    I am using airtel wallet. My debit transation has block. Aftee giving the required document, still my account is block for debit transation. No satisfactory ans from customer care and through mail. Every time there is only one ans. "ur problem will resolve in two working days." complaint no in airtel-612385

      This is to inform you that since 30th. July'17 there is no data connection in my mobile. Several time i discussed with your customer care (12118) but every one failed to solve the problem.
      For your information i'm recharging rs.345.00 every month through my airtel app. & using htc 4g handset.
      My complain details are as follows :
      1. Dated 31st. July'17 ref. No.- rprov[protected].
      2. Dated 03rd. Aug'17 ref. No.- c2gsp[protected].
      3. Dated 02nd. Aug'17 complain id - [protected] at 09.00hrs.
      4. Dated 03rd. Aug'17 complain id - [protected] at 09.39hrs.
      5. Dated 03rd. Aug'17 ref no. - cmosw [protected].
      6. Dated 04th. Aug'17 ref no. - cmose [protected].
      7. Dated 10th. Aug'17 ref no. - c2gsp [protected].

      Now requesting you advice me what should i do? Please take the necessary steps and do needful as early as possible.

          I had applied for mnp on my phone no. From airtel maharashtra (Prepaid) circle to airtel ncr (Postpaid) circle. It is so strange that even within the same company transfer could be such a hassle and that too from prepaid to postpaid.

          The 1st porting request was given on 13th of may, 2017 in the presence of one of your agents mr. Vikas, ph: [protected]. He charged us rs 200 for the new sim card and informed us about the process. Tele-verification was successfully completed and we received sms regarding the same. The call that has to be made with the new sim to the number 59059 to complete the process was also made. The call dropped mid way as the network was lost. We made several complaints on customer care and they couldn't even tell us where was the delay or what was the current status of the request. After a month of follow ups from our side customer care asked us to file a new mnp request.

          The 2nd porting request was given on 14th june, 2017 at the airtel store hong kong market, sector - 56 gurgaon in the presence of your employee mr. Nitin, ph: [protected] who charged us another rs 250 for the second sim. He assured us that number would be ported within a week and the previous rs 200 would be refunded in 2 days. Got a call from airtel guy (His number is [protected]) about a month back and he ensured that number will be ported but after that nothing happened. Again when i called him up on august 2, 2017 then he ensured me that number will be ported in next 72 hours but i am still struggling to get my number ported and airtel employees are not picking up my calls.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Not able to Use 4g internet from June20 2017. More than 6complaints raised but no response. Poor network issue indoor.. very poor customer care support . They itself asking to change network . Very poor network for last 3months.

            I have ported my number [protected] from airtel prepaid to postpaid. But there is no signal in that sim and my number has stopped already. I am loosing my loosing my calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
            This is such a bad service for us. Iam completely dependent on my phone.

            Your associates pushing us to take postpaid and now no one is there to help me out. I request you to start my number immediately

                I have 349 rs plan daily 1gb net free and all calls free
                Daily 1gb net is not working total fraud
                Just after using 5 minutes of net the message popping out as ur todays net balance is over

                For linking aadhar card airtel service centre is charging 50 rs
                But in website it is said that is free of charge

                If this situation continues definetly i ll change the network

                  I currently live in noida and i use two postpaid numbers of airtel. One of lucknow and one of noida. I wanted to get my lucknow number converted to prepaid and so i called customer care and they asked me to visit nearest airtel store for the same. When i visited there they told me that my lucknow number could be converted to prepaid only from lucknow. So, again on my next visit to lucknow i went to airtel store and due to server issues they asked me to visit an airtel store in noida to get my number converted to prepaid. When i had a talk on customer care they clearly refused to get my number converted to prepaid from noida. Now unnecessarily i will be paying extra amount as my bill even though i don't use that number coz roaming charges are applicable on that number.
                  Lucknow number is+91-[protected].

                  Also, on my noida number the application is showing the payable amount to be 649 while the e-bill shows payable amount to be 200-250 l. On customer care they told me that it music be some technical issue and i have to pay 649 only.

                    I cannot research airtel card almost 7 days i call so many time in airtel customer care airtel executive say to me they are problem in network almost 7 days we are call so many time in customer care is have problem paper research if have problem why they are sell the paper chase card lots of people face this problem we want justice that's why we want to go nearest police station and register case against airtel company

                      I can not make call to any one and if anyone call me even my cell is in full network they here recorded message that the number you have dialled is invalid. I have lodged complaint with airtel so many times but noting resolved.

                      My communication is fully stuck due to this. There is no guarantee that i will be able to call any one as at any point i here the number you have dialled is in vaid. If a person is just besides me then also i heard this message.

                      So may people complaint that my number is not reachable even though i am in at one place only and my mobile shows full netwrok.

