Hi I have purchaed airtel secure service last month for my airtel postpaid number which provide accidental and liquid damage claims for 99rs/month charges. Unfortunately on 1st of oct i met with bike accident in which my mobile screen damaged. When i claimed for insurance airtel denied to process. Need help to resolve it. I hope i will get a solution. I am maheshbhai Somabhai Patel .I resident at kamrej char rasta .Ta.kamrej.Dist.surat pin.394185.my mobile no.[protected].Airtel has not 4g network but company received my 4g network plan.i want to my refund so I loss.

My location is a very highly problem in network connection don't connect in data and don't talk in other my friend.u will plz clear problem other wise I will change my network or company or sim
