V full family r using airtel postpaid & prepaid service since six months. Suddenly after rains v r facing network issues. No calls or data access. After multiple complaints v have received an solution to wait for 90 to 180 days as they r upgrading in our area. What kind of solution is this???? For six months v will have to face same problem? What is the point of giving unlimited offers when u r not able to use it. We feel like cheated from...

Recently i did MNP from JIO to Airtel, when i am doing i didnt relize that they are offering me postpaid(In the openion that, it is going to be preapaid just like other network).

I had requested for a refund of Rs 124 on 4th July against my no network problem for 16 days. 3 days have already passed. Not yet received the refund amount credited to my account. Placed several calls on 198 complaint helpline, each person asking me to wait for another 24 hours and 20 minutes and so on. Being literally harassed. Did not expect such horrible service from Airtel....

Dear Concerned,

I recharged my airtel prepaid account with 159 Rs and got only 400 MB data as opposed to 2GB as shown in the airtel website. Please provide a resolution ASAP. This is not expected of Airtel. While other companies are providing free internet on mobile airtel is cheating customers by providing less that promised data. My mobile number is [protected].

When i lodged complaint at airtel company then they replied towards my mail and called me for submitted NOC. when i was reached at nearest airtel outlet which located at nit-1, Nehru ground, faridabad, HR, they denied for accepting NOC for conversion. i got the call from this no.
