I have been advised by a communication from airtel that my hpsubsidy amounting to165.48 has been deposited in my airtel bank a\c[protected], i may contact santosh communication, purighat, cuttack, for withdrawl. I visited twice tu sontosh communication, but he refused to paywith a pretex that he does not have any advise from airtel in this regard. Pl help.

    It was on 28th of last month where i requested for a new broadband connection. I’ve been following up until last week and then i stop bothering. Till date no representative have come for installation. My ref no. 88761192.
    When i call the customer support and then i hear (India’s leading network provider) is where i get more annoyed, since it’s not standing up to the mark of forget the best, at least average.
    I have been your customer for more than a decade and i came on a leave of one month vacation from abroad. I had to recharge so many times (That too airtel postpaid - my bad) and today u r calling and asking y haven’t i paid my bill on time. Give me one good reason to do as u guys say. 10 years of being ur customer dint do any good to me then why the hell are you guys even into this business. I’m not saying more since i don’t want to lower my self esteem.

      I am yet to get 349 rs recharge amount which was deducted on 14th oct for a failure recharge through airtel app. I had complaint for 3times and called customer care 2times already. According to them i am supposed to get the amount with in 3 working days. But still waiting for my amount. I am not sure how many times i need to call and ask for my money. Customer care service is pathetic.

        Hi,

        I have a corporate account with airtel. They suddenly changed the name of company in my bill without my permission. The new company name mentioned does not belong to me and i dont know how they attached that company name to my address. For last 4 months i have been following up to no resolution from airtel.

        Pathetic service and very frustrating. Customer care reps speak like broken tape recorders. They say the same thing again and again without even understanding what we are saying. Similarly emails dont work. We get a copy paste of the same message even if we mail them a 100 times.

        I am unable to account my bills as the name of company mentioned in the bill is wrong. I cannot take credit of gst.

        This kind of response was totally unexpected from airtel. I will be porting out of airtel if they dont resolve in next few days.

            I recharged number with 260 rupees on 29/09/2017. For the offer 1.5 gb/day for 28 days. But whenever i turn on my data, my main balance is being deducted. I lost 250 rupees in my main balance.

            I tried many times to reach customer care. I couldn't able connect to customer care by given number (121, 123).

            Even i went to airte store thinking i may get some details. But staff said they were busy busy and couldn't help that time.

            Please help me out with this.

            And make sure airtel has a complaint box in their mobile app and websites.

              I am using air tel post paid no (81*44) from last 1 year, because of too much out stand bill every time, i have given request to airtel to migrate to prepaid a month ago, but it was not done. But un fortunatly in a qucik time, i suppose to travel to china country for more than 3 monts, now i am in china country, yesterday my post paid sim lost signal and checked in aitel app, it show as prepaid. I called customer care, they have told it is already converted to prepaid. But with out my confirmation before converting to prepaid, how they have migrated my sim?

                I have a 4g handset and i got a new 4g sim onl because if this offer nd now its not valid on my nun can i know y it's not valid y do u promise thigs wen u can't do it this is not fair when u cant give it to everyone dont advertise about it make sure i[censored] give such advertisements or else one would prefer a better company who would provide a better service

                  I have airtel sim [protected] the number was disconnected on 01/10/2017 due to non-usage of 90days.
                  From the date of deactivation i have contacted airtel relationship center and also send a mail to [protected]@airtel.com they only make a fake promise daily that they will reactivate my sim but i still now my no not reactivated nd suddenly with rudely arc saying sim no longer available for you and i send a mail again to [protected]@airtel.com they still they are saying same thing so kindly solve my issue such a important sim that one

                      Sir,
                      I am GOURANGA DUTTA having an Airtel connection [protected], I have recharged the amount of Rs.399 and got only 70days validity. I recharged through My Airtel app and I got conformatio about 84days validity by recharge of Rs.399. I recharged the same but got only 70days. I called to 198 customer support and failed to get any appropriate resolution regarding my 84days validity. I also got the SMS about same and for your kind conformatin find the same from the attachment. But your agents are not giving me any concrete information and resolution.
                      As per my view is concern the customer support agents are not so much efficient to serve the customers of Airtel. Airtel is one of the best network but having worthless customer support agents, you should be ashamed of it.

                      Lastly my concern is that you just look into my issue and provide me the rest 14 days of validity and call me back after the resolution.

                        I had visited Airtel 4G Centre at Sarsha College Road -- I raised complaint wrt
                        a) Low Speed
                        b) Higher Charges being billed, since Jio consumer were given Rs 459 charge for 84 days unlimited calling messaging and 1 GB Data

                        Your execuitve told we have the same plan and we will increase the speed I said ok to convert and be in Airtel

                        However A call came from Airtel Customer care and he explained lower charge I told keep the same plan since I would loose balance of Data of 53 GB increase the 4 G speed which is very low else let me shift to JIO

                        Now you have stopped the mobility services leading to business loss it is very unethical

                            I have raised a request for new broadband connection on 12th october to airtel in my area and have sent the required documents to the person named manish, also paid the rs 500 activation charges as requested by him. Due to feasibility issues, they are not able to install the connection in my area. It's being two weeks now and my amount has not been refunded until now.

                              Sms is not working.

                                Dear concern, i loaded rs4000 in my airtel money bank app, and after that i was trying to trasfer money from airtel money bank to other bank, but i was not able to do that, i lodge a complain at airtel money bank customer care on 20.10.2017. But they are list bother to unblock my debit freeze option in my account, and unable to provide me the correctresolution. Now my money is blocked. Please help to get my money back.

                                    My Airtel Payments Bank account blocked due to incorrect pin but later i tried to contact them @[protected]@airtelbank.com but they are continuously delaying the issue without resolving.
                                    Also my money got stuck in the bank due to which i was unable to pay my postpaid bill but still i managed to pay last month from my bank and again i need to pay this month bill from my bank though my money is in Airtel Bank.

                                    Also my concern is "Why there is no customer care number to Airtel Payment Bank"

                                      25th sep - had made a wrong payment of inr. 76, 571/- instead of inr 765.71/-
                                      25th sep - reported this to customer support
                                      26/27th sep - got a call from support team that it will be resolved
                                      28th sep - got an email with ref54067309 that this will be resolved in 3 days
                                      Following up repeatedly, found out that the request was closed mentioning the refund was initiated on 4th oct
                                      17/18th sep - got a call asking me my credit card statement to confirm that the refund has not happened
                                      18th sep - sent the credit card statement which clearly shows the refund missing

                                      Have been calling up almost every day since then and only get response such as we will resolve this in 24 hours and that has not happened so far - as on today, 26th oct
                                      26th oct - someone from the customer support team emailed a receipt for the refund with:
                                      Receipt number: 78978251
                                      Transaction number: 621492|refund reversal|88335944
                                      Payment date/time:[protected]:28:52.0
                                      Payment from reversal - self care payment - citibank

                                      Just sending this receipt will not close the transaction as the amount needs to be refunded to my account.

                                      Hopefully the customer support team will look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

                                        We had applied for new connection since 2 weeks your executive had come to take the papers and documents and promised us connection in a weeks time it has been 2 week he is nt picking our phone and not giving us any answer.

                                        I dont know wht kind of service u provide i[censored] dont want to give connection why do u even send your person.

                                        I have 2 request from you please return all our documents back and please let me know how could i complain about this person so that he doesnt do this to anyone else.

                                        I personal think it is racket to get details information and documents of persons and use it to get fraud connection.
