to port from vodofone to airtel on feb 17th. It's has been over 5 weeks and nothing has happened so far. We have been running from one head office to other small airtel offices with no response so far. What's worst we have also written to the appellate authority with some rather unprofessional responses. They keep saying we will get back to you at the earliest and yet nothing so far. The airtel number we are trying to port is [protected]. We are planning to go to the customer and grevences court if this doesn't resolve in the next week.

          I want to change aim to 4g me and it was maharashtra circle sim i have got changed sim from your mega store and the commitment was the new sim will get activated in 2hrs but after 5 to 6 days also it is not activated yet and when i visited to my area normal store they behave arrogantly and said we don't have any concern with this go to mega store this is very pathetic service by airtel and i feeling like to move to other subscribers so i recommend to other also not go with airtel anymore and i will also port my no. To other you guys are promoting ur services for digital india nd this type of service u provide to ur customer shame on you...

            I, sagarika mukhopadhyay, is user of airtel having ph no. [protected]. Today received a message from airtel about activation of modelmaniaw and airtel now flash. It was activated without any consent from me. An amount of rs 35/- was deducted by airtel. I felt like being cheated and was not expected from a renowned co. Like airtel. With great difficulty i had to get it cancelled. I tried to contact 121 but all attempts were futile. Pl return rs 35/- as the service was not initiated by me. Please see that unwanted activation of such links need to be stopped forthwith. Thanks.

            I, sagarika mukhopadhyay, ph no. [protected] lodged a complaint on 24th march, 2018 in respect o[censored]nwanted activation of modelmaniaw and airtel now flash by airtel. The services were never asked for. Requested to return the amount of rs 35/- to my phone balance. Airtel, it seems, that they are not justifying their reputation. Almost 24 hrs passed and no reply is received. This type of services do not provide any interest to me and activation of such services without notice is undesired and unethical. Thanks.

              I had made payment my last bill of Rs.124/-, still the Airtel has suddenly barred outgoing services today stating I need to pay amount of Rs.507.83 immediately.

              This Amount of Rs.507.83/- includes last month and current month bill (Rs.123.68 +Rs.38415/-)
              The due date of the Current bill is 8th of every month. But they have included previous month bill showing overdue and barred my services.
              They have done this inspite of the previous bill Rs.124/- paid through My airtel app. and they are insisting that I have to pay the current bill too for getting my incoming services back.

              I am feeling frustrated as this is nothing but harrasment at no fault of mine.

              Even after making the payment my services is been barred.
              This was the automatic message received from Airtel after making the payment on 20th March 2018.
              "Bill payment of Rs 124.0 for your airtel mobile [protected] has been processed successfully. Txn ID: 681468. The amount will be credited to your mobile account within 48 hrs. Now pay through myairtel app and get discount coupons every time. To download the app, click airtel.in/myairtel"

                Sir,

                I was not using internet in this airtel prepaid no. [protected]. I had a main balance of around rs. 90 in this no. Today morning, i switched from my old mobile to new mobile. But i find preferred network being used by default from airtel network and balance being deducted from my account. Please inform airtel to refund this amount at the earliest.

                  I am an user of airtel network for last 10 years. My number is [protected]. Originally it was postpaid but i got port in prepaid for last 02 years. Presently i am residing in gali no. 4, chalera, noida up. For last one month i am am facing acute problem with network for voice call as well as in data. I called the airtel executive on 12118 for lodging complaint but he replied that we don't have information about prepaid. Hence he given a number [protected]. I have tried several times this number but call could not matured.
                  Company is not providing the proper complaint site or contact number. Itr means there is a problem with company's network.
                  It is therefore requested to ask the company's officials to resolve the issue immediately.
                  Company may also be directed not to make public fool by giving base less advertisements.

                    I was used airtel dish tv from last two years unlimited plan for year with paying huge amount to you. Mainly this amount pay to you for all channels and your company simply massage me (Due to price hike by star network thier channels withdrawl from your pack).
                    Sir, how you withdraw these channel from our pack, we already paid you for one year and how you people decided that these channels are withdrawn at this important period of ipl.
                    Due to this we are very disappointed and want to change dish connection this is very horrable you people advance take money from public and change of pack as per your convinience.

                    This is worst service i was seen ever.

                      I have been in airtel network for last 6 years but now i think it is the time to say good bye to airtel.
                      I have to dial a number multiple times to connect to a particular number. It says that "all lines are currently busy, try again later" and sometimes call automatically gets ended without any sound, called customercare as well, the only solution they will have is switch off and switch on the device and i know its never gonna work coz i have tried everything. It really irritates a lot when you are really in hurry, and make a urgent call but your call could not get connected.
                      I need to carry a extra back up basic phone with idea or vodafone sim in it.

