I bought airtel dth connection recently. I had one month my family pack. I changed plan to my plan+ tamil pack after one month. Recording is free for me for three months. Suddenly free recording option removed from my dth connection after one month. Called airtel customer care two times but no use. Pls resolved this immediately. Pathetic service from airtel

    I got airtel sim at sastra university on 20\07\17. They had a prepaid pack for 445 rs. They said give ur aadhar i would activate immediately. So i gave. Said it will b active within half an hour. Believing them i started to my residence at chennai. But after coming here i foundout that free talk time and data recharge not done by the airtel agents. I felt cheated, an amount of rs 445/- has been paid by me without any charge in my account. Pls help

    At Chennai Airtel they said u have to resolve at Thanjavur . My son is studying there. He said Airtel had only a temporary camp at the entrance of Sastra, so he said there is no one available from Airtel there to lodge a complaint. I felt dejected n cheated. Pls help me

        I have use 4g sim 4g mobile handset. Also i done my offer recharge its 399rs (Unlimited call + 1gb daily 4g) for 84 days but my internet is not working properly its stop internet when i am doing some work and it's give 356b/s speed means 356 b/s it's a 4g speed of mobile. My vodafone give better speed than airtel in 2g so what can i do...??? And the website of airtel and complaint desk (198) only give offer inquiry not solve our question. You can look my airtel her speed in below image.

          Myself is. Mahesh r hallur i have bought a airtel dth prepaid connection id is [protected]. On subsequent recharges they have charged rs.15 calling it as idle maintenance fee. They claim this charge is idle maintenance fee for customer charge after due date. Though i have paid for the set up box, installation and dish, i am not sure what kind of idle maintenance they are doing on my set up box. These charges are not explained to me before selling me this product. I have my every right to recharge my account whenever i want as this is a prepaid account. Why should i pay maintenance charge without any maintenance work. If this continuous i will change my dth connection. I have checked other dth connection they are not charging any money for late recharges. Airtel stop cheating us always kindly take necessary actions to avoid such a fraudulent action from airtel. Hoping for better solution.

                Poor network at office premise. Lodged complaint ref. 77348981 dated 30/06/2017-no response. Again lodged complaint dated 11/07/2017 ref. P[protected]. Technical team conducted survey on 14/07/2017. Poor network confirmed. Recommended for installation of booster to resolve the network problem. We are the esteemed customer of airtel having twoo broad band, one landline & more than 30 mobile connections. Till now there is no result.

                  Airtel looting people in daylight. They promise on their website 5gb data pack for 28 days in rs. 499, but actually gave me on 2gb. My number is [protected]. I called on 121. They deny that any such problem is there. This is blatant cheating. Shame on you airtel.

                    Hi! Team,

                    I am your customer from last 5 years i was activated this number in wb then i moved to mp in 2015 and i transfer this numbers to wb circle to mp circle in 2015.in month of march or april i got a offer from airtel for rate cutter @12 rs i got 25 paisa local and std call for 56 days validity however in 21 july my offer validity got expired and i called up in customer care to re activate the pack i was spoken with the agent her name was usha she told to this offer is still available in my number and i can reactivate the offer however at that point of time i don"t have enough balance to activate the plan. So i recharged my number the the same agent ushe she called me back and told me that she can activate the plan from her end i told her to activate the plan however the plan was not yet activated so in 22 july again i called up in customer care to know the reason why the pack was not activate and i asked to the agent to transfer this call to manager but the agent are not much trained the don't not how to handle the customer however i was spoken with the manager (Ajay) he promised me on 22 july that he will look into this matter then in 24 july he call back me and told he that there is some system issue that my number is from wb and this 12 rs offer is for wb customer so in can not activate this offer and he is going to highlight this issue to consent team to activate the plan in and he call me back withe 24hr however it more than 72 hr and i still did not get any call from airtel.
                    I am unable to use my number because the call rate was too high without rate cutter. I am sorry to say airtel and his customer care service is very bad if you guy are unable to do any thing so stop doing the fake promises

                          "invalid number" not able to receive incoming call

                          I have been using airtel post paid number since 2013 and then ported to karnataka circle in 2015 (Airtel noida to airtel karnataka), before 2013 this number was on vodafone network.
                          From past 45 days, i am not able to receive any incoming calls and callers getting a response that this is an invalid number. I am not able to send/recieve messages thus not able to perform any banking transaction.

                          I am facing the issue, i have paid my 3 months advance and requested for new connection.

                          Payment was made after the feasibility checking from airtel, but this is in worst stage now, its already more than 5 days, technicians are coming to home and telling some useless excuses and its lagging when i tried to cancel it, customer care people trying to convince me its happening for a while,

                              Mistakenly i recharged my mobile no [protected] two times, on 26/07/2017 with an amount of 499 each time, when i contacted the customer care to cancel the second recharge, they flatly refused to do so and told me that you should have taken care before recharging, when i asked them to give atleast double benefits of recharge, they refused and told me that your recharge will be valid only for 84 days which is the benefit of a single recharge.
                              This is not the business ethics and also their customer executive was very rude in behaviour, now i am thinking of porting out all my airtel no.in my family.

Called me assured me that your extra recharge amount will be credited back to your account but after waiting for ten days they did nothing and when I contacted them they flatly refused to refund the amount and told me that benefit of double recharge has been added to your account while this is not the case. I dont think they are going to resolve this.

                                I've switched to airtel postpaid recently (Just 10-15 days ago). From the day of postpaid connection activation, i'd never had 4g signal and also i wasn't able to use 3g connection either most of the day. I've raised this complaint on the first day of my postpaid connection activation, but they keep saying this will be resolved in 48hrs, but never resolved till date from the activation of the connection. I regret switching to airtel and aircel was much more better.

                                Also the data balance is reducing without usage. I definitely know that i used only 1.9gb of data in my mobile and i've proof of that since i can see the exact data usage in my phone, i use iphone 7 plus. But they say i've used 4.1gb, how cheap they are. I've raised this complaint on this one also, but they do not respond to this and they don't care how many times i call and raise a complaint and just wasting my time.

                                Also they mentioned that there will 10gb will be credited to my account once i switched to airtel but that never credited to my account and never had an option in airtel application to claim.

                                What kind of cheap behaviour is this? Cheating customers by fake offers and fake data usage and their customer service is worst. I want to switch to another network immediately.
