Despite of sending repeated reminders to update the maximum limit to rs. 500, airtel has not updated the maximim limit for the connection - [protected] and airtel has not bothered to respond for many months and any requests or mails. But still kept charging for service suspended number. I do not understand tricks of hidden charges and fake bills for a suspended number.

Kindly request you to remove all the hidden/unfair charges and send me the revised bill statement with maximum outstanding balance of rs. 450+tax.

    My internet 4g speed was not coming properly. I have taken a plan of 1199. I called airtel customer care and told them about this issue. They told me that multiple internet ids are active on my number that's why internet speed has been hampered and they assured me that it will be resolved in 6 hours. After some time i got an sms that internet problem has been resolved, but after 2 days again same problem i faced, i again called them and i got to know that multiple internet ids are active on my number. Its been a month now. Whenever i call them, they send an sms that problem is resolved. Today again when i called they said the same thing multiple internet ids are active.

    So they misguide the customer by sending sms without resolving the problem. They are liars and harassing the customers. What is the use of getting plans of 1199 or 1399 when they cant give proper services. When i ask them to deactivate my number they say we cant take that request as their system tools are not working.

      I was experiencing network issue in last month (June), so i contacted to customer care. They advise me to upgrade my sim to 4g sim. I did that on 28th june 2017, since that day i am not able to use airtel service. I went to airtel gallery on 2nd july 2017 and purchased new 4g sim at rs.25 for my postpaid connection.
      Again that sim is not showing any signal/network on any phone. I raised a complaint again for this issue but this time they said your number is active in our system don't know why you are nor having signal. Now they given other resolution is to transfer my postpaid connection to prepaid connection to get service available in 24 hours. I apply for prepaid connection on 12th july 2017. Still sim is not in active mode. No signal/network on phone.

      Today again I called customer care to ask status of my SIM activation, they said we will not raise a complaint from here you need to drop a mail regarding your issue to nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com they will look into this issue.

      I got shock by listening this resolution and answer from them.
      If we not complain or tell the issue to customer care to resolve it then to whom should we approach? consumer court? ( Call reference ID: cdmnp[protected]).

      Junior executive Said: Your document not uploaded in system. We can't raise a complaint from our end. because we not see you number details in system.

      Senior Said : Your documents are uploaded in system and it shows active also. But we cant raise a ticket for this issue.

      I need a resolution as early as possible. I got irritate by keep calling customer care. No one is giving proper info and now I loose the hope from customer care also after hearing this kind of response. Only consumer court left to help me out.

      Please provide me the Estimated time to resolve this issue.

      it not resolved yet. I received a call from Airtel person on last 21/07/2017 and he assure that SIM will get activate in next 24 hours. Don't know what airtel guys are doing. Seriously its not accepting. Even i checked with Airtel executive person who sits in my office premises, he said my airtel number is not reflecting in AIRTEL prepaid system.

      Its really ridiculous. And this what you called a APANA NETWORK you are really fool your customer and people with your advertisement.

      Airtel executive who sits in my office premises, he is also not looking into my issues on high priority. he knew that I am suffering from this network issue since last month.

      Still he not taking action and steps to get it resolved by escalating the issue from his end. I took a PREPAID SIM from him only. I need an answer from you that why you keep a executive in office premises to help your customer to resolve their queries or just to do marketing of your PLANS. First try to provide a proper service. I have last option to file a proper complaint against AIRTEL. Like they force me to convert from POSTPAID to PREPAID. I loose my benifits in it. And still they are not activating my SIM CARD.

        I got the sim from airtel ten years ago when i was unmarried. I got a message yesterday saying that i have to reverify my connection using aadhar card. I got married before aadhar cards were issued in india therefore my aadhar card shows a different name (Husbands name) as compared to my maiden name which was used to purchase the sim ten years age. Saff at the airtel gallery refused to re verify my connection for this reason. I am aware connection will be discontinued by february next year if re verification with aadhar card is not done.
        Customercare says that they cannot attend to this problem and cannot lodge a complaint but they were kind enough to take feedback with reference no [protected]. I have additionally put in a complaint on your website pr[protected].
        One week later here i am.

              I had subscribed for yearly subscription package, and i have paid 4500+- in advance hoping for yearly subscription.

              But after 6 month, my subscription is over, contacted customer care they confirmed for 4500+ recharge for yearly subscription, but they give excuse that you have not called customer care. But package is marketed for yearly subscription after 6 month they told its your fault.

                I would like to spread some light on this airtel secure plan offered by airtel. I subscribed this plan for my mobile. Then, my mobile got damaged on 1st july and i was trying to get my claim under this plan. When it comes to claim process they simply rejected and gave invalid reason. They have kept my mobile for more than 15 days and rejected my claim saying "improper handling". I was enquiring them why it is not covered under accidental warranty. They have given a new description to accident like external force leading the damage (I wonder what it should be a gunshot). I did google also, there i couldn't find their description. It is totally fraudulent and i m suggesting you all not to subscribe this plan. Airtel is looting money from this plan and not at all providing service to the customer. And the best part is that even after rejection of my claim, they have sent some other fully damaged mobile to me. They kept my mobile more than one week with them and now they sent some other damaged piece. I fed up with this airtel secure plan. Now i m fighting to get my own mobile from them. I demand justice and proper action should be taken against airtel.

                It was really awful, they have returned my mobile with extra damage in display with dead condition. I suffered a lot. Finally all my data's were deleted. I request airtel, please don't make people to suffer.

