I was using prepaid airtel sim of punjab with number [protected]. I got transferred to hyderabad. I got a sms from airtel that u need to upgrade ur sim to 4g orelse the old sim will be discontinued. I visited the near by airtel store in sd road secunderbad, so that i can change my airtel circle and upgrade my sim. Since the biometric system was down, the executive told to upgrade to 4g sim and next day circle change can be done, i was given all circle compatible sim and was told to sms the 20 digit code of[protected]u. Everything was fine, within two hours, the previous sim got disconnected, the new sim is showing no service. It has been 24 hours. I visited the airtel store for 3 hours, they could nt do anything. They contacted punjab circle, no reply yet. Please resolve this issue. I have all my important contacts with that number

Please resolve the issue. I have been a trusting airtel, dont let public lose faith in ur network. This issue is harrassing me

    After buying a new sim with 293, got data worth 2 gb with one month validity. Why kind of child play is that. How could you do such terrible mistakes at the operation level after doing such a massive marketing. Pity you airtel!

      Dear sir,
      Myself sanjib goswami, my airtel money bank bases no is-[protected], i create airtel my apps bases accounty in the date-02/02/2017. I forget my mpin, & account user name and date of birth. Today i send money my airtel bank accont mobile no ([protected]) because i pay the west bengal elicktrik bill but i can't pay the money for mpin issue.
      I transfer by debit card in my airtel money related no-[protected]. Now operator not support me. Just tell me we are not provide your create user name and date birth. Plz help me.. My another mobile no is-[protected]
      Till I am waiting for reply. If no resulation received within 3 days I will go to the to banking ombudsman as well as consumer forum.

      I have tried to load the cash (100 INR) in my Airtel money wallet on today through my syndicate bank rupay debit card. The amount was debited from my card, but it was not credited in my wallet. My airtel mobile no. is [protected]

        My mobile no [protected] is a post paid no.. Has been ported into airtel today and previous operator has been blocked. And now i don't why i my network is not coming
        There is been a fraud as your executive of kolkata region has not given me sum and not even approved and done the portability after i denied to it. I was interested in 299 plan and i don't know what happened. Please helpe.. Call me on my alternate no [protected]...

        I have not got the sim and number is converted to postpaid now...I am in a situation that I can't use any of the operator..as My no is stucked . please ask your Kolkata region representative to help me the resolution
        Please note that I am sri prem singh dangi, has fell my sim no [protected] and [protected] during duty today
        Kindly block this both sim and issue duplicate sim

          I recharged with rs 399 where it is shown in airtels official website (Airtel.in) as an offer which my number [protected] is elihible for and it comes with 1gb/day 4g data and unlimited local calls valid for 84 days. I have 4g sim and 4g handset as it is required to get this offer. Now i recharged with it, but the message came with a 28gb validity of 28 days and also it doesnt have any such unlimited calls offer. Several time i tried to contact cusstomercare but there was no any response. So i compelled to write it here. This is a complete cheat on airtel customers while reliance is giving this offers with low cost. Please find a immediate solution for this issue. I want the said offer as it is or please refund my amount to the bank account itself. I have done it through net banking. So please refund the amount within six hours if you are not able to provide the offer of 84 days as you given in your website. Other wise i will move legally this matter seeking compensation. I have all the screenshots and printouts of your terms and offers. Please stop cheating your customers.

            I contacted airtel to resolve the issue regarding network improvement and internet speed. I forced to use 2g speed network after paying money for 4g. My no [protected]. And airtel complaint no is CGPSC[protected] DATED 19/7/17 and still facing problem. I again contacted airtel today but satisfactory reply received. Please take action against them.

              I am an engineer and i know very well how to check offers n all... I did recharge of 399.in that they offered me 70gb data and unlimited calling for 70 days. But they scammed very well and they are not responding. They only provide service upto 28 days and later on airtel # my money 💵. And if they are not responding in time i am going to vital these on social media.. That's it

                This is worst i have ever experienced. My husband requested a family plan on the 30th july. And still they havent activated it... Saying there is an it issue. And on my disbelief they deactivated my old sim on 4th august... I waited till 5th morning to activate my new sim... And they said they can't do it as the it team is not responding to them and it's the weekend... And i have to wait till monday... I have a one year old daughter and my husband is aboard.. Now what am i suppose to do without a number to contact... This has created a mental stress. What there is an medical emergency.. How i'm suppose to contact anyone. If anything happens to my daughter and me i blame.. Airtel kharghar team.

