I have sent so many emails to air tel company against above, i am senior citizen. I have taken this prepaid connection in 1988/90 from airtel chakala. Andheri east three times said no sim card is change again sim card was not working properly hence i have visit airtel shantinagar, mahakali caves road, andheri east, mumbai 400093 in july 2016. They are taken my adhar card copy/photo & taken rs 30/- towards 4 g air tel sim card charges. Since it was not started hence next day i am visited there. They told me that you go to customer relation centre at andheri east chakala. After meert ms jobey she told me that this prepaid no as [protected] belongs to mr jitendra a parikh with effect from may 2008. I have shock for the same. I not informed by airtel. Even w/e from may 2008 to july 2016 period yearly basis i have done recharge of rs 6000/- hence i have demanded rs 48000/- refund to me due to against my recharge amount mr jitendra a parikh is enjoy the same. Also i have confirmed with airtel shantinagar office that they are sent my documents to airtel malad office. I have contacted by following air tel appelete authority staff as mithanshu, rupesh, pravina, ravi, ashwini, azeemuddin, chandana ([protected]). I have explain to them but they are not ready to refund my rs 48, 000/- which is done mistake by airtel staff. I have confirme with air andheri e near station that before mr jitendra a parikh (May 2008) this no is given to ms das!! I have visted to airtel vile parle east, andheri east, shanti nagar, andhei east chackala andheri east, andheri kurla road etc but they are told me that only airtel malad office can resolve the same. Even airtel staff is not visited to shantinagar. The said 4 g sim card is with me, i have sent complaint to ch, minister office. Midc police station but as of today status is same i[censored]nknown person is done offence then who will responsible? Please take action against airtel
