    I switched from aircel to airtel on 13th, aircel deactivated on 19th, after that i used airtel sim in my mobile, but the network is not activated and it is showing "emergency call only" i have removed the sim and checked many times, also tired manual network search, but it is showing all other network apart from airtel. I call log the issue yesterday morning, but it been 2 days still my number is not activated, everytime when i concact to the airtel person they are saying it will get rectified within 30 mins and it has been more than 48 hours but no result. I am really frustrated and disapppointed chossing airtel. Due o this i lost profitable job from one of my client. And also many personal problem sue to this sim problem as i dont have alternative number as well. Airtel is worst and i dont know to whom i should contact to rectify. Really very bad service.

      This is to bring to the so called "fastest network" company's notice that your service is getting from worse to pathetic though you are luring more customers by claiming tof be the best. It has been more than a week now that we in diamond harbour (South 24 parganas, west bengal) are facing network problem but you people give a damn about it. The internet is not working properly. We are paying for 4g but it is worse than 2g speed. Even submitting this complaint took more than half an hour. I think it is time to switch to vodafone which has way better internet speed.

            It has been mandated that all the customers will have to link their sim card to adhaar card. My father has tried to submit finger print at 3-4 kiosks but machine is not accepting his finger prints, he is 67 years old so either finger prints have faded or machines are not sensitive enough to detect finger prints of aged people.
            Airtel service centres are not sensitised about the issue and are parroting the same thing that we will have to get adhaar linked through finger print recognition only and are not accepting copy of adhaar card to link it with sim card.
            His number is more than 15 years old and don't want to change carrier or number, please help in the issue.

              Dear sir/ma'am

              I have purchased airtel dongle on 7th july 2017 from your airtel store at thana road yamuna vihar, but my problem is that it is not even working properly it's frequently get disconnected from my laptop and 7 other devices.

              My suffering is not yet over, after that i have visited at at your service centre located at durgapuri, delhi but they share that we are unable to help you in this matter.

              My problem is that range for this product is not even 2 ft.
              If you want to give me this kind of service then i want my money back or i will take some legal action against airtel for the same.

                My internet plan is of 899 which has 16 mbps till 60 gb and 512 kbps after the quota finishes. My quota is finished and i have never got 512 kbps. The max download speed i have experienced is 16 kbps and connection is very unstable, download speed fluctuates a lot and i cant even download a 3 mb song. Highly unstable
                Hi sir pls deactivated my number [protected] because my card missing.
                I'm experiencing regularly voice breaks in airtel after the unlimited voice call offer.

                  What happened to bharati airtel. Are you gone mad. Losing ur credibility. I heard from many of my friends. After launch of jio, airtel became worst. Donno why. I stay in nandyal, kurnool district, ap. Everyday many call drops. Coming to internet, i pay for 4g. U are unable to give even 2g. What a great network. U will surely be in a soup. Better wake up early and improve ur coverage. Jio i giving best coverage even in villages. I am unable to port as mine is company sim😔

                    For the past 2 days the telephone and the broadband line is down, called customer service number several times and they say that they will send technician but no one came. I will not recommend airtel to any of my friends or relatives in future. I incurred loss of many thousands because of no internet for past 2 days.                       Last week on saturday, i submitted a request to port my number from mumbai circle to delhi circle and on 20th july i receive a message that my number will be ported at 23:30. So when my network was gone completely, i changed the sim to the new one that the airtel store gave me and after i verified my details by calling on 59059, my number is still not working and when doing a call from it, it says that my number is on grace period.
                      I had enough balance previously and it shows nothing now. Please help.

                        There is no update after this complain no pr[protected].

                        I am using this phone number as prepaid from 1999 with your service provider only.

                        Last 9 to 10 months, i used to recharge rs.298, and march 2017 got a option in your airtel site that if i recharge rs.298 then i can get this offer for more one year like rs.148 offer. So i have recharge

                        Rs.148 (Transid[protected] in 15th march 2017 and again recharge

                        Rs.298 (Transid[protected] in 16th march to get both the offer for more one year.

