I had airtel postpaid number for four years. Recently shifted to another place and had requested for porting the number. The process itself took unbelievable 2 months and all the while i was charged for roaming. After porting, i selected 599 plan, and i was using jio number. I hardly used airtel number, but still got a bill of 1200/- and more. I asked for the details and never got the call details, so i refused to pay and my number was deactivated. Now i receive calls from delhi and the person says, he is an advocated and airtel is filing a case in consumer court and has given a deadline of 2 hrs to clear my bill. I can't find any details as the number is inactive and he's asking me to pay rs.3000/-. He has called atleast 10 times in this 2 hrs and airtel store is down due to power outage in our area. While waiting, i am writing this complaint. I am highly disappointed despite having been a customer since 2013!!! I will never recommed airtel to anyone or buy one in future!.
I received many messages from airtel for payment, but everytime they mentioned different amount, when i insisted on the details, they said they donot have past records!!! Then how can they charge me rs 3000/- when they don't even have records?

    I have upgraded my 3g airtel sim to 4g airtel sim a month ago but the problem didn't solved yet, visited airtel gallery 2-3 times. First they gave me a new 4g sim but when i inserted and activated the sim the sim only register on 3g network but when i selected 4g network it says cant connect to these network. I again visited the airtel gallery they checked and issued me a new sim again but also same problem. The main cause is that i wasted my 400-500 rs 4g recharge voucher because the sim is not connecting to 4g only.

      My number is [protected], ive been facing lot of problems with you data service since 2 months, i have sufficient network on my phone and is 4g compatible, when i activate my data symbol (4g, 3g, h, h+) shows beside signal indicator but still i doesn't load a single page, ive tried restarting my phone many times, changing sim etc. But the problem remains as it is. I've also tried call your customer care several times but all they say is restart your phone, your phone or any other stupid solutions which doesn't work at all, they make fool out of me as if i don't know anything, solution to every problem isn't restarting phone. And you guys are fooling around everyone saying "airtel works in mountains, deep forest, desert etc etc, it doesn't even work near the towers, help me with this and prove your words"so called open network".

          Hi,

          I have made excess payment to 2 of my postpaid mobile no's.
          I am continuously following up for the same through email and phones. But i am not getting the satisfied answer from their side.

          Firstly i sent a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com regarding the refund, they ask for the cancelled cheqe or pass book.
          On next mail i atteched the cancelled cheque copy.
          In revert, they provide me SRN - SR78210079 and asked to wait till 3.Aug.

          Today is 5th, and they are saying that the amount has been credited to your account and shared a receipt of the same.
          But i haven't received even a single penny from airtel till now and even account no mentioned in the receipt is totally different from my account no. Which i have shared for refund.

          You are requested to please look in to the matter at earliest.

              This is aarti of airtel mobile no.[protected], i have done recharge of rs 244 on 24/07/2017, which unlimited airtel calls for 70 days and 1 gb data per day for 70 days and is successful with transaction id:[protected]but today it shows account balance is zero. It is the services for 70 days unlimited airtel calls and 1 gb data per day 3g/4g data for 70 days. My money is deducted. They are not provided the service. Today my account balance 50 is also deducted from my account balance. I also complained one time but they are not responding of my complain...

                Problems still not solve, still my number [protected] disconnected, unable to do online banking, even i asked to airtel revised my bill still they not doug, still they did not write any email to me, bec i am in a meditation class phone not allowed to use only break time, so airtel better to write ur solution to my email than calling then i will c is that ok to me, not only that but also when airtel officer calling telling one thing but when they writing, wrote as against when they call, so either writing team telling lies or calling team telling lies, bec true is one. When calling told me we bared but u used the number, but writing they told we bared then unbarred ur number so which is true, our kind request bec of above two reason write us

                  I've done a recharged of rs 145 on 28th july 2017 and within 5 days my internet balance is 0mb. According to the plan i should be getting 2gb per day but i'm not. I havent even used up more than 500 mb within a day but still i'm not getting the data benefit that was mentioned.

