About wrong information and bad customer service

I'm not happy airtel services. Customer service do not provide correct information and they do not provide a solution. Sometimes they disconnected the call. I'm still using airtel services but i'm thinking not to use airtel services in future and will not promote to anyone for airtel. I'm very disappointed by airtel customer service.
