Inadequate 2G tower and non-availability of 3G/4G tower reg. (Mob. No. +91 [protected])

Respected Sir,

With due respect I would like to inform you that I am using an Airtel connection, number mentioned in the subject line, since 2009. Moreover, I am continuously using SIM of Airtel communication channel since 1998 while I was student in Delhi. I have an another Airtel number is also, i.e. +91 [protected] and this SIM is also being used continuously since 2005.

Further, I would like to inform you that my residence is AT BAIJALPUR, PO AMAIYA, PS VIA ASARGANJ, DIST MUNGER, BIHAR-813201 and there are so many issues related to adequate tower frequency in my village along with nearby villages, basically for 3G and 4G.

I am continuously writing to Airtel for more than 2-3 months. Lastly I had written to them in 18.10.2017 regarding the issue but they are not concerned about anything, hence replied as usual, which is attached in a PDF file.

Somehow, Airtel had arranged a survey and only one person was sent to my village. That fellow had reported Airtel team that there is no 3G/4G towers in the area and 2G tower is somehow working for outdoors also but indoor tower situation is poor. This causes often call drop, mostly data broken is often occurred due to broken frequency of networks in that particular area. There are 7 villages associated in our Panchayat (AMAIYA) and more or less all villages are facing network related issues with respect to 3G and 4G.

On 26.10.2017, Ms. Seep Dutt, Customer Care Executive, Bharti Airtel Ltd. had called me and told me that a new cell site (tower) is required in the area and if you can provide us any land/plot (genuine) then kindly drop a lead for that. After that, on the same day in the evening at 6:00 PM I got a call from Airtel Network Team and I was asked entire details about the area and I stated everything truly. Network team was supposed to make a survey within 48 hours regarding planning of a new tower site but they didn't do anything. Instead, Ms. Seep Dutt called me yesterday, i.e. on 02.11.2017 and stated that there are so many things are associated with respect to installation of a tower and we need permission from Govt. also. I told her that where and to whom we have to contact you provide me the details, but she directly refused the things and told me that "nothing can be done right now and this is the best possibility of tower and we cannot improve it anyway".

Sir, I would like to retain your kind concern regarding the issue that why 4G is being provided to all cities in our country properly and not for all villages? Population of our Panchayat is around 10, 000 and more tham 2-3000 Airtel connections are being used (rough figure - may vary) in that panchayat but there is nothing done with respect to 3G or 4G tower in the area because we all are associated with village. Why this partiality and neglecting attitude have been followed by Airtel would you like to answer me? I had written to PG GRIEVANCE PORTAL also but nothing could be done because the mentioned place is not a METROPOLITAN area.

Sir, we villagers are also deserving better life-standards and we are achieving them for many aspects also. Earlier, Airtel team had informed us that within 2-3 months, everything shall be done in that area and now they are denying like anything.

Kindly look into the matter to improve rural capabilities, as our government is also has taken so many initiatives to improve life-standards of villages as well as villagers. We all appreciate all initiatives taken for our betterment and thankful to our government and their governance.

Kindly instruct Airtel and team to do the things sharply, as 2G data is also not working fine in the area, mostly for indoor. So, will you suggest all o[censored]s to go outside for almost every call and data services? Airtel is doing the same thing, that is instead of providing better services, they are instructing us to go outside of our homes regarding better calling and data services.

We need your support with respect to better services of Airtel and providing a 3G or 4G tower at the earliest please.

    Airtel has provided corporate plan, i ported from vodafone to airtel. Received sms in 2 days and vodafone stopped their services on 31 oct [protected]@11.30 pm.
    As per procedure i inserted airtel sim next day and till date its not activated.

    Today is the 3rd day, have kids at home, my maids take care of them, i do daily video calling and check their where abouts, our company pay for it, we have conferences calls, every thing is stuck becos of this issue. Hope you understand the criticality and resolve the issue.
    Have compliant to the ceo of airtel mr gopal vittal, but not revert.

    I'm using the number [protected], registered under my name Maheshwar S Kadi and suddenly from past 3 days no network to the number is provided, when contacted customer support and airtel office, no proper response is being provided.

      This is asif memon and my number ([protected]) is being overcharged every month since last 3 months. I have to call customer care and the amount gets deducted and also i have been informed everytime that from next month onwards it will be not charged. But this does not happens and i have to call every month to customer care and get it deduct.
      Also i have mailed them and i have been informed that it will be not charged henceforth but still they charge me despite of mail.

          Hello. I am currently in Europe, I had purchased the 2999 International Roaming Pack. My data has not been working at all, and yet today i got a message for 8739 Data charges. Please fix this issue and also start the data services on my number as i should get according to the 2999 10 Day International Roaming Pack. Im facing a lot of difficulty as the data is not working. And on top of that airtel is charging me 8000 bucks for data. What nonsense is this

            Sir with due respect, i beg to say that my airtel payments account has been blocked for some unknown reason and therefore i can’t make any debit transactions and also there is a balance of rs 2000 in my account. Please deactivate it as soon as possible because i need that money in order to make a payment. Please help me as soon as possible. I want my money back.

