Sir, i am a customer of airtel postpaid with number [protected].
I am presently using your 499/- per month plan since last 4 months, but i never got bill of 499/-, it is always above that and i am paying that extra amount from last 3 month. Last month my bill was 1000/-, i called your customer care n told them regarding this, they told me that their are value aided services activated on my number, though i didnt asked for them they started on their own but i ignored that paid whole amount and also deactivated all that services, but this month you have given me a bill of rs.2634/- which is totally irrational, this shouldnt be the way and not the write thing to do with your customer and as i didnt got proper response from your side i already complained regarding this matter in national consumer helpline with complaint number 385653. I also want to port my this mumber to vodafone as i lost trust in your company becuase of this fraud.

    Company provide flash massage (It's actually cheating)
    I carry my handset in pocket. There normally press "ok". So they deduct balance for hello tunes 36+15=51 on 10/08/2017 at night 8.40 pm (Approx). I called them within one hour for deactivate but balance not refund me.

    I request you please investigate for actual justice for refund.

    I take sim from Tata lndicom in 2007-8.
    I converted tata to Airtel in 2012 .l sumbit my documents Arti /Harish Chandra voter I card c-13/7 radio colony at Airtel retailer gtb nagar delhi-9 .
    I go for adhar card link this number at gtb nagar delhi-9 .but this is no link to adhar.
    This number is other name.
    Pl.on my name sim.so I adhar link
    My airtel fixedline[protected] is dead.please make necessary action to resume landline service
    I have done a mobile recharge of Rs.150 through Airtel app on Aug 6, 2017.The transaction got failed and money has deducted from my account. Please look into this as soon as possible.

      Hi, this is heena nitone from morshi khurd, ta. Warud, dist amaravati (Mh) having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I am using this no last 4 to o5 years and this no registered in bank, aadhar etc.. Actually i lost my mobile on dt. 08/08/2017 afternoon during travel through bus from morshi to warud. Hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

      And also kindly let me know how to get duplicate prepaid sim i am ready to make processing fess. I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

      We have disconnect our connection almost 2 months ago but till date no refund has come
      Sir I lost my mobile today at 4:30 pm today in Bangalore. Number is [protected]. Please block my Airtel number
      I have recharged on ₹ 399 plan on 27 July to my prepaid Airtel no [protected], I also use 4g sim and 4 g supporting phone.. but after 1 used 1 GB, it is not allowing to use further internet as plan mentioned 1.5 GB per day .

        A am an idea network postpaid user.
        Your people from airtell called me several times for to change to your network. After many times calling request i agreed to get change.
        Your executive came and take e kyc from me and gave a sim card and told to change sim after idea network gets stops.
        I did the same but this is 6th day,, but airtel sim not activated till now

        I have called him 20 to 30 times

        But i have not get any reply

        Very neglected
        Very worst service

        Now i am feeling very bad that i have take a wrong decision that to change from good (Idea) network to bad (Airtel) network.

        Because of your people i lost my contact number which i am using since 5 years

        I don't want to come to your network
        As I faced very bad service at the time of welcome starting phase
        HOTSHOTS, MINIPLEX, and VIDEO STORE... and taking money from my account.. .. I have replied to stop this thing.. . But it keeps on taking my money.. . I'll recharge and then everything goes... Please rectify this error
        I am Divakara & my data card no is [protected] & i have taken Airtel post paid data connection 2 months back but I am not getting connection of 4g due to poor signal. 2) I have recd ebill but unable to open pl resolve & simplify bill format.3) my plan is 450 & data usage is limited but I got bill of Rs 635. Pl check.

          Please disconnect the cell number [protected]
          As i have lost the sim card along with cell phone 4 months ago
          Please disconnect services permanently and in the future please do not send the bill to my e-mail address.in my postpaid account it's showing temporary disconnected. Please disconnect it permanently. I have paid all the bills transaction reference no-771041. Btw i have prepaid airtel sim. I am satisfied with it.

            Offer show that i will get 1 gb data per day with unlimited calling upto 84 days.
            But but i get only data for 28 days only so help me to get all benefits mention in offer as per airtel company i attach sms and offer images

                Since last 4 days, i am having a lot of problem accessing the internet. On observing i found, the problem is that internet is working in the loop of one minute that it works for 1 minute then stop for another full one minute. I am not making it up the problem is literally as stupid as it sounds. This is so frustrating specially when in online conversations. Please see to it.
                And why it is so hard to reach airtel customer care??

                My calls are getting diverted even though only one sim is there in the mobile
                My no is [protected]..i have tried a lot to get UPC Code after sending lot of messages PORT [protected] TO 1900...But I didn't get.. Every time money deducted... Why the problem arise only with airtel only..
                Please provide me all the call recordings of august 5 and 6 of 2017 as soon as possible .

                  I did two recharges on 28 july 2017, but it is not reflecting in my airtel account.
                  Airtel customercare telephones do not have option to lodge complaint. Also, reaching an executive is a big task, as the option is unavailable.
                  Once could get after long try, the guy did not respond well and hanged the phone.
                  My recharge reference as per receipt from airtel are below.
                  1.[protected] for rs 399.00
                  2.[protected] for rs 92.00
                  I am unable to use mobile with zero balance now.
                  Please credit the recharges immediately and confirm by mobile and sms.
                  Please note i lost confidence on recharges done online due to very poor options on customercare telephone menu.
                  Treat matter urgent.

