Hi sir,
I am srinivasan ([protected]) my sim deactivated with out no intimation, i cant receive any information about sim is going to deactivated.
Now i am in dubai, i cant able to use my sim to do any banking transaction with out otp password please solve my problem.
My friend visited airtel showroom they said ask customer care, but customer care 198 also said we can do anything ask showroom.
And i have complaint airtel customer care through email they also not respond.
Finally complain ted airtel nodal officer chennai he also said the same reason, i dont no what to do, solve the problem as soon as posible

    3 months ago i port my airtel postpaid number ([protected]) to airtel prepaid number. I cleared all my due's and submit formalities for prepaid sim card but its more than 3 months my sim card not working and showing network.
    I complained a mail 3-4 times for this problem but no respones from airtel team

      I shifted aircel to airtel in may 2017. They suggested a family plan and so had my wife and son changed to post paid. Our numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. It is over one week that i was contacting airtel and sms was sent to all our phone and send yes. Today after 6 days of conversation which include the supervisor, that my wife has to give in a paper a fresh "no objection and i have to submit it with aadhar car and pan card and a photo for the formality for which i have approach a airtel store and submit. I have been to one store and they never appraised me these. Before shifting from aircel and prepaid to post paid, there were representative who came home to assist. But none come to help us. They ask me to visit and then only the family plan is possible. Instead of solving the problem, each one try to push. Our address is dr. P. Balasundaram, 20/39, nowroji road, chetpet, chennai - 600031.

        I recharged my phone having number [protected] with Rs 348 for unlimited calls and 1 GB per day data for 28 days on 2 Aug 2017, despite of such recharge, from today morning my calls are not been able to be placed in which the service provider says that the account balance is low.
        that despite of all payment still i am not been able to place calls.

          Dear sir,
          My name is pramod tripathi my airtel postpaid mob no [protected] i am using more than one year airtell services.

          But i want share a very bad experience from airtell store dariyagang pin code 110002 emp name salman as well as customers care via 198 no

          On 31 july 2017 i gut information to convert my postpaid no to prepaid via customer care by using 198 no with the help of adharcard pancard and 1 photograph

          I visited airtell store on 1 agust an 2 agust 2017 but salman and other staff refused to provide prepaid sim at darygang airtell store 110002

          On 2 agust i closed my postpaid service via 198 no due to pathetic service from airtell

          On 2 agust 2017 in evening i received a call from airtell that person wrongly comited to deliver prepaid sim on my office address via courier but so far i did not receive

          Hence i again closed my post no and again i received a call from airtell executive and again same word that person told me i received asap my prepaid sim on my office address but still i am waiting

          Request please look at my problem and terminate all staff who involved in false comitment

            I am a heavy user of internet (Approx 12gb-4g data/pm - rs. 260 recharge twice/thrice per month) and phone calls (Rs. 250 recharge twice/thrice per month). This doesn't mean that i am wealthy enough to recharge. I am recharging my number out of no option given to me. I find that airtel is not public friendly anymore. The connectivity of internet is definitely found to be cheating. When i recharge for 4g, i often get 3g services almost 70% as indicated in my device. Why does airtel want to cheat public?? Despite of my constant request to airtel outlets/retailers - i have found harsh behaviour of them towards me. Most of the airtel outlets have staff with heavy ignorance in explaining customer friendly doubts. I still want to know, why am i deprived of rs.244 & 399 offers?? I need a genuine reply.

              Hello sir,
              I have been requesting airtel for past four years to provide basic network signals at my area. It is no surprise to say that there is complete network outage at gandhi nagar area.
              Airtel nodal and appelate provided me written email confirmation that they will resolve the issue last year 2016. But they r not responding to these seriously

              Airtel is charging huge amount to for postpaid customers in the form of monthly rental, service tax etc., but they are not improving network signals so that customers do not face issues related to making cell phone calls. It is sad to see that I cannot make calls from my home. Also, here are huge call drops and takes longer than expected time to make a call at Gandhi nagar, hyd area. I have escalated the issue to Airtel 100 times every year in the form of emails and customer care calls. However, I don't see any progress made in resolving the issue so far. Also, Airtel is so careless about providing Proper response and resolution to this outstanding issue since long time. Hope consumer forum takes necessary actions of this Airtel to get this resolved soon.

