During my recent foreign trip, i activated international roaming plan. After coming back from, airtel charged me with rs.77, 000/-. Although the limit given was of rs. 14, 000/- and if the limit is crossed the services are stopped. I have not received any sort of calls or email regarding this. Now the airtel executives are calling me and my known persons for paying the bill. I spoke with airtel manager named rahul and told him that i have paid rs. 1600. I asked him to send in written regarding the credit limit. Rahul told me to pay rs. 20, 000 today itself and then he will send in written otherwise legal action will be taken against me. I told him, i'll pay rs. 20, 000 today itself after getting in return but rahul and other airtel executive denied to give any thing in written.
I hereby want to lodge a compalint against airtel and its executives
