    Day 6 has passed peacefully without the activation of sim. Congratulation to airtel technical team. You will soon enter into limca or guinness book of records for taking maximum number of days for activation of sim.

    You have taken 144 hours so far. Still going strong. The problem of activation of sim lingers. I repent for my blunder of moving from bsnl.

    The staff at airtel santosh nagar, hyderabad are impudent, arrogant and callous. I am falling short of words to describe your apathy towards customer service. What a pity. You are taking days to resolve, a trivial issue like activation of sim.

      I have 4g handset, since 1 month 3g and 4g both network not working properly, i am very upset, i have done 345rs. Recharge pack but still speed and network both problems occur. Solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will port my no.in another connection...in this image it always shows one signel.. First properly provide 3g services then after think about 4g...

        Dear team i have sent below email to airtel but they are not replying any of my email. They misguided me that adhaar details cannot be updated on prepaid number while retailers are updating the same without any hesitation.

        Dear team,

        This is regarding my airtel number[protected]Prepaid). I have visited the airtel store (Model town jalandhar) to update adhaar card for the same. They guided me that its not possible until i will not change my numbe from prepaid to postpaid. I was not sure because i do not use this number frequently. I have visited to store again to advise them that do not change my prepaid to postpaid as i do not want to. They said that request cannot be cancelled but yeah when a person will come to your house for verification your address with proper id proof you can deny him and number will not get change to postpaid. As number will not get changed to postpaid until verification is not done. I was waiting for the same till 72 hours but no body came. When i checked with toll free they advised me that number is already get changed to postpaid plan. Airtel model town store (Mr rahul) said us that i will get discount on 199 plan and 120 will be rent including gst but the person on toll free also advised me that there is no discount available for the same. They made me false promises. I visited to store again today to tell them how can you change my plan to postpaid without verification but they (Ms minakshi store manager) did not attend me even with proper way and talked rude with me and said that i have to pay bill for 5 months at least which is not permissible. I am here writing down this email to get you know that do change my number back to prepaid as its fault of airtel and i am not going to pay single penny for the same. I need this number on prepaid as its my old number and i required it back on same. Immediate action required for the same otherwise need to send email to higher authorities for get the done same. Early action will be highly appreciated.

          I had done recharge worth 399/- of 4g data for 82 days. Since 2 days my mobile network connect with only 2g/3g. I don't wanna use data with 2g/4g. I spend money for recharge to use 4g speed internet, that yours advertisement showing "india's fastest network".
          My location: attingal.
          My friends had also this same problem since 2 days.
          I am planing to upgrade to jio, it gives high speed network now.

            My airtel dth was recharged on 03.10.2017 at 13.57 hrs for rs.1000/- through indian bank app indpay (Trans id (Indbip[protected]. Till date it was neither recharged nor money refunded. Subsequently i recharged for rs.320/-through retailer. More than one week passed. I have contacted customer care too. No response. If the amount is not refunded within a week i have to move the consumer court.

              Hello airtel cheaters,

              I applied for a broadband connection a week back. Your representative came and collected the documents the same day. I have also paid 3 months rental advance. Now, there is no update from you people. I have been calling you everyday to check on the status and each time i get a response saying it will be installed in 24hrs. It has been 3 days yet nothing has happened. Today your customer care people asked me to wait for another 5 days. When i told them that i do not want your connection, they replied very rudely saying “do what you want” and they hung up the call.
              I am not interested in airtel anymore with such kind of people. I am also porting out my airtel postpaid.
              Cancel my connection request and refund me the amount asap. I am tired of talking to you people.

                It’s been a month i have been talking to customer care regarding wrong / fraud billing against my postpaid no. Nothing has been done till now. This is last attempt to resolve this issue before i go to consumer court to get rid of this harassment and fraud. Airtel is adding unnecessary charges and looting money from people by giving the worst telecommunication service.

                  Hi team,

                  My name is lokesh. I tried a payment for my office airtel number “[protected]” under the name sangeetha.

                  Initially i tried to make the payment through myairtel app. When i gave the otp in the payments page, the page expired due to poor network connection.

                  So i did not want to risk the same situation and took to net payment to make the payment. I completed the payment.

                  But here comes the problem, i received two messages for amount deduction from my corporation bank account. The amount 602 was deducted twice by bharti airtel. Please see below picture for proof. Please find details below and provide refund.

                  Bank statement where it shows anount deducted by bharti airtel two times.
                  First transaction id: 204725 (First deduction)
                  Second transaction id: 208626 (Second deduction)

                  If the 602 amount is not reversed today, i have to register case in consumer complaints and might have to go for mnp. If this is how bharti airtel makes money, then im terribly disappointed.

                      We have received a call from [protected] claiming that she is from airtel and now your company is providing a new type of sim which reduces our bills drastically down. Upon inquiring if such is case, we would have received official sms to my mobile [protected]. She fumbled and saying that your company is authorize them to communicate orally. Tomorrow their executive will visit despite we said not to.
                      Kindly take immediate steps to safe guard us from the cheating of so called airtel employee.

