Yeah network is good but sometimes network disappeared suddenly and i couldn't make any call during emergency... Its shows no service even if i change my network prefered to 2g, 3g, 4g... I realy dont understand what kind of network is this...

worst customer care without response

For my no [protected], i did a national mnp from tn to karnataka on 11-july-2017 with successful aadhaar based biometric validation.
On 17-july-2017, old sim got deactivated. But new sim never got activated till now. When i approached airtel karnataka, they say that there is no record of port-in nor mnp. Being an aritel-airtel portability, iam surpired that they could not locate what is the issue. Went to stores 4-5 times, escalated....

In february i have made the request to shift my connection to a new place i. E. Janakpuri as we have shifted to new house.
After making the request in february i have to wait till may, 2017 to get the answer from airtel that the connection can't be shifted as the router is fully occupied...

I must say your support executives at 121 are good for nothing. You have no good reason to be so unprofessional. How difficult is it to process a customer's request.

I put ten day ir pack for malaysia it includes unlimited calls and 3 gb network pack. But i cant use data. They charged for using data service. Totally i raised the complaint 8 times but they don't rectify my problem. Problem is in their network side. So i asked to refund the amount for not using the data service. But they said they have no option to refund. Only have option to provide fake ad's lol....

unnecessary cutting main balance

Earlier i used to get notification for pack expiry, before 1-2 days. But now from last 6-7 times Airtel Company have stopped sending notification, in order to cut main balance for Data usage. I escalated the issue to airtel people but they said that might be your fault in network, network fault can occur once or twice not everytime. Kindly look into the issue and revert back....
