Dear customer service team,

I wanted to complain you regarding the issue and herrasment which my family faced due to your misbehavoiur and reply on the airtel connection which they are using. I was using the airtel connection no. [protected] which i had asked the customer service agent to deactivate. They have not done their role and now sending me cummulative amount for non usage of the service.

Any now the team is harassing my family members who is using airtel connection by deactivating his internet and sms service.

I would need that company like airtel can lose it connection by deactivating other no. This is an corporate no. And this type of approach would effect his work for which we are going catch airtel liable for the loses.

I had given complain to them on March and till June I had not got any solution and later getting an revert from them that the connection issue would be resolved by November at that same movement I had asked the customer service agent to deactivate the No. If I am not getting services then why should I pay the amount. Later in September the collection team started calling for the payment and now connection of my family members they have started deactiving. This is not fear in the case of the Airtel company.

    I did wrong recharge instead of 199 plan I did 349 rs recharge..plz correct it and refund the money. I did recharge through paytm.

      Respected sir/madam,

      Today i. E., 16 october 2017 i have sent 500rs through tez app to my friend. The amount was debited from my airtel payment bank account, but didn't get credited in my friend's account. Please look into this problem. This is not the first time the app has done this type of transactions. Please make sure you people slove this problem of mine.

        So many time i complaint against regarding in airtel helpline no 198 & 12118 but the airtel is not resolve our complaint internet speed is very down in particular area i got speed only 10 to 15 kbps in 3g & 4g mode also and other location good speed 300 to 500 kbps so many time complaint his customer support team but they will take a complaint but no any befits any complaint
        All airtel user in my area is facing same problem, in our location is village+post-bastawara, landmark chandni chowk near imambara bastawara, dist - darbhanga, state - bihar, pin 847428

        Even though my adhar number has been linked when i tried to upgrade my sim to 4g it gives countinues msgs of wrong HLR gold sim...what shall i do

        In the above no sufficient balance is available.but when i call always say that there is no balance.

          My name shashidara, i also using airtel no since 12 years as your record, but now i think it's harshed me because of at last month date of 16 i have recharged my mo no with plan 399 which is gives us 84 daya calls std/local & 1 gb data per day free. But now it is 28 days when this is not working. So i think this company will became mad when i calling cce...

              I had made a recharge on wrong Airtel number of Rs. 200/- by mistake. I made a mistake in last digit when i entered the mobile number. The correct number on which i intended to recharge was [protected] and by mistake i entered [protected].

                  I have recharged my airtel 4g mobile with 399rs for which company was offering 70 gbs data for 70 days and unlimited calls local/ std. An sms from company also showed that the offer is activated. But when i checked last in my airtel app it showed 28 days validity instead of 70. I felt cheated. Airtel customer service does not respond to my calls.
                  My mobile device is 4g enabled and the sim also is 4g sim. So there is no way airtel should be changing the offer plan. Which was intended for 4g handset + 4gsim.

                      Hi all,

                      This is a 4th month i am not received my e-bill.

                      Tell me how many months you people wants me to beg you with your ugly service.

                      I can say airttel has very poor technical team and very very lazy leadership team in the world to taking 4 months to solve my query and still continues.

                      Fix my issue asap. Otherwise i will mpn with all my airtel numbers to jio / vodafone.

                        I have done my all dues payment mobile [protected] amount rs723 reference no.[protected] date16/10/2017 to airtel
                        . My old plan was rs 399 but after port of my mobile old provider did activate many service on my mobile without intimation. All service did deactivate immediatly by me and he did not sent me bill by mail or call.

                        I have paid my old dues full n fianal rs 723. Reference no.[protected] for continue my currant service.

                          I wanted to recharge someone else's number from my myairtel app.in process, my own number gets recharged again, whereas i was already using the 399 plan. The steps i followed are:
                          1. Tried to recharge 399 plan for someone else.
                          2. Clicked on the best offers for me. (I wanted to check whether i can recharge someone else's number from my best offers.)
                          3. Clicked on 399 plan.
                          4. Chose to pay through debit card. (Thinking it will ask for the number to be recharged after payment mode selection.)
                          5. It generated otp.
                          6. The otp gets auto filled and also, gets auto submitted.
                          7. I never clicked the submit button. And my account (Which already had 399 recharge from 15 september 2017) was recharged once again by 399 rs on 6 october 2017.
                          8. Also, i am submitting this complaint on 16 october 2017. Because, i have been trying to talk to the customer care representative, but you guys are like cbi. To talk to the representative we have to dial a million random numbers.
                          9. I talked your representative today (Someone named inderjeet singh or daljeet singh), he was very bad. You can check your recorded call, which you record for "internal purposes". Kindly use it for a decent purpose.
                          9. I would really like to complaint about the representative. He was non cooperative. Didnt know about the myairtel app. He said things which were untrue. Didnt listen to me. Kept on interrupting me, while i was trying to explain.
                          10. I would like to get my money refunded in myairtel app or extend my service for which it was double recharged.
                          11. Your myairtel app has serious problems.
                          12. Airtel user since 2010. Would seriously port since this was third such disgusting thing happened to me.

                                I m facing following problems with airtel network -
                                A) no internet -
                                1) when net is off - calls can be made
                                2) when net is on - network goes off and calls cannot be made and no internet also
                                Already changed the sim card to new (As directed by airtel customer care), but the issue is not resolved.

                                B) poor call connectivity (It takes 5-10 secs to start ringing)

                                Above issues are prevalent pan india for my number. Issues persisting since last 3-4 months, but no resolution has been provided.

                                  I am the coordinator for my company and i have been trying to raise a complain regarding improper billing for the past 1 month. Last month i paid the bill despite the error since the amount was small and i did not want to be late and hoping it will be eventually looked into and reversed the following month. This month i got an even bigger error in billing and after multiple emails, i have no reply and the bill due date has passed. I am unwilling to pay until someone responds to my query and reverses the error but until now, i have not been able to speak to anyone who can do this. 121 say they cannot help becuase its a corporate connection. And corporate email helpline does not reply!

                                    I have taken 649 data plan & airtel is offering 28 GB data but actual offered 8 GB data. Now when I upgrade my plan upto 30 GB data as per airtel representative request now from last Saturday 14th, my mobile data pack is non functional & your representative at local branch is not picking any
                                    phone. It is the only problem in my 2 no's.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have been contacting the customer care for the past two months regrding the same issue. My number is not provided with adequate offers as all the other fellow airtel mobile users i kow.in fact i have been doing a continuous recharge of huge amounts to my number and i have not been provided with offers.

                                        I have been paying a monthly pack rs.349 for 28 days and all my fellow friends who use the same airtel, some of them have even purchased the number after i did, have got the recharge of r.399 (28days+28days+28days), while i have been asked to pay an over charged offer every month.

                                        When asked to customer care agents, for the past two months i am getting the same reply as nothing can be done on this matter.

                                        You need not have a customer service, if nothing can be done for a complaint.

                                        Why is this discrimination just for my number. I guess other service providers are providing better offers than i have been provided in airtel. This is totally disappointing

                                        The customer service professionals even said that i wont be able to cancel my number for this complaint and all. How will overcharging only one customer not be treated as a complaint. Fyi (I spoke to the l1 and l2 representatives today and both said the same reply)

                                        I have totally lost my hope in airtel and i am planning to raise a consumer complaint in the forum with proofs how i have been over charged for the same service that has been provided for other airtel users for a lesser price and questioning the existence of customer who said they cant help me in this matter.

                                        And then i will go ahead and cancel this number.

                                        You will lose a lot of customers if you provide such bad offers.
