I have been using my airtel number for the past 12 years and since a month or more, i cannot send text messages and this is extremely irritating and may cause a problem in case of an emergency. Kindly look into this asap as sms is a basic necessity for an individual. I have tried multiple settings on my phone and still it is the same. Service center executives have zero knowledge about anything. Airtel customer care is never reachable. Poor service high rates. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with airtel.

        cannot access *121# and says invalid number on 121

        I recently ported my airtel prepaid no. [protected] from mp-cg circle to airtel karnataka circle.

        Post porting, i am able to make outgoing calls from the airtel number. However, i am unable to receive any calls. Whenever someone tries to call me, they get a message - "number is invalid". This is really disappointing. Airtel doesn't seem to have any immediate solution.

        Also i get error code 536 on dialing *121#...

        Sir,
        I am a premium user of airtel prepaid sim (Ph. No :[protected]). Many airtel users known to me in my family and friends circle, everyone of them are able to avail the 399 offer (Rs 399, 70 gb for 70 days).
        Even when this plan came before for 84 gb i couldn't avail it and when i contacted the customer care, they told this offer is available to only select users, but why not me?? I am also paying a hefty amount for my sim and also availing the rate cutter plans, but it's becoming non economical for me and it's a spendthrift.
        Other sim carriers are offering well cheap plans for the cost and is available for everyone.
        Please make sure i am getting this offer or else i would like to have a conversation with the senior officials or else there is no other way than porting my number.

          I recently got my airtel prepaid ([protected]) to postpaid conversion done. I’m not able to any information regarding my postpaid account. The app is still showing prepaid for my connection and i even checked on airtel website self care account there also my service is indicating prepaid. I have already raised a complaint few days back but haven’t received any resolution by now

[protected] which was provide by company for company works and i was left that company in past now I want to continue the no with prepaid plans if possible otherwise block my card as earlier as possible Till date there is no any due payment from my side for the same but I will not pay any single amount for the same in future.

              Soon after i send an sms l get a balance statement which is usually correct. But immediately if i check my main balance it will show that twice that amount is deducted. Eg.: i sent an sms outside the country at 16.48hrs. And the balance showed as rs. 115/- from the previous amount of 120/- which was correct. Immediately i checked my main balance and it shows as rs 110/-. When i call the office they are denying it & following it by a standard response saying thanks for contacting airtel. Your issue is successfully resolved when it's not. This is a regular occurrence with airtel.

                I have got the internet mifi connect couple of month back. The dealer gave me with the offer of 3+1 month offer and i paid the amount in advance i. E. 4995 inr and they told me that after 4 month it will get automatically renewed. But now they are charging 4500 inr per month from me. This is sheer loot with customers. I don't know from where i can complain about this.
                One can't expect this kind of behavior from a company like airtel.

                Can somebody help me in this.

                  Dear sir actually i want to port my no. I. E [protected] in airtel. Your executive came and do all documentation and charge security fees. But from last week i call him on his no. [protected] but he did not pick up the phone. & couldnot tell me the what's going on why my no. Couldn't port. Atleast told me if he do this process otherwise refund my money i will port to another service provider. Thanks

                  The card got the coverage and all, i am able to do outgoing calls but there is no incoming calls service it says"aapka dial kiya hua number maujood nahi hai"
                  What to do?

                  I recharged for 399rs 2 days back. From then my mobile data is not getting connected. i wasnt able to book even a cab. I was completely helpless during critical situation. This shouldn't be the case. Resolve this ASAP.

                    As per offer details, received thro' SMS & your web page, the subject recharge should allow unlimited calls/ STD calls for 28days, whereas your msg. acknowledging the receipt of the amount states that the same is valid only for THREE days, Trans ID 84417747 dt 01/11/2017.

                      I tried twice to recharge my airtel payments bank wallet of amount rs.1060 using canara bank debit card but the transactions were failed then i recharged using icici bank debit card and the transaction was successful. Unfortunately i've received a message from canara bank that 1060rs have been debited. So u have taken money from both the debit cards. Please initiate the refund process.

                        Hi consumer department,

                        I received a below sms from airtel,
                        Stateing that i need to udate my aadhar card with my existing prepaid airtel number once again. Its a 5yr old airtel prepaid number.