              There won't be any serious response from Airtel customer care and I request you to take immediate action on Airtel so that they realize the value of customer.
              It is minimum responsibility of service provider to give basic network signals to its customer when they are charging huge mobile charges for the post paid bills. Airtel must be fined for charging customers without having proper mobile signals.

                I have used airtel dth last 4 years and my account no is [protected] (Mobile no [protected]). Before 3-4 months i have a problem in received signal and airtel customer representative come to my home and he checks the signal and tell me one part is needed changes and he charges rs. 500 with the service charge. Now today i face the same problem (No signal received). My previous local cable service solves that kind of problem without any cost, but airtel charges any reason call the customer representative, if that is their fault! That is very chip business policy.

                  Lodge the complaint since dish was not working. Person attended and changed the part of dish without informing, which is not at all acceptable.

                  How come airtel service provider can changed the parts as per his convenience. They changed the part and ask for money. It's not their responsibility to explain the problem & after concurrence of customer changed the part

I have downloaded the airtel app after that i have charge the wallet with rs. 670/- now i want to charge my postpaid airtel number [protected] but that needs mpin which i forgot. After wards i submit my first name, last name and date of birth also but it blocked the account. So i requested your good self to solve my problem so that i can paid bill for my postpaid phone.                       Dear team airtel,

                      I mr. Shamshuddin. Sayed from thane maharashtra having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I lost my mobile yesterday, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                      Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                        As i shared my issue in previous mail regarding network its still same. Still now i am having same issue, i got i call from u r end regarding the as they guided me i have done the same but still the issue is same as i am not getting proper network in my home location or in my office and almost every where i thing in upgrading with 4 gb u all forgot to take care of network as i am ussing airtel since a years but this issue was not there before but now i got fedup with u r network problems

                          This number ([protected]) is a scam/fraud. I myself got hoaxed by this number of Airtel. I would request you to take a legal action again the person. This number is linked with multiple social accounts including Instagram. Please help report this number so as to stop any further scams.

                            I purchased airtel sim recently and i was told that by recharge of 448 i will be given 1gb 4g data per day and after using 4g data i will be able to use data but speed will be reduced but i doesn't happened. Yesterday i used my 1 gb 4g data but after that data was stopped. I called costumer care but they said only 1gb data will be given after that there will be no data. What is this. I wasted my money in airtel. I should have gone for jio instead. I am very disappointed with airtel.

                              I am using airtel broadband since past 6 yrs.
                              I am currently using a plan of 1599 which i wanted to change to lower plan 0f 749, it is being almost more than a month i am trying to change my plan but each time i call to airtel customer care they says there is some back end issue which will get resolved in 2 days and again when i contact them for confirmation after 2-3 days they says there is still issue and will take another 2 days and this is happening since more than a month but my plan never got changed actually. I am paying unnecessarily 1599 because of airtel fault.

                              I fell like airtel is cheating with me because does it take more than a month to change a plan, and for going from low plan to high cost plan it will done immediately but if i want to change from high cost to low plan they are not changing and coming us with excuses.

                              Why i need to pay extra for airtel fault, any way i have made up my mind to change the provider but wanted to bring this into everyone knowledge how airtel cheats their old and loyal customer.

                              Moreover why i am paying extra for airtel fault and issue with their backend.

                                  I am a customer of airtel prepaid number from last 10+yrs. From last one year facing network issues. They are charging 4g for 3g services and this time water gone beyond head. There airtel app shown payment failed twice but amount refunded once. Customer service is worst as had to call 3times and issue never been resolved. Never been through with ivr post then so, dropped msg for mnp and received call within 30 mins but executive didn't understand problem and asked to call from another number (Hate them). I have a broadband connection of airtel so called them to close it too as was very frustrated with airtel. Retention guy told me that it's a different department so can't do anything. My understanding is that they are selling all the services under one umbrella so how can't they resolve it internally.

                                        My no.[protected]. Today morning did a recharge of 254/- full at. Deducted from my a/c. But no recharge done. Two times transaction failed but 3rd time it was success and am. 254/- was deducted.
                                        I am really very much dissatisfied with airtel. It is a cheating with the customer. Moreover if the airtel company does not solve my problem or refund my money i will got to the consumer court.