Jab mene customer care se baat kari to vo log bolte h ye offer 29 may ko khatm ho gya h mere pas uska recording bhi h but muje iska koi bhi notification messages ya mail nahi mila h jisme iss offer ko khtm krne ki information de rakhi ho... Airtel valo ko pehle inform karna chahy taaki customer ko knowledge me ho... Jab offer khatm ho gya h to usko app se hata dena chahy but airtel vale ise show krke customer ko gumrah kar rhe h... Mere pas iska video bhi h jo ki yaha upload nahi ho rha h please airtel valo pe sakht karyvahi ki jaye... Thank you

                      I had requested for the broadband connection on the 28th of june. The documents was submitted on the same day and an online payment was made for rs. 500. Then, 20 days later airtel stated that they could not provide a connection. I had requested for an online refund to which they had stated it would be done in 2-3 days. Later, i received a check from airtel for rs. 500. The problem is my name on the check is incorrect and i cannot cash it. I have contacted airtel several times after that and there is still no response. I have posted it on facebook, twitter to airtel presence and i have received no solution. This is the way airtel makes their money. I would suggest that you think 100 times before you sign up with airtel.

                        I am getting unsolicited calls from airtel bhatri for a data card number which my company had asked me to take on my id and the number was asked to be closed by my company after making full and final payment.

                        Now i am getting calls from a lady st kaushik her number [protected] claiming she is a lawyer from lok adalt and she will send a legal notice for the payment which was already done by my company.

                        I request your kind help in resolving this matter as i am not a high income group person and i am already undergoing medical treatment for my health issue and this is adding on to my agony.

                            Airtel is proving to be the worst customer service provider. I had a dth for which i have repeatedly complained and still it is not resolved.

                            Now my broadband has serious issues and it is still not attended to.

                            I have been complaining since 10th june 2017 and i am yet to get back from the customer service.

                            My broadband is very slow since it has 4mbps speed and the airtel person has asked me to change to 40mbps speed i will beed to change the modem.

                            Till date no one has come to attend us with any solution.
                            They had sent a cartoon to check the issue, and he walked in and walked out and refused to even speak to the customer care to explain the issue.

                            The speed is very slow & we are paying rs. 1500/- per month for no internet.

                            As always airtel only knows to cheat.

                            This is the only airtel product i have and hoping to throw it away as well. Totally disappointed.

                            Refer my other complaint which is is still not resolved with regards to airtel digital tv refund of ₹1782.

                            Below is latest update and steps taken by a helpless customer.

                            It's been more than 4 months since the set top box has been taken away and we were promised a refund of ₹1782 on my credit card which was used to purchase the connection.
                            Last month airtel claimed via mail that amount was credited to my ccard on 31/5/[protected]@1847, which I denied.
                            They asked me to mail them all statements till date to verify that amount not credited.
                            In spite of doing so there is no reply from them.(ref pics)
                            I have made several calls to customer care to seek a reply and closure but no use.
                            Latest open complaints in this regard are 64863035 raised by Shubham and 64507119 raised by Rubini.
                            I am completely helpless in dealing with this and hence have decided to take below steps till issue is closed and I receive my refund.

                            "My airtel broadband outstanding amount for this month is ₹3066. I have decided to paid them only ₹1284 as on date post deducting ₹1782 towards my digital tv refund. As customers are being held to ransom, I found this one way to get back to airtel as let them sort it out amongst their departments."}

                            Once I get my refund from airtel digital tv for ₹1782, I would be paying the same amount as part of the bill. Else let both departments sort it out.

                            Airtel broad band is as pathetic as it goes. The third party agents come and try to do some trouble shooting and change the router and then again back to square one. I have been waiting patiently for a permanent fix to the issue and seems like once there is load put on the bandwidth it disconnects and reboots the wifi router and then it does not connect. The Airtel app in the iPhone store is not current and so the issue to buy extra bytes too is an issue. I have also logged into Airtel.in to see if I can buy smart bytes however, that too does not work. Airtel needs to get the load balancers and the connectivity issue resolved else this months bill is something I am not paying. I got a reliance jio connection and finally end up using that now since Airtel does not work when needed.

                                False airtel promisses about 4g speeds. You have false advertising that even in hill stations we will get 4g no buffering speeds. Bull # airtel, even in hyderabad-abids area in ace institution in suryalok complex we are getting a sensational highest speed of 0.42 mbps which is possible only in airtel that to in 4g wow so great of you people.                                     No network coverage in my residential locality since 5 months. And at other places network quality is poor. Even after raising multiple complaints on the network issue, i didn't get any resolution to it and my complaint got closed without intimating to me.

                                    Even call diverts are not getting activated on airtel network, which i feel as a forceful event to make the customer suffer. For activating the call diverts i approached customer care on 121 and they advised me to visit a near by airtel store for support. I visited a airtel store and there i was told it's a technical issue many customers are facing the same kind of issue.

                                    I'm sorry, the resolution you updated has not done any help to improve the network coverage at the said location. You can send your tech team to my residence and I will be happy to assist them to understand trouble faced by the consumers of Airtel.

                                    Please note that the network coverage has not improved even 1%.

                                        I have airtel sim no [protected] postpaid no from lucknow.
                                        I have noticed that airtel has activated game buzz services repeatedly on my phone and charging excess bills. This is despite cancelling the request, moment i recieved activation message.
                                        I never opted or requested any of such service?
                                        Airtel service trees are not helping in this matter and advising to send sms to stop the service.
                                        Request airtel to reverse excess charges and investigate how these services are being activated without my consent.
