    Airtel has billed wrongly nearly 800 rupees first there was a fight with executive and then i ask some un answerable questions then finally got the refund how please watch this video and if you like it give like and subscribe to our channel for more such similar type of videos thank u.

    I warned them that i will take this matter legally and i will sue you and then finally after long conversations they returned money but how foolish was the aritel customer care was it was very pathetic service from them but the second lady which i spoke with it was a nice conversation. She helped me a lot and in case if anything happines to you in a similar way you can question the same thing which i did in the video. The video link given above so please check out and it will be help full to you.

        Sir/ madam,
        I had upgraded my airtel sim from 4g on 27th sept, around 9:41pm. Airtel claims that the sms service would not work for 24hours after the upgrade. As per airtel, my sms service should be started by 28 sept 17.
        Today is 31oct 2017. I have made around 3 phone calls to customer care. They will reach out to me to find what issue i am facing.
        I am not able to make any bank transactions for my day to day activities like booking cab, paying for my bus services etc because the sms is not working. Kindly resolve issue.

          Hi everybody, i am using airtel prepaid number [protected]. Its looking like airtel is not able to compete with jio or running into losses that why cheating with the customers chose to still be with airtel. I have proper evidence and no one can challenge on this. I will show you how customer are being cheated and i am sure many of them don't know the right forum to escalate and airtel is getting benefited out of it. I got the msg on 9 oct stating "congrats exclusive offer on rs.399, 1gb everyday + unlimited calls for 84 days" but when i recharged with this amount (On the same day) and confirmation msg that i received stating validity of 28 days... I have attached the screenshot of both the msg received from airtel. I just want to say airtel people if this is how you have started making profits then there would hardly be any customer interested in airtel. I called customer care they said matter is escalated and its been 20 days no resolution. I will definitely escalate this matter to a highest level and once get the resolution will simply port my number to jio.

            Awaiting porting out approval. Helpline asking to continue for 3 months even if network and connection is pathethic. I had complaint earlier for network issue they assured it would be resolved but still problem continues. Charge for 4G and provide 2G services

              My number [protected] was disconnected without my consent and reallocated to someone else.

              When i asked for information, airtel refused to provide it.

              I had paid for the number to be valid for more than 20 years, and there was balance in the number when it was disconnected.

              Airtel is not providing information on this as well, and are also refusing to tell exact date of disconnection.

              In order to file an official case, i need documents related to the same from airtel, and they are refusing to provide that as well.

                Airtel network is working worst.. Due to this i am not able to receive incomingccalls n do outgoing calls.. Which has affect my business alot. Who will pay this loss?. Airtel promises 4g network all over india.. But here only outgoing n incoming if we proper we will be thankful to airtel company. I am customer of airtel from last 15 years. But the service is becoming day by day worst. Hope my would be solved by this complaint

                  I have a postpaid connection with airtel plan 499/month. I don't use more than my free calls. As you all know today joi/airtel everyone provided unlimited calls for 150/per month. But i pay 499+tax for limited calls

                  But airtel charges around 800 last 3 months consistently, and i called them to 121, after speaking to the person they gave me the waiver of extra amount, also i need to pay the bill first and waiver will be adjusted...

                  Sim is not working from 10/29/2017 and shows no service.
                  Raised complaint on 10/30/2017 and no resolution for that complain.
                  I went to airtel store they provided me the new sim, as they said that sim was faulty and new sim will be activated with 4 hours.
                  After waiting around 14 hours i again call airtel customer service they said to me that sim activation request is not made from the airtel store, so again they took a request for sim activation.
                  Still sim is not activated. As per airtel sim should be activated within 4 hours.

                  Such a worst service by airtel.

                  I am unable to make outgoing calls from Ranchi. My sim is from Bangalore & I am in Roaming territory now. I am also unable to send SMS. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                    Dear airtel team,

                    I am facing network and internet issue on my airtel postpaid number.

                    I had sent porting request a month ago.
                    One of the customer executive from airtel called me and requested me to wait as we are working on your network issue.

                    Still i am facing the same issue and need to port my number to other network.

                    Now, when i try porting my number sms port to 1900.
                    It says, "you have entered an incorrect code. Please sms port to 1900 for initiating a new request.".

                    Please help me to port out my number.
                    Please let me know for additional information.

                      Hi, i have been an airtel customer for years now with the number [protected]. I moved to lucknow recently from kerala and i've been trying to port to a up circle, keeping a connection with airtel itself. But in spite of firstly repeatedly sending the porting message to 1900 i haven't received a porting code yet.

                      Kindly do the needful and provide the porting code so that you do not cause inconvenience to a long term customer.

                        I had raised a request for shifting my landline (Request no.[protected] it has been 26 days now but till date i've got no response from the customer care. I sent a mail to the customer care, nodal officer
                        (Complaint no.88893522 &[protected] but i only get a reply stating it will be done at the earliest. When i raised the issue on social media and said that in case you cannot shift let me go for cancellation. And wow!!! I got a call immediately asking if they can go ahead for cancellation. Didn't find time for calling up in the first 20 days but called immediately for cancellation. I have 4 connections of airtel and have been a customer for more than 6-7 years, but this time i've had a terrible experience and planning to cancel all my connections with them. Will this complaint be resolved?

                          Hi, I am not receiving any SMS from Airtel most of the times, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 14th October 2017 This is really frustrating as I am unable to do online banking at the moment and this is impacting my work big time.                               This is inform you that one of your executive take the payment. I made the payment online for advance rental and he commit to install the same by 30th oct. And i called him multiple time. He didnt even bother to respond.

                              What kind of commitment you have. Their are many service provider who are happy to install in the same day.

                              I need necessary action to be taken for such kind of behaviour. And please note connection is not yet installed yet.

                                  Thus, it appears from the record that my post paid bill was never more than rs,.400.00, except for the period 11.08.17 to 10.09.17 and 11.09.17 to 10.10.17, although my usage pattern has remained the same. The matter was pointed out to the customer care of airtel, who could not give the satisfactory reply to my complaints. I presume that airtel has made excess bills for last two billing periods as mentioned above.in view of the above, i once against request bharati airtel ltd to look into the matter and arrange ro refund/adjust the excess amount charged the above post paid mobile urgently.

                                    I have started conversation on 25 th june and following up till now
                                    . Almost more than 50 (100 hours time) call more than 15 mail and many
                                    More reply, send all info or document as per guideline of customer care
                                    Executive till date today evening. Still i am at same point need to
                                    Provide other document which i have attached now. By this mail i
                                    Want to know from airtel how long it will take to get resolve and who
                                    Is responsible for this delay if i am ready to provide all documents
