What the hell is going on i don’t want to use this bloody airtel services customer care sucks they won’t take any complaints and they won’t solve any customer issues they do all fraud.

Here is the story with airtel i wanted to change to another network and i kept a port request and then this airtel stupid customer care executive called me and told that we have offers we will provide then i went and recharged 399 from airtel app the offer given by airtel executive is 84 days validity but when i recharged it shows only 28 days then again i called customer care and told about they don’t even bother about they are saying the offer is not valid for your number and the twist is the airtel app shows 349 28 days validity but airtel took 399 from me and given the same offer. This is how airtel deals with the customers.

    I upgraded my bill plan on 18/10 and since then my internet is not working. Despite repeated calls to the customer service, the said problem has not been resolved.

    Will the service provider do its job instead of putting its customers through such unnecessary inconvenience?

      I recharged my number with 1 day pack for 1 GB internet that stays valid for 24 hours from the time you recharge it, at 11:25 PM and at 12:30 AM it shows that I have no data balance left and I haven’t used it. On top of that there are no customer care executives to solve any kind of problems.

        Dear sir,

        I have raised a complaint to airtel in the month of june 2017 that i am not getting the 3g/4g speed, i am getting the data connection speed 50 kbps on 3g/4g data packs. Until the issue is not resolved and airtel charge for 3g/4g bills. I try to complain many times i try to complain on airtel store, airtel customer care, airtel india email but they did not write correctly complain and refuse to resolve this problem.

        If we pay for 3g speed then we need 3g speed.

          I considered airtel to be one of the best service provider but actually now it has become worst. I am around 10 + year old customer, but now now i think am actually kast se murr.. I am now in mumbai at andheri west and from last 7 days there is no network in my phone and alongwith me there are more airtel connections which now we should port asap.           Please update our towers as soon as possible 4g connection is really very very poor in national institute of technology warangal, telangana 506004... Even sims like uninor come with very fast speed.. But airtel isn't...             I have recharged on 20th september with rs 399/- as per commitment given by airtel executive at the time of porting for unlimited calls and 1gb data for everyday 4g internet for 70 days. Airtel executive raise request for 70 days but i received the massage 18th oct and i got a msg that my offer validity is over and i need to recharge again. Why?? Isn’t this offer for 70 days? That’s what the offer said by airtel executive. Why is it getting discontinued within 28 days?? I didn’t spend 399/- inr for 28 days. Kindly see to this problem. I have been a loyal airtel customer. My number is 2 years old. I don’t expect this from airtel.

            Senior executive and even floor supervisor just cut the phone without help me out from this problem.

              I once recharged my mob with rs 12 msg pack coz i needed it. I was not informed that it will be renewed automatically. After the expiry the company deducted 12 rupees from my bal nd sent a message that auto renewal of message pack done. I complained on the customercare that i dont want this pack nd requested to remove it from my mob. The customer care executive assured me that it will be removed within half an hour. But again after ten days the same thing happened. 12 rupees got deducted in the name of auto renewal. I again called the customer care. Nd the stupid person is tellingme that u have recharged for once on ur own and it will not be removed. I asked him if one recharges for once is it for lifetime then. He said yes, it will not be removed. You enjoy the service. This company is befooling customers in the name of auto renewal. They are not ready to even remove the service. Nd they are not even telling any procedure to get it removed. Like # they are replying that it wont be removed. That means after every 10 days airtel will forcibly deduct 12 rupees from my account and compell me to enjoy its mandatory service. If they are befooling educated customers like this then what they must be doing with uneducated and naive users.

                Actually i was using an offer of 299 with 28 days o[censored]nlimited calls and 2 gb of data, today the offer expired and i got a message from airtel to renew the same offer, so i recharged with 299 again, but i did not get any main balance or data, then i called to customer care they said they cant do anything andb informed some other offer with 4 days o[censored]nlimited calls is activated on my no.

