recharge failed, refund issue

I done recharge on 22.09.2017 of rs.399, my transaction id is[protected], recharge was failed and i got a message on that day itself as" transaction had failed due to technical issue and recharge amount will refund within 7 working days, but its almost 15 days had finished, still now i didnt get any refund from your end, so check it once and kindly resolve my complaint....

outgoing messaging service

Hi i'm receiving messages, but unable to send messages to anyone. Recently i bought a new smartphone, so i changed to 4g from 3g.
Then some how i think the smsc number been deleted. Then i tried to fill it in phone settings, still unable to send messages. please help....

faulty online payment portal and lack of information with the staff

Dear mr mittal if you are serious about level playing in todays competition in telecom than better tie many loose ends at airtel. Here are few experiences

The staff do not have or lack in providing all intrinsic details about the data plan.
The online payment portal of airtel has no option to print the receipt or save it as pdf.
Unfortunately after making the payment, airtel does not even bother to mail the acknowledgement...

not getting 4g signals while my friend is getting

I have 4g pack in my mobile. Before last night i was getting 4g signals but since last night i am not getting 4g signals and 3g speed is almost 2kbps. I lodged i complaint but the guy told me it will take atleast a week to resolve. I have important things to do on internet. Who will compensate for these 7 days.
I had some important work on internet last night but internet was not working. Even when there were 4g signals speed was not...

4g services are not working

I have recently ported my sim to Airtel, And my phone's 4g services are not working. It only connects 3G not 4G, I had called to customer care many times but not getting the proper solution. Please resolve the issue. Else definitely i will port my sim after three months to other network....

unable to recharge through online

I switched from postpaid to prepaid on feb-17. I am facing a online recharge issue ever since. I am unable to recharge through any mode online-recharge (Airtel app, through airtel store, paytm etc).
The only possible way i am able to recharge was through old fashioned e-recharge (Using a mobile phone) through retail store. I contacted airtel showroom more than 5 times and they were not able to solve it....

excess bill of postpaid connection

Received a call from +381 which happens to be serbia code and i don't know anyone from there. Looks like a haox call. Please be informed about the same that i received this call from serbia on 4th october 2017 at 9:22pm. Never received any such calls before. Happened for the first time with me. The worst service i had in my life is airtel, the staff when you connect him, he will respond saying that his shift is over and will not be able to assist. When you dial in 121 the customer care number, you have to leave your current job and sit near the phone talking for approx. 1 year. The net amount ill be generated every month without any delay. delay in sim card activation postpaid to prepaid

On 13 sep, 2017 i went a airtel store and submit the documents for converting postpaid to prepaid, but still today my sim isn't activated i called airtel customer care and i talk to the store person from last 3 week they are not giving the correct info. I have made a payment on 28th of Sep. via UPI and I got a successful message but when I checked in Airtel App it's not reflecting and I'd called to the Airtel Customer care and dropped a mail as well but I don't get the proper response. So, can someone look into this and get this resolved ASAP....
