As shown in screenshot below i have recharged my airtel no [protected] with Rs.244 plan on dated 12th aug 2017.As per the offer i am not getting daily 1gb data in my no, instead i got a one time data of 1gb and the daily data plan is not working anymore.
This is my biggest mistake that i have recharged in airtel instead of jio, i would have not faced such mishaps in jio.
Hate you Airtel for this 😔😔
I gonna move to other operator after this plan gets over.

    Airtel services is are very very worst not able to connect to airtel customer care from my airtel number [protected].
    Since few days i was experiencing major problems with my airtel connection.
    1.
    Not getting otp to my mobile if any online base transactions done.
    2. The balance. Were deducting for toll free numbers of other customer care like just dial
    3. No free offers in airtel prepaid services.
    4. All customer care executives we're very irresponsible in handling customer calls
    Giving fake advises to customer
    5. Mostly i am dissatisfied with airtel services.

    I never experienced such a worst kind of services from airtel.
    I think airtel is trying to fool the customers with intensive publicity of ads.& fake promises for their marketing needs.

    Since my early age how airtel was
    If any problem arises with airtel sim
    The airtel sim will be provided with free of cost to customer.
    Now they were charging 50 rupees to 100 rupees for sim replacement.
    Previously airtel was provided minimum
    1 gb data to airtel mnp customers who ported from other network.
    Now no data is provided to customer until and unless recharge.

    So in my opinion airtel can't provide any offers to their customers. It's waste of expectations.
    Airtel was totally changed. As they do as their wish.

      Respected sir/ma'am

      I'm dr. Aakashdeep singh residing at visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh would like to bring it to your notice that i purchased a new 4g sim from your authorised outlet on 12 aug 2017 using my aadhar card. Not sharing any personal details here online except the mobile number provided to me: [protected]

      The sim has been activated without any issues but i'm not able to receive/ send any text messages. Even the ussd services show me an error (538). I've even recharged my phone twice but still haven't received any messages of the transactions.
      I've called customer care regarding the same but unfortunately they aren't able to solve this issue.
      Now i'll be travelling out of country in a couple of days and i don't want this issue to drag along with me.

      So i kindly request you to look in to this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

        My airtel account of mobile no [protected] has blocked. And i am not able to regenerate new mpin through given information at the registration time. Please unblock the my airtel account as early as possible. And give me the information about procedure of regenerate the new mpin of my airtel money account. Because it is very necessary for me.

          मैन एयरटेल का 4G सिम लिया है मेरे आफिस पे तो सही नेटवर्क आता है किन्तु मेरे घर पर एक भी टावर सिंगलन नही आता है । मैं पेशे से एक वकील हूँ जिसको हर वक़्त इंटरनेट चाहिए होता है मेल व सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पड़ने के लिए । मैंने 400 रुपये खर्च करके सिम लिया पर मेरे आवास पर नेटवर्क नही है । मैं बहुत मज़बूर व ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रहा हूँ ।
          मेरे घर से 1 किमी . दूर ग्राम -सकैनिया, तहसील गदरपुर जिला उधम सिंह नगर, उत्तराखंड पिन 263152 पर पहले टावर था जो शेयरिंग बेस पर लगा हुआ था किंतु कुछ महीने पहले वहां से आपकी मशीन हटा ली गयी जो कि बहुत शर्मनाक बात है । जो आपके कस्टमर्स थे वो आपके नेटवर्क से धोखा खा गए ।कृपया वहाँ पुनः सर्विस प्रारंभ करें । हमे 2G, 3G, 4G कोई सिग्नल प्राप्त नही हो रहे हैं ।

          इस एरिया में बहुत लोग एयरटेल 4G यूज़ करना चाहते है पर यहां आपका नेटवर्क NIL है ।
          कृपया उपरोक्त मामले को संज्ञान में लेते हुए बड़े अधिकारी तक मेरा संदेश पहुचाया जाए और यहां टावर लगवाया जावे ।
          अगर स्थान की जरूरत है तो मैं स्थान देने व दिलाने में पूरी तरह से एयरटेल टीम के साथ हूँ ।

            I dont wanna disturb u people for just conversation of prepaid to postpaid. Am an employee i cant b for u r times at home for activation sim. Even though i waited. Till no one visited my home for verification. Its just a verification of identify n address. I dont expect such late.

            Its a rajitha stores opp ashoka theatre. Hanamkonda. Warangal. Aug 1st i hav request. Paid 300 rs

              I have tried to call airtel customer care number ([protected]) continually for last 6 hours. The call would not connect. I tried sending feedback using the feedback form page on their website. All pages were loading well, but the feedback form page could not be submitted. It is frustrating. Finally, i had to email them. Waiting for their response. How can their customer care number be not available?

                Airtel is cheating with 399 offer for 84 days, when I tried to recharge the offer is not applicable on my phone. When I contacted the customer care they said it will be done in airtel store, when I went to the store they said the offer is applicable only to random numbers, what an unethical practice by the airtel. I am planning to port to Jio.

                  Not getting network on my mobile in mumbai. The airtel service is pathetic and declining daily basis. Service is very poor with massive call drops at sll places in mumbai. After jio they are badly hit and hence the response on support is also very poor. I got my plan changed and since then it is very very poor service. We request this site to kindly escalate it.

