Hi,

I am a victim of charging the booster plan which is of Rs 100/- for 1GB, which I have activated for the particular month and I have been told that it will be automatically deactivated once the monthly bill cycle generates. But to my shock, I have been charged month on month, till I get to know to that I have been charged on my every bill cycle and when I asked to the customer care they are telling that it is automatically gets into every month without my concern. This is how Airtel is cheating to it's customers. And, also they have made promise that the unused data will be transferred to the next month, but they have failed to do so, when I asked it is technical problem and they have opened the ticket to resolve it and told me that it will be resolved within 48 hours, but it's been 5 days now, till now, I have not received the unused data from my last bill cycle. I am fed of the services they are providing to the customers. The customer care executives are very unprofessional in terms of talking and they don't know how to behave with the customers.

This is my sincere request to take some serious actions on them and please help me in getting my dues.

    On 31st July 2017 I contacted airtel customer care for recharging my tv connection, there was 284 per month is my base plan at that time, i had requested to their representative to change this plan to 199 plan per month, first i called they said ur plan is changed but when i saw in airtel app there is no changes in my base plan then i again called customer representative of airtel to change my plan then again they said ur plan will be changed in short time, but no changes atlast in 3rd call they changes my plan to 199 and said me to recharge of 214 on this tv connection and i had done the recharge of 214 and my connection had started but on 10 August 2017, Message is coming from Airtel that your recharge is over and recharge fast, I shocked that i have done recharge on 31/7/17 and message comes today 10/08/17 that ur recharge is over, when i saw airtel app there my active plan is of 369 ?? I have tell them to short my plan from 284 to 199 but they have done cheat with me plan is increased from 199 to 369 and when i have called them they called this are top up these are continued with ur base plan.So by this only ur recharge is over but no one in family subscribed this pack no one called to subscribe, So How the subscription done ?? Like these they cheated with me so i request to all o[censored] guys not to go for AIRTEL, My self changing my Airtel sim and Dth to Jio Only, because of their cheating propaganda.

    Now i have decided that i am waiting for JIO DTH & I WILL SURE GO FOR JIO DTH ONLY NOT THESE LIKE CHEATER COMPANY & Also Portables my Airtel sim to Jio.

      I've ported my no.[protected] from jio to airtel and the no has been successfully ported. I've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number. So please try to get solve this issue and you can contact me on my alternate no [protected]

        Sir,
        I am a loyal customer of airtel. I am attached with company from more than 10 years. I have many airtel connections in my family and with my staff. I am using one broadband and 2 airtel mobile connections.
        I visited your ludhiana showroom at ferozpur road to deposit my broadband bill on 26th june 2017. Your sales person mr piyush told be about new 4 g plan and convinced me. I purchased a 4g device for 2500 and took 499 plan.
        After 2 days the device stopped showing red light, i visited to your showroom,
        My complaint was heard verbally and mr. Piyush did some setting in the device started working. But just after 3 days the problem occured. I again visited your showroom, he changed my 4g sim and did not registered any complaint. The problem was same again after that. On 18th july 2017 i again visited your showroom and requested to refund my money but mr amandeep singh at your office finally registered my complaint no. 77852097. But no action was taken till now, my device is not working.
        I am mentally tortured so much and planning to port all my connection with airtel.
        On 8 august 2017 i again visited your showroom with my sorrows and a very smartly dressed girl with red scalf named megha sood heard my issue and told me that there is a technical issue in this plan is going on from one month and the problem name is latch on.
        So for 2 months your whole office staff was fooling me? I feel cheated and humilated as airtel was responsible for loss i suffered and mental disturbance. Now one of your staff is telling me to sell the new device i bought from them in some gur mandi market for half price and close connection.
        This is the level airtel can go, i never thought.
        So please refund my money as i dont want airtel 4 g. I am so much insulted by going again and again to your office that i will fight for it now whereever i can go.

          My net has lot of issues it automatically goes to 2g from 3g
          It works in 3g from jus few secs den it goes to 2g
          N i have network issues
          Call does not get connected sometimes
          Idk y airtel network is soo careless😡😡
          If v have improved work on internet d signal will go off or net ll go to 2g
          N v get annoyed by it
          Evn now my net went on 2g
          Plzz kindly look into d matter

            The most unethical customer care and worst customer care service.