                        It was 100% good for last (June2017) month, and for july month again recharged with rs.298 (Transid[protected] but have not got any voice call facility. Went to unitech airtel shop still have not resolve the issue. Then again recharge rs.80 (Transid[protected] to revert back airtel loan money of rs.30 and make very few local call.

                        Saturday 15.07.2017 found rs.21.50 in my account and after that i have not make any call and use only whatsapp and check office mail. Now my account is zero, then what happened about my rs.298 (Transid[protected]? After 3/4 days airtel unable to answer.

                          When i chek balance i didnt get money in my account its show only my old balance 125 inr thanfter i call customer care they told me i didnt get recharge.in my.                             Our internet connection got disconnected two days back, post that we spoke to customer care and as per their suggestion we made the payment of 11, 000 to get our connection back in working situation with in 24 hour, & now when we are trying to connect to customer care they are saying this cannot be re-activated. Whereas they misguided us earlier, because of which we could not work in office for last two days.

                              I had taken rs.2999/- pack for 10days for united kingdom and landed in uk on 17th july 2017, after landing in u. K. I got only mobile network and no data then i called several times airtel customer care number and as per their guidance i tried all possible ways for data services but to no avail, unfortunately on 20th morning i am not getting any mobile network as well inspite of all efforts which is so frustrating experience & poor service with airtel, kindly sort out my problem at the earliest.

                                Even though i pay and subscribe for 4g network, all i get is 3g and 2g that barely works. No matter how much i call, they keep passing the issue to someone else who doesn't get back to me. When i missed a call, i sat by my phone and noticed that their customer service cut the call after one ring. Which i understand to mean that they couldn't be arsed to resolve my problem.

                                On top of that, yesterday i couldn't be contacted because there was a random person who picked up whenever ny parents tried calling me due to some network problem of theirs.

                                Today, i cannot be called and my phone number is unreachable. When i get through the calls randomly get cut.

                                Don't bother getting airtel. # product and # service.

                                  Very bad network. I am using airtel since 5 years. Now i am facing very very big network problem. Calls disconnected. Even 2g is better than 4g. Worst signals worst network. Please close airtel. Their ads buildups all are trash. Waste of money. Suffering tooo much. Trying to port idea. It's very better. I hate. And told every one about this. They are also told same thing. See the screen shot. I am centre of main city. Tower near by me. But no signal.

And deliberately deducted amt from my balance for your unknown interest.. I want explanation for that & want my balance back as early as possible.                                       I had raised a relocation of airtel dth service on the 6th or 7th of july. The case number/service request number if 62832565. I had myself carried the dth with box. However the cabling for the new address is still not done. I had carried the box with me to the new address. The whole story about all these was explained to your executive when i raised the case initially itself.

                                      It is really annoying and frustrating for me to take the time out to write this email. I had spoken to a dozen of executives regarding the relocation and every time they take my new address. Even today i spoke dth customer care executive (I called the customer care today) and the executive said that my new address is still not there on the case number i had opened. I wonder where they are writing these all down!

                                      I had to give the new address again and i got a trigger sms today. That was a surprise. It is big time frustrating and annoying "service". Before noon today, i had already said to your executive that i would be around at the new address and to send the executive during the day hours. I spoke to her supervisor also and conveyed the message. I don't want to write their names here on this compliant just so you know.

                                      The relocation connection is still not honored. I just spoke with another escalation team resource just now and he asked about the status. He was asking me to the update whether the relocation connection was done!! Also the escalation resource said he doesn't have the authority to drop an email for me as regarding the update, when i demanded for one.

                                      I think it’s high time to move to another vendor. So, asm asking for a refund and do something so that the disconnection goes smooth if there is any other formalities. This is very pathetic service from airtel.

                                        I have activated caller tune facility but when someone calls me, the caller will hear your advertisement stating that press... To copy the caller tune, by this time i will attend the call and the purpose of caller tune is not served as the caller will not be able to hear the tune. So now the promotion of your caller tune is made at my cost or the charges i am paying for caller tune is nothing but to hear your promotion of caller tune. So can you remove this promotion message.