                        I have prepaid air tel gsm sim, and recharges for rs. 349/- for pack "unlimited all local+std calls and 1gb/day 3g/4g data with 28 days validity. T&c apply" on 05/08/17 but while i was calling on 06/08/17 message was "you are unable to call as your available balance is zero" i had checked my available balance which was shown as "zero" it was shocking to me. I had tried to call airtel customer care to get clarity on the issue, after a hard try of around 45 minutes i could be able to talk to airtel representative on 06/08/17 for clarity on the issue. I was informed due to "terms condition apply" to the pack (Which are totally hidden from the customer like me). And he registered my complaint (Complaint no-cbnrv[protected]) and informed that my calling services will be restored from 12am of 07/08/17, however fact was that i even did't use any call during that day.
                        Same case of "you could not call as your balance is zero" i had faced on 09/08/17 at 09:08am. I had called at airtel customer care at the same time during which airtel representative told me that me i can call 1000min local + std during a week starting from date of recharge subject to 250min / day max, and weekly limit of 1000min has been finished and call services will be restored after one week only i. E. On 12/08/17, while asking for confirmation my as on date call usage airtel representative cuts the call. And call services gets restored at around 9:22am of the same day.
                        My complaints are.
                        1. Why use world o[censored]nlimited in case of limited usage.
                        2. T&c written on the pack are not easily accessable to the customer to understand
                        3.in this case how weekly limit of 1000min or daily limit of 250min could be finished on 06/08/17 while i did't make a even single call during the day (And airtel representative refuse to respond on the call usage).
                        4. Same case briefed in point-3 repeats on 09/08/17 at 9:08am while i did't make any call.
                        5. How call service gets restored at 9:22am of 09/08/17 (Is it a play with the customer / customer's money) or metal torture / hareshment of the customer.
                        6. How service provider repersentative can cut the call without listening and issue resolution.

                        My question: what is the value of my money i had paid?, have i paid for getting pain???

                        Hope issue would be taken up with airtel appropriately so no further customer suffers like me.

                            I am in jodhpur rajasthan, and using airtel services on my mobile phone no [protected] since 2003, from last two month too much call drop,, ver bad network, and i you want to talk on 121 airtel customer care then there is no option in there menu to talk customer care executive only you can know your balance and other things.

                            More than ten days i send a mail to trai but till now no reply.

                            And every one is facing same issue in this region (Rajasthan)

                            after complaint with in 03 minutes i receive a call from +91-[protected] and the person who called ha was asking what is your complaint and call disconnected due to call drop issue and i tried to call him back and phone was continuously busy

                            i received a call from airtel from +91-[protected] again he asked same question and i explained the problem and his answer was very rude he did not said any thing about call drop and he said if you want to talk any executive he will connect but i have to pay charges for this call and i denied that i will not pay for your faults then he disconnected the call

                              [protected] this is my customer id, i adopt this service by paying 1790 inr, they are very worst at their services talking rude on phone call...in base package i didn't get basic telugu channels i called and ask them they said for that i have to pay excess amount, i said i will quit,, their reply yes you can but no refund amount... So many false promises done by them... Please resolve my issue... Very pathetic service i don't want this service

                                It is hereby brought to your kind notice that i have ported my above mentioned mobile number to other telecom service provider on dated 04-08-17 but till date you are not leaving my number so that my number can be ported into my choice telecom service provider
                                Porting of mobile no. Is as per government rules and you can not hold the same in this manner
                                It is hereby also informed you that i have also recharged my above mentioned mobile number for rs 85, rs 26, and rs 20 after dated 5-8-17 through paytm and it is matter of great surprise that above amount has not been credited in my above mentioned mobile number services which is illegal and instantly same be credited in my account

                                  This is rahul sinha the director of smart move academy (10+2, affiliated to cbse), located at village machwa, block panchdeori, dist gopalganj. Well i am having seven airtel corporate postpaid numbers for my organization.

                                  From 8/8/2017 approx 1pm all seven numbers network is missing, and when somebody call on these numbers it says the incoming facility to this number is temporarily out of service, why is it sooooooooooooooooooo.

                                  I talked to the senior executive of gopalganj, mr shahid ahmad, but he is not taking any serious step for rectification of my problem.

                                  Please help me out, and yes let me tell you one thing from last 13 years i am using airtel and i am the regular customer of airtel, but this time i am very much unsatisfied with the airtel care.

                                  I am sending you the last bill as an attachmnet what i had paid.

                                        I have placed the request for reconnecting my digital tv lines as I have all the equipments with me and I was promised on 7th July 2017 that my lines will be reconnected within 24-48 hours.
                                        It's almost been a month that I'm calling Airtel customer services everyday and each day I speak with the different manager and they promise me that my lines will be reconnected within 24 hours. Few names of managers to whom I had an interaction were : Brijesh, Gaurav, Jaswinder, Shakti, Vimal, Ankur, etc. Moreover I got a call from escalation team also and the lady from escalation team promised me the same thing that my lines will be reconnected within 24 hours.

                                        None of them helped me as each day they lied to me that my lines will be reconnected. It's on the recorded call too. I'm highly disappointed and not happy with this type of customer service and one of the manager whose name also made fun of me as they thought the call was put on hold or mute but it was not.

                                        Very very poor customer service and will not recommend Airtel to anyone as they takes months to solve one complaint and after that also it remains unsolved.

                                        Moreover airtel is also stealing money by sending there engineers to my place
