I have done my all dues payment mobile [protected] amount rs723 reference no.[protected] date16/10/2017 to airtel
. My old plan was rs 399 but after port of my mobile old provider did activate many service on my mobile without intimation. All service did deactivate immediatly by me and he did not sent me bill by mail or call.

I have paid my old dues full n fianal rs 723. Reference no.[protected] for continue my currant service.

    I wanted to recharge someone else's number from my myairtel app.in process, my own number gets recharged again, whereas i was already using the 399 plan. The steps i followed are:
    1. Tried to recharge 399 plan for someone else.
    2. Clicked on the best offers for me. (I wanted to check whether i can recharge someone else's number from my best offers.)
    3. Clicked on 399 plan.
    4. Chose to pay through debit card. (Thinking it will ask for the number to be recharged after payment mode selection.)
    5. It generated otp.
    6. The otp gets auto filled and also, gets auto submitted.
    7. I never clicked the submit button. And my account (Which already had 399 recharge from 15 september 2017) was recharged once again by 399 rs on 6 october 2017.
    8. Also, i am submitting this complaint on 16 october 2017. Because, i have been trying to talk to the customer care representative, but you guys are like cbi. To talk to the representative we have to dial a million random numbers.
    9. I talked your representative today (Someone named inderjeet singh or daljeet singh), he was very bad. You can check your recorded call, which you record for "internal purposes". Kindly use it for a decent purpose.
    9. I would really like to complaint about the representative. He was non cooperative. Didnt know about the myairtel app. He said things which were untrue. Didnt listen to me. Kept on interrupting me, while i was trying to explain.
    10. I would like to get my money refunded in myairtel app or extend my service for which it was double recharged.
    11. Your myairtel app has serious problems.
    12. Airtel user since 2010. Would seriously port since this was third such disgusting thing happened to me.

          I m facing following problems with airtel network -
          A) no internet -
          1) when net is off - calls can be made
          2) when net is on - network goes off and calls cannot be made and no internet also
          Already changed the sim card to new (As directed by airtel customer care), but the issue is not resolved.

          B) poor call connectivity (It takes 5-10 secs to start ringing)

          Above issues are prevalent pan india for my number. Issues persisting since last 3-4 months, but no resolution has been provided.

            I am the coordinator for my company and i have been trying to raise a complain regarding improper billing for the past 1 month. Last month i paid the bill despite the error since the amount was small and i did not want to be late and hoping it will be eventually looked into and reversed the following month. This month i got an even bigger error in billing and after multiple emails, i have no reply and the bill due date has passed. I am unwilling to pay until someone responds to my query and reverses the error but until now, i have not been able to speak to anyone who can do this. 121 say they cannot help becuase its a corporate connection. And corporate email helpline does not reply!

              I have taken 649 data plan & airtel is offering 28 GB data but actual offered 8 GB data. Now when I upgrade my plan upto 30 GB data as per airtel representative request now from last Saturday 14th, my mobile data pack is non functional & your representative at local branch is not picking any
              phone. It is the only problem in my 2 no's.

                  Hi team,

                  I have been contacting the customer care for the past two months regrding the same issue. My number is not provided with adequate offers as all the other fellow airtel mobile users i kow.in fact i have been doing a continuous recharge of huge amounts to my number and i have not been provided with offers.

                  I have been paying a monthly pack rs.349 for 28 days and all my fellow friends who use the same airtel, some of them have even purchased the number after i did, have got the recharge of r.399 (28days+28days+28days), while i have been asked to pay an over charged offer every month.

                  When asked to customer care agents, for the past two months i am getting the same reply as nothing can be done on this matter.

                  You need not have a customer service, if nothing can be done for a complaint.

                  Why is this discrimination just for my number. I guess other service providers are providing better offers than i have been provided in airtel. This is totally disappointing

                  The customer service professionals even said that i wont be able to cancel my number for this complaint and all. How will overcharging only one customer not be treated as a complaint. Fyi (I spoke to the l1 and l2 representatives today and both said the same reply)

                  I have totally lost my hope in airtel and i am planning to raise a consumer complaint in the forum with proofs how i have been over charged for the same service that has been provided for other airtel users for a lesser price and questioning the existence of customer who said they cant help me in this matter.

                  And then i will go ahead and cancel this number.

                  You will lose a lot of customers if you provide such bad offers.

