Hi Team,

Hope all is going good except customer's satisfaction.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company I heard you are a number 1 network in India but when it comes to me, I think you have to be on last position. If I come to your customer's service department I think you need to work on that because it's useless,

I called thrice for a new broadband connection but what I got was just a big disappointment. The person committed me thrice for a technical visit and, but no one rungs my bell till now moreover one executive puts my call on hold for approx 48mints(Executive name Mr Arun)

I trust this is not the way That Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further I look forward to hearing from you.

    After porting my number [protected] from reliance to airtel,,, i hav complaint several times regarding call waiting service problem but they are unable to solve my problem. They are saying that., thats my mobile phone problem. But after inserting the same sim into other mobile.. The problem continued... But airtel customer service dont trust me.. And they closed my complain several times.. Kindly help me

      I have an Airtel prepaid connection number [protected] from Indore MP. Whenever I was in roaming I am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. When I am in home network I have complaint lots of time to customer care and they said it has been solved, but the problem remain as usual. Now I am in roaming and facing same problem. I am really fedup with this kind of poor services from Airtel

        Dear Team
        I am totally fed up with the network. In my office area I am not able to use my airtel number due to network problem. Most of the time when my client call me they found my number is off. Same Vodafone and other network is working smoothly in this area. I have also complained in customer care but no any results I got. So I have decided to port my connection in Vodafone if this will happen again.
        Second problem is I have taken 349 plan. In this plan calls are unlimited and the executive told me that my bill will come around 5000. But it comes 900 and sometimes around 600. This is totally miss guide.
        I am harassed by your service network.
        So kindly solve this problem as soon possible otherwise I will port my number very soon.

        After upgrading 3g to 4g i can't connect to 4g but i can connect to 3g and 2g . I can't call 121. What should i do ?

          As it pathetic from airtel the customer care executive saying sorry. When i recharge the mobile number [protected] rate 51 with 1gb data from paytm. But there was no msg alert on the number that it's been received or not. Just bcz of that i have like donated that amount to airtel. Was a loyal customer of airtel but now this incident is forcing me to move with some other option. That is tacnical fault but my money is gone. Worst experience

            I ported from my bsnl number [protected] to airtel. After 6 days my old sim got activated. But, my new sim not yet activated it's been 30 hours since my old sim got deactivated. I am not able to do any activities due to unavailability of my mobile number. Even bank transactions are pending due to otp not available. This type of service is not expected from such a reputed company. Please look into this issue as early as possible

            customer care calls are chargeable and no one to attend the call only computer asking for recharge and all.
            My airtel number [protected] and by any app auto renewal vas start, i tried many time for deactive it but thats are auto active. i have nothing to do for save my money.

            Airtel is very good network before six months
            But few months back network is very bad
            Network show on mobile full but back side show emergency call . I call coustmer care again & again but not correct response & solution
            My Airtel prepaid sim card outgoing calls does not work when I am roaming in any other state within India. Incoming calls work fine but the outgoing calls fail. It does not
            Mobile have no signal and goes to not reachable frequently (Two, three times in a day) and after restart it have no problem. costumer care is also not reachable after 5-6 minute call they, they set the menu only for there thing not for customer problem. pl. resolve
            On 2.8.17 I top up made online for Rs 160 to my DTH Ac. No.[protected], which was wrongly credited to Regd. mobileNo.[protected].Please refund to my account or transfer it to my DTHaccount.Many time I cotact to 121 and 12150. I cannot solve it .

              Hi there,

              I already have 349 top uped, but today I saw my airtel app that offer for 399 - 84 days but after I recharged I got only 28 days, Then I just complained to 198 they lie there is no offer for this number, What to do? Airtel dont offer what they say? Please help me to get it resolved

              Where and how should I contact them to get the issue resolved?

