Airtel dongle [protected] was closed on jan'2017 by airtel customer care for poor network issues, but even after closing the connection, ebills getting auto generated, why?
From last 2015, the starting day of shifting to my new residence, there was always airtel dongle network issues in 3g internet speed. I was facing lots of problem about network and data speed issues, the downloading speed was at times too slow under 10kbps using chrome. I felt my location was not in india thats the reason do not get signals. I went to airtel store, they told that some request was pending from there side and by two days it will be done. But no action has been taken, i informed many times but no body was serious about it. I have raised airtel customer care complaints regarding network issues but the system just closed the requests without sincerely doing anything. I don't know what was happening, they always reply me same that we are sorry! You are getting slow internet connection speed as we are in construction of 4g to improve speeds but continued to charge full monthly bills plus taxes for no internet services.
Really frustrated and irritated by airtel customer care. They always claimed, we are looking into this issue, a standard statement. Several attempts at contacting customer care have not yielded any satisfactory response. Sends fake messages to take customer's money and don't provide the committed services. I have paid thousands of rupees to airtel company as an internet subscriber. No value for customers money as internet services are interrupted so my official work has suffered badly. It has been a very disappointing experience.
Also, since the launch of jio, there was a steep fall in internet prices, but airtel still looting india. They did not lowered down the prices of internet packs. I wonder what trai is doing in this matter, of huge differences.
As such, i lost that quality in service hope, really fedup, on no services bills paying and thus wanted to discontinue connection. Instead of realising my issue, when asked for disconnection the airtel customer care service guy kept telling me about airtel random policies to pay outstanding bills again, before disconnections, to be refunded with security deposits later. So again i paid the bills for the days i had used or unused in the billing cycles till jan'2017 month.
I was using airtel dongle [protected] from long time, because of airtel's aclaimed quality in service. Airtel claimed that it's data network is the best of all network company, trying to fool us, tv ads of this company are fake, stop cheating the customers thru false advertisements that airtel network works even at hill stations, giving poor network in pincode 781018, 781025 etc. I'm clear that airtel runs fake promises as usual. Customers do not get any network signal properly, have to run to locations to catch signals, if we stay inside the home we never know when we will get the signals. Pathetic service. No sense of commitments.
Airtel's strategy is to raise a complaint number and promise to resolve it in 72 hours. When that period expires, another employee says it will be resolved in 72 hours. This has been going on for months. Airtel was aware that we have our lives and jobs to live in and we won't have enough time or resources to go behind them. Its unfortunate with cut throat competition you are going to loose the race like others, if your network and customer care does not improve, airtel will be buried alive for sure.
It is on record earlier that, airtel agents took documents and cheques had disappeared, can't be reached on mobile. Most of the airtel agents are frauds and cheaters, airtel does not seem to be worried about the competition killing them, the service is atrocious too.
If airtel can't provide proper network, then why i had to pay the postpaid amount. I was totally fedup, and than as per discussion with airtel customer care, on paid record of full payment, the airtel dongle [protected] was closed on jan'2017, disconnected my airtel dongle connection by airtel customer care for poor speed. It was very disturbing in addition to financial loss.
After closing the connection upon destroying the sim, i received a call from an airtel lady offerring me a free look, free rental period of 15 days, asking me to re-think on reconnection of old number, also suggessted to convert to prepaid number. I had clearly conveyed that i had disconnected the connection as i have busy schedules everyday.
# but even after closing the connection, getting ebills for consecutive months and airtel customer care are giving repeated calls every day, why? They call again and again for reconnection. Shamelessly asking for money even after disconnections. I'm deeply regretted to say that now airtel has lost its credibility and has started to cheat and beg its customers as well. What is there with airtel? Is this really a competitive environment? Airtel service providers are the liers and looters of first order. I wonder how many more customers of this country are being looted by them. This was no wonder or surprise that airtel services is worst and poorest in the country.
# now that, airtel offers/advertisements which are coming to my alternate mobile very frequently are annoying and disturbing. Don't send any more offers to my mobile. I am not at all interested. If it's continuing i have to file compaints to trai or a police fir if necessary.
# now it's july'2017 ending but airtel did not refund anything. I still haven't got my money back, return me my security deposits & no service billed subscription amounts. I want airtel to refund my amounts and pay compensation for unnecessary inconvenience caused.
Do something quickly regarding this, because it's leaving a wrong image of airtel company. Customers problems should be solved quickly so that customers can take advantage of sevices provided. I had called several times to customer care later but no one than picked the call, so please solve this quickly. I expect a quick solution to the problem with further knowledges.
Kindly write me how you can help me in getting my money back claims and compensations. I also feel that your staff would be more customer friendly. If you are not able to resolve the issue kindly take out your system, we don't need your services.

This is the field where Airtel is behind Jio. If this problem is not resolved then definitely switch to Reliance Jio
