      Hello,

      My broadband is down since past 3 days and no one turned up after logging a complaint. Everytime technician calls me and gives false promises and timings to come and fix. It caused me a lot of my business & office work.

      This has been happening very frequently, does airtel take the responsibility for the loss of my business and office work?

      My broadband is not working for last 3 days and landline is not working for last few weeks, we made the complaint but most irresponsible manner the airtel continuously misguided and making false information, every time asking some questions and mention that i will come and rectify within an half an hour.

      after three days he appear and just touch the phone and made a statement that he will come back in few minuted but not turn up till this time.

      Kindly refer our 4th complaint no LB[protected].every day new airtel person come visit and left mentioning either the tools are not available or another tem will come and do the rectification.Please ensure the team should come with equipped and also should not report till the internet/broadband works properly.
      It seems for each time we have to make the complaint as Airtel does not having any Monitoring.Today again I have made the complaint as the airtel person visited yesterday was not having tools and he left for today but not yet turned up.
      Today we made again the complaint as earlier problem is not resolved.Airtel is not only wasting our time but business too is affected adversely Now the complaint no is .LB[protected] .

        I've requested airtel customer care to shift my business internet connection on 14th july, 2017 from ground floor to first floor mentioning this is a request to shift internet connection in same premises at [protected]@in. Airtel.com.

        We were okay till today. But here's the different story starts. After waiting for another week, i've called them today to check when my internet connection shifting will be done. And you know, i've got surprising response from customer care that your request has been closed as there was no response to engineer from your end. Blame game.. Wow.
        I've had 8 calls with airtel customer care today and all the time i had to repeat same story to the different executives. I've requested them many times to connect with their supervisor or someone senior in team. But hardly they were ready to do that. If someone is taking care of this page, please pull up all my calls has been done and listen them. You will find me asking to please take call back number if in case call get disconnected, please connect me with your supervisor many times. But nothing has been addressed. Lastly, one call came and he has asked - sir, aapka shifting hona hai kya.. I said yes. He replied back with surprising answer - sir, first to apko shifting ka request dalna padega... We have complaint registered and we cannot do this. Common man... I've all the proofs which confirms my request for shifting only.
        All i want to say is airtel - your service is worst. Let me know how can you compensate loss i'm facing since many days just because of internet shifting.
        I'm paying rent of two offices where as using one as one cannot be used because of no connectivity.
        I'm your business customer since more than 3 years. All the bills get clear on time and i'm paying handsome amount.
        I'm going to share this story to many other platforms and yes, i found two of your main email id's

          Dear airtel,

          This email is regarding the service which we are facing in our area.

          Address: airtel store, habsiguda main road, opp ccmb, habsiguda, hyderabad, telangana 500007

          We have visited the store for more than 5 times to link the aadhaar card with our phone numbers.
          Whenever we visit the store we get the same answer again and again that aadhaar server has a downtime which was fine but the rude behaviour and the unprofessional way of dealing with the consumers.

          The employee who was working at the desk is very busy speaking to someone and she hardly replies back to any question and that to in a rude way which in my terms is unethical. Even the same replies are given to senior citizens. This is not a way to handle consumers which will ideally effect you.

            This pertains to my mobile number [protected] which being my corporate connection of my company rattanindia ltd. (Formerly indiabulls power ltd.) with whom i had been working for last eight years and presently holding the position of assistant general manager in the organization and i intended to port from vodofone to airtel post my transfer from maharastra to delhi, where in had requested for the same at sarojini nagar and during address verification, the third party representative who had arrived for verification has provided a completely false information during his first visit. Again i had to go to sarojini nagar to lodge my complaint and to my utter surprise during second visit the representative not even bothered to verify the address and consequently provided mendacious information. I am really appalled by his behavior as well as irresponsibility towards his company by misquoting / misreporting the facts which has led to dilapidation of trust on a company like airtel of international repute. Such kind of behavior from your representative is irritating and i strongly believe that this shall hurt the sentiment of the corporate customers and put satisfaction at stake.
            Also i would like to state that i do possess all relevant documents necessary for the verification (Passport copy, aadhaar card, driving licence etc.)

                  Dear sir or madam:

                  I am writing to dispute a billing blunder of amount rs 1176 on my account. The amount should not have been generated in the first place because i had called airtel customer service to disconnect my services and reiterated the same when i received a confirmation call from you guys last month. I told the executive that i do not want to continue with the dongle service very clearly and have not used the dongle since.
                  I was shocked when i received a bill for this (July) month as i was told the connection will be disconnected. When i again called your customer service agent 1 "rishi" (Not sure about the name) told me that the confirmation department has left the space blank where the reason for disconnection has to be mentioned and directed me to his supervisor who was not only rude but had the audacity to say that i insisted for continuation even though rishi had already mentioned about the blank space and had used the services of about 7.7 gb for which i will have to pay no matter what.

                  I have always paid my bills and would have paid had i used it but this is preposterous and i will not pay for your mistake. Everyone’s money is hard earned and i will not throw away a single rupee for the fraud committed here.
                  If we haven’t agreed a resolution before this cycle ends, i will take my complaint to a telecommunications ombudsman.

