I have requested for a broadband connection from airtel. Thrice i have raised a request and have also submitted my documents. This is the 2nd time i am raising this complain as no one is coming up for installation even when i got a call from airtel last week that it will be done in 5 days due to some issue. Its been 10 days now. No response.

As aadhar verification is free .. all your retailer are charging. 30 and 50 rupees I'm my district pauri garhwal uttrkhand .. so i have complaint. In national consumer forum.
And if serious steps are not taken by you I will launch a case against you in consumer forum

      Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹700 on june 29th 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one.

        I had activated postpaid sim for kalyan from mumbai. But there is a network problem in my area (Kalyan), against the same i had logged complaint vide reference no.77648029/77778089, dated 10/07/2017.

        They confirm that it will be resolved by 14/07/17 & again dated 14/07/17 they inform that we are in process.

        As on date the problem is not solved. Kindly look into this matter.

          I have made a request 3 days ago to get new airtel broadband connection installed. No progress have been made so far. I paid for the installation charges as well, yet there is no response from the airtel technical team area or from the customer care.

          I have been calling everyday to customer care to seek updates and everyday im assured this will done by evening or the same day., yet no action has been done. I sincerely hope that airtel is punished for lack of professional behaviour and demand compensation for the damages

            I am not able to receive any calls or otp messages at my work place. It used to work fine before 6 months but now it has become worse. I only get messages that i have a missed call from certain number but i don't get the call. Although i have full network. Please help me in resolving the issue or else i have to move to other network who provides a good service at my work place.

              Dear all,

              I was applied for mobile portability for the number [protected] and got upc on 21st of june 2017 till date my sim not received but my number was deactivated on the same day. Some girl called me and took my upc number and her number is [protected]. She is disconnecting my calls when i called to her for my sim. I am lost my contacts since 1 month. Please take a proper action from your end, i had lodged a complain before regarding sim which i was fighting for around 1 month. Everytime they say you will get ur sim within next 2 hours but there is no result what i should do now i have been harrased regardung this we have talkted around 30 times with an executive n all but there is no response from a week. I have been harrased for a month who will be responsible for this month bill which i have not yet received sim at all.

              I had a bad experience with airtel dsa.

                Hello, the airtel signal strength has gone from bad to worse in the recent months within iit campus, roorkee. For several hours in a day, my mobile displays the status, 'no service'. I wonder, why airtel being the largest telecom provider does not address these simple woes?

                Many a times, my 4g data go unused within the stipulated time because of their poor signal/service and we loose the data and hence, money unnecessarily, for the fault at airtel's side. Can this be addressed and the consumers be given justice to the money they pay for?

                  While i have no direct reason to complaint, i would like to share my experience with airtel broadband, specifically interacting with sales executives and how they steal each others customers in airtel broadband. Airtel broadband may like to tighten their processes internally so that their sales executives play fair.

                  I raised a request for airtel broadband, and mr. X called me. I was in touch with that person for over 3 weeks. I needed a lot of clarification about the type of connection and needed that much lead time. Moreover i was already on another service provider and to optimize cost i decided to avail airtel broadband when the current plan ends.

                  A few days later mr. Y from airtel broadband called me and he said he is coming to collect documents as i needed the connection. Actually it was just right time for me to go for the connection so i asked him to come. I was under the impression that he is sent by mr. X the first sales executive who called me earlier.

                  When i asked if mr. X sent you to mr. Y he nodded positive.
                  I got my connection. A few weeks later when i needed some clarification i called mr. X and he told me that i never got any connection from him. If i have airtel broadband, someone else has done the work of getting me connection.

                  This amused me. It’s very clear that sales executives in airtel broadband have bad habit of stealing each other’s customers. The person who came for document collection was some other sales executive who managed to know that i am interested in connection and took me away from the first executive mr. X with whom i was initially dealing.

                  Airtel broadband may like to tighten their own internal processes of pre-sales to allow all sales executives to play fair in their own respect.