            I had a family plan where in i had 3 child number and i wanted to change my plan to a different family plan, i called the customer care number on 3rd at 9:30pm. The customer care person changed it to a completely different plan and when he could not rectify it, he gave it to his manager who was a lady and she told it was not possible to make changes and i had to change it in my next billing cycle. All my child numbers which i was paying 199 per year i had to pay 299 permonth. Which i asked them to change it atleast in the next billing cycle themselves atleast to the current as i will have to pay 600rps extra.
            I wanted to port my wife's number from vodaphone to airtel and had raised a request for the same which was not even taken.

            The female was asked me to call in the next billing cycle and abruptly cut the call. So i decided to port one of my number to vodaphone and raised a request for porting so that i can have a airtel and a vodophone number.

            I got a call from airtel relationship manager on august 8th "[protected]" who asked me to reconsider shifting my number, i told about my experience with the customer service and he cut the call.
            On tuesday at 2:00 pm i got a call from "[protected]" this time a lady

            And this is what she had to say
            "yes, our customer care service people are rude, if you change your number / port your number to a different network"i"will ensure that you will never get any proper service once you get back to airtel"

            This call lasted 1min 11 secs. Post this call i shifted all the number that i hold including all my family members number to vodaphone

            I was taking airtel service from 2012 and monthly i used to pay close to 7000 per month for my bills which includes "broadband and 7 mobile numbers"
            The only reason that i pay so much is because of the service and the trust that i used to have with airtel, and i got the quality of service yesterday such careless attitude and ridiculous service was something that was least expected.

            I was supposed to port 1 number from vodaphone to airtel and your customer service ensured that i port 6 number from airtel to vodaphone.

            Thanks to the lady all my bills are halved now with vodaphone,
            I have ported 6 numbers to vodaphone and 7th one i will definitely port tomorrow.

            And i am looking to change even the broadband services.

              I would like to inform you that in our area Airtel has worst network coverage and it become day to worst. Could you please look into it instead of giving advertisement "Airtel is Best in remote area" please work on your network and speed of data. I have 4G dongle, in our area we cannot receive 4G network even 3G and 2G is not received. Kindly you work on it instead of false advertisement on National channels

                M facing serious issues with airtel! All of a sudden you disconnect my network for no reason absolutely!, 11:30 am : there is no signal 12:pm: tried reaching the customer support through a friend's prepaid number - the ivr is pathetic and does not guide the customer to the support person to address the issue. 12:30 pm: had to literally cut an important call of my colleague, so that i can use his phone to raise a complaint. Now postpaid connections get a better reach to customer care, such an in differential treatment! Sigh! The customer support suggested to visit the nearest store to change this sim. The issue of why this happened was not identified. 12:45 pm, :the customer support @ airtel store, jahangir street, parrys, chennai - confirmed that the sim to be replaced but activation would take 48 hours. They do not have a kyc validation through adhaar for quicker activation for postpaid is the feedback. So i was redirected to the next nearest airtel store at broadway junction, chennai. 1:15 pm: the support at the airtel store confirms that there is a ticket pending for activation centrally which has a tat of 48 hours. Post which a request for new sim replacement can be entertained. 2:15: calls back the customer support for help to resolve the ticket and help in faster activation and i am still stuck without any service being provided by the network. Guys! Understand i have a travel plan ahead and with a lot of financial transactions to be made. All otps are blocked. The sad thing here is the issue of why the sim got blocked is still not identified. I am swimming through one of my toughest days of needing to make several calls and transactions. Thank you airtel! I am just wondering how you are going to call me and express "i am really sorry for putting you in so much trouble, the sim would be activated in not less than 48 hours." cheers! You have just given me way for an idea! Good bye!

                  I am going to be your customer but fortunately i have experienced your process or procedures and internal working system at right time.
                  The matter is that i have given all the doc to your service providers based at chandigarh for porting my reliance connection to airtel. But its been 2 months i haven't recievied any sim. I have contacted to the concerened person with mobile number [protected]but he always says that your sim will be delivered today but its been 2 months... I feel so sorry the kind of persons you have hired. I am writting to you as i wanted your services so i hope you will resolve my problem and will look in this matter, unless i have to go with any other service providers.
                  Hope you will to my complaint as soon as possible.

