I recharged with rs. 899 on 26 oct 2017 and the recharge benefits were unlimited local & std calls with 2.5 gb data per day for 84 days. From today morning my calls and internet usage are getting charged. I approached to the airtel store at sector 5, salt lake. The representative was unable to tell me the exact reason, she was telling some terms and conditions which i challenged and she called a person over phone for details. Finally she told me that she will call me after getting the details within 7 pm today. As expected, i did not receive the call today. Attached is the ticket i had today in the airtel store. I would like to know what went wrong, what are the exact terms and conditions for my recharge of rs. 899 on 26 oct 2017.
I was in roaming for 1 week and often i used to get a message that outgoing was stopped that time, not always though.

Please let me also know the next level of escalation if i don't get a satisfactory response.

    I have raised a request to disconnect the broadband internet connection ([protected]) on last week of september 2017. The call center person has confirmed the disconnection request and asked to pay the final outstanding of the usage till date. Which i have paid within the said period.
    My expectation was the connection is disconnected and the same confirmation i have received from airtel executive.
    Now, they have generated the bill for the month of october 2017 and everyday calling to pay the outstanding bill of november, which is really baseless.
    Please look into this asap and try to maintain better name in market...

      home wifi false bill after suspended account

      [protected] was my number which was long back suspended by airtel and even after that, airtel raised false invoices. But that's what airtel does with customers. I got a call from a lady yesterday from airtel who said she was calling from bandra court and asked for settlement. Then your lawyer helped me for online payment. Anyway i am not interested to discuss about your unethical tactics for payment recovery. I just want to know when will...

      late payment fee charged for payment already made

      I have made payment for my 2 airtel phone numbers on 14th november 2017 for which the due date was 22nd november 2017. Payment was made from my cc to airtel money and from airtel money to pay my bills from airtel app.

      Amount got deducted from my cc and was reflecting in airtel money on 14th november. Same day amount got credited from my airtel money for 1104 rs for bills payment.

      I narayan mondal, an costumer of airtel mobile service having a complain regarding illegally deduction of an amount of rs. 35 on 24/11/2017 at 2:52pm on account of activation of tiny tv service an rs. 75 towards activation of 'what's mobile service ' on 24/11/17 at 3:04 am.
      In this reguard it is mention that i am the only user of this no. [protected] and i have not activated except hellotune. This amount which you have charged is totally illegal. You are requested to refund the amount.

        My airtel 4g network automatically changing to 3g network and 3g to 2g and sometimes no network at all. From last 10 day iam facing this problem at home... What is the solution of this problem plz reply fast.... Previously also i faced this issue but after sometimes it's resolved, now again i m facing network issue.. Plz solve this problem or else i have to change the network...

            I am not using the aitel sim last 90 days it is not valid so i mail to airtel customer care and also. That number is [protected]. I submit details to my nearest office for same number before 9days but that number is given to another person before 3days now that number is very personal to me how to get the same number now.               Hi have called the Cust Care got some fixes but nothing seems to increase the internet speed pr the call drops. it is the same for my number and also others in my organisation. Almost all using airtel number are facing network issue and 4g is not even giving us 1mbps speed. I have over 90gb of pending data and unable to use any since a month now. it is so slow and inconvenient that I can't even browse the net or make online payments. Customer care is only giving excuses and making us go about in circles. I am posting this complaint on behalf of all Airtel users. We need to get proper service for the bucks we pay. This is equivalent to scamming people.

                I have tried to change my airtel postpaid plan for like 5 times still it hasn't changed. I event went to airtel store and they told me that my plan has been changed and it will be applied from when this billing cycle ends but it hasn't changed yet. Now I have 40 GB data still they are producing a bill of 955 Rs. which never goes up above 400 Rs. and from 955 Rs they have applied 500 Rs internet charges even when I have a balance of 40 GB data in my account. Their customer service is worst in the world. Their executives are so clueless, you ask them something and they tell you something else. For each and every issue they only say it is in process and it will be resolved in 4 hours. and Like it wasn't enough their network sucks.

                  I would like to register complaint regarding airtel postpaid connections that the consumers are not informed if new cheaper plans with same facility are introduced. The customer care executives report that we can cannot register such complaint. Also these companies spam you with messages which are not relevant but are not informing about consumer benefiting informations.

                  Recent scenarios i faced where i am a customer of airtel for past 4 years. I recently found out that the postpaid plan i am using is of rs 549 and they have introduced two plans of rs 399, rs 499 which are providing more services than mine and i have not been updated. So as a result they are charging me around rs150 extra for less services.

                  Also i was informed by customer care to use there app which also does not work properly and is under maintenance most of the time.

                  I believe the consumer has the right to be informed of such new plans to upgrade and take benefit via sms/one to one communications.

