Hi, i had applied and collected an additional sim from airtel, kengeri main road outlet. This was an additional sim. I had given an alternative number, upon insistence from the airtel personnel at the outlet. I had indicated my reluctance in giving an alternate number.

However was shocked to realise that there was a call from airtel to the alternate number indicating that it was an address verification call. Asking vague questions.

Airtel should be calling my number for the address verification, and not the alternate number.

    Dear sir/madam
    This is to bring into your notice that i jitendra kumar singh have ported my mobile no. [protected] from idea to airtel and that time your executive came to me for payment & document collection and taken from me all the kyc documents and rs300 as activation and rs250 as security deposit. And told me that this will refelect in my postpaid bill of next month. Now when i had enquired about all that i came to know that the person taken money from me fraudly by cheating and no such payments has been made by that executive. After knowing everything i several times called that person for the money receipts but that person neither receiving my calla nor responding properly. As i myself an advocate of high court cuttack if i dont get any resolution i will file a case in consumer court positively.
    In such manner i may be bound to file a case of fraud against your company so please look into the matter and do the resolution as soon as possible.

      A few time back i have done recharge of rs. 345 at sudden when m making an outgoing call. My call is not going through it is disconnecting and internet is working even if i will talk about the single it is also full so kindly resolve the problem otherwise i will through the sim😡

        I recharged online through net banking of 47, and i have not received any message in my mobile after that of successful recharge though in net banking it showed the payment was successful to airtel. Its been three days since then but i am not able to use the recharged data. My mobile number is [protected]. So i request you to kindly solve my problem as fast as possible or i am bound to leave the airtel connection because there are many other networks which provide better service

          There is resend option coming continuosly since last 10to 15 days, customer care also tells to send this message compulsory.

            Terrible terrible service, it's been over a year since we have been complaining. We pay a hefty monthly bill for internet which most often does not work, additionally the mobile internet bill goes up because of the flaky broadband - so double the bill for shorty service. This time they've gone a mile ahead, switched our landline number with someone else's overnight; not really making a proactive effort to fix it now - did i mention field staff is rude as well!?

            Ps - the entire neighbourhood is facing similar concerns

              Hi,
              I'm customer of airtel network and my mobile number is [protected] and [protected]. I was facing 4g/3g internet problems. My mobile supported to both 4g and 3g services. I called couple of times to airtel customer care but there is no proper response from their side. Actually i recharged 4g data pack but i'm getting only 2g services. This is not a fair, i paid double the amount but i'm getting less services from airtel.

              I got calls from unknown persons, please, these numbers are not customer care numbers. please don't call to these numbers.
              One of the most dirty network in india. Last 13 days ce mea baar baar call kr rha hu ki yha 4g work nhi kr rha pr inka koi response nhi or inke expert tho wahhh g kya knowledge lekr job kr rhe hea samjah nhi aata inhe tho apne junior jitna v pta nhi junior khta hea sir 2 days wait kre fir 4g thik ho jayegi kaam chal rha hea problem ho gai hea aapke location pe mea wait kiya pr kya problem hui yr jo 13 din mea v thik nhi hua.
              Expert tho khte hea ki aapke area mea 4g launch he nhi hua hea avi tk... Or mea bol rha sir mea i m not mad 4g cell hea 4g sim hea 4g pack hea or pichle 7mnths ce use kr rha hu 4g pr inke hissab ce avi tk 4g launch he nhi hui idhr. Ab mea kya pgl hu jo 4g sim or 4g data rakhe hue hu or use v kr rha tha pr inko tho bss paico ce mtlb hea mera tho 13 gb gya na or 13 days v pr inhe koi fark nhi prta.

              This Raju.k from Bangalore. I'm using AIRTEL 4G sim card which is fastest network in India. Actually I'm totally fed up with your network from past two days. Why because, two days back I gave recharged for 399 rs which is giving 84gb 4G/3G data and unlimited calls for 84 days. From that day my network showing 4G but the downloading speed is 10kb/s or 20kb/s not even a 1mb/s. Actually 4G speed means KB/s huh. I tried to download one film which is 70mb. Still it's downloading and what's the problem with you guys. Why it's not converting to 4G speed. I'm using 4G handset, 4G sim, 4G data. My handset supports both 4G and 3G, if at least 4G doesn't work means 3G should work right. Everything is 4G only. But still it's taking time to download just 70mb with the downloading speed as 10kb or 20kb. What's the reason behind this problem. I have chose AIRTEL for it's fastest network. But it's not done as it's job properly. I have called to customer care today, they had guide me with some instructions. I have followed and done all the things. But still it's not working properly. Here I'll attach the screenshot of your network's download speed. Please give a solution for it and do it as priority.