                      Dear Sir, I paid Airtel 2400 Rupee excess then my postpaid bill against no. [protected] (which services I have been closed) . After complaining customer care Airtel or nodal officer they ask me to send cancelled cheque to get back my amount. But after lapse of time and several attempt to reach them, still the amount not credited to my account. Please direct me how to get back my access amount.

                        As per the new launch of Rs 399, I did the Recharge of 399 from my paytm wallet and as per the plan i was expected to get 1GB 4G data with unlimited calling for 84days but when i recharged i got something else which was not worth it, I got 1.25GB data for 28days. This is what airtel does, cheating their customers. Really this unexpected from airtel because I have been using this network from last 5yrs and this act made me think twice to change my network soon

                          I want to upgrade to 4g sim. I tried doing the sim swap by way of sms, tried 3 times with different sim but not happening. Then tried thru aadhar card documentation. Still 4g sim is not getting activated. Store guy keep trying, but no use. Store guy said registered a complaint with contact center. Now my old sim got deactivated and new sim is not activated. Now both the sim are not working. Store people are helpless with no option to try further and customer care nos., are also useless with no solution. Because of poor service i think i should switch over to different subscriber. But because now old sim is deactivated and i can't to number portability also.

                            I applied for a new airtel broadband connection on 30th may 2017. They were fail to connect the broadband service because of some technical issues. I paid 500 rupees as advance payment for the connection through online payment mode. There was no response from airtel for the refund after writing them on facebook about the issue on 8th june 2017 they replied on 10th june 2017 saying we have tried calling you but there was no response. Anyhow after few days i received a text from airtel saying we have issued the check (I paid online on their website. (Why in the world you'll refund me in check. To add inconvenience to the customer) and tracking details were there. I message them on facebook again on 23rd june that i still haven't received the check. Airtel replied saying the take 7-15 working days for customer to receive the check. On 6th july i told them its been 21days and i still haven't got the check. Then again they tried calling and apparently my phone was switched off.
                            I told them to try calling again (When you have to tell this to a company then you know it they have really pathetic customer service) they called on 24th july and the senior executive asked me to call the courier company (Why i have to?) but i anyways did because its my money and i care about it clearly the don't. I tried calling them immediately after airtel's call and it wasn't going through so i wrote back to ariel about it on 24th july 2017. They replied back on 26th saying my number was not reachable.

                              I am an old customer of airtel and things were good till the account closer. An extremely awful experience like many other airtel customers when account cancellation is concerned.
                              We informed airtel people repeated times that we are not using this connection, hence kindly stop the connection and billing. But the billing cycle is continued and repeated harassment calls we have received from their team for bill payment.
                              The ultimate call we received from them when a person claiming himself a lawyer said that they are going to file 420 against us within 1 hour window and we need to appear at delhi high court next day just because we have not payed the bill for 2 months (Though we informed before to stop the connection and billing). I really can't digest this cheap stunt by such reputed company. After this call i am also thinking if there is a forum who volunteer to file real cases (Not only 420 but also the penalty charge for harassment) against who does such cheap policy to increase their wealth by bleeding their customer. Bill till date is already paid as people like us don't like legal obligation so they use this soft nerve. Being a customer we can't suffer this harassment anymore, so i mailed them mentioning it as an official request to stop the the service immediately and we will not be liable for any bill henceforth after this payment as already informed that we are not using it anymore from past few months. 121 is dumb way, there should be some online facility to take cancellation request to bring the transparency in this process.

                                We need to terminate the airtel broadband connection. We are very disappointed from your service as it is very costly and we face poor network in the month end. Please tell the necessary procedure to terminate the connection. We are getting many options at much cheaper rates from jio. We have decided to switch to jio from airtel. Please do the needful

                                  I have multiple times raise complaint with airtel with regard to network slowness yet none of the airtel agents were helpful.

                                  I was using prepaid hotspot sim which dint work so i opted for postpaid yet both the sims are the same. Network slowness.

                                  It is quite irritating and annoying service by airtel. * airtel claims to be fastest network in india which fooling people.

                                      Your so called 4g data is not even accessible in city like pune n worst thing on that is your customer helpline numbers 121 and 198 both are not working worst company do fake promises. Please dont advertise your company as india's best telecom company yo are worst. I am desperately waiting to complete my 3 months in airtel so i can port my number to a better telecom provider
