Hi, i have been an airtel customer for years now with the number [protected]. I moved to lucknow recently from kerala and i've been trying to port to a up circle, keeping a connection with airtel itself. But in spite of firstly repeatedly sending the porting message to 1900 i haven't received a porting code yet.

Kindly do the needful and provide the porting code so that you do not cause inconvenience to a long term customer.

    I had raised a request for shifting my landline (Request no.[protected] it has been 26 days now but till date i've got no response from the customer care. I sent a mail to the customer care, nodal officer
    (Complaint no.88893522 &[protected] but i only get a reply stating it will be done at the earliest. When i raised the issue on social media and said that in case you cannot shift let me go for cancellation. And wow!!! I got a call immediately asking if they can go ahead for cancellation. Didn't find time for calling up in the first 20 days but called immediately for cancellation. I have 4 connections of airtel and have been a customer for more than 6-7 years, but this time i've had a terrible experience and planning to cancel all my connections with them. Will this complaint be resolved?

      Hi, I am not receiving any SMS from Airtel most of the times, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 14th October 2017 This is really frustrating as I am unable to do online banking at the moment and this is impacting my work big time. Please resolve immediately.

        Mobile balance immediately & deactivate the service.

          This is inform you that one of your executive take the payment. I made the payment online for advance rental and he commit to install the same by 30th oct. And i called him multiple time. He didnt even bother to respond.

          What kind of commitment you have. Their are many service provider who are happy to install in the same day.

          I need necessary action to be taken for such kind of behaviour. And please note connection is not yet installed yet.

              Thus, it appears from the record that my post paid bill was never more than rs,.400.00, except for the period 11.08.17 to 10.09.17 and 11.09.17 to 10.10.17, although my usage pattern has remained the same. The matter was pointed out to the customer care of airtel, who could not give the satisfactory reply to my complaints. I presume that airtel has made excess bills for last two billing periods as mentioned above.in view of the above, i once against request bharati airtel ltd to look into the matter and arrange ro refund/adjust the excess amount charged the above post paid mobile urgently.

                I have started conversation on 25 th june and following up till now
                . Almost more than 50 (100 hours time) call more than 15 mail and many
                More reply, send all info or document as per guideline of customer care
                Executive till date today evening. Still i am at same point need to
                Provide other document which i have attached now. By this mail i
                Want to know from airtel how long it will take to get resolve and who
                Is responsible for this delay if i am ready to provide all documents
                Required to support my loyalty. I also want to know who is responsible
                For misleading this issue by just updating the case id and false
                Promises, and not giving the proper guideline. I have all record of

                      Dear sir,

                      My number is [protected].

                      I recently migrated from postpaid to prepaid.

                      I am based in nigeria presently and using my phone on international roaming.

                      However, i am unable to send any sms from the line and getting error message - message sending failed everytime i am trying to send an sms.

                      I have even done sim replacement on the suggestion of a customer care executive and even then it is no improvement.

                      I need to send some sms to register my banking app and some other work as well
                      I have called the customer care several times and the only thing they say is that everything looks ok in system and they will forward the request to the technical team. However no one replies or even care to respond.

                      Please help.

                          Airtel international roaming

                          I had activated international roaming before my travel to singapore and us. I got a confirmation sms from airtel stating that international roaming is activated.

                          In between my travel to the us, i observed a whopping rs 82k bill!!!.. Airtel service personnel told me that some issue with international roaming even though i had activated my international roaming.
                          I had to escalate their billing issue to 121, then to the nodal officer... Each department took more than 3-4 working days. Then, finally, i took this complaint to appellate authority... It took some 3-4 days again to get this resolved.

                          Now, again this month i got a bill of around rs 5k. I was informed by customer service personnel that it was due to international roaming. Every month this is going to be a practice to fight with these people for a mistake with their billing system.

                          This is a warning to other customers before activating international roaming with airtel. Beware!!!

                            I had been to my native kannur on 28/10/17 and upto 4 pm i could get calls on my mobile but after 4pm upto 9 am it shows only emergency calls. Later till next morning it was ok but on 29/10/2017 i could neither receive or make calls and it was showing only emergency calls. I had to face lots of problems plus i had to spend almost 200 rs to call my family at bengalure by other sources. Is it not deficiency of service from airtel.

                              Without my father concern airtel bank account has been opened also lpg subsidy is direcly transfered to this account plz deactivate lpg subsidy to this account i willbe highly obliged also airtel customercare unable to resolve this query. Please help to resolve the same as my father is not tech savy and was unsble to use this service. This is a fraud or a kind of fraud to use individual identity to ful fill their targets

                                I ordered new set top box, they sent a local dealer with open seal box. After he installed everything i checked the remote and found it a very duplicate. My assumption got sure, when i saw the logo it was not the correct airtel logo. I contacted many people from customer care to local dealer, every one says this is a genuine product.

                                No one even bothered to check the remote once and logo printed on the remote.

                                Please check the attached logo from original logo provided on website and other resources.

                                  I opted to recharge my airtel dth account no. [protected]-001 with inr 5801 under annual infinity plan on 6th september 2017. During october, i started realizing that i was still unable to view few hd channels under multiple categories.

                                  I tried connecting with customer care several times between 10th october 2017 and 23rd october 2017 but even after 5 to 7 minutes of wait, calls used to get disconnected. Finally, on 24th october 2017, i spoke to an executive and detailed her the problem. She briefed that things are fine at her end, she was surprised that i am unable to view the channels. To my utter surprise, she mentioned that while i changed the plan, i should have proactively called up the customer care and requested them to allow me watch all the channels…. Or else how is airtel informed what plan i have subscribed for? 😊 my astonishment! Well, she had no patience to listen to me, rather she wanted me to hear first and at times when i failed, she was feeling irritated. What a world class customer care center!!!