                "on 28th july while i was wrapping my work and about to leave for home, i picked up my phone from the table as usual but somehow it slipped from my hand and hit the work table on it's way to falling on the marble floor. It fell on its side and cracked the front screen and the rear side camera cover."
                Firstly i tried uploading the docs on myairtel app on 28th july, then on airtel website but it was not showing my pin code there, so i spoke to customer care to resolve the query i was told i will get a call in 24 hours, it did not happen, i called again to be told that they cannot help me and i need to visit a airtel store to get help, i did that on monday 31st july where the executive said that airtel secure is a different department in all together and they have not connection with it but after some persuasion he did register my complaint and gave me the reference no 7825884, then i got a call from +91 [protected] yesterday telling me that i will receive a link in the next 48 hours to upload my docs, now i did get that link the same day and i uploaded all the docs, i spoke to the customer care and told them that the purchase bill is in the name of my brother as it was purchased from his flipkart account in dec of 2015, but i have been the one that is using the phone since then and for the same number that is registered with airtel, i was told to upload a self declaration form stating the same, i did that as well not i am not sure what else is required.

                I already have airtel secure policy for my phone

                  As per government rule it is mandatory to link our aadhaar card to mobile number, but as per my personal experience they are charging us rs.10/- per head as processing fees.

                  Though it is free of charge how can they charge fees to us. Kindly look into this matter asap.

                    I have converted my mobile number from postpaid to prepaid. Post conversion, now from past 10 days am roaming to the airtel store (Additionally calling 121/198 as said by store guys).

                    Issue facing: my messages and calls are barred and i have cleared all my post paid and outstanding amounts. There is unethical response from both airtel store and cc number.

                    If you guys are not in a position to convert just from post paid to prepaid - what more can i expect.

                      I had applied for conversion of my Airtel Postpaid No.[protected] into Prepaid on 23.05.2017. The same has not been done as of now. The prepaid sim was deactivated on the same day but Postpaid sim is not activated yet. I visited Airtel Store many a time and even called Customer Care. I also made a complaint on Facebook but of no avail.I request you to resolve the complaint at an earliest.

                        I have complained about the network issue to airtel appellate center and also to the open network but no one responding to my problem.. I think the airtel only concentrating to profit not for customers satisfaction. We have only one tower to e villages.. Its is very horrible situation to us without proper network.                           Airtel handset protection plan is a complete fraud/cheat to the customers money.

                          My handset was fell down from my hand while talking. I had provided the every documents/broken pics of handset etc. Then i got the rejection stating the reason as

                          "we regret to inform that your device claim of rs.7555.0 has been rejected by
                          The insurance company due to improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property."

                          I want to ask you fraudsters what is mean by accident and why have you taken money in the name of insurance.

                          I will not let you go like this.
                          Will suggest refund the money of customer taken in the name of airtel secure and shutdown this plan.

                          I will strongly people not to go with airtel products.

                            I activated safe custody on my airtel on may 17 after paying 150 rupees. I activated my number again on july 22nd and was active till july 31st morning. I made several calls and was using sms facility in my airtel number till then. Even after repeated complaints airtel was not responding me properly

                            On july 31st, airtel disconnected my number with out any notification.
                            Right now i don't have my number which i have updated in all the offices, bank documents and other official documents.

                            I would like to raise a legal complaint on airtel for breaking the trust and disconnecting my active number with out notification which is causing me a lot of problems.

                              My balance was over 120 rs on 02 aug 2017. Whole balance was deducted from my account. On calling customer care they told me that i have used data for that money deduction. But did not use any data.
                              And this is not first time it is happenning. 3 or 4 times it has happened in past as well. Need proper support and refund. Or i am really going to port my number. Highly dissatisfied with customer support.