                    Mobile [protected] :
                    We are corporate mnc company. We have airtel broadband wifi connection in the office and the connection is in the name of our previous employee mr. Karia who has been left the company long back. We have given alternate contact number and email id to airtel for further communication and continuation of the service.

                    Regularly we received airtel bill on registered mail id.
                    Today (19.7.17) we done the payment but payment receipt not received and for the same we visited our nearest airtel store at vile parle east branch
                    And we requested them to provide the payment receipt but the supervisor refused and misbehave and advise that to close the account.
                    Such kind of intolerance and misbehavior not accepted with corporate customer.

                          My incoming /outgoing call facility is stopped from a week. I am facing this problem at all locations and for all numbers (Not particular location or to a particular no). Made a service request on the app[protected]
                          This has happened for few days a week back. I have made a similar service request[protected] which was closed stating it was a temporary issue.

                                First of all, it took 20 days to port from another network to airtel. Then i had issues with going from 3g to 4g activation for about 7 days. After going to the store, airtel fixed it for me in sweet 7 days to where i went back and forth like 20 times. And now i am not receiving sms. No otp, no sms from any bank. Not able to setup anything. Kudos to airtel for being open network!

                                      Hi team,

                                      This is to notify you that the data card i ahve purchased on 15th april and at that time i was being told that if i make the 2 motnhs of rental in advance then i get the data card for free. So then i paid directly for 2 months in advance and i was using this connection and while i bought this connection so the store people told me that you do not have to pay for first two months and after that you bill will be generated so you have to make the tax payment of this 2 months at that time. So i was worried free for the apymetn of my data card number [protected].

                                      But dispite this i was receiving the messages to make payment of 480 rs which is tax for 2 months within 1 month of buying this connection. But i waited for the third month to star and i was about to make payment in the third month for the tax of first two month and the third month bill.

                                      But then here comes the shock by airtel that they have barred the services of my data card on 3rd july which is quite disappointing because the third month was not even over and they have diconnected this connection without intimating me for the barring of this connection.

                                      And today when i needed this data card then i contacted the customer care and asked them to reactivate and waive off the money for which airtel have barred my connection but the floor supervisor name "varun deep" bluntly said that this can nto happen and i have to make the payment for which airtel have barred my services. And later he has taken the disconnection request as well with the request no. 77868986.

                                      Hence i request you to waive off the money from 3 july to 18th july for which my connection was not working and reactivate my connection immediately.

                                      Waiting for your immediate action.

                                        This is jagadeesh and i wanted to share my experience about your network and the customer service

                                        I am facing the network problem in bangalore city and i have raised about 10 + complaints so far. I tried reaching the support team, csr team, nodal team, appellate team but no proper resolution (And now don't know whom to contact next ;- (). It's been almost 3 months now and still the problem exists. Whenever i reach the team they just say "we are escalating the issue and would resolve in 72 working hours" (Not sure how many 72 hours passed in last 3 months and they always use the templates to respond me. Even after asking them to document what we discuss they never put in email). Sometimes the nodal team representative is very rude stating that "the problem will not be resolved for next 3 months as we have to setup a new tower in your area which cannot be done overnight (Yes, literally they used this word)". If that is the case why are you asking me to stay with network? (Agree that you cannot resolve my problem and i will be happy to move on)

                                        I'm using airtel network since 2007 and these days i feel like airtel lost their credibility and they are least bothered about the customers (As they have 1 million plus customer, they don't mind loosing few of them)

                                        I don't see any progress and hence would like to switch to any other network where i get a respect being a customer at least

                                        Airtel is a worst ever network! And very bad customer service

                                        Also i undergone mental stress talking to airtel team (Everyday about 4, 5 times i have to call them) and also the call doesn't connect at first 5 attempts on an average. Whenever am at residence i have to make multiple attempts (Countless) to make an outgoing call and i wont receive any incoming calls during evening/night hours if am at home.

                                        I lost so many important calls and also i had to walk about 500 meters to catch the signal. I am currently using whatsapp data to make call (This is from broadband and not from airtel please)

                                        Worst service and network ever.