                    I am c. Jesurajan and my landline number is[protected]. I am using airtel for more than 10 years. For the past 4 years i am using the above mentioned landline number. From june 2017 we have been given 50 percent concession but it was not followed continuously and each month an amount more than the previous one is demanded. If i had known this earlier i would not have opted for the scheme. Though i have been complaining to 121 for the past 4 months there was no response. They have disconnected my service. For the past 15 days it was not active. Accidentally when they came today to canvas for the new modem they found our landline being disconnected and they activated it. I am not satisfied with the airtel customer service. I was mentally disturbed because my concern was not considered. Kindly take action.

                        I have adhaar card link 3 days ago, but now my aircel service does not active right now. I am trying many time of aircel customer care but no one can solve my problem. I trust this connection but in this situation why am i trust this connection? So i have decided my whole family aircel connection port out. And new connection will be held vodafone or airtel.

                          Rs 120 is deducted for ADOFGAMES from my account without my consent.My Airtel mobile number is [protected]. I request to credit the amount and cancel the ADOFGAMES...That I don't know what it's still...I am a privilege customer of Airtel.. actually I called the customer care number given in the SMS but it says there is no such way regarding this. Without asking me they independently deducted the amount..

                            I had applied for three landlines along with broadband connections for my office way back in may 2017. After about 15 days time i was informed by the airtel technical team that provision of three connections is not technically feasible, however, they will provide two connections only. At this stage i requested them not to install the connections since i wanted all three numbers from the same operator. No connections were installed, however, we started getting the bill for a airtel number from jul 2017 onwards. Despite repeated requests this matter has not been sorted out, nor the deposit of rs 9406 been refunded. It appears that airtel staff has forged our signatures on the installation papers and thereby have proved that there is a connection, where none ever existed on ground.

                            As a protest, i have ported my Airtel mobile number to another operator and will soon port my wife's airtel mobile number and my home landline Airtel numbers to other operators.

                              Hello sir/mom, my name abdul jaleel i did recharge off rs 399 to my phone number date 08/11/2017 from myairtel trough my corpbank netbanking amount debited from my account but not credited to my mobile number i sent a mail to airtel then they call me and said your amount will be refund with in 10 working days but not refunded until now then i mailed again and they cal me again and said sorry sir we not get any transaction from your side what u mentiond date pleas take better acction for theas kind fraud pleas refund my money back to my sorce account

                                I had registered on airtel payment bank and credited my account for rs 1950 on 22/11/2017 in order to make my monthly bill payments. My total amount was approx rs 1984.
                                After adding the money, it started showing up on my airtel payment account but didn't allow me to make bill payment using the same.

                                So i decided to make the bill payment next day i. E. 23/11/2017 and to my surprise when i logged into my account, the amount it showed me in my account is rs 831. I was suprised where the rest of amount is gone, so i called up 121 for the same.
                                I was told that my remaining amount has been put on hold and will be released after 48 hours. I was so frustrated that without any notification how could bank put my money on hold without any reason. Then i am told this is a technical issue.
                                I asked on how i am supposed to pay my bills which are having due date of 24/11 so reply i got was "sir how do i know"? Come on, this wasn't kind of reply i was expecting from airtel customer care. I told him to connect me to his supervisor but after some time he tells me that supervisor is not on the floor. I guess airtel is running some kind of joke by opening this bank.

                                I am raising a complaint against airtel payment bank for showing false information about my money on their portal and holding my money without any reason.

                                I want to ensure that i am not made to pay late fee for not paying my bills on time due to an issue on airtel side.

                                  I requested for the new connection request at my home for airtel broadband. The guy came and took rs 2829 as advance rental money. And i got message it will take 48 hours to install and today its more than 3 days and they are now saying it will take more than 5 days.
                                  They are not giving resolution and for refund of money they are saying it will take 21 working days.

                                    My name is asha a. I have a broadband new connection with id [protected] from 21/nov/17 with your company. This is regarding complaint number 67971515.

                                    I have registered this complaint on 19/nov /17 where i have said that my broadband new connection is not activated yet. I was given the deadline of evening 6 pm last evening. I called after 8 pm and got registered my problem again wherein i was told that by next 2 working hours the technical team will sort out the matter. I received a call then from bhopal on next day around 11 am and was said that my problem will get solved by 5pm. That commitment also failed again and again they keep saying the same and take the complain but its of no use at all.

                                    Its three days now, and yet i didn’t received any solution from your customer care. Even the technical team is not bothered to give a call and inform about the same.

                                    For getting a new air tel connection, i was calling the customer care for 3 continuous days, again for activating the account i had been following up from past 3 days but no responses, i am sorry to say but the service quality of your company is deteriorating day by day. They have forgotten the meaning of commitment. Perhaps they don’t want their old clients to be sustained who are with them from years.

                                    I request you to tell me whether my problem can be solved or not.in case of non event i will disconnect your connection and will make use of the other available alternatives with better commitment and services. If this is the service quality your company is offering, then why not look for other options in the market.

                                    I hope that my problem gets solved at earliest, at least from your end.
