Their is a continuous auto deduction of vas services from my airtel mobile number [protected] today they deducted 100 rs for spuulmovies without my intervention this is done on continuous basis for from services they deduct balance from my number. Previously the amount is less that's why i didn't complaint but i try to connect customer service but i fail to do so by dialing 121. I want my balance back ensure this mistake will not be repeated again...

Their is a continuous auto deduction of VAS services from my airtel mobile number [protected] today they deducted 100 Rs for SPUULMOVIES without my intervention this is done on continuous basis for from services they deduct balance from my number .previously the amount is less that's why I didn't complaint but I try to connect customer service but I fail to do so by dialing 121.I want my balance back ensure this mistake will not be repeated again ...

    My Airtel number [protected] is not working properly in my area i.e in Deorali Gangtok Sikkim but where as before my 3G net use to work very well but it's been months that my 3G don't work properly it get switched to "E" and I have complaint this thing to Airtel office as well but no change

      I have an airtel prepaid no [protected] since last 3month which i handover to my sales person. I have received some anty sales strategy by my sales person against the company.         I m a customer of airtel since last seven years. Now I'm serving in Hyderabad (near golconda fort area). Here in this location the whole community is facing network problems. As I have 4G handset with 4G SIM but never get more than 2G connectivity which is also occasionally. The experience here with Airtel is worsed and forcing me to leave your services. The matter reported twice to customer care but go in vein. Please have a look on the issue and take action promptly. Since it's a matter of pride for a company which is one of the bests in the field of mob sector. Keep in mind it's happening in Metropolitan city like Hyderabad than imagine but will the conditions in other areas.

            The internet speed is very low during the day time. Sometimes I can not even open a Google page. At night, during 12 am to 5-6 am, it works fine. The tower (network strength) of 3G & 4G always remains between 1 to 3 whereas the 2G network is full. Please do something asap as I've bought the 399 plan which is valid for 3 months. If the internet speed doesn't gets better, my money will be wasted.

                This incident occurred on 10th august-2017 at ooty airtel office.

                Around 30 days back, i got my 4g sim from 3g in my 4g handset.
                I went to airtel dealer in ooty to put rs399/. Pack. He said this pack of rs399/. Is not valid in my phone.

                He told me that airtel have given big / huge advertisements in internet regarding rs399/ packs. But only few selected customers will get this facility.
                If you want you can change your this same airtel sim from airtel to jio, who are assuring and providing free facilities as per their commitments. Airtel is publicizing the advertisements in tv, magazines, internet, facebook, etc & are not fulfilling it.

                      I recharged my airtel number with the data pack of 1gb for 5 days rs.95. I was in a emergency situation and needed the help of my data pack. But alas, its didn't get reflected even after the recharge though i got the message that recharge was successful.

                      Airtel claims that it has one of the fastest network. I have been a loyal customer of airtel and this is how i get rewarded with it!!

                      Worst experience ever!!

                      Reaching out to customer is another pain journey!!!

                      A simple dedicated number to reach to customer can be set up. Not all issues can be solved by the automatic teller support...

