Dear Airtel Team,
It seems to be that you have no values of my association with Airtel.
First thing you did not mentioned that why this issue is still in pending?
Second, why no engineer visited my place?
Third, what is legal action you have taken against the engineer that I have mentioned in my previous mail?
Please update me all the stuffs like that.
Apart from that, I just want to let you know that today I made a call your nodal officer on [protected] and Miss. Bhawana picked the call but the casualty made by her was really disappointing for me. I have never expected such irresponsible answers from a nodal officer of Airtel.
She has no regrets for anything and made three major statements which are:
We couldn't check towers, Mr. Ashutosh.
I can only update you with status, I can only accelerate your issue.
This is not my responsibility, Why your request is still pending.
You can check if you have recorded that call if you have doubts in my statement. Is this right way handle a customer? Dear Airtel team, you are so irresponsible. This was so ridiculous response from nodal officer. I have never expected this from Airtel. This make me in more frustration than earlier I was.
Major: Now, I am going to port my number just because of casualty made by nodal officer and I'll never recommend for Airtel to anyone in future.
