I had made a recharge of rs.1200 to airtel postpaid number [protected] from my airtel app with login number as [protected] on 23/6/17. The money has been deducted and not been refunded back to my account. I had tried contacting customer care they are playing game postpaid-prepaid, tamil naidu-bihar. So i want refund otherwise a fir against a online theft of 1200rs.

    I have 8 years old airtel dth connection and last some days issue in network.
    I called to airtel call center and speak withsome one regarding said issue and she confirmed me, engineer will come 15/07/201 at your home and solve said issue.
    On 15/07/2017 engineer come and say, he will come agin in 15 mints but till time no body come and again i had registered a complain regarding my issue.
    Again call center person told today our engineer will come and sended me his mobile no also, but when i called him he was saying charges of 500 rs.
    I told him agree for 500 please come but he not came.
    When i called to customer care some on told me in your are local cable oprater issues.

    I do not understatnd when on 15/07/2017 mr namdev come at my residence he told me coming in 15 mints but now saying cable oprater issue.
    Its service oprator issue how solve my problem.
    I am paying every month charges but they ar not given me service and always false commitment.
    Call center person told about 150 rs charges but engineer told 500 rs over call.
    My humble request help me asap.

      Hi airtel team

      I am sunil mani, an airtel customer with mobile no. [removed] and registered email id - [protected]@hotmail.com. This post is with regard to the wrong data charges included in my current airtel bill.

      On march 15, i received an email from gopal vittal, ceo, bharti airtel ltd. That i've received a surprise offer from airtel.in the offer, it was mentioned that if i send an sms by writing surprise and send it to 121, i shall receive 2 gb of extra data for 3 bill cycles (I. E, from 15th march to 4th april-1st bill cycle, 5th april to 4th may-2nd bill cycle and 5th may to 4th june-3rd bill cycle) free of cost. I happily subscribed for the offer and started using it thereafter.

      Then, suddenly i got another email from gopal vittal, ceo, bharti airtel ltd. On 17th april 2017 that this surprise offer is being extended for one more bill cycle (I. E, from 5th june to 4th july). The proof of that email can be found in the screenshot below. I am also attaching a pdf copy of the email that i had received on 17th april 2017 about the extension of data services for one more bill cycle, so that it is easier for you to sort this out.

      Once three bill cycles were over on 4th june 2017, i still kept using data services even in the 5th june to 4th july bill cycle (Referring to mr. Gopal vittal's email). Even in my airtel app, it was showing that 2gb worth of data is available in my phone in the 5th june to 4th july bill cycle. After, 15 days of the same bill cycle (May be around 22nd june), i realised (From my airtel app only) that i am being charged for data services. I suddenly stopped using data services and waited for my bill to come. Now, this month my bill is rs. 1732. Bill generating staff completely ignored the email sent to me on 17th april 2017 and charged me so heavily for data services. This is ridiculous. Why was i charged for data services when i wasn't supposed to be?

      I even reported this issue to your call centre customer care. Even after waiting for 4 to 5 days, they came to the conclusion that my bill is valid and data services were there only till 4th june 2017. This is completely frustrating and highly disappointing to know that a big and reputed company like airtel lacks basic coordination. Because of this lack of coordination, customers like i have to suffer (By calling you again and again and writing long emails). Kindly scroll through the emails that your ceo sent to me in last few months and then waive off this bill (Of data usage worth rs. 1327.80). Otherwise, i'll not pay my bill and report this case immediately to the consumer forum.

      Hoping for a positive response as soon as possible in the next few hours. Otherwise, i'll have to take some tough steps by posting this issue on social media and also reporting this to the higher legal authorities.

      I am Kuldeep Chand, an airtel customer with mobile no. [protected] and registered email id - kuldeep.[protected]@gmail.com. This post is with regard to the wrong data charges included in my current airtel bill.

