I am suffering from last 2 to 3 months that my airtel internet is very slow in the evening time and i had complaint many times that this is the issue when ever i call customer care they simply say that we are taking complaint about the issue then next day morning i will get a text message saying that your issue has been resolved
They will just ask the area where i have problem, i live in banashankari temple ward umarbagh layout bangalore 560078

Many times o approached airtel outlet but they will just skip and they ignore
I am using iphone 6s plus

This month i recharged 399 for 84 days validity and per day 1 gb
When i check the speed in evening download will be 0.22mbps upload will be 0.02 where in the morning i will get 12mbps

Could you look in to this resolve as soon as possible

    I am facing network issue in july month but its not resolve now first they guys give me resolve this issue in 10 aug 2017 but still i am facing same issue when i call customer care team then now they guys give me next 3 month date and clearly customer care tell you can call any one but its not resolve before. Customer care team is not help full and this guys always say sorry we can resolve this early. This really very dis-pointed

      Dear service team,

      Hi, this is mr. Nizamudeen from bangalore having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile on lost saturday night, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

      Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

          I had paid rs 399 for airtel network connection the vendor told me that i will get 1 gb data on daily basis with good speed. But since beginning it has problem, the network is working - on and off basis. It has no speed even i can't able to open my e mail account. Its wort network i ever used. I think airtel is believing in looting the customer. They are taking money but on name of services they are not giving anything.in place of that jio is good at least reliance is providing their services genuinely. If airtel will go like this one day they have to shut their shop. Now i am thinking i lost my money in airtel and going to switch to jio by paying another chunk of money.

            I had use airtel postpaid service from last 2 year. I had charged 710 rs. Extra in month july billing for usage of this number 7888 but i am not call this number then why such excess billing is coming.

            Again face same issue for aug bill. Again charged 1508 rs. Extra in month aug billing for usage of this number 7888 but i am not call this number again then why such excess billing is coming.

            I am calling appellate officer (Wajida begam) she told me you pay this extra bill. I am told you i am not use this this number then why pay such extra amount. She told me i don't know.

            I have contact airtel customer service tried to know the reason of billing. Still now i didn't get any proper explanation from airtel side.

            I realy disappointed with airtel service.

              I have moved back to jodhpur from delhi and the network hasn't improved at my location. After checking it on open network there was only a single tower within 2km radius that too in a highly populated areas in the city. I have been facing this network issue for quite a long time in my area. The data speed is poor and call quality lags most of the times. It's a disappointment that airtel hasn't been able to establish a good network in one of the highly dense area of jodhpur. This open network scheme is no good until they resolve the network issues we had faced in past few months. I am looking forward to receiving a positive response regarding the issue we are facing.

                We got a aitel broadband connection from saravanan of vr communications chitallapakkam, chennai

                Vr communications has put a wrong details in the order as per the update from the field technician who has come to install the broadband link

                As per airtel tech only from vr communications can update the order but my calls to them go unanswered

                My airtel crf number is 4453049 and also i had logged call with airtel customer care for this issue

                  My phone number [protected] and wife's phone is [protected]. Airtel decided to silently add a service called "boosters" into our bill which costs rs. 300 + tax. After a few months of getting billed this way, i finally called up customer support and was told that this service will be stopped and rs. 300 will be reimbursed from each bill for each month. Come next cycle and i am still getting billed for this service on both numbers. I called them up again and was told that they have no prior record of any communication with me.

                    Hi team,

                    I am unable to access my internet (Very slow) from 17th aug 2017 and from that day i am following up with the customer care and they always say, we will get back to you and i did not hear back with any resolution. It is very frustrating and annoying that airtel team is unable to solve a network issue from 5 days. Today morning i went to airtel office and they suggested to change the sim and i changed it accordingly. But, still the same issue. I am thinking to take this to consumer court, as this has exhausted my patience level. I do not understand how airtel customer service can be so pathetic, when they own such a big network business.

                    I need this issue to be escalated asap and get back to me with a resolution.

                      Hi,

                      It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of 26th jun'17.
                      I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to slipped while picking up a call carelessness. What a rubbish statement.

                      May i request you to look into concern as after 32 days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim and after 5 days of picking the device, i have been told that claim is rejected. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

                          Hello team,

                          I recharged my airtel prepaid mobile with 600/- on 20/07/2017 (630 shoudl be added to the account). I didn't make much calls, didn't use internet at all. Also didn't send any sms, but now current balance is 0/-. Please let me know why the amount is deducted with out using it.
                          I cant loose such a huge amount. I am sending mails to [protected]@in. Airtel.com, but there is no response from them.
                          Let me know if it is expected from airtel.