                    I forgot my mpin so i tried to reset mpin but when i proceeded with first name and last name and dob it shows account was blocked i tried many times it shows server problem try after 9 hours i cannot open my profile it asks mpin i cannot regenerate mpin because of my account got blocked so sir i request you to please help me unblock my account it is needed to me

                      I am a scholar of pondicherry university and recently i ported by bsnl number to airtel postpaid. But airtel has very poor reception inside the campus and because of this am losing out on many important calls.
                      This has been a constant problem inside pondicherry university and so most of the students prefer bsnl connection but then bsnl internet is very slow. So we are caught up in a dilemma. I need hi speed internet for my academic purposes and hence took the decision to port to airtel. I am happy with my airtel connection when i am outside the campus but the situation is just the opposite inside the campus.
                      Please do the needful asap.

                        Hi myself dr chandra mohan reddy using airtel postpaid number [protected].

                        Since 2 months iam struggling with internet connectivity issues. Everytime they will rectify and again same thing will happen to me. I have to do multiple calls to airtel for the same.
                        On each call they will tell same story wait for one day.
                        Iam one busy doctor and wasting most of my time in calling customer care and they will keep me waiting for almost half an hour and will tell the same story wait for one day.

                        Recently same incident happened to me
                        I had raised the complaint against network connectivity issues two days back and still the problem not rectified and whenever i will call same answer wait for one day.
                        Iam fed up of all these.

                        Airtel is the most irresponsible network towards customers.

                        Kindly help me with this

                          The new tower of air tel company which located in village tundewal (Sbs nagar) punjab but company did not operate this tower. But this is a remote area. No network. We trying to talk company employee but they don't reply satisfied. So we requested to you to start this. Tower immediately weather it's no operate by you then we will port our 859 mobile no.in jio network. So we want operate immediately this tower. Thanks so much

                              I live at assam, karimganj district where i used to receive 24hrs high speed 4g network so i recharged with an amount of 399 i. E. 1gb/day for 70 days... But since one month i am unable to receive 4g network.. Whenever i switch to 4g (Auto), the network shows 3g then 2g then data connection lost... Why so???
                              Its been happening since last one month.. Please review my complain and try to fix it... My number is [protected].. My money is going in a waste.. Whether fix the issue or else return my 399 rupees.. Thank you.

                                Please note, i am udayakumar. I have one connection for airtel prepaid my number is [protected]. I got one offer for airtel app, 399 pack-70gb, 70days (1day = 1gb). My mobile i will connect automatically data mb is gone 1 hour = 1gb gone automatically, i am not using any apps physically. I am complaint for airtel customer care so many time. He say your side is problem, your apps background running so mb is gone told. I am say already idea 4g internet using this issues not received my side. So your are fraud & cheating to me. I am totally disappointed this airtel company. This is very very bad service in our india.

                                    I took airtel broadband connection on 24-oct-2017 and raised a service request on 30-sep-2017 regarding my frequent disconnection of network. But still airtel network team unable to resolve.
                                    After raising disconnection request i got a call from cancellation department and they gave commitment that we will resolve this issue shortly but still there is no progress.

                                    I have some question please clarify

                                    1) what is eta of resolving a ticket (Why my issue is not fixed last 17 days)

                                    2) as per your service specialist this issue is from airtel due to low copper wire.

                                    If you do not have proper infrastructure then why you are giving new connection?

                                    3) some of your service specialist are saying you can call to 121 and ask for connect my name if issue will persist (Eg harish told me). While requesting service specialist to specific person they are asking we cann't connect specific person and disclosed our location. I do agree with business policy. Yesterday i called to your executive and he is saying i am from delhi it's not my scope and i will escalated to bangalore team. (If disclosing of address is not in your policy why this guy disclosed (I assumed this policy is for cheating customer)

                                    4) why you do not have professional service specialist?

                                      Filed complaint that internet speed is not up to mark and very slow in my locality.
                                      First complaint raised on 13th closed on 14th without resolution.
                                      Second complaint raised on 15th and got message that i will get update by 19th.
                                      Still how many days airtel will make me wait i don't know
                                      Kindly refund my money 399. My complaint# is c4gsp[protected]

                                      Cheaters contact# [protected] and [protected] are a cheaters public please be aware of him. Please don't share your credit or debit card details.

                                      They told their names are Asish Metha ID# 109224 and another cheater name Deepak.

                                      These type of cheaters are still alive in space and God will never forgive never forgive them.

                                      May God punish them to the core.

                                        My airtel mobile number: [protected], is showing "emergency service only", from the past 3 hours. I'm using a brand new samsung s8 plus. From the time i purchased this phone 2 months back, i haven't removed the sim. When i call airtel customer care, regarding this issue, they keep telling me that need to change sim, as it might have got damaged. I don't understand the logic, as to how a sim, inside the phone get damaged, with out taking it out. My s8 plus itself has no single scratch on it. Such an illogical explanation from airtel is quite frustrating.
