    I had 3 postpaid connections ‘m using this from past 4-5 years and since from last 6 months i was facing lot of network issue and i have already complained but nothing has changed, later i didn’t made payment all 3 connections are suspended now i wanted to clear the due and continue using the same number that are very important to me let me know hw do i do that

    I already sent email to appellate and received call back stating these numbers are completely barred and can not be activated even if I make payment also,

      In my airtel number i get 1GB data per day. At the mid night (12.00 AM) it should be 0MB uses but many times its showing used some MB's. That is depending on my uses if i stop the data connection before 12.00 AM and start after 12.00 AM then it is showing correct data uses. And if not then it will showing some data that is using around 12.00 AM.

        Plz don"t go with airtel. Gprs not working properly. I[censored] make call customer care not respond u.

        I request to all go other network but not with airtel

        My case-
        I recharged rs-98 1gb data net working normal speed.
        When i rechaged 349 rupees then 1gb data/day but now network not working.
        I can only use data per day approx-100 mb and beacuase u can not download and suffering because bad network.

        So i request all don go with any plan of airtel

          Dear i was with unlimited call and internet plan with air tel - for 84 days, just after 25 days of my recharge they stopped my outgoing call to most numbers, spoken with supervisor he said complain recorded within 4 hrs it will be ok. After it more than 4 number of complains but no revert,

          They promised to get back by 10 -0ct -17 by the end of day but nothing happens.

          Complain screen sort is attached with their deadline and complain number given.

          In my all call result they are telling technical faults

          Now i am in loss of my pre paid amount that they have taken, if within one more day they are unable to solve this problems. I want my entire money back along with other loss mentally in calling

            I am having a post paid connection with airtel. I dialled a us toll free number and they have charged the international call for it. When contacted the customer care they are harshly telling you will be charged and you to pay. I have never activated international calls in my sim and why first of all the call is connected if it is isd? Can any one pl look into it. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

            1800 numbers are absolutely free but 1860 and other numbers have been charged Re 1 or Rs 2 per/minute. This is basically a strategy to keep the inbound call flow in control not for the Airtel but for the financial institutions, banks and other services who have a huge database of the existing as well as the new customers.

            As a result, most of the banks and other institutions nowadays have switched to the 1860 helpline numbers instead of the traditional toll-free 1800 or other numbers.

            Most of the people these days have been equipped with the unlimited plan and I mustn’t say, people keep ringing these institutions for no valid reason and due to the long call queue, people in need actually couldn’t get in touch with the support staff. The strategy certainly help these institutions to keep the call flow in control but it can be a pain in the neck for the genuine callers as well. Sometime the IVR takes time like 5 minutes or more than that, in such cases genuine callers may end up paying a huge amount, if they frequently call on 1860 numbers.
            I have called 1800. but airtel is charging Rs. 1 per minute.

              I have been assured by the airtel that you can migrate other prepaid network to airtel postpaid network and we will give best plans and also mobile repair and if network problems found by taking new postpaid sim then we also installed the booster in your home you have only to call to 121 for this problem when sim get activated ine new network i. E. Airtel i notice the poor network quality the call in home has no signal & outer at roof of the 2nd floor the voice is cracking when i complaint to 121 for this problems the airtel refused to installed booster

                Respected sir/madam,

                This is regarding the service from customer care, airtel.