But have not still received it by the airtel, were as smart buy confirmation says airtel already has received the payment.. Can you help me on this...

                        Just 3-4 days my airtel sim got activated with this idea number. Since i port my number from idea to airtel... I never ever had any issues earlier with recharge for idea online.

                        Why do i keep getting calls asking for my bank and debit card details so that the money could be refunded, instead of refunding why cant you just put the amount on my prepaid or is it a false alarm someone trying to take advantage of the situation ...can i not expect any genuine help instead .am very dissapointed.

                          I had request broadband connection in my area gurgaon, sector 23 through the airtel portal HTTPs://WWW.airtel.in/broadband/ on 31 march 2017.

                          On 7th april 2017 airtel representative came at my place and asked me to fill the form and given the security money 1000 rs cash. He had given me form replica where is shown 1000 rs paid.

                          Next day i got call from the same representative that my due to some technical problem they can not provide connection i asked him to refund the money he said i have to talk customer care he can not refund directly.

                          I called the customer care people they said mail at [protected]@in. Airtel.com with the repcipt i got from the representative after that they will start refund process and refund will come in my given account number.

                          I send him all the required document with canceled cheque photo copy.
                          Since there is no response each time i call the customer care they said same thing i have send many times at least 15 times all the related documents but there is no action has been taken.

                          Its been almost 5 month and this is very painful and stressful the call them each time and got same response, i'm middle class person who works in private company it is hard to me to call call them every next day to listing only them and no action after that.

                          Please provide me my refund with dignity there should strict action against aritel which claims no 1 in service and customer care #.

                            I requested to activate 4g on [protected] but still not activated, when i call to customer care, regarding the same, i am not getting any response from them and behaving very rude, service request no - cgpsc[protected]. I am facing this issue from last 15 days, till now not removed. If i put another airtel 4g sim to that mobile its work in 4g only. But the above number ([protected]) sim is not working 4g. I tried 3 different mobile handset. Today i call to customer care (10/08/2017 9:30pm) even this time also i don't get any response from them, they told me to call after 4hours. Plz help about this.

                                Hi,

                                I just finished my call with one of the airtel representative, I have booked a 4G Sim card online, the representative called in the morning and asked the address. I confirmed the address and told the representative that I will be at home until 6 pm at home. I called the representative at 4 pm to check if he is delivering the sim and he never answered my call. I came to work and called his number from my colleagues mobile and then he answers the call. I asked him why he didn't come to deliver he said that my house is very interior and it is 6 km from the main road.When I told him that I'll raise a complaint, he gave his name and asked me to complain. This was the most horrific customer service I had ever faced, it's pathetic.

                                  I have upgraded my 3g sim to 4g on 7th aug 2017 for the number (# [protected]). I received a message from airtel saying that'thank you! New sim will be activated shortly for your airtel mobile [protected]. Your old sim will work till the new sim gets activated. For security reasons, sms service will remain blocked for next 24hrs." once mobile displays no network i've insert the new airtel sim in my handset. I saved received setting then i received a message that your service have been set. Please restart your handset. So money times i have done the process (Restart) but so far my sim not activated. These massages are coming continuously.
                                  On 8th august i've visited the near airtel gallery at kalwa manisha nagar (Pin 400605) and they told that they don't have solution try to connect customer care using another phone or contact main airtel gallery in thane. Three times i've called customer care but every time they give different excuses.1st time they told i've activated your sim and will start after 1 hour.2nd time they told me to remove and reinsert sim this will resolve your problem. But not working. 3rd time i spoke to senior person he told me your sim is active form our side, we can't do anything go to your nearest airtel gallery.
                                  After connecting to you customer service center (3times) and visiting your gallery my sim is not activated.
                                  9th and 10th august 2017 i've visited to airtel gallery in mulund. They also don't have solution. Still my sim is not activated.
                                  I've emailed my complaint to [protected]@in. Airtel.com & [protected]@in. Airtel.com but no buddy bother to respond.

                                  I'm very disappointed with airtel and your service.

                                  Please resolve the issue as it is very important to have this number activated for me.

                                    I have recharged 349 plan in August 2nd and the plan is unlimited STD/Local calls for 28 days. Today I call any Local or STD calls my main account money detected for every calls. I am not in roaming, I am in Karnataka. Why they are detecting my main balance account and the plan end date will be August 30.

                                        I got a message from airtel in early hours yesterday which displayed "lifestyledressingroom service has been activated @ rs99.0 for 30day (S). Txn id s[protected], 09aug17 05:38. Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, click http://a.ldr.mobi (Data charges apply). To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services? Call 56789"
                                        But the fact is, i never made any such request. I was sleeping at that time. This is not the first time when airtel deducted my balance for some activation which i never asked for. Last time a deduction of rs. 30/- was there, that too before 4:00 a. M. Obviously i was sleeping at that time and got a message "thank you for making a request for activation" which i never made. They don't even provide any way to talk to their customer care executives which was there initially and their toll free no provide no means to lodge any complaints. Customers after spending so much time on their toll free no, in general engaged in his/her activities afterwards and somehow forget about the issues as the same was happened with me in previous incidents. This is the way airtel provide service to his customers.