                                I ashim badhwar running with my airtel number [protected] and happy with the services till i faced this new issue specially travelling international after long time for my business trip to kuwait, i took this package from airtel after talking to some one in airtel center on 28. Th. Of july that was friday in which they told me that you have to pay rs2999 pluss gst and in that case you will get free incoming calls and 3gb data, 250 mnts outgoing call to local kuwait and india and even 100sms including in this package and i specially told that person, that make sure once my 3gb get consumed please send me a message and till three days every thing was fine because in the hotel i m staying ibis salmiya internet is all free and then i took another local number only for net which is from zain after paying 5kd and getting 16gb for a month and then i got a shocker from airtel when i received the normal message at 8.45pm kuwait timing in which there was showing rs22361/-amount due and for which i called there person on [protected] international roaming cal center and then from the middle of my work meeting sharp after few mints made a call to airtel free international center [protected] talking to them for good 20 mints or so got to know that they are not even aware of but latter while talking and putting me for hold for few mints again and again they got the message in there record that yes you got the due amount and after talking to him he said i dont have any idea but after asking him, for his manager to speak to me, he was failed to make me talk to any senior or head for 20 mints call.
                                After again exactly 1.15 hrs that was local 1205 am kuwait timing received another message showing my balance rs 33736/- again was a big shock for me then i called up again on [protected] there international call center and had a long detail chat with there tel caller sumit kumar id [protected] for good 20 mints plus then he told me that we had a word with all seniors and dont worry you have to pay not more then rs2999 plus gst as discussed and i was little relaxed and could sleep but again in the early hours of kuwait i got a new shock and that was after committing things will be all ok and fine i got a new message saying you international roaming is deactivated so from my friend phone who again have an airtel connection called up there call center and got to know some one have mailed them from my end to disconnect my connection to my shock they told me first that it was a mail i sent but after pushing them for putting some one senior they made me talk to some lady called nimisha with her id [protected] at 11.20 am indian time she told me that some one from there company have made a mail that please stop my international calling without his or her approval for she was not even aware who is that person to my surprise after committing for the payment of 2999 plus gst in the middle of my trip just three days they have stopped my services and now i m in the middle of my trip got handicapped and my entire working in delhi is kind of stopped and i cant do any thing.
                                I would request to please act on the same as this is not fare from airtel company to act like this after commitments and to my surprise there is no response since morning and after regular requests.
                                I would like to put some light on the same and believe that some action will be taken on the same asap.

                                Waiting for your earliest revert as my work in india getting hampered.

D by rs.405/ my id number is [protected] date-29/07/2017 and it is said by your customer executive that after recharging 405 rs company will provide free engineer visit within 12hour. Bt there is no any engineer visit today. When i call the engineer number which is sent by your company engineer misbehave with me he said i will not give any service without paying of rs 150/ and don't call me again.                                     I am highly dissatisfied with the service of airtel for my postpaid account 999*.

                                    I have several issues with airtel and don't know where to start with.

                                    1. I had subscribed and updated my plan with airtel in feb/mar to 1199 infinity plan, as i was getting high billing amount and was thus promised (Please read again - was promised) that my bill will not exceed beyond 1300 after taxes. But it still continued to be same around 2000 inr post that month. I again called the customer care after two months (May) and they apologized for the inconvenience stating that this will be refunded and waived off in the next bill cycle. And this never happened.

                                    2. I called the customer again on 23rd july and had a conversation around 40 min. The lady in call told me that my bill amount is high since i have two booster packs and some roaming package activated on my account.
                                    Please note that this was never communicated/informed to me when i had a call in march and may. Out of nowhere now i had some additional booster packs and roaming pack activated which were done only once for a month and an year back.

                                    Howsoever, i asked her to immediately cancel all the additional package/boosters from my account and asked her to activate a 799 plan on my account. I received the confirmation and closed the call stating that for other issues i will mail to airtel and if this is not sorted i am gonna port.

                                    As per my above point, i definitely need a refund/waived off of the amount related to booster and international roaming, which i have been clueless about since the activation of my 1199 infinity plan and for which i was even promised by the airtel customer care executive.

                                    3. I called the customer care again today and when i just cross checked about the plans being activated on my account, he responded 1199 + booster packs + roaming on your number. I was shocked and when i argued with him, he said do you remember the name of the customer care executive. Like really??? What great service indeed!!!

                                    I don't understand that even after a call of 40 min on 23rd july, why on earth my account has not been updated with the requisite service changes and today the guy was telling me again about the old packages.

                                    This is clear fraud and misplaced information to charge heavily from us.
                                    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Airtel challenges that it is the fastest 4g network in india.. And its 4g services is better than any other companys. But the fact is.. It is the worst network.. Neither calling services are good nor its 4g 3g data services. Barely it crosses 100 kbps of speed. It also a quite tough job to contact its customer services, almost it takes 20 min to contact its customer incharge. Airtel just befooling its customers. Sir please take some action against it.

                                      My internet is so slowly like it's 1G and it is showing as a 4G 😣😤 it is very frustrating it doesn't even load anything .. if this continues then I ll port my number... 😤😣😒
                                      Yesterday night 27/7/2017 12 :00 AM to 12:15 AM I lost my moblie(MI4 [protected]) in Auto.

                                        Hi team,

                                        My name is mayank - phone [protected]. This connection was taken by me from airtel and i have not received any paper bill as well as e-mail bill till date.

                                        Airtel have sent me pre-recorded messages, where i requested call back several times, but none of airtel executive called me. Rather, they have barred by outgoing calls on 26th july 2017.

                                        On 2nd august 2017, when i called them and asked them for the bill, they have accepted that bill was not sent to me but apart from late payment charges, they are not willing to provide the waive off for rental which gets accrued from 26th july till 2nd july, during which outgoing calls were remain barred. As a consumer, i have requested for such waiver, but they don't want to give the same.

                                        I am expecting support from you in this.

                                        No july07 starts the problems many times complaints in costumer care center he should not my problems