                My issue is regarding my post paid bill for the month of september-october 2017. I was charged exorbitantly for one of the isd calls. On calling the customer care, the representative was unable to help me. He kept repeating that calls to country code 6113 is charged rs. 118/ min while i made calls to 0061. I did not deny the fact that i called the australian number, at any point during the conversation. However, i was surprised to see that i was charged high when the charges should have been approx. Rs. 13/min (According to the information available on the website, which i found out myself on the internet while on the call). I repeated this several times to the base level representative, who was unable to clarify the issue (Or provide the right website address for even standard isd rates with detailed information) and the call was further taken to the supervisor. The supervisor clarified that the call was made to a special number and separate charges will be levied. I agreed, however i repeatedly requested the floor supervisor to provide the website where i can find the information as i make multiple calls to international numbers and i needed more clarity on which numbers carry such charges. I was again asked by the supervisor to message the customer care number to receive the charges that would be levied for each country (As a easy way out instead of searching the website). I was not happy with the information and i repeated the request again, at which point, the supervisor relayed that he will get back with the details in 10 minutes. I have been a customer with airtel for 8 years. And, i have repeatedly come across situations where the customer care representative have not called back regarding some or the other information. Personally, this has only forced many of our family members to change the provider. I relayed this information to the supervisor and he promised to get back. Because i did not believe on the promise (Which have been made and not met before for some other complaints), i stayed on the line while they tried to come back with the information.

                Meanwhile, the manager -
                Mr. Ganesh babu,
                Chennai santhome head office
                - got on phone and spoke very rudely to me. The whole call took approximately 40 minutes during which i was put on hold several times. These are some of the claims he made,
                1. I am wasting airtel employee's time and i am unable to accept the point that the information is not available on the website and i should enquire airtel before making international calls everytime.
                2. I am trying to get waiver and i am trying to put in a fake complaint stating that i did not make the call (At no point during the conversation i said that i want a waiver, or i never denied making those calls. The first customer care rep gave wrong details on the country code. I merely replied that the country code that you are mentioning is wrong, i called australia).

                He was disrespectful and very harsh. At no point, i lost my temper nor was i being disrespectful to any of the individuals i spoke. I know that the representatives merely represent the company and they cannot be shouted at for the shortcomings from the side of airtel. Yes, i openly do not like the service provided by airtel, but i never showed any disrespect to any of the individuals who spoke to me. I am happy for the calls to be analysed. Being a long term customer with airtel, i have come across really poor service from their side several times. I have been planning to change the provider and i just merely mentioned the fact that unfortunately airtel's activity are in such a way that they push loyal customers away. This just made him to make so many unwanted claims and suggestions on what i was trying to communicate in a very harsh manner.

                Again, i am happy for the airtel higher to analyse the phone calls and take action accordingly. I made the call on 10 october 2017 at 7:56pm. Frankly, at no point i asked for a waiver nor did i beg for anyone to reduce the money.

                I think, as a customer, it is not wrong to have open information available somewhere (These are provided by other mobile operators available in countries abroad where they list the numbers that will be charged special rates). The request was made only having that thought in mind, however the manager had the audacity to shift the blame and put unwanted claims on the reasons for my call. He was very bold in giving his details and openly said that i can escalate this issue anywhere i wanted and he thinks what he has done is right.

                I would like the consumer board to please kindly look into this. Again, this is not regarding the money that needs to be paid. If i have utilized the service, i have to pay. I am clear regarding that. However, the unavailability of information openly on the website and the rude behavior of the manager warrants appropriate action.

                  I purchased international roaming for europe on 16th september 2017 with validity of 10 days. Partial facility activated on 17th september 2017 with calling only and data service was not active. After email data service was activated on 19th september 2017. From 21st september international roaming completely stopped causing great inconvenience abroad. Email was done to airtel customer care, and they replied that they will look into the matter in next 72 hrs. I returned back to india on 24th morning to india without any correction or response fro airtel. After reaching india i wrote to nodal manager whic replied that it is true that services were not for full package time of 10 days and worked only 03 days, but they refused to refund the amount. I feel it is is cheating and matter of violation of our right for full package promised for which we paid full amount in advance

                    I am not able to televerify my airtel number
                    I had ported my number from airtel prepaid to postpaid.
                    On 10th october i received a message on my alternate phone number that my airtel number 85xxxxxx00 is ready for televerification. But no matter how many times i call the number cannot be connected. Tried restarting device... Using another devics.. Nothing helped. I have been trying since morning but no luck.

                    Could you resolve it asap... Its really urgent.

                      We are faceing network issue from past 2-3 months. We are not getting phone calls from our beloved, also we are unabke to call as network is weak.