                        That i have made an account on 28th of july of airtel bank. And put into it 1000rs. After that i paid money of airtel mobile bill of rs 410. Soon after i want to pay my airtel bill of other connection. Which is in my name. Pramod kumar agarwal. But as i tried to pay. It says. No debit trasaction is allowed. Plz contact customer care. Am surprised the way. And written mails to we care @ airtel. Money.in.in response to that i received the mail that i have to submitt the addhar card and bank statement. Well without delay i submitted the adhar card photo copy self attested by me and the bank statement. Again i received the mail that bank statement which i sent is to be attested by me. I run to to the shop to get photocopy of bank statement and then attested it and sent to you people.in bank statement bank name waz clear but not the account number. Well just for you people that it can be seen visible i tried to written over with hand. So it should be visble to you people. And sent it to you people. Again i received the mail that it should not be over written or hand written to unblock my airtel money account. Again i run to photo copy shop to get the bank statement done and sent to you people. Again in that mail i written in capital letters that bank account number is not visible so in my previous mail. I did over writng so it can be visible to you. After sending again i received the mail that front copy of passbook should be sent. Well it seems you people are hassing and wasting my time and energy. Well tho i cooperating you people by sending again and again the bank statemnet. Nw the question comes. Is it mandatory to send the bank statement.in no bank source of money is never asked from the customer. Any one can send me money and i can pay from my a/ c to any one. Well till nw i have requested you people to unblock my airtel money. But till now it is not resolved. Well am surprised the way you people are harrasing we customers. Think it is inappropriate. You people cannot ask me the source of money. Even tho am co - operating and sending you bank statemnt.. Hope it will be unblock soon as this ia a case of harassment only. You people blocked the money without giving any reason. Just arbitrarily you people are acting. There is land of law to deal with it.. Banks are to safe gaurd my money and can keep strict vigilannce so my money without my insturction should not go out. But here you people blocked my account without giving any reason. I have to pay the bills. And my money you people blocked. Which is not acceptable in any way. Once again i request you without further delay plz unblock my money account.

                          My name is dhruv. My phone got stolen just half an hour back. My number is [protected], please block my sim immediately. It got stolen at Annapoorna restaurant near Salem. Airtel is saying there sever is down and will be up only by 3pm. This is too late! There should be facility available with Airtel to block a stolen SIM card asap. Please take immediate action and inform on this forum itself.

                          I still do not see any action being taken. How come watsapp is still active on the same number. This is disappointing to say the least. The entire process should not be so complicated.

                            Sir, My sim no. [protected] has been lost& I had given a complaint in Airtel office & they had given me a duplicate sim with same number& informed that it will be activated within 6 hrs.But still after 12 hrs my sim is not activated.I request you to resolve my issue& activate my sim as soon as possible

                                  Hi am facing a problem, am not getting signals on my mobile for my airtel 4g sim. I faced this from today (11/08/2017) suddenly i lost the signal.. Am not receiving any call and not able to dial... While dialing am getting an error message as"no mobile network"... I have rebooted my handset.. Kindly let me know where is the problem exists.. Either in my handset or in the network... It is very urgency.. Am unable to dial a call and receive call... Am missing so much important calls... Try to sort out this issue as early as possible..

                                    349 plan doesn't work in roaming for data and calls

                                    I have recharged 349 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was not able to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer.

                                    I am now currently in us and i have subscribed for the international roaming pack of 2999 but still am not able to make any outgoing calls to india. The calls are not placed at all. I am able to get incoming calls and use the data roaming but not to place any calls (Outgoing call)

                                    Kindly check and rectify as soon as possible. As this pack is for 10 days and if the rectification takes a longer time then there is no use of this pack.

                                      ALERT! Airtel Fraud in the name Airtel Secure Plan!
                                      Airtel is just cheating its customers in the name of AIRTEL Secure Plan. And they are not taking any responsibility regrading this. I had taken an airtel secure plan. And my handset got damaged. They rejected the claim by telling improper handling. My incident description was while i am picking up the phone from my pocket it was accidentally slipped out of my hand and the screen was broken. They call this as improper handling.

                                      So what i did is i had called them as a new customer who want to take an insurance for his mobile. And i had asked them for twice that if my handset is slipped out of my hand does the insurance covers. And the guy responded that yes it covers in a very clear and loud tone.

                                      I had did the same call to two guys. Both had admitted that they will cover if it is slipped out of hand. So i just want to ask Airtel are you trying to cheat customers?

                                      And please dont advertise the bull #### things in TV's that network takes care of everything. You are not able to answer the questions itself. How a customer can trust you? I am having 4 airtel connections in my house. I am going to port these all to other networks.

                                      If you are not going to resolve the issue. I will start a campaign in social media on how intelligently you are cheating customers. And i will approach the consumer court for this matter. So that i can save some people from this fraud.