      On april 17, i received an email from Customer Care Airtel. That i've received a surprise offer from airtel.in the offer, it was mentioned that if i send an sms by writing surprise and send it to 121, i shall receive 2 gb of extra data for 3 bill cycles (I. This data is out of Free 2GB data under SURPRISE OFFER.In SMS it was stated Free data is valid with your current plan and boosters. So it is highly objectionable from a company like AIRTEL to charge 20 times to a free data when it is competing with Company like Jio. I therefore request you to refund the wrong charge, which has eaten my 25% salary as this is Company Trident Ltd provided sim.Waiting for an early action orI shall be compelled to take further step.Kindly tell the way to get rid of such OFFERS so that me and like my friends dont suffer.             I did not get 10 gb data i got from monsoon offer. When i checked i get message that 0 gb is available out of 10gb. I complained so many times in airtel but all of them closed without informing and conforming with me. Why do airtel close all complaints without conforming from customer.

            I have been callin airtel for more than 2 weeks and everytime time they dont admit their mistake and talk rudely.

            I am frustrated with airtel.

            I just got a call from Airtel and the person did not tell me his name and asked me to deposit 50Rs online challan and gave me no reason for this. When I asked the person to tell me the reason first he disconnected the call.

              I have requested to port my airtel postpaid number from delhi to bangalore, my old sim stop working on 5th and today is 16 and i am calling dial to customer care and no support no call back no proper answer to my call and i have waited more that 3 hours on hold and no support have been provided.

              Problem - no incoming call, no outgoing no sms,
              Because of new in bangalore everyone want to connect but because of this i am not able to communicate.

                Dear sir/mam, i have reachrges with stv plan of rs 399 on mb no [protected] but plan sudenly stoped on dt 14 july 2017 and also deduct all bal for data. I hv lodges complaint on 14 july 17 but till time i hv not got any solution. Every month in 2 days i hv to use this problem. This is very poor aproach from brand like airtel. I dont understnd why shud we use airtel?? I[censored] r not able to continue plan like these so plzz stopped.. Jio has better service than u.. They are comittes to thier words.                   I am from, alapakkam, new perungalathur chennai-63. Currently i'm working as network consultant in cisco system india pvt ltd chennai.
                  Actually, i did request via web portal for new airtel broadband land line connection. I got a daily call on last week from airtel sales people and finally concluded the locality feasibility is not there on my location. Suggested to go for other option where i was not interested.
                  At this juncture, i got a call from ms divya ([protected]) from airtel santhome chennai on 8th july 2017. She proclaimed that, she can provide the airtel 4g hotpot where you got speed of21 mbps.
                  She challenged me that you would get a speed of bare minimum 10 mbps even though i explained my locality nearer to tambaram airbase.

                  She insisted me to take the new 4g hotpot connection and pay rs 1900 for new connection. Divya suggested me to take a connection and check one or two days on your home. If incase it is not satisfied, she said, she could revert the connection and refund the amount. However i already told to her over the phone that i'm using airtel 4g prepaid mobile where the data speed is very less (Approx max 4mbps). Divya said that the 4g hotpspot connection getting prioritizes over the network.

                  With all her promise and hope the airtel provide me the better speed compare to my airtel mobile data connection, i paid rs 1900 and got the instrument on 8th july 2017. Divya shared the her phone number ([protected]) on the same day.. Unfortunately the new 4g hotspot not getting more speed than my airtel mobile data connection. Called divya again on 10th july 2017 and requested to take the connection back as i'm not satisfied on it.
                  From 11th july, divya not picking my call. So i don't have any other go, other than written down you.. Can you help me on this move forward.

                      I have airtel dth connection, customer id no. [protected],
                      Dated 25th june 2017, i contact airtel customer care i lodge my complaint non seen picture on tv, after two days they send on engineer to solve airtel dth problem but he can’t do anything and told me i will come back tomorrow to solve problem and take rs.500, next day i wait up to evening but not come till date. Then i again complaint but no response, i call every day but customer care staff not give proper answer and till date not solve my problem, already 20days passed what i will do now please let me know and now i want my rs.500+mental harassment charges rs. 1000 + my mobile calls bill charges rs.500+ two days take leave office charges rs. 3000= total rs. 5000, if refuse to take any action i will lodge complaint in local police station against airtel dth for cheating with me.

                        I uses post paid connection and got a bill of 1670 last month. The bill has errors and faults that i have notified the concerned person over the voice call. The person promised to reduce/adjust the charges in the next bill. However this has not happened and i got my usual bill. Please look into the matter. I have two child numbers connected to this plan as well.