            Very bad customer service.
            I am using Airtel sim card and Airtel payment bank as well from many years. my gas subsidy is credited in this account but i can not withdraw this subsidy so i talked to the customer service executive to ask that how can I withdraw this money ? they said, "you can close this saving account."
            when i request it to close this account they simply block the services. and after blocking this account, the subsidy was still going to this account. but now i can not do any transaction from this account not even recharge. so again I request him to reactivate this account. they said, " Apna AADHAR CARD & PAN CARD mail kar do. uske 24 ghante baad apka account reactivate ho jayega" I have mailed him all the documents on 5th April. but they did not reactivate account till now. after that I have called so many times to customer service but everytime they said, "Aap hume 24 ghante ka time dijiye. but nobody did not no anything.

                  Today i got a call from airtel customer care about an offer, after the recharching Of those offer i found that it was a false and misleading information. I didn't expect this kind of activities from airtel telecom services.This type of activity is against customer protection act.Every customer have the rights to get the legal supports against this kind of misleading and false information.I expect lawfull action on this.

                      I visited your airtel office.. Shop no 17, block i25, sec 12, near metro hospital, noida. Now its around 10 day.. They are still dont know whats the problem in activation of this sim.. Staff saying that they are not getting response from main office. They can only do mail nothing else. Worst service.. Any worst they are not pick my number.. Which number they mentioned on their websites for contact number for complaints

                        I complaint about call drop & interruption in broadband services with mr. Gaurav ji (Engineer head), he said i ll change the wiring thr my field officer. Today i. E. On 2/11/2017 the field officer came to my place & said no need of wiring change, i said i complaint earlier regarding same matter that time he also refused to do so. Today he misbehaved, i[censored] insist i ll change wire but not responsible for the problem. I said no need to change the wire now i complaint directly to the company. Now if company see this matter else i have to take hard steps in consumer forum.

                          I have taken 2 data cards from airtel for my company at kalyan location.
                          My payment cheque was cleared on 29th oct. The data card is still not activated neither there is any verification call from the airtel verification team.
                          The concerned person sandesh gupta is not responding with proper answers for the activation purpose. There is only one answer it will be activated tommorrow from airtel person.
                          I wish to take strong action against this airtel service.
                          All third party vendors are involved in activation of data cards.
                          There is no proper service from airtel.

                              Hi,

                              I recently upgraded my airtel 3g sim to 4g and post that there is no network on either of the sim. Calling the customer helpline was futile as they have no updates and keep on transferring the call from one department to other. I need quick resolution as all my financial transactions are dependent on the concerned sim card.

                                I am receiving spam stock sms from AM-VIACAP, AD-INDBUY, AD-DSJIPL, AD-MOTLAL and so on i have complained more then 10 imes but no response from 1909 198 i am really frustrated. Help me i have several complain number in my inbox but i still have problem ongoing . Daily I receive 2-3 sms on my mobile please help me. This is a big problem for me as it disturbes me a lot

                                  Full description:
                                  I have enable "international gprs barring service" from 19th march 2016 for which i have an email from them as a proof.

                                  Invoice shows that i have used the data on 19th oct 2017 in norway.
                                  First of all i have not used it. And but even after that i have activated the "international gprs barring service" so it shouldn't have used it.

                                  According to invoice:
                                  Volume used - 6063873
                                  Pulse - 593
                                  Amount - 4151

                                  If they have activated "international gprs barring service" how am i getting data services on international roaming.
                                  _

                                  Desirable resolution:
                                  Airtel systems should be enhanced for better customer experience, instead of looting money from the customer.

                                    I am writing this mail with very pain and anguish that my service provider airtel has closed my prepaid sim without any prior information. I am a working professional in honeywell organisation of india and thus without any prior information closed my number. When i woke up in morning my number was showing "no service" instead of showing network. Since morning it is not available and due to which i have suffered irreparable loss as i cannot contact any of my clients, associates etc. This is highly unprofessional from their side to which i am complaining. The mobile number i am using is [protected]. I am continuing this number from last 4 years and is a very valuable customer of airtel still they have done this. A necessary action is urgently required in this regard so that they should not do this again with any of there customers.

                                        I had recharge rs399 at 22-10-17 & i had received 1gb data that day but after i had not receiving any data 1gb per day,,,,,, till now
                                        I had call costumer care he told me that you had receiving data daily but i had not receiving data last ten days. Please resolve that problemasap

                                        If you will not resolve that problem then i will file case in consumer court in future.