                        I am having problem in porting my number [protected] from tata docomo to airtel. On 05 mar 18 i went to airtel relationship office, jorhat and submitted my port pin number and all the documents they said me to submit and also given rs. 100 for that as they asked me to pay. On 08 mar 18 i got a message from airtel customer services stating that my porting request is validated and the number will be ported into airtel by 20 mar 18. Now this is 23 mar 18 and my number not yet been ported into airtel. I made phone call to airtel office two or three times and once they pick my call and now they not picking my call and whenever i am visited to airtel office they told me they submitted and forwarded my document further. But still my number not been ported into airtel.

                          I am not receiving incoming calls since 20th march 2018, my mobile no. Is [protected]. On 21st march i made the complaint with airtel store pallavaram chennai and he confirmed it will be resolve within 48 hours as of now these problem was not sort out, the same problem i faced in the month of january 1, 2018 and january 14, 2018 than i changed my sim as per airtel customer care request, again i am facing same issue.

                            My number is [protected]. For the past few days i am experiencing that i have been charged for unwanted 155223 services. I have never subscribed any of the services. Whenever i stop any service, another services automatically gets activated. I feel like cheated. Please stop all this. I have been stopping this by calling on 155223 but no use as it is activation again and again. And charges have beed debiting by the airtel. I thought airtel is a cheater company who stealing my money by the way of fraud services activation directly without any prior approval. Also i am fed-up with this continues practice by the airtel. Looking forward to resolve otherwise i will take up it in court

                              I will recharge my airtel number and payment will cut in my bank account but balance couldn't creditd in my airtel number please solve my problem.
                              And company will send me a message for a recharge done nd i will two times recgarge in last two days i will call in comapny on 198 but he doesn't support properly then i will decide for a complaint.....

                                Sir please solve my problem
                                I was ported my aircel mobile number to airtel number on 19 march 2018 and on 22 i get a network of airtel only for 2 minutes and after that i am trying to get network again but it failed... I also talked to the customer care... They said it is perfectly normal network.
                                I also changed my cell phone to check network again and again. But it can't get it...
                                Sir please solve my problem...
                                Its a network problem... Big issue

                                  I had 2 phones on airtel secure, 1st one is samsung s8+, accidentally my phone got slipped out my had and back side glass of my phone is broken. I have raised the case with airtel for the claim, point is that i have been paying airtel secure for almost 1.5 years even from my previous phone. S8+ from last june, after raising the calim i need to wait for 15 days i have been following them like anything, they respond back saying case has been escalated and they will get back soon. Oneassist and airtel are no were together, they are 2 different entity.
                                  Finally they came back saying with one-liner "careless handling" and my case is closed. I have been with airtel for almost 12 years, now i have decided to come out fully.

                                  I had some sort of trust on airtel, but they broke it. Second phone story will follow in another complaint.

                                  This is regarding my lennovo k6 power, my front screen is broken and i have been havng airtel secure since last june. I have raised the case 15 days ago and still am not getting a proper response, they ask me to send all the bill and broken images to muttu. [protected]@oneassist.in and i have done that and following up with those guys for 10days they dont even bother to respond back.

                                  If there is no response from nodal team and from muttu (Oneassist) am going to cancel my airtel and go out of it. Also going to see if legally what can be done.

                                      I replaced my simcard on 9th march 2018, and after replacement they deactivated my sms incoming and outgoing. They said it would be activate in 48 hours. But it is not 14th day and i am still struggling with this sms and it is still deactivated. I called almost more than 4 times in airtel customer support to resolve the issue and each time they assured me to resolve it in 48 hours. But no action taken. I talked with their senior executive three times and they didn't even given me correct complaint/service request number. Each time i am time trying to reach nodal officer, the given complaint number it says wrong. And i am not able to take my issue to nodal officer. I am not able to do any banking transaction because i am not receiving any massage on my mobile. It caused me to loose good amount of money and time. Don't know what to do.

                                        I am a customer of airtel digital tv when i have purchased the representative told me the benefits of it but when i recharged ist time 1 day late they have deducted 30 rs charges as penalty when i asked to customer care no. They said you recharged your plan late so this penalty have been charged but i said i am not aware of this and you should give us 3 or 4 days grace period they refused and said next time we will see. After that when i recharged my plan on same date on which date my plan is due i. E. 23 march they again deduct 15rs said that this is suspension charge after talking and argued so much they said you are on fault and i was seeing the message on tv that due date is 23 march. Digital id is [protected]. Other service provider are giving good services than airtel and no any suspension charges and deduction are charged by them. Please resolve my problem otherwise go to consumer care and switch to other service provider. My registered no. Is [protected]

                                        I had a message saying whatsmob service has been activated when I didn't do anything. It deducted amount of Rs. 75 from my balance. I didn't activate that service, it automatically did and automatically deducted the service charges from my balance.
