I have suffering from internet service from the time i came to Bangalore, i have plenty of complaints and always they are helpless.
I i wanted to suggest the Indian Govt to terminate this kind of company who is good for nothing but they will never do like bcoz where they will get the taxes from, In India he have came across 2g scam where a person can rob us and what the govt is doing just putting them in jail but nothing about the money A Raja has

    Hi,
    I was happy customer of Vodafone until recently where I kept receiving calls from your channel partners even on weekend and later in nights. When asked to stop disturbing me i was told by the executive that if I port to airtel then they will stop calling me. Finally i agreed to transfer to airtel and then the problem started. While porting I was told I will get 399 plan with 15 gB data and unlimited call. I agreed and had somebody to collect the documents on 23/07/2017. they handover the SIM[protected]u) but after my vodafone service stopped on 7th August and Airtel service didnot start I called 121 airtel customer service to hear that they have updated the wrong SIM number. Had to visit airtel outlet to get that changed and got the service on 9th August. Today i received a call from service team and i was surprised to hear that they got the porting done with the plan Rs 649 and 7 gB data (only an insane person will agree to this plan in this world and that too when I was in better plan in Vodafone). Request your help to change my plan to 399 with 15 GB data and unlimited call. If you can please help me to port back to Vodafone. Attached the document i received from Pruden where they never document the plan.

    Hi airtel team,

    Please see the attached email and a photo of whatapps which was sent to me by one of your alliance partner thinking that I am still not on airtel network. There are two concerns that I would like to raise here:

    1. You as airtel customer service dont have details of discussion which I had with your alliance partner before moving to airtel. This resulted me in having misguided by your alliance partner. You dont seem to have plan which your alliance partner is selling to the customer.
    2. How can you leave your customer at such a vulnerable stage where the commitment made to the customer is not fulfilled?

    Even this alliance partner of yours was not ready to share any details or send information on email Finally when he did, he sent it from gmail and shared the details on whatsapp and not sure whose number is that. They dont want to keep evidence of any discussion they had with customer and this is how typical behaviors of all your alliance sells partners are. And I feel they are only in business of trapping customers.

    If you are looking forward to have long term relationship please change the plan to 499 with 15 GB as it was promised else reduce the billing to 399 and expect me to move out in 2 months (thats the locking period for porting now, I will go back to Vodafone if you fail to change it). In todays competitive world it is insane on your part to change so much for 7 GB data.

      My mobile no., is [protected]. Last couple of month I am facing voice breaking problem inside the house. A surveyor was attend my problem and he did check network from inside and outside of the house. He had admit that time, there are serious problem, the tower is overcrowded. After few days later a system engineer again got entry into my house. He has told me that, after this optimization you will get better sound quality. Yes, that's true. I have got better result for seven or ten days. After that problem is remain same as early. By twitter account I am trying to contact them but they wouldn't give any response.         Your ad appreared in my email inbox that airtel offering 84gb data to prepaid users at rs 399. I thought you are offering this for prepaid. So i tried to get. I thought it may be atype of rechaege, it was offer to switch prepaid to postpaid. I tried twice due to not getting otp. So it may be double.
        Sir i am happy with prepaid, so donot want to go with postpaid. I tried so many times to talk customer care executive to complaint. But failed. So please cancelled my request. Pl donot sens new sims on my address. Thaning you.

              I am not happy with the 4g facility.. Was very more happy when i had vodafone, the internet facility was much more happy when i had vodafone, when u say 4g speed what does it mean? Please help me with this to get a good speed i did get the portability done from vodafone to airtel for the best internet facility & a good tariff. But i m not happy if you cannot get a good speed paying an amount every month. Need my solution asap if you cannot will sure get my number portable to vodafone again. & stop showing adds of airtel's internet is fast which is just not at all available. Fast to dur ki baat har... Let me know when can i get my problem solved. Need a dead line 7 if it exceeds m moving to vodafone for sure.. As cannot take the pain in complaining the same thing again & again...

                My mobile balance has been unreasonably deducted by AIRTEL.
                I have recently activated 349 plan which has unlimited calls and 1 GB data available for 28 days.
                I was told my main balance around 79 INR will not be deducted but this is not the case.
                They have deducted my balance and my number has zero balance now.
                I have also submitted my compliant on airtel but they have not responded.

                  Since i had requested to port my sim from prepaid to postpaid... There is no response for 16 days. I had called to customer care around 18times for solving this issue but no solution... And i went to airtel store for three times but no solution... I don't know what that # will do in store they don't even pick up the phone i had called nearly 35 times but no response... Now i am changing to bsnl from airtel because of your excellent response...

                  Due to some idiotic persons company is getting bad fame and finally company gets affected...

                  I need to complain on airtel store : gopalreddy building gb palya signal chennekothapalli rd munireddy layout hosapalaya garvebhavi palya bengaluru...

                    Hi Team,

                    Hope all is going good except customer's satisfaction.

