Dear gopal

I have given port request few days before and your person has come to do the formalities for porting the same also gave the new sim and said when my current sim networks goes fully insert this sim, yesterday i have received port sms and also my previous sim network is gone & now when i have inserted new sim that your person has given there is no network in this till now from morning inspite of giving many calls in your call centre there is nothing as such they have done each and every time new person picks the calls and given silly excuse and also silly reasons and solution that sim might be corrupt and i will have to visit my nearest airtel gallery to rectify the same, why should i go and visit airtel gallery it is your work while providing the sim you should be careful, how come the sim will get corrupt for no reason.

Is the way you give service to your customers, we have opt for airtel because we thought it is good in there services, but i don’t think so you guys really do care for customers service, don’t make us feel that by choosing airtel network we have made mistake

I want my network to get started in next 1 hour without any reasons and excuses

Dear All,

1 hour is passed still no progress in the same, is any one working there or not????? Pathetic service given by Airtel I would ask everyone not to opt for Airtel never and ever, this was 1st time I opt for Airtel and now I regret I took this decision, there are many good competitors compared to you, and I want to change my decision I would not like to port in AIRTEL now kindly cancel this request at the earliest without any delay

    Bill for rs 1177.92 due on 11th oct was paid through debit card no [protected] linked to account no [protected] with union bank of india on 9-10-17 with rs 1180. I received message transaction declined by bank ref txn i’d 743117. I paid through net banking of the same account. My ac debited twice one for debit card other through net banking.

      I have brought a airtel mobile postpaid connection.. Aftre activating the mobile i realized that airtel has got a way to earn money by activation value added services automatically.
      I am receiving a sms saying thank you for activating the value added services.

      When i called the customer care. I got a nonsense reply saying that i am requesting for activation or it will download automatic with popup menu

      Is it possible to activate the value added services while without activate it?

      I feel that this needs t be stoped and govt should take strong action against these people other wise one fine day you will receive a sms saying thank you for choosing airtel under mobile number portability eventhough you have not requested for it.

        This mail is regarding the discard of the payment account number [protected]. I had complaint before but nothing has been done. The customer executive did not give response to me. I had visit airtel office 3 times but they fail to help me. This is irritating and my payment account did not opens by my permission. Hence this is a serious issue.. Please take note of this and delete this account completely..

            I have an airtel prepaid connection number [protected] from bangalore. Whenever i was in roaming i am unable to make calls. When i am in home network i have complaint lots of time to customer care and they said it has been solved, but the problem remain as usual. Now i am in roaming and facing same problem. I am really fedup with this kind of poor services from airtel

                  My name is maruthi joshi i tool a nano sim on 7th oct 2017 from near by basavanagudi airtel store in bangalore. They promised me that sim will be activated with in next 4 hours which they did not adhered to.
                  Then i have raised complained in call center on 8th oct 2017 regarding the same they promised that it will get activated with in 24 hr. Again they failed to keep there commitment.
                  Again i have called to customer care on 9th oct 2017 to check the status they told clearly that it will be activated by 10.00 pm at any point of time. But again they failed to deliver. Again they are asking for another 12hr of time and asking to visit near by airtel store.
                  I need answer to my below questions :
                  1. When my nano sim will be activated?
                  2. Why it took these may days to activate a sim?
                  3. Why there was no call back to customer on the status update?
                  4. Why use team able to honour the commitment which they give to customer?
                  5. Who will be responsible for all my financial and reputation damage and who will bare it?
                  It should be shame on your team part to call yourself as the fastest network provider.
                  At least hoping for the reply to the below questions?

                    The speed of my 4g connection is way worst than that of a 2g network.
                    The net connection switches automatically from h+ to 3g and then finally e and then it goes blank.
                    The net speed is like if i try to send a whatsapp msg it takes approx 30 to 40 sec for that.
                    Most of the time i have to put my phone on airplane mode to make my internet connection stable.
                    Also it takes 2 to 3 time effort tk make some calls.
                    Please provide me a solution for this
                    Or else stop making such advertisement that your connection fastest and all...

                      Dear sir,
                      I am facing 3G and 4G internet complaint from 25/09/2017. I also submit a complaint on 02/10/2017 but still my problem regarding 3g and 4g internet service still pending. None of the customer provider helm me to solve this problem. Even Airtel store located at model town, JALANDHAR, also make excuses and no one give solution about this problem. Everyday i called to customer care and also got call from cuatome care, but no one give solution.
                      This type of worst service i never seen in last in last 2 years. My contact no. is [protected] and i work in also in corporate so, this type of casual behaviour is not good for the company in this situation when there is more competition in market.
                      So, atlast, i request you to sort my problem by tommorow evening.

                        Airtel network adhar link must be enclosed rs.50.
                        And that person told lpg subsidy also must be enclosed, lpg subsidy bank should be change automatically. Lpg subsidy must you should enclosed, force with him. Adhar like take sum of amount rs.50 taken. Than only airtel continue with working. Unlese loss your connection. It was that person told. What is process of adhar link in sim card.

                          I have airtel prepaid mobile number [protected]. On 7th october 2017, i went to a retailer to aadhar number with mobile number but the retailer opened a airtel payment bank saving account without my consent, and when i received a message of opening saving account and asked the retailer that why he opened the account then he replied that saving account aromatically opened.

                          My complaint is that why the retailer opened a saving account without my consent and linked my aadhar number with that account. After linking aadhar number all my dbt transactions will be credited into that airtel account.

                          Kindly take action against that retailer and de-link my aadhar from airtel saving account and deactivate the account as well.

                                    I activated international roaming on the number [protected] and was charged rs. 2997.
                                    Now internet is not working in dubai.
                                    Tried calling customer care but there are no options to talk to any customer care representative.
                                    I got a call from airtel care when i applied for portability.
                                    The representative told me that my problem will be resolved and if not, i can call on 121 and dial 1139 and my call will be transfered to customer care representative.
                                    Again it didnt work!
                                    I tried from airtel app too. But again dead end!

                                      As soon as i inserted my airtel sim in my new 4g phone, airtel sent 2 messages advertising about their 399 plan valid for 84 days.
                                      Same was checked and verified on their website by logging in.

                                      2 days later as i login to actually recharge the plan, they do not have that plan available anymore. Instead, they have a 399 plan valid for only 28 days available for my number, while other airtel numbers on my account have that plan available.

                                      Clear case of false advertisement. If you are denying a certain service to a customer after advertising it to them specifically.