                                  Well, i requested for a technician’s visit on 25th october 2017 morning so that the problem can be rectified in front of me. (I decided to leave late for office). After an hour, i received call from a technician who was adamant on visiting me on 24th october itself and when i requested him to come the next day, he rudely said he can’t come in on 25th and that i should close the ticket. My request for reschedule turned deaf ears to him.
                                  To my greater surprise again, i later on came to know that he has closed the ticket blaming me… he stated “customer isn’t reachable over phone.” …. Pathetic…. For his fault / unavailability and unprofessional behavior of him, how can he pass on the blame on a customer. What a world class customer care center and service!!!

                                  On 24th october 2017 itself, i made another call to customer care and requested him to schedule a visit on 25th. ….. Frustrating that this request was not taken up only i. E. My request to arrange for a technician’s visit on 25th october was put in a dustbin. Wow!!!

                                  I raised another request on 26th october 2017, requested for a visit on 27th and complained about the prior experiences. A floor supervisor assured me that the problem will looked into asap and a technical will be coming over to my place on 27th october. I received a call from a technician the same afternoon. He informed me that there are some mdh hardware related issues and he would require at least 2 days to look into the problem. However, again, he requested me to close the ticket and call him on his personal number after 2 days and he would solve the problem them. Surprisingly with unprofessional behavior, i refused his offer and asked him to talk to airtel and keep the ticket open till problem gets resolved. He mentioned, he would be in trouble if he the ticket is open for that long. I didn’t pay heed to him. Another wow experience at the hands of professional airtel!!!

                                  On 27th october, a technician did visit my home (In spite of my request of morning visit, he arrived in the afternoon) and tried correcting the problem over 3 hours. He changed another set up box which i am not sure if it was new (Box, manuals or any other documents) weren’t given and asked me wait for another 24 hours to view any of the channels. (All the channels except naaptol weren’t broadcasted). I checked on 28th evening and channels weren’t broadcasted again, called up the customer care and the lady asked for another 24 hrs just to rectify card mismatch problem at server. When i called up the person who has visited my home, he put me in a conference with another local kannada speaking lady who clearly asked him why didn’t he rectify the problem while visit itself as it was probably a minute’s job. He promised to call me in 15 minutes but i am still awaiting for that 15 minutes to get over. 😊 well, to customer care lady, i clearly explained that the problem isn’t that big and it’s shouldn’t take much time and if it does, i opt for disconnection. She promised that maximum by 10.30am on 29th october, the problem would be resolved.

                                  On 29th october, i spoke to another floor supervisor and requested for disconnection. He again started providing me all lame reasons and when i didn’t by it, he said he would take disconnection request. To my surprise again… the request not taken up. However, i started getting multiple calls from airtel dth enquiring whether my problem has been taken care of. Frustrating!!! In the evening, another lady called me up again, checked if the problem is resolved. When denied, she said she was refreshing up the system again…. And it worked. She clearly told me that the particular error code is just a refreshing issue at backend it hardly takes any time.

                                  I am a 16 years old subscriber of airtel mobile (Average 6 number simultaneously though numbers keep on changing). I have used airtel’s broadband and landline between 2003 and 2015 (Relationship restored 2 weeks back) and had say good bye because of such pathetic customer service issues only, though it wasn’t that bad till 2 years back.

                                  I again sincerely request you disconnect my airtel dth connection with immediate effect and return my money back with immediate effect. First money back and then only you think of procuring anything from me as i don’t believe airtel at all now. You all are liars and cheaters occupying the places there. I plan to disconnect my airtel boradband as well as all my family mobile connections from tomorrow. That means……complete no to airtel going forward.

                                    I have given lots of complain to Airtel that i am getting very poor network (Not only me, it is same case for our apartment where 300 flats are there) from last one year but there is no solution for that. In my apartment all have decided to Port the Airtel numbers to Vodafone from Jan 2018 if this issue not resolved by 2017.
                                    I am unable to send sms from my prepaid number.With same hand set I can send sms using my postpaid number. tried interchanging of sims as sim 1 or sim 2

                                      Today i was working. It was a normal day like any other day. Suddenly i got a message saying gamepind services is activated. First of all, i was sure it's a technological error. Because i didn't do anything.

                                      But after that, i called airtel customer care. They told that it was activated by an sms. My phone is password protected and only used by me.

                                      They refused to give my money back. Told me that they forwarding my call to their officer. Then waited around 30 seconds and then the same person told that the officers are busy. Then asked me what can he do other than this. I said to give my money back. Some seconds around (6 seconds) they didn't speak and then hung up.

                                      It really pieces of a customer. I don't know what happening with airtel india but very bad service. It's not about deduction. But they don't even solve when requested. Very bad experience.
                                      My faith on airtel completely gon. I will definitely look to change airtel.

                                        I left my job. They have not paid broadband for which airtel is constantly disturbing me with multiple calls in spite of several complaints by mail[protected], personal response to multiple calls from [protected] and personal complaint at airtel payment centre near kodambakkam gokulas signal. I am continuously disturbed by numerous calls everyday.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Although calls have stopped coming to me, I am still not able to remove the consumer details of the company from my account login on my computer. Help resolve this please.

                                        I have registered another complain with www.consumerhelpline.gov.in today 29-Dec-2017 since I am still being called for these unpaid bills which are not related to me.