                    By mistake my old mother recharged her #[protected] twice with a duped money making scheme of airtel which says unlimited local and std calls and 1gb day and night data for 28days. The minute she figured that her bank account has been debited twice for the recharge she called the customer care and an executive told her that the plan has been recharged till aug 24 and not july 26. She was assured. Now the plan is valid but only for calling and no data has been credited till august, which is cheating. Not only this they claim to give you only 3000minutes of data in a month under this scheme but do not highlight it anywhere except for digging deep into the so called terms and conditions, or calling their useless customer uncare service. Not just this the limit to the calling per day under the so called unlimted banner is only 5hrs in a day and the calls get barred or starts getting deducted from the main account balance. I ask if once the call was made for 5hrs in a day and rest of the days is not even 10minutes at time, or what if the 3000minutes are no used in one month... Why this fraud and cheating. Just a lie network or fake for being so called transparent.

                      Iam having a prepaid airtel mobile connection. I have not been able to recharge on the offers provided on the mobile. I have tried through online 4 times, 3 times using online banking for rs 399, and once with credit card. Today i went to a shop and tried with rs 399. The shopkeeper also got a message saying unsuccessful. He contacted the customer care and was told that 399 offer is no more available for my no when in fact it shows availability...

                      As i say in subject i m facing very bad experiance about airtel network at my home place. I contacted there superiers but that doesnt work. They are going worst day by day they are misconfusing the costumers by saying indias biggest network actually its not true they were bad day by day. No service is great its showing me great network on open network but actually its toooooo bad network even sometimes no network at my place even if i am living in city area. Plz do something.

                        I have not been able to send text messages (Outgoing sms service is not working).
                        I have transferred from ahmedabad (Gujarat) to bangalore (Karnataka), and this problem has started from the time i was on roaming.

                        I tried calling the customer care, visiting airtel store but to no avail.

                        Already checked my message service number (It is correct)
                        Switched phones and checked (Still not working)
                        Raised a complaint twice (They closed it without resolving, saying everything is okay from our end)
                        Called airtel nodal officer gujarat but his number is always not reachable.

                        Airtel store in bangalore says that it is an issue of airtel gujarat and they cannot resolve it as well.

                        Kindly look into the matter.

                          I have tried to recharge a airtel prepaid number in the airtel website on 25-jul-2017. I have done payment for rs.300 using my airtel payments bank account. Money got deducted from my payment bank balance. But recharge transaction failed. Transaction reference[protected]. I called airtel customer care many times. I got reply that amount will be refunded within 48 hours. But amount not refunded even after 3 days. Please take immediate action on this before i escalate this to zonal level. Ph: [protected].

                          I am getting calls from some numbers. They are saying that they are calling from airtel and asking for my debit card number and expiry date. I am not sure if they are genuine airtel People or not. If they can process cashbacks without asking for my debit card number, why dont they refund amount to airtel payment bank without asking my debit card number? Please check and reply.

                            This is regarding the porting
                            Today i called up airtel customer care and the representative guided me 2 plans
                            Plan 1
                            Rs 349
                            Unlimited calls
                            100 sms
                            21 gb data for 3 months
                            Plan 2
                            Rs 499 parent no.
                            Rs 299 for child no. Or add ons
                            Unlimited calls
                            100 sms
                            25 gb data for 6 months on parent no.
                            21 gb data for 6 months on child no.

                            Then the airtel corporate representative called and talked me in a very harsh and rude language and told that there is no plan as such and cut the phone.

                            For the 3rd time i called airtel customer care office the representative there told me that rs349 plan is discontinued and no. Benefits rs.499 plan has unlimited calls for both parent and child no. But only 11gb data for all and nothing.

                            This is highly intolerant, you are trying to deceive customer and make your money.
                            All your promises all your services are totally fake.
                            First go and improve your representative attitude otherwise we can also cross our limits and show who we are.

                                WHY ?????????
                                Poor customer service by Airtel showroom, lakshmipuram, west tambaram branch. They are too slow and they don't care in solving customer problems regarding their airtel service. I have paid post paid service charges. They do not attend calls its diffucult to contact them.

                                  This is to inform you that we have not been getting airtel phone signal (Either 3g or 4g) in our flat for a while now. Not only can we not access data on our mobile phones and even on 4g hotspot device, we are unable to receive or make any calls. Most of our family member and neighbor have airtel phones (Approx 10) and are extremely unhappy with this situation. We have company work and require high quality network to be able to work efficiently. We have made several complaints to customer care regarding this, but nothing has been done to resolve this issue. If this problem continues to persist, we will have to switch to other mobile service providers.

                                  In my airtel app it showed me 100 mb internet balance.when i used internet rs.87 was deducted from my main balance.when i informed it to customer care there was no proper response and they told it is night data.but in the app it is not specified as they said.this is just stupidity from airtel.cheating innocent people.

                                      I have recharged my airtel account yesterday with 3oo rupees and when i checked today it shown the balance amt. 42 rupees. How this is happen kindly provide me the details and retun the amount in my account asap.

                                      I received the message that you have used 10 mb data from your main account, however i have not on the mobile data in my phone. I already have wifi available at my home.

                                      I talked to the airtel customer care and they also not providing me the correct details. Kindly check this discrepancy and pay back my balance to my account.