                    With due respect i undersigned wish to state that we have applied for new airtel broadband activation on 1 june 2017 but our connection is still not activated till august 5. After submitting all the documents thrice and making several phone calls to jabalpur call centres our connection is not activated as they make the same excuses of technical problem everytime. We need airtel broadband connection at our earliest.
                    Kindly see to the matter and do the needful at your earliest and convenience.

                      I did a recharge on my airtel number [protected] and it didn't mention any roaming conditions before. The sim is o[censored]p west and i'm currently in bihar. The daily limit of 1 gb is working fine but the calling is the problem. I was able to call for the first few days but now it doesn't work at all. My money has gone to waste as i'll be staying here for a month and i can't make calls unless i recharge my phone. Kindly look into this. Email me at [protected]@gmail.com

                        I would like to complaint regarding un successful recharge of my airtel digital tv id [protected], on 04th august 2017 while doing recharge of my airtel digital tv through my airtel app for amount of rs 510 by using hdfc credit card ending 0492 which is already saved on my airtel app, the amount got debited from my hdfc credit card and i received sms from 121 saying that (Your airtel digital tv [protected] online recharge transaction id 002941 of rs 510.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference) and i also received sms from hdfc bank that rs 510.00 was spent on ur hdfc bank credit card ending 0492 on[protected]:14:37:19 at bharti telemedia ltd. However the recharge could not succeeds. Registered mobile number for my airtel app is [protected]. Kindly look in the matter and please refund my amount back to my credit card. Screenshot of the same is attached herewith.

                            I believe airtel as best mobile network in india. But surprisingly i am facing severe network issues with data connectivity. I have been complaining customer care since 2 months. Still issue is not resolved. No data connectivity at all. Tried all the trouble shooting tips from them. No use. Please resolve this issue in our area. I have recharged my number two times as i thought it would be due to low balance. But thats not the reason. Please resolve this issue as many people are facing same problem in our locality.

                              Dear sir my airtel landline [protected] generate extra amount bil i continue complaint but not solve my problem and i pay extra bil.. But i 3 rd may disconnected my service mail to airtel form my side airtel said offer piyush new plan 450+30 gb data and verver my bil amount i agree and sent mail that date to till date airtel 4-5 time disconnected your service and pressure me payment form airtel recovery agent and same time 4-5 time call me said your plan activate within 10-15 days and take time 10-15 days 4-5 times. Last 15 days before call me last time give 10-15 days i will activate my service but this time again reperat same disconnected and bil payment mail.
                              Mrs pushpalatha mail me 99 topup my no. 4 feb and mail me.

                                Sir, i got a call from no. [protected] at my no. [protected] at 9.14 am on 5 aug 2017. He told me to recharge rs 320/- at his no. Because i have won a hero honda mc, a colour tv and a cash of rs. 75000/-. Sir, is that true??? If not pl take strict action against him. I m ur permanent customer and hope u will take strict action and acknowledge me. These guys r trying to defame ur prestigious company and need to teach some lesson.

Offer shown in airtel website is recharge rs.9 (https://www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge) get 30paisa per minute for 28days. But after recharge got a message that it is valid for 4 days. Here with i attached the internet link & screen shot of the website. This is cheating. Hence ask airtel to give 28days validity. Thanks. Janarthanam.                                     An on line recharge for mobile no. [protected] of rs.200.00 was done on 31.07.2017 vide transaction id [protected]igabsxiin2. My a/c was debited for above amount but neither recharge has been done nor the refund is received till date.
                                    Kindly recharge the mobile no.[protected] for rs. 200 or refund the amount immediately.

                                      Whenever i send port message with the the prescribed format, it always shows failed, i've tried so many times . and upon installing axis bank app, when i choose airtel number, there also uccured the same problem that sms sending failed. i'm in indore (M.P.), and my sim is o[censored].P.(West) network.

                                        Last 2days it was working fine with blue light blinking but now green light is blinking and i have no access to internet.

                                        Is this a trick to attract people and make them fool?

                                        I believed in your network and i bought this hotspot but now am gonna give reviews on online about the issue am facing. I have tried removing sim none of your trick worked.

                                        Can you pleae resolve this asap.
