This is no wonder or surprise that airtel service is worst and poorest in the entire country.

I usually recharge my data package every month which i suppore to get 1gb data with 4g speed for 30 days. I'm clear that airtel always runs fake promises as usual.

Airtel do not know what is 4g speed but starts to claiming bs ads that don't work no where.

As i said i recharged the plan and i started using it, then i realised my 4g speed is slow. So i just started testing 4g speed using their own partnered company called ookla. Guest what the speed of airtel 4g was... 0.11 mb (Which is not even half mb)...
That is slow shameful part of airtel that they always keep making fake promises.

Please note that airtel might give you plenty of reasons if that happens to anybody but try this... Recharge same 4g data for rs. 9/- and check the speed.

It's just that airtel do not want to give or lose their money in any manner.

Airtel always finds a con way to cheap consumers... And now airtel is crying out loud when they realised the better customer support and no cheating is a good idea.

Ps: no wonder airtel is drowning...

    I want to take a new airtel hotspot connection. But i am not able to get it from airtel stores. Since i am from a different state and currently staying in chennai and i don't have any local address proof in my name, they are not providing me the connection. Can't it be provided with permanent address proof like aadhar etc?
    I am struggling from last one month and not able get the connection.
    Also i tried to buy online from airtel site and they said local address is mandatory.
    In this era of globalisation, i don't know why they are playing these stupid game.
    At least now days they can use aadhar as base and process accordingly.

      I have raised complaints 3 times regarding network issue but the technician just closes the request without doing anything.

      Complaint numbers:

      Bsnl provides excellent network coverage in the same area, but in case of airtel network received is only 2 out of 5 levels and that too keeps on fluctuating leading to call drops and breaking voice.

      This problem has started since last 3 months, before which the network was fine.

      Desired resolution is that airtel solve this issue and their technicians stop committing fraud by automatically closing the request everytime. They never visit the address where problem has occurred. They call and ask if i am still facing the problem and even if i say yes, they would close the request.

      If airtel fails to resolve this i would go to consumer court and port my 2 postpaid numbers to other telecom operator.

          Dear sir,
          My son brought airtel 4g sim. Now it is more than 24 hours. Last night he have recharge with 399 plan. Msg also received in his mobile regarding successful recharge. Internet service on the sim is running but call/voice service not yet activated. We have tried to call on 59059 to activate but call being disconnected. Please advise.

            I had recharged my number with 349 data pack the offer was 28gb (1gb/day) +unlimited calling for 28 days but it stopped working after 2 days. Do something quickly regarding this because it's leaving a wrong image of your company. Customers problems should be solved quickly so tha we can take advantage of of the sevices provided. I had called several times to customer care but noone picked the call so please solve this problem quickly.

              I wonder to see the msg from airtel executive asking for pan number. He has issued me 3 sims taking 3 copies of my aadhar card. Bad part is none of three sims r activated nd he is asking for pan number now. He is only messaging me, not even taking my call. I have tried around - 100 times to connect with him but he is not responding to my calls. I m afraid as he can misuse my aadhar card copy nd pan number.

                  I am using airtel number ([protected]) i got a offer from airtel coustomer support team for re 349 contains daily 1gb 3g data and unlimited calling for 28 days but now they are telling offer only for 4g user so please try to solve this.

                    As per your messages i had visited your service centre in vasco 3 times. On my every visit i got a reply that the server is not working. When asked for the office tel no.in order to make my next visit on confirmation of working server, i was told that there is no office telephone provided. I am a senior citizen of of 70 yrs of age and not in a position to make such visits frequently.
                    Kindly advise me how you can help me. I also feel that your staff should be more customer friendly.

                      Today i went to airtel vijayawada office near buckingham post office to link my aadhar number to my airtel sim as we are receiving message from airtel asking us to link aadhaar number to sim. Surprisingly they rejected to link my aadhar to the existing sim free of cost but asking for rs.100 for this purpose and recklessly stating that we can complain on the company to any body. Can this problem be solved how can i solve my problem

                          Please note, i have not purchased these numbers not have i requested activation of these numbers.

                          Please disassociate my number from these numbers as i do not intend to own these numbers and i don't want fraudulent people use my id for their purpose.

                            Airtel has a my airtel app through which i manage my primary number registered with airtel as well as 4 other connections for my family. Today i tried to recharge my daughter's mobile number. I tapped her number on app. Then on a/c balance. So far, things were ok. Then i clicked on 'best offers for you' link below a/c status. I was taken to some offers. I chose rs 399 recharge for 84 days. Airtel accepted my payment but against my primary number.

                            No warning was given during recharge that i had been diverted from my selected account to my primary account midway. I had recharged pr account with rs 399 a few days back but app accepted this new identical plan payment as well.

                            I have tried to complain to airtel for refund but i am unable to reach the right menu through ivr. Ivr system disconnects me without letting me register my complaint. No option for human contact.

                            Airtel app used to have a link for reporting a problem but that has been replaced only by only an faq section. Airtel used to have a designated email address for complaints but even that has been terminated by them. Emails to that address bounce back now. Through website also i cannot register complaint.

                            I was able to google a link for online complaints to airtel and registered a complaint several times - pr02200477, pr[protected], pr[protected] etc. I get an acknowledgement that someone shall contact me within 2 hours but no one calls.

                            In a nutshell, airtel has made it impossible for me to get in touch with them. And i have 5 connections including broadband. But they don't care.

                            This is not the first time i have lost money because of their app. It has happened earlier (There was no wallet authentication unlike before - i clicked on wallet as my chosen payment and i was straight away taken to thank you page without asking for pin).

                            If i don't get a resolution this time in 24 hours, i am going to port all my connections to vodafone and jio. There seems to be no sense in staying with a telecom provider who cuts you off and does not want to listen to anything you have to say.

                              I'm deeply regretted to say that now airtel has lost its credibility and has started to cheat its customers. The issue is related to airtel secure. As i accidentally damaged my handset and it was handled to airtel secure on[protected]Even though no pick and drop was provided i had to courier of my own). The claim has been approved & assessed as beyond economic repair (Ber) for net approved amount rs.9, 899/-. But according to market rate apple 5s costs rs 18000 and im already paying the premium according to rate 18000 as im attaching the claim certificate to this mail. I even discontinued the apple warranty plan as i though airtel provides door to door pick and drop service and reliable too but i feel that not true.

                                I have airtel dth hd with dvr. Last 3 to 4 weeks i am facing low signal issue from the common dish provided. Signal in both the tuners are very less, leading to pixzilisation and some channels not coming. First complaint was raised on 29thjun 17. (Ref: 62533607 no response. Second complaint was raised on 01 july (Ref:[protected], after a weeek a service technician came at 6.30 evening and confirmed that signal is week he need to go up and tune the antena, as it was almost 7 pm as per society rules no work will be allowed after 6 pm on terrace, so he said he will come next day, but never turned up. 3rd time again complaint on 22nd jul (Ref:[protected], every one hour airtel customer will ask for time to come when time is given they call again and again for rescheduling. Very pathatic service. No sense of commitment. Shamelessly asking for more time even after 20 days.

                                    Airtel had created a huge hullabaloo about 'declaring a war on roaming', and had promised no premium charges on outgoing while on roaming w. E. F from april 1, 2017. However, premium charges are being levied on my numbers while on roaming. Several attempts at contacting customer care have not yielded any satisfactory response. Please refund and correct subsequent bills.