                        Accident: it was friday morning around 10 am, handset was placed at the slab and was at charging. When i tried to unplugg the phone charger, the accident took place. Charging adaptor was in the socket and was jammed, i tried to unplugged the apple iphone 7 adaptor from socket, as soon i unlplugged the adatpor, phone accidently fell down towards the floor on the marble brick. When i picked the phone, i saw that screen is damanged.

                        Resolution: kindly repair the phone as everyone knows that insurance is purchased for the mishappenings in future.

                          I have been shifted to chennai from bangalore on 15th sep 2017. Have initiated the number porting request on 19th sep 2017. I have given request for my and my wife number. They said within 4 to 7 days it will be ported to chennai circle. That was surprise for me, as the porting happened within half an hour at bangalore couple of years back. They said some process change, i waited after 4 days my number got ported. But till now my wife number is not ported. Around one month, i am chasing around. I went to airtel center multiple times, called 121 multiple times. I got very very poor response. I have been their customer for 7 years now. I am highly frustrated the way they handle their customers.

                            I am suffering from this issue from the last 40 days. No customer care support is there. Every time executive said to transfer my call to senior and then everytime (More than 20 times) my call disconnected.

                            I have also generated the request: case id is 822037

                            At the time of opening the wallet i have entered the name abhishek t and dob 1-1-1990 as there was no verification required.
                            I don't have any document having name abhishek t as my name is abhishek tripathi so i am having the documents named abhishek tripathi and dob[protected].
                            I have also visited airtel store to convert it to saving account but unfortunately it fails as they were adding 100 rs and then 10 rs. But there are already 19998 rs.in my account so it's more than wallet limit of rs 20000. It's giving error of exceeded amount. So not able to convert it to saving account however the wallet is linked with aadhar card

                              My mother has been using airtel prepaid services since 2 years. Though there were network service issues earlier but recently i found out that the company had activated some vas called playbox which totally no one has any idea of and has been deducting rs. 35 every 7 days for like 2 months already. When i tried contacting the customer care service number 121 a lady picked up who told me in a decent tone that she can't refund the money but can only stop the services and then she directed the call to an authority. I thought that was fair enough and i talked to the authority whose voice was not even properly audible in the beginning. I explained the problem but the person said he could only refund the last amount deducted. I said those services were never activated though the concerned number but the company itself has done the activation then he started talking rudely claiming that in future no such claims will be entertained. I asked him to tell me the procedure how it was done since i had no idea and had neither enquired about that vas nor had i ever visited the site also i said i feel like being looted. There again he talked rudely saying you have done it you might know it better. Still i held on to my calm and said its your service so you should have better idea. He was not even able to provide any proof to his claims and hung up on me rudely.
                              I know i am not getting my money back now but atleast wanted to share thise horrible experience i had to share for the first time through any telecom company in india. If you have a recorded version of your customer com[plaints then please listen to it and teach some ethics on how to decently talk to custemers. The lady who picked up was fine but the authority was unbearably rude.
                              The refernce id to the call is cbdov[protected] on 11-oct-2017 at 21:11 hrs.
                              P. S.- you should have a system of follow up or feedback for customer call satisfaction. Also if you ever find that person then please convey him that regarding his warning about future complaints, i am going to discontinue using airtel services for good and also going to warn others against it who i had earlier suggested to join your services.

                                I am continuously asking regarding my complaint lodged on 16th aug for poor signal strength. Same topic discussed in july mid also.
                                Reply to both was our network team will update you but when is a big question mark??
                                These guys are charging regularly for data and voice call and we are not able to use the basic function of calling because of poor network ability.

                                  My postpaid sim not working signals are not came yet. I visited 3 times in airtel outlet sector 14 gurgaon. They were provided me the new sim but after spend few hours when i again went to shop they checked my status it was mentioned no is still active and also i bought 2 new sim but the same issue happened signal never came yet. Is this type of services you are provided to me so, i m sorry i switch it to vodafone. Now airtel services never grown up. My postpaid no is [protected]

                                    As per the above transaction my mobile is recharged for rs 600/- and the same was deducted from my bank account.
                                    But it was not credited into my mobile balance. As per airtel customers care no transaction was done for the above said amount and asked to contact 3rd party service provider.

                                    Please resolve the same as early as possible either by crediting the amount into bank account or mobile balance.

                                      Please can anybody help how to convert from 4g to 3g of Airtel sim. I have never opted for a 4g sim but now the portable sim is a 4g sim and it doesn't show any details on my 3g phone. In fact it didn't support 4g sim.                                         Hi, this is mr. Pushkar singh from new delhi having airtel prepaid connection no. +91-[protected]. I lost my mobile today morning., hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.