                    I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company I heard you are a number 1 network in India but when it comes to me, I think you have to be on last position. If I come to your customer's service department I think you need to work on that because it's useless,

                    I called thrice for a new broadband connection but what I got was just a big disappointment. The person committed me thrice for a technical visit and, but no one rungs my bell till now moreover one executive puts my call on hold for approx 48mints(Executive name Mr Arun)

                    I trust this is not the way That Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further I look forward to hearing from you.

                        I have an Airtel prepaid connection number [protected] from Indore MP. Whenever I was in roaming I am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. When I am in home network I have complaint lots of time to customer care and they said it has been solved, but the problem remain as usual. Now I am in roaming and facing same problem.                           Dear Team
                          I am totally fed up with the network. In my office area I am not able to use my airtel number due to network problem. Most of the time when my client call me they found my number is off. Same Vodafone and other network is working smoothly in this area. I have also complained in customer care but no any results I got. So I have decided to port my connection in Vodafone if this will happen again.
                          Second problem is I have taken 349 plan. In this plan calls are unlimited and the executive told me that my bill will come around 5000. But it comes 900 and sometimes around 600. This is totally miss guide.
                          I am harassed by your service network.
                          So kindly solve this problem as soon possible otherwise I will port my number very soon.

                            As it pathetic from airtel the customer care executive saying sorry. When i recharge the mobile number [protected] rate 51 with 1gb data from paytm. But there was no msg alert on the number that it's been received or not. Just bcz of that i have like donated that amount to airtel. Was a loyal customer of airtel but now this incident is forcing me to move with some other option. That is tacnical fault but my money is gone. Worst experience

                              I ported from my bsnl number [protected] to airtel. After 6 days my old sim got activated. But, my new sim not yet activated it's been 30 hours since my old sim got deactivated. I am not able to do any activities due to unavailability of my mobile number. Even bank transactions are pending due to otp not available. This type of service is not expected from such a reputed company. Please look into this issue as early as possible

                              customer care calls are chargeable and no one to attend the call only computer asking for recharge and all.
                              My airtel number [protected] and by any app auto renewal vas start, i tried many time for deactive it but thats are auto active. i have nothing to do for save my money.
                              Airtel is very good network before six months
                              But few months back network is very bad
                              Network show on mobile full but back side show emergency call . I call coustmer care again & again but not correct response & solution
                              My Airtel prepaid sim card outgoing calls does not work when I am roaming in any other state within India. Incoming calls work fine but the outgoing calls fail. It does not
                              Mobile have no signal and goes to not reachable frequently (Two, three times in a day) and after restart it have no problem. costumer care is also not reachable after 5-6 minute call they, they set the menu only for there thing not for customer problem. pl. resolve
                              On 2.8.17 I top up made online for Rs 160 to my DTH Ac. No.[protected], which was wrongly credited to Regd. mobileNo.[protected].Please refund to my account or transfer it to my DTHaccount.Many time I cotact to 121 and 12150. I cannot solve it .

                                Hi there,

                                I already have 349 top uped, but today I saw my airtel app that offer for 399 - 84 days but after I recharged I got only 28 days, Then I just complained to 198 they lie there is no offer for this number, What to do? Airtel dont offer what they say? Please help me to get it resolved

                                Where and how should I contact them to get the issue resolved?

                                  I carry an airtel postpaid connection with mobile number [protected] for many years now.
                                  Lately due to poor service i wished to port out from airtel thus requested for port out code, the retention's dept rep. offered infinity plan of 349 with unlimited calling and 31GB 4G data/month. since that very moment my data has completely stopped. i called customer care multiple times but every time they tell me some diagnosis steps. I'm perpetually trying to explain that it stopped after plan change prior to that it was all good.
                                  The supervisor on floor named shikha tells me that my handset device has gone faulty coz everything is good in airtel network. she is unable to give me any logic behind how was data smoothly working before plan change and how can suddenly phone can go wrong. she ended up being rude on call and denied to help further.

                                  I demand my plan benefits and why should i pay for services that i'm unable to use.

                                    My airtel number is [protected]. Got this number in siliguri and currently i'm in hyderabad. Outgoing calls are blocked!!! Tried reaching airtel customer care @121 but that's an infinite loop of choosing options with absolutely no results.
                                    Why would you promise free incoming and outgoing on national roaming and then block outgoing calls??? Seems like a spam to me!

But my problem is not resolved yet. I called 5 time after every promise date but here i am with same problem. I live in ahmedabad bopal area nd this area is v crowded.                                         I have an Airtel number [protected].I had renewed my Unlimited pack of 349 yesterday ie 9 Aug but today while trying to call in the morning it showed no balance and no data pack. I had to do other recharges of 200 and 101 just to make some important calls and schedule meetings. I called customer care and she was unaware of the issue and couldn't help me. I demand for my benefits of the 349 pack and also money used for my other packs to be credited back.