                Now airtel send me the message for renewing the offer of 299 thats why i reecharged it, but after recharge they are saying there is no offer like that on 299 pack, what chould i do, iam totally harassed with the worst customer service and support of airtel and just want my 299 rs back and justice against fraudness of airtel

                  I recharged with 399 plan which includes free call to any network in india for 84 days. My plan will expire on december 2017. I can't call to other network, i submitted a complaint about this to airtel customercare many times, complaint started since one week, still they don't resolve my complaint. But i got a message from this worst airtel company, mentioning it's resolved... This is the big lie,, why you cheating the customer, don't do to the customers, your customer care is one of worst in the world.
                  Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.. And please tell to your customer care don't tell lie to customers,,

                  I rasheed, i recharged 399 plan to airtel which is meant free calls to india for 84 days. This plan will expire on december. But i couldn't call to other networks since one week. I submitted a complaint to customer care they did not solve yet. But they told me four times to resolve within their time limit they have given me it's already over. Still they taking money from my account for making call

                  Extactly this worst airtel network is cheating me many ways...

                  Finally i talk to senior managers and supervisors in cochin as well they don't know anything about airtel as well... Worstinv company in the world

                  Still they not resolving but i got a message from airtel several times, issue is solved.. Why they lie to customers,, this airtel. Is cheating to all customers and they making money from my account...

                  It's my humble request to respected team, kindly resolve my complaint

                    I got my number recharged on 21st september with rs 1198 for unlimited calls and 2.5/day 4g internet for almost 3 months. My vendor checked this offer on my phone via an sms and i recharged. Its 19th oct today and i got a msg that my offer validity is over and i need to recharge again. Why??                         I have taken a new 4g sim card of airtel. The offer was 84 gb and unlimited calling for 84 days. Today it's been 15 days that i have been using this card and all of a sudden i couldn't call. Outgoing calls had stopped working. When i contacted the retailer who sold me this card with so called good marketing skills said that he can't help me with this. Please help me with my plan. I feel cheated by airtel. The retailer said that unlimited calls give 3000 minutes per month and 250 minutes per day which he did not specify while selling the card to me. Also no terms and conditions were being mentioned. Also the internet connection gets disconnected. I have to disable my sim and enable it again. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I trusted airtel and it can't cheat it's customers like this.

                              I have not been able to make outgoing calls since 14 th oct 2017 on my airtel number [protected]. I have got my sim changed; got my phone checked and have raised a number of complaints at the airtel customer care. I have also visited the airtel store 2 times in the past 10 days but i am not getting a response from these bloody airtel customer support team. Everytime i make a complain ; these people just make an excuse to escape the situation by saying that the number will start working properly in another 24 hrs, by tomorrow ; etc etc. The customer care executives dont have a proper training and education to provide solutions. They are just sitting in the airtel offices and withdrawing free salary. Also the senior executives at airtel are bloody # with poor skills of solving the problem. They should be fired from their jobs immediately.. They have been trained to make false commitments and fake promises to the customers. They are # bloody experts in speaking lies and escaping the problems. The poorest and the worsest network at this moment available in airtel. Get my problem solved airtel or ill show you what an irritated customer can do! My alternate number is [protected]

                                We have a connection [protected] which was taken at the time of inception of airtel in india. It was a post paid connection in personal name. We wanted to transfer this into our corporate account. We were advised to make it prepaid and then transfer it to the corporate account. Past 2 months the connection has been running as prepaid. We have made several complaints but till now it has not been converted to postpaid corporate account. Every time we are said that it will be done by evening or in 48 hours but it has not been done.
                                We request you to kindly look into the matter and help us.

                                  Some times previous day mobile net consumption is adding to next day daily 1 gb limit. Day before yesterday this is happened to me and last week i have observed the same. If today my mobile net consumption is 150mb, then airtel added this to next day consumption do that i am losing 150 mb of my daily limit.

                                  Though airtel on my number [protected] is giving 1.5 gb 4g daily but their speed is average 30-40 kbps only So it is very irritating when you have already paid 499 . And you have to think about your other network recharge. Please take strict action

                                    A recharge was done on my mobile for 5000, which was supposed to have been transferred to my paytm account, i spoke to airtel customer care ref no:cbnrv[protected], all they said is they can not help me and that i have to use the 5000 for their services only. This is outrageous, especially since they have no way of resolving the issue, i really hope someone takes notice and finds a way to help me.