                        When i went to airtel gallery kalina. The airtel executive said, aadhar card can't be updated be as there is a name change on aadhar card. (Name changed due to marriage).

                        Then he is saying, "i[censored] convert it to post paid, then your aadhar card will be updated and after 3 mths you can convert it back to prepaid." but when i said i want to remain in prepaid itself. The executive said, as your aadhar is not updated, we will shut you airtel connection.

                        When i asked the airtel executive to mail me the respective procedure. He said, " ye mera kaam nahi hai, aap 198 par call karo. - then what is the use of airtel gallery.

                        Conclusion
                        We have all the required documents. Even we have marriage certificate.

                        Aadhar card number is same, thumb print is same, photo is same.

                        Government approved aadhar is not valid for them.

                        The main thing is my aadhar card is acceptable and valid, if i convert the same number in postpaid connection.

                        Incident date 1st nov 2017 - 2pm.

                        My sim is of Andhra Pradesh and i have recharged with 349 Airtel plan. Now i am in Karnataka. will it work(unlimited calls) still the same plan in Karnataka with Andhra Pradesh sim?

                          I'm ported my jio number [protected] to airtel 1 month ago i can't use my number.. I can't verify my number by calling on 59059.
                          For 30 days my sim was useless..
                          I don't get any support, satisfaction from this company..
                          Too much problems faced because of this.
                          I can't access any transaction by mobile banking, etc.
                          They don't care about customer.
                          I have called too many times, visited airtel showroom.. Till now i can't use any services by them, signal is visible on my mobile. Bt no use.

                            Dear sir

                            I have purchased airtel secure plan with monthly rental 79/- plus gst. As per their scheme it would be the 21 days process to deliver handset with repair.

                            But i claimed for airtel secure on dated 19 sep 2017. After that all process i got my handset on dated 17 oct 2017. Without proper repair. Complaint receipt is attached herewith.

                            Then again i have submitted my handset on 24 oc 2017, to repair. On saturday dated 28 oct 2017 i got a mail from airtel, that my hand set is repaired & it would be deliver within 72 hrs.

                            Now their team is continuously delaying the process its almost consume 43 days that is one & half month.
                            Is this exceptionable from a reputed co. To give a wrong commitment to their costumer.

                            The mails & complaint receipt is also attached herewith for your reference. When i called to one assist they decline me we can not help you in a proper way as you have purchase this plan from airtel. & airtel executive said they do not have a proper information their executive will call me.

                            But i do not have any update from saturday, its already consumed 72 hrs from their commitment. No one is helping me to provide a proper update. Or any tracking number.

                            Kindly you are requested to please look into this, & help me asap.

                              I had recharge rs399 dt[protected] and i got 1gb data that day and next day but last two days i din't received my daily 1gb data still i had also call to customer care who told me that u had receiving data daily but i having not receiving data last two days

                              Please resolve that problem asap

                              I had recharge rs399 at 28-10-17 & i had received 1gb data that day & 1bg next day but after i had not receiving any data 1gb per day,,,,,, till now
                              I had call costumer care he told me that you had receiving data daily but i had not receiving data last three days. Please resolve that problemasap

                              If you will not resolve that problem then i will file case in consumer court in future.

                                  Hello i am an airtel postpaid customer from past 10 years... I wanted to change my bill plan to 499 unlimited calls and 20gb data. I am not able to do so due to some error from network in my airtel app which says `your request for subscription / unsubscription is in progress. Pls wait few minutes' i see this mesg from 2 weeks... I called customer care 4 times and they always say my request us forwarded to technical team and it will be resolved in 24hrs... Till now my issue is not resolved... I'm bit upset with the service fir a platinum customer like me so i'm escalating this to be resolved soon... I have attached screenshot of error in red from my airtel app

                                      I have ported out of vodafone and it was approved by vodafone and the signal went off on 31st october 207 at 23:50. Inserted the airtel sim but there was no signal. I waited for the night but in the morning as well there was no signal. I am expecting some important calls as this is my official and personal number both.

                                      It was mentioned that i had to wait 4 hours but its more than 12 hours now and the airtel sim doesn't displays any signal bars.

                                      Please cancel the airtel bank account so i will request you this account made problems so cancel the account other wise we will complean to the police