We have been operating under cug scheme and our billing cycle is 5th june to 4th july 17.. We have received mobile bills for this period amounting to rs 39939.45 and you company has charged gst for the pre gst period starting 5th june to 30th june'17. We have paid a round sum amount of rs 20, 000 vide hdfc bank chq # 006828 dt.3.08.2017 of hdfc bank pending resoulution of our grievance. Our repeated attempts to get this addressed from your vijayaywada office and hyderabad office have drawn a blank. We have requested for fresh billing separately for pre-gst and post gst periods.                               This is my humble request you to provide better network or else u wind up the so called services you provided. Because i request many times for broad band connection at my home and i have the request orders as well but from your side there is no such action has been taken so far. And the issue is still remains. And i have complaint regarding network issue at my home or my work place but again there is no solution... What should i do to resolve the issue... Should port the number or buy a new one from different operator.

                                After about 2 to 3 hours of porting started getting sms but incomming calls are not recd. Now the present status is outgoing calls can be made (Ok) sms send /recd is (Ok) but incomming calls not recd. Calling party is getting response that

                                  Yesterday i recharged my mobile no[protected] for rs.197 scheme and received a msg., free talk time is valid for 2 days. On contacting the customer care they said it is not available for this sim. They also said it is for us to check out which scheme we are eligible and no such instruction is in website. When my monthly recharge itself is less than rs.500/0 how can i opt for rs.197/- for two days.

                                  Feel cheated. I am a senior citizen of 63 yrs old and feel very sad for such cheating by big corporates for small amounts.

                                  I have changed my set box from nor to HD, at that time i have paid 1050/- charges, and my monthly pack is 199/- per month, but after upgrade it raise up to 292, so why i pay 93 rupees extra per month

                                    But I think Jio 's internet speed better than Airtel
                                    I really check the speed of both Jio and Airtel
                                    But Jio is better than Airtel
                                    So my complaint is to repair or upgrade Airtel tower

                                      I have port my sim from voda to airtel for better network and internet speed. I have recharge for 449. I got 1 gb net for 84 days. But speed is dam slow so i am unable to use 1 gb net till now. Its 2 months and i have call customer care many time but they did nothing. I have to purchase another sim card for using internet.
                                      You airtel guys are making people fool. I will port out in jio.

                                      Still no response from Airtel.My issue is same.they are not even picking up my call.
                                      78369906 is my last complaint no.
                                      I am facing this last 2 months.every executive of 121, 198 & ntwrk team told me to solved this in 3 days but no solutions.i have done so many complains but nothing solution.if have some solution plz solved it
                                      I have call them over several time but they disconnect my call and when i call them again they says they are transfering the call but they disconnect it.
                                      I am tired of them.its 2 month and no solution from airtel.
                                      Then what is meaning of such a high recharge 449.
                                      Jio is better then this.Resolve my problem asap.
                                      I have port my sim form Aircel To Airtel and I see nothing special in airtel, my 4G speed is Very slow and It doesn't make any sense.plz fix this problem

                                        It's been 6 days i raised a complaint against airtel, but till today i haven't received any call or email from airtel regarding my complaint. Now i came to know after these many working days even after complaining in consumercomplaint.in airtel is not at all taking any action on my complaint. So the hope on government is also vanished from me in solving my issue. Even the government is not at all taking any action towards this. And my older complaint is stated below for your kind information.

                                        I p. Saipavan with bearing airtel mobile number [protected] have recently ported to airtel in the month of march or april 2017. At first i recieved signal in roaming i. E in kerala but when i changed my location to goa i stopped recieving signals from airtel and they asked me to take a new sim from andhra itself. So i kept in "safe custody" to not to lose my number if it is not used for months. Last month i. E on julu 31'st i have taken a new sim from airtel store in vijayawada, it worked well till i crossed the border while returning to goa. I stopped recieving signal from 6th august as i just crossed the border of andhra pradesh. Here in goa again i have a new sim in local store nearby vasco and that new sim to stopped recieving signals as soon as i inserted it in my phone and it was showing emergency calls only. First i thought it was my sim tray problem but others sims from other networks are working in the same sim tray but not airtel. I have raised a complaint on this issue to airtel on 7th august 2017 but the actual complaint is registered from airtel 9th august and 11th august i got a response from airtel stating with a service request number 78555330 and our network team is working with the issue and it will be solved on or before 16th august 2017 but the issue is not yet solved and im not at all recieving any signals from airtel to my number and they are not even responding to my mails and asking me to wait.
                                        And my question is???
                                        1) will my isuue wil be solved or not??
                                        2) how many days i have to wait for recieving signal???.
                                        3) i dont want to loosed my number i. E [protected] since it was registered with all my bank accounts and all my contacts in my phone are used to this number.

                                        Please consider this issue at most as i was not able to recieve any signal from airtel apart from emergency calls from the past 10 days. Please do the needfull