                  I am in corp 499 plan for the past six months with 4gb data. But to my surprise i find in my latest bill that over and above 1gb a booster for rs 250/has been applied for the june billing. I went to airtel office at valasaravalkam and enquired with one miss ratna priya today at 5.15 pm and she said she could do nothing about that and that she can only remove the booster as of today and she removed the booster with an sms to me. I also wanted to change my plan to 649 with roaming incoming and outgoing free as i would travel to andhra frequently. For this also she asked me to come on 20th aug i. E billing date. Kindly clarify on the above as i am pained for the treatment

                    Due to poor connectivity and services i switched to vodafone in april 2017.
                    When i switched i paid my dues of rs.1332 on dated 21/04/2017 trf no.[protected]. Why i've been receiving the massages for dues still pending through vodafone? How my no. Was switched if there were any dues? Please revert at [protected]@gmail.com

                      Not able to send or receive SMS from the time I swapped to 4G sim.Sim change happened on 5 Aug as I got message from Airtel stating sim will expire on Aug 10th.
                      I wrote mail to Airtel and tried reaching customer care but it's not connected.

                      Please help me out since it is primary sim for OTP.

                          I had airtel postpaid number for four years. Recently shifted to another place and had requested for porting the number. The process itself took unbelievable 2 months and all the while i was charged for roaming. After porting, i selected 599 plan, and i was using jio number. I hardly used airtel number, but still got a bill of 1200/- and more. I asked for the details and never got the call details, so i refused to pay and my number was deactivated. Now i receive calls from delhi and the person says, he is an advocated and airtel is filing a case in consumer court and has given a deadline of 2 hrs to clear my bill. I can't find any details as the number is inactive and he's asking me to pay rs.3000/-. He has called atleast 10 times in this 2 hrs and airtel store is down due to power outage in our area. While waiting, i am writing this complaint. I am highly disappointed despite having been a customer since 2013!!! I will never recommed airtel to anyone or buy one in future!.
                          I received many messages from airtel for payment, but everytime they mentioned different amount, when i insisted on the details, they said they donot have past records!!! Then how can they charge me rs 3000/- when they don't even have records?

                            I have upgraded my 3g airtel sim to 4g airtel sim a month ago but the problem didn't solved yet, visited airtel gallery 2-3 times. First they gave me a new 4g sim but when i inserted and activated the sim the sim only register on 3g network but when i selected 4g network it says cant connect to these network. I again visited the airtel gallery they checked and issued me a new sim again but also same problem. The main cause is that i wasted my 400-500 rs 4g recharge voucher because the sim is not connecting to 4g only.

                              My number is [protected], ive been facing lot of problems with you data service since 2 months, i have sufficient network on my phone and is 4g compatible, when i activate my data symbol (4g, 3g, h, h+) shows beside signal indicator but still i doesn't load a single page, ive tried restarting my phone many times, changing sim etc. But the problem remains as it is. I've also tried call your customer care several times but all they say is restart your phone, your phone or any other stupid solutions which doesn't work at all, they make fool out of me as if i don't know anything, solution to every problem isn't restarting phone. And you guys are fooling around everyone saying "airtel works in mountains, deep forest, desert etc etc, it doesn't even work near the towers, help me with this and prove your words"so called open network".

                                  Hi,

                                  I have made excess payment to 2 of my postpaid mobile no's.
                                  I am continuously following up for the same through email and phones. But i am not getting the satisfied answer from their side.

                                  Firstly i sent a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com regarding the refund, they ask for the cancelled cheqe or pass book.
                                  On next mail i atteched the cancelled cheque copy.
                                  In revert, they provide me SRN - SR78210079 and asked to wait till 3.Aug.

                                  Today is 5th, and they are saying that the amount has been credited to your account and shared a receipt of the same.
                                  But i haven't received even a single penny from airtel till now and even account no mentioned in the receipt is totally different from my account no. Which i have shared for refund.

                                  You are requested to please look in to the matter at earliest.

                                      This is aarti of airtel mobile no.[protected], i have done recharge of rs 244 on 24/07/2017, which unlimited airtel calls for 70 days and 1 gb data per day for 70 days and is successful with transaction id:[protected]but today it shows account balance is zero. It is the services for 70 days unlimited airtel calls and 1 gb data per day 3g/4g data for 70 days. My money is deducted. They are not provided the service. Today my account balance 50 is also deducted from my account balance. I also complained one time but they are not responding of my complain...

                                        Problems still not solve, still my number [protected] disconnected, unable to do online banking, even i asked to airtel revised my bill still they not doug, still they did not write any email to me, bec i am in a meditation class phone not allowed to use only break time, so airtel better to write ur solution to my email than calling then i will c is that ok to me, not only that but also when airtel officer calling telling one thing but when they writing, wrote as against when they call, so either writing team telling lies or calling team telling lies, bec true is one. When calling told me we bared but u used the number, but writing they told we bared then unbarred ur number so which is true, our kind request bec of above two reason write us