                    A year ago i added some rs 17, 000 to my airtel bank account which i use for paying bills for our airtel post-paid mobile accounts. Recently i started getting an error and the customer service at airtel told me that my account is in 'debit freeze' and asked me to submit proof of id and address proof which i did, now they are asking for aadhar card number which i as a nri cannot get, in fact indian govt has prohibited nris (Foreign citizens) from getting an aadhar card since it subsidizes certain payments for indians. Now airtel, one of the biggest telecom company in india has left me high and dry, basically its daylight robbery if they are going to keep my money as a basis of not having aadhar card, its all a scam since they should have asked for all such id information before opening a bank account, even now the scam continues since they will allow me to deposit money in this account, but will not allow me to use the same for debit transactions such as paying bills that will benefit their own company, my case number is 654309. What are my options? I am considering anything from getting a legal opinion to filing a fir for theft to approaching the media both here in the us and india so as to stop others falling for this scam.

                      Hi Team,

                      I am sending this mail with a lot of frustration and loss of confidence on the most reputed telecom operator in India.

                      I have raised a broadband disconnection[protected] request on April 19 and also paid that months bill.. and cleared off the dues for disconnection.. even if there was a bill i was hoping to get a partial amount only for those 9 days...

                      But I was constantly getting calls from your team (i don't know if that's called customer-retention team). And they told i can keep using this connection for some more time and with no cost, for which I promptly told I DO NOT NEED, but they didn't hear my words..

                      I don't know what happened in the next month, but the bill was generated again for which I called customer care many times and clearly told that i cannot pay because I already paid the bill in April after i raised disconnection request.

                      And on the month of May&June i got few calls and in that too, i told i won't pay and they told they will clear off.. There was no explanation in any call on how and why the bill got generated..

                      Now i got a call saying they would send legal notice if i won't pay due..

                      This is truly a disheartening, disappointing and annoying experience. This looks to be an intimidating call from a reputed firm to a common man, who was a loyal customer for more than 6 years.

                      Please go thru the attachments and take necessary action to close this.. Hoping that airtel can be a customer friendly company for one last time at least to me, and win this customer back for any of my future requirements..

                      Let me know if i have to forward this to some other department for speedy and necessary action..

                        For the last 4 days i am waiting for the broadband conection. I had already paid the full payment online to the airtel,.

                        When i raised an inquiry for new broadband connection, they contact me 5 times daily, but after collecting documents and payment they are not even receiving my calls.

                        I have paid 11000 rupees 6 months rent in advance and not even customer care is not resolving my problem

                        The lady who is calling her name was numa and contact no is [protected] now she is not receiving call.

                        Customer care also promised me that by today evening technician will come and complete the connection but none came.

                          Airtel has a smart way of cheating people. This afternoon, 12.08.2017, an executive from airtel office, chennai, rang me up. She said high definition box is given on a promotional offer for rs.599. Out of this, service charge is rs. 150 and the remaining amount will be added to your account. However she hides the fact that the remaining amount will be instantly debited towards set-top box.
                          The so-called high definition set-top box makes it extremely difficult to read the captions running below.in effect, the clarity in the new set-top box is only about 40% of what was already there.
                          Looking at this horror and sub-standard quality, i make repeated phone calls the next moment the person leaves the compound. But they simply tell you "this is all the quality you can get from high definition box"

                          Rather than giving a bill for rs. 600, they choose to send sms just for rs.448.
                          This might be their technique to escape from tax burden as well.

                            I had made the international roaming payment on[protected] for rs.2999.00 for europe package. After landing in europe (Italy) and thereafter, i did not get the signal. After contacting the airtel office in muzaffarpur, bihar; i was told that anything can be done only once i get the network on my cell phone. Having gone through the problems on foreign land without network, i wish to have my refund of rs.2999.00 reverse to my net banking account. The company is not willing to refund the unused services amount.

                              On 17.07.17 i received a phone call @ 16:29 hrs from your call center regarding non payment of bill for mobile no [protected] account no [protected]
                              The language used by your person was extremely abusive and vulgar. Find attached the audio conversation with your call center person
                              I do agree that the bill was not paid at that time but such abusive language is not justified.
                              I want you to take the strictest action possible with this employee of yours as this type of behaviour shows the airtel brand in poor light and confirm to me via email or else i’m taking this matter to higher levels.

                                  A fraud person pretended to be a bank staff made a fraudulent deduction of inr rs 19990.0 from my sbi saving account yesterday (11/08/2017), 9.00 am, towards a fraud purchase on pos bdr[protected] at airtelmoney txn#[protected]. And the sbi debit card used is 607xx4519.
                                  Please cancel the transaction and refund my money.

                                    Dear team
                                    I have applied for liquid damage protection for my mobile samsung note 5. Under this plan there is a cover of 40000 for my mobile and i paid for this but till now i am not getting any update for the same. But now and then executive calling from airtel they told me that documents not uploaded. I have already uploaded the documents in my airtel app. I am going to loss for my mobile. Please take action other wise i have to go to labour court.

                                      Hi i use airtel. It's a new sim card cos people told me they have good data packs. Unfortunately, i had done a recharge for ₹499 and have not received data ever since. I also lost balance from my main account. My phone shows i have 4g available but i can't receive or send or browse anything. Its almost 3 days now. And i've already called up customer service people around 5 times. Yet there's not much response. Poor response. I'm planning to port my sim to another service provider.
                                      Airtel needs to work on this issue soon before they lose a lot of customers and vodafone or jio gets them.

                                        I am getting so worst internet speed in my airtel 4g potshot in Bangalore city. i have complained the same to airtel about 15 days back so far no resolution, they them self call they are the fastest 4G network in india. These people seriously spoiling 4g name in india. I want my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible. every time i call customer care they will say my issue will be resolved in 24 hrs but same continues.
