Dear i was with unlimited call and internet plan with air tel - for 84 days, just after 25 days of my recharge they stopped my outgoing call to most numbers, spoken with supervisor he said complain recorded within 4 hrs it will be ok. After it more than 4 number of complains but no revert,
They promised to get back by 10 -0ct -17 by the end of day but nothing happens.
Complain screen sort is attached with their deadline and complain number given.
In my all call result they are telling technical faults
Now i am in loss of my pre paid amount that they have taken, if within one more day they are unable to solve this problems. I want my entire money back along with other loss mentally in calling

As a result, most of the banks and other institutions nowadays have switched to the 1860 helpline numbers instead of the traditional toll-free 1800 or other numbers.
Most of the people these days have been equipped with the unlimited plan and I mustn’t say, people keep ringing these institutions for no valid reason and due to the long call queue, people in need actually couldn’t get in touch with the support staff. The strategy certainly help these institutions to keep the call flow in control but it can be a pain in the neck for the genuine callers as well. Sometime the IVR takes time like 5 minutes or more than that, in such cases genuine callers may end up paying a huge amount, if they frequently call on 1860 numbers.