                I carry an airtel postpaid connection with mobile number [protected] for many years now.
                Lately due to poor service i wished to port out from airtel thus requested for port out code, the retention's dept rep. offered infinity plan of 349 with unlimited calling and 31GB 4G data/month. since that very moment my data has completely stopped. i called customer care multiple times but every time they tell me some diagnosis steps. I'm perpetually trying to explain that it stopped after plan change prior to that it was all good.
                The supervisor on floor named shikha tells me that my handset device has gone faulty coz everything is good in airtel network. she is unable to give me any logic behind how was data smoothly working before plan change and how can suddenly phone can go wrong. she ended up being rude on call and denied to help further.

                I demand my plan benefits and why should i pay for services that i'm unable to use.

                  My airtel number is [protected]. Got this number in siliguri and currently i'm in hyderabad. Outgoing calls are blocked!!! Tried reaching airtel customer care @121 but that's an infinite loop of choosing options with absolutely no results.
                  Why would you promise free incoming and outgoing on national roaming and then block outgoing calls??? Seems like a spam to me!

                    I have been complaining more than 5 times since last 1 month. Every time i call customer executive, he or she register my complain and promise me a date. But my problem is not resolved yet. I called 5 time after every promise date but here i am with same problem. I live in ahmedabad bopal area nd this area is v crowded. I want to write more but there is a limit of 350.

                      I have an Airtel number [protected].I had renewed my Unlimited pack of 349 yesterday ie 9 Aug but today while trying to call in the morning it showed no balance and no data pack. I had to do other recharges of 200 and 101 just to make some important calls and schedule meetings. I called customer care and she was unaware of the issue and couldn't help me. I demand for my benefits of the 349 pack and also money used for my other packs to be credited back.

                        Hi my number is [protected] I have ported from Vodafone to airtel on 23 July 2017 after completing all formalities. My sim got network of airtel and I have recharge with 450 but only outgoing call and Net was activated and no incoming call and anybody call me it shows please check the number you have dial so have visited gallery at 4 4bunglow Andheri west and spoken to Kiran about the same so she ask me come after 24 hrs as its a technical issue and will be solve soon but no result I have visiting gallery for last 5 day s but same answer just given me a complaint reference number and the number is [protected] but no result till now and its my business number so kindly do the needful and keep good and well manner staff at gallery and technical department

                          I have previously also submitted my complaints regarding my last recharge of 399 in which your giving unlimited L+S + 70GB data/day but, after my recharge I have received only calls with 4GB data, and that tym I don't know about that my unlimited calls are also valid for 1 month, so I have only did complain for data activation as per plan, but now I don't have unlimited calls as per plan...u peoples making your customers in trouble and suffer, is this your service, which you are provided... Every time that I have to ask for service activation whom I have paid and offer has already set...such a bad service...you can't even able to apply your own plan properly and making your customers suffer for all this every thing ...I want my pack as per your plan 399...which you have mention...

                            Shown on a the app recharge of rs45, they will provide 300mb data and done the recharge according to that immediately

                            And after recharge they gave only 75mb. On the day this is been faced second time
                            And this airtel is a fraud service as i see
                            Change to vodafone. Reliance or any other service as this airtel is a complete fraud comapny... Now people realized that bsnl is the best.

                              The network quality in south bombay particularly in byculla east has gone from bad to worst. Almost mandatory call drops and connectivity issues and when we connect voice is bad and call drops. Rather than spending money to advertise fake customer satisfaction invest in providing real service.. I have been an airtel user for over a decade now and with each promises of better speed and connectivity the reality is far from the promises.. ([protected]...

                              Hi,

                              I am a victim of charging the booster plan which is of Rs 100/- for 1GB, which I have activated for the particular month and I have been told that it will be automatically deactivated once the monthly bill cycle generates. But to my shock, I have been charged month on month, till I get to know to that I have been charged on my every bill cycle and when I asked to the customer care they are telling that it is automatically gets into every month without my concern. This is how Airtel is cheating to it's customers. And, also they have made promise that the unused data will be transferred to the next month, but they have failed to do so, when I asked it is technical problem and they have opened the ticket to resolve it and told me that it will be resolved within 48 hours, but it's been 5 days now, till now, I have not received the unused data from my last bill cycle. I am fed of the services they are providing to the customers. The customer care executives are very unprofessional in terms of talking and they don't know how to behave with the customers.