                                I work in heromotocorp and i know how a customer is important for any company or any service provider.
                                Chronologically :
                                1:i raised my complaint on 8th june and i got a call from your executive (Ms. Neha) and my complaint was not resolved
                                2:my complaint was closed giving the reason that there was no response from my side
                                3. I have reopened the complaint on 15 or 16th of june where your team has visited my office and did something which in turn was not able to resolve my complaint
                                4:and then i recalled your customer care and they reassured me to get my complaint resolved in so so days
                                5:on 9th of july i called another time as if i was free for airtel and had no other time to get to, and they raised another complaint
                                6:the shocking thing is this that when i called today, i got to know that my complaint of 9th july has been closed saying that there was no response from my side on 11th of july and your team has called me thrice and i did not pick a call:

                                I want to mention to you that on 11th there were 3 calls from your side: 1st was around 10:50 (From delhi office saying that my complaint has been registered and i would get the result after 2 days)
                                2nd was around 13:00 (From subramaniam, bangalore office) and he also told me that my problem would be resolved within 2 days and lastly at around 14:50)
                                I even have the recordings with me, if you want to post it i would be happy to do that for at least showing the higher authorities that your lower subordinates are doing nothing but just making a mockery of a customer.

                                I want to mention you all that i won't pay a single penny to you guys because my complaint has been opened since 36 days and you do not deserve to get a single of it for the services that you are providing to your valuable customers.
                                And if it does not end it at this point if you want a money minded reason for not barring my services i would love to tell you that i have been paying 1900 on an average per month and in total, i have paid roughly ₹15000
                                Now you can calculate how valuable i am for your company.

                                  My mobile phone got damaged accidentally but i was already a customer of airtel secure so i went for claim process.

                                  I registered for airtel secure claim on 3rd july 2017. After some emails and follows ups i sent my device to airtel sucure.

                                  Airtel secure is a complete scam. After sending my device and all the documents, all i get after 10 days is this message "we regret to inform that your device claim has been rejected by the insurance company due to improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property.".

                                  Airtel, please fix this up.

                                    I have mailed to airtel services regarding the issue. Day before yesterday they said they will look into the issue. So far no relief. 198 or 121 is utter time wastage, not even getting an option to talk to customer care executive.

                                      I hereby mohd aquib jamal want to state that i have lost my phone on 18th june 2017 and in that i'm using the service provider of airtel. So for that re-issue of that number which is [protected] i had visited so many times to the nearest office but still i didn't get that number. For that number i have also mailed to the ceo of bharti airtel company and on behalf it i received call from the company that i will get the number before 12th july 2017, and today is 15th july 2017 a month has been passed but still i didn't receive it yet. That was my business number. And they didn't response properly, i'm tired of being asking for that number.

                                        I opted for airtel broadband 3 months back it was going good for couple of weeks then the problem started internet gets dropped i raised a complaint which was resolved in 2-3 days then it was working fine with few disconnection issues again after a month i had same problem for which they told me that it's cable and dp box fault which was resolved after 6 days for which they gave some waive.
                                        After couple of weeks again i got same issue and i raised a complaint last friday and next day a technician visited my place and told me that it's cable fault and it'll be resolved in 2 hours after that no one contacted me, after 3 days i contacted them and told them that i'll cancel my connection if it's not going to be resolved next day but it wasn't then by friday i called them again and my call was transferred to cancelation team where a lady confirmed me that she'll call me back in 30 mins and she did the same and told me that they'll be resolving it by 4 pm but i never got a call till 8pm.
                                        Again i reached airtel and opted for disconnection after 20 minutes of conversation.
                                        Today i got a call from resolution team and she told me that she is responsible and it'll be resolved by today and asked me to retain, she also informed me that i need not pay for 15 days as a waiver but till now i dint receive any call from technician.. I was really pissed off and i requested for disconnection again for which i dint get any proper answers and she told me it'll be disconnected in next 7days.
                                        It's my worst experience with airtel i had been using bsnl for past 7-8 years i have never been in a situation like this.
                                        These people never worry about customer satisfaction and never keep their promises.
                                        I'll never ever recommend airtel to anyone anyone it has costed my so much time and money in last one week.