                      Request you to look into the matter at earliest or else we need to port the no. To some other company.

I have already arranged a new service provider with unlimited broadband data at excellent speed at very very cheap rates. I will be disconnecting your services soon.                             I am sathishbabu. Bv, recently on[protected] i had applied for nano for my existing number [protected] and received in airtel store, t dasarahalli, bangalore, they said that new sim will activate within 4 hours but still today[protected], the sim is not activated when enquired in airtel office on[protected] their response was worst, they were busy in chatting themselves, negligibly said it will activate same day still the sim is not activated.

                            Iam a existing customer of airtel using airtel from past 3 years, inactivation of sim is really affecting my official life, can you please help me to get the issue resolved at earliest.

                                I have opted for 349 package in the month of may.
                                Airtel postpaid package details:
                                349 plan
                                They promise 25gb initailly /and then 20gb/ now recently with 11 gb data. But when you call customer care and ask they will say only 1 gb data.
                                Airtel customer care simply tell that there is no such feature for 349 plan only 1 gb is enabled in their system.

                                Airtel team and management, request you to stand on your ethics and do business.

                                After knowing that i was cheated by airtel package, i raised complaint in airtel grievance portal as well. They have not resolved my problem and they said now they enabled data. But then after 2 days, when i checked with airtel customer care, they said its only 1 gb enabled. They demanded to pay the bill first otherwise services will be stopped.

                                Even then billing was wrong. They were just penalising rs 100 every month and just increasing the bill.

                                After that, i said i only pay the bill for the services which i used not for the false package made by airtel or for the false bills your system generated.
                                Airtel customer care and billing department not at all listening my complaint or my case. I followed up with them almost for 7 times they just interested to say only 1 thing. That is pay your bill for the false package opted. Unknowingly i paid for 3 months. And when i came to know that data is only 1 gb then, i stopped my payment and registered complaint with airtel grievance in the last week of august 2017.
                                They stopped their services and blocked my number with them. Request you to do the justice and restore my number back.

                                  I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel. My network got changed on oct 7th 00.30 am. But i haven’t received any incoming /text messages and data was not activated. Only outgoing was activated. When i contacted the customer care, they said there was some technical issues with my sim and it would get resolved in 4 hours (07/10/2017) and i was informed that the issues was escalated to technical team.
                                  I called after 4 hours and i got the same response. Whenever i called they said it will get resolved within 24 hours.

                                  On oct 9th, they finally found the issue was due to circle mismatch.

                                  The sales person who processed my porting request has updated my circle as chennai circle by mistake instead of tamilnadu circle.

                                  They have started the process all over again on oct 9th and they told it will get activated by morning of oct 10th.

                                  But today at 11am, i got a call on my alternate number. But they should have asked me to send the proof on oct 9th itself which they failed to do.

                                  Still there is no progress in activation.
                                  How come a network like airtel can have such a poor process and customer service.

                                  I guess it was my poor decision to choose airtel.

                                    SMS service is not working on my mobile phone since 2 weeks. I have made complain airtel portal 3 times every time airtel team is giving response it will start in 2 days but nothing is happening.

                                      With reference to above subject, i the customer from ulhasnagar-4 (Thane) that i am not satisfied with your network service since last 2 to 3 month every time i getting problem during attending calls and surfing on internet. Due to which i am in great loss, many time i tried to call on customer care nos. But i won't able to get connected with them, i have switch to your network by looking your advertisement the way you are presenting your service but i d'not find any thing as per advertisement. Its my humble request to your please provide me a proper service so that i can enjoy the benifit of it.

                                        I would request you to refund the amount of rs.500/- which was paid to your executive vide cheque no.000265 dated 1.9.2017 drawn on standard chartered bank but the amount was debited on 7.10.2017. I had received a call that there is no feasibility in our area at vadamalai street, purasawalkam, chennai. Copy of the cafno.4425119 is attached.

                                        Kindly do the needful to refund the amount.