                              This is my sincere request to take some serious actions on them and please help me in getting my dues.

                                On 31st July 2017 I contacted airtel customer care for recharging my tv connection, there was 284 per month is my base plan at that time, i had requested to their representative to change this plan to 199 plan per month, first i called they said ur plan is changed but when i saw in airtel app there is no changes in my base plan then i again called customer representative of airtel to change my plan then again they said ur plan will be changed in short time, but no changes atlast in 3rd call they changes my plan to 199 and said me to recharge of 214 on this tv connection and i had done the recharge of 214 and my connection had started but on 10 August 2017, Message is coming from Airtel that your recharge is over and recharge fast, I shocked that i have done recharge on 31/7/17 and message comes today 10/08/17 that ur recharge is over, when i saw airtel app there my active plan is of 369 ?? I have tell them to short my plan from 284 to 199 but they have done cheat with me plan is increased from 199 to 369 and when i have called them they called this are top up these are continued with ur base plan.So by this only ur recharge is over but no one in family subscribed this pack no one called to subscribe, So How the subscription done ?? Like these they cheated with me so i request to all o[censored] guys not to go for AIRTEL, My self changing my Airtel sim and Dth to Jio Only, because of their cheating propaganda.

                                Now i have decided that i am waiting for JIO DTH & I WILL SURE GO FOR JIO DTH ONLY NOT THESE LIKE CHEATER COMPANY & Also Portables my Airtel sim to Jio.

                                  I've ported my no.[protected] from jio to airtel and the no has been successfully ported. I've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number. So please try to get solve this issue and you can contact me on my alternate no [protected]

                                    I am a loyal customer of airtel. I am attached with company from more than 10 years. I have many airtel connections in my family and with my staff. I am using one broadband and 2 airtel mobile connections.
                                    I visited your ludhiana showroom at ferozpur road to deposit my broadband bill on 26th june 2017. Your sales person mr piyush told be about new 4 g plan and convinced me. I purchased a 4g device for 2500 and took 499 plan.
                                    After 2 days the device stopped showing red light, i visited to your showroom,
                                    My complaint was heard verbally and mr. Piyush did some setting in the device started working. But just after 3 days the problem occured. I again visited your showroom, he changed my 4g sim and did not registered any complaint. The problem was same again after that. On 18th july 2017 i again visited your showroom and requested to refund my money but mr amandeep singh at your office finally registered my complaint no. 77852097. But no action was taken till now, my device is not working.
                                    I am mentally tortured so much and planning to port all my connection with airtel.
                                    On 8 august 2017 i again visited your showroom with my sorrows and a very smartly dressed girl with red scalf named megha sood heard my issue and told me that there is a technical issue in this plan is going on from one month and the problem name is latch on.
                                    So for 2 months your whole office staff was fooling me? I feel cheated and humilated as airtel was responsible for loss i suffered and mental disturbance. Now one of your staff is telling me to sell the new device i bought from them in some gur mandi market for half price and close connection.
                                    This is the level airtel can go, i never thought.
                                    So please refund my money as i dont want airtel 4 g. I am so much insulted by going again and again to your office that i will fight for it now whereever i can go.

                                      My net has lot of issues it automatically goes to 2g from 3g
                                      It works in 3g from jus few secs den it goes to 2g
                                      N i have network issues
                                      Call does not get connected sometimes
                                      Idk y airtel network is soo careless😡😡
                                      If v have improved work on internet d signal will go off or net ll go to 2g
                                      N v get annoyed by it
                                      Evn now my net went on 2g
                                      Plzz kindly look into d matter
