Airtel such a ridiculous network, when i was searching the best offers on "myairtel app" to recharge my prepaid internet pack it says 193=2gb but it never says it is for happy hours and after i recharged it says it is a happy hours recharge from 3am to 5 am. Badly cheating peoples and money launders that no one will forgive

    Earlier my bills were delivered my address where i am using brodband connection.

    After some they sent bills on my email id
    I. E... Rajan. [protected]@gmail.com.

    After few months start sms for due amount

    Now stopped sending the bills as paper bill, e mail bills and sms alert

      Not getting proper network from around more than a month. Network fluctuating continuously during data usage and during calls. Please resolve it as fast as possible. Customer care not lodging my complaint giving a reply it will be resolved as fast as possible our team is working on it, but no outcome yet. Just ported from reliance to airtel by watching the ads the so called "best network of india".

        Dear sir
        My previous no was [protected] & it has been port on 24th july on idea. You have send a bill of 900+. But this bill was totally wrong because you have change my plan 799 to 199 without my permission so it impact on my extra bill 500 more. I have also raised a complain regarding my bill plan & customer care also apologise that this bill plan has been change wrongly & all amount will not be calculate which is used during change cycle.
        So i request you pls checked & changed my bill so that i will again came in airtel postpaid

            It been like 1 month and i am calling them every week to solve my problem regarding my 4g network and they totally ignored it and told me to change my network connection to another company.
            I have been using this network from past 5 to 7 years and this is what they helped me with. Every one was and is converting their network to jio but i didn't and this is what they give you when someone show you gus loyalty.
            Thanks for all of this
            Your coustomer care provider told me to change my connection to another network.

              Dear sir dear, i have made airtel dth (No - [protected]) online bill payment on 3rd aug 2017
              Rs 1200/ amount got deducted from hdfc bank. Payment successfully. Money deducted from my hdfc bank. But from airtel side they said money not reached them. And the transaction has failed. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. They have disconnected mydth connection for non payment of bill money. Details are mentioned below: bank : hdfc narration: [protected]-l ref no. :[protected] dated: 3rd aug 2017 amount : rs.1200.00 kindly look on to the issue and resolve it asap.

                  I am literally being tortured since 6 months by airtel representatives for the payment even after raising the request of cancellation and clearing all the dues. My mom called these guys up and the phone agent assured the cancellation, how ever that # did not give the request number and mom did not ask for it as she was not aware of all these.
                  Now every month i tell these people, that we had raised the request of cancellation and we should not receive the bill, but they keep on sending me the accrued amount every month.
                  This drama has been going on since 6 months, inspite of telling them on every call that i had moved out of chennai in feb only.

                    Hence, my area could not receive your network signals properly,
                    I inform that our area and my near by area could not able to attain full network signals, both the voice calls, & data connection signals could not be properly.
                    I got an information that the near by airtel towers are not having proper maintenance and the towers having the transmitter problems and some other problems too.
                    So please resolve the problems as early as possible.
                    So that only your beloved airtel customer be enjoying your services.

                      In our locality there is no 4g network of airtel. Customer care always tries to manipulate me about the complaint. I am unable to browse anything since it is working like a 2g network. But the open network of airtel shows the excellent signal strength of 4g for our locality while customers care says their is a poor coverage in your locality. To whom should i trust?

                        The problem is the data is not reflecting on my account and internet is not working i call customer service but they also not able to help its a technical error. Wifi working prett good but this pack is not working atall using 4g sim and pack is for 2g, 3g, 4g all.

                            There is no network at all for last 7 days to above mentioned airtel number. To make sure whether it's an issue with a sim card or mobile, i changed sim card to various mobiles and made sure that its an issue with a sim card only.
                            Accordingly made complaints thrice to airtel customer care, but there is no response at all. Latest, i made a complaint yesterday by 7pm and customer care executive made me sure that this issue will be solved and sim card will be activated in next 6 hours. But till now, nothing has been done.

                            Please take on this issue seriously and solve it as soon as possible. Or else i have to take this complaint to higher authorities of airtel and social media, as this is serious discrepancy to a loyal airtel customer to be without any network.

                              Airtel give various facilities to its customers in the form of different applications such as video store and lifestyle. I am also a customer of airtel and using its prepaid services. I have recently received an sms regarding activation of video store services which told that inr 30 were deducted for renewal of said service. To my surprise i never activated such service and never asked for activation or renewal.. Airtel on its own started and deducted money (Talk time) from my number and very shamelessly informed in the same sms that the said service can be deactivated. So i followed the instructions and deactivated the service. Now the money deducted was not refunded as a talk time back to my mobile number. I tried to inquire about this, dialed customer care number which kept on communicating with me as a recorded voice and futile. I sent email message also to [protected]@in. Airtel.com. A case number was generated and came to my email address. Again after two days inr 35 were deducted from my main balance to activate lifestyle services proudly by airtel which i never required or asked whatever. The sms again consisted of a shameless instruction of deactivation of the said service if not required by me. I deactivated the nonsense service and no refund was given to me again. So you see in a matter of three days airtel has deducted inr 65 total and i havent ever availed any useful serviice. My money has gone to airtel for free. Congratulations to airtel, its making huge sum of money like this i dont know from how many. Please inform the ceo or whatever nonsense people who are running airtel services and congratulate them from my side.

                                I am using network since january 2017. There is lots of problem in your network in my location nashik, satpur. I have complaint of this problem many time but there is no resolution of my problem. And your team is also not allow me to change my network in other network.

                                Your advertisement is so good but somehow its false. Please solve this issue.

                                There is lots of problem with airtel network internet is slow as well as call is also not connected.

                                  As per my below trail mails and the complaint vide reference number sr 77626016. I have paid the amount of rs. 434 on 19th of june 17. I had attached the bank statement and the ref nos. Nearly 6 time i spoke to 198 and explained. They called me and informed that the problem with airtel bank and its been cleared. I got a sms from airtel that your amount has be credited into your account.

                                  But still am getting bills with the old pending amount with late fees of rs. 100. And the paid bill amount is reflecting.

                                  Kindly look into this above mentioned details and remove my paid pending bill.

                                  Very very poor customer service. Reaching customer care is very difficult.
                                  After raising complaint another person his asking for the same details by sending mail.

                                  Not handling cunstmers request. Its pain.

                                    I have done bill payment for mobile no [protected] on 05.05.2017 ref no ib37716864 for rs.1142.39. Airtel company denies of received the payment as the number is ported to jio just few days back. I have made correspondence to both companies and denying of received the payment. It is sure that either of companies received the money and without giving proper resolution the my complaint, both companies avoiding payment. I request you to intervene for redressal of my complaint.

                                    Till date the complaint is not resolved the company. They called me twice asked the particulars and silent in resolving the complaint. If this is happen to most of the customers, please advise the aplletate authority for addressing the issue.

                                        Hi, this is mr. Vinay kumar singh from bihar having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected] i lost my mobile today 7:30 am dt 4-8-2017, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                                        Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.
