I am having a 3g handset and i requested airtel for port out as airtel is providing 1gb internet per day packs only for 4g handsets, but a representative from airtel called me and said that we will provide u daily 1 gb 3g data pack as you are a premium customer so that u should recharge for 349 and they activate daily 1gb of 3g data for your 3g handset i was surprised and confirmed the same for several time.. Then on the day itself i recharged the same denomination. But the pack was not activated only voice benifits are credited. So i called customer care for the same, he asked me to wait for 24 hrs later after 24 hrs once again i called them and another person recieved a call he asked for 48 hrs and this continued.. After 10-15 days my issue was not resolved and my validity also stated ending, then today i called airtel and a representative called mohan picked and saying he won't give any such packs and he spoken very arrogantly and disconnected the call from his end only, i don't know why airtel is recruiting such kind of people, they are not solving the problem instead they are creating a neusense.. My issue was not resolved till now.. I want my money back or the pack activated..

    Such a pathetic support center...

    No one responding us properly.

    I am running IT business its fails constantly. How do I manage my customer ???

    Its high time for getting such issues are not resolved on time.

    No one from technical person helping us.

    We have write so many emails but still not receiving any respond on same.

      On date 14/07/2017
      I called customer care executive of maharashtra from bsnl number [protected].
      I ask him to cancel my portability request from airtel to idea but instead of guiding me properly he was behaving very rudely and teaching me manners.

      I thing airtel doesn't provide proper training to there customer care executive,

      I[censored] cant provide us proper service then i have decided to stay on portability plan. And only he is responsible for my decision.

      See I have lost my mobile phone and with sim no.[protected] ...3-4 weeks ago and till now I don't how to block that sim, I even tried in the airtel office in qutub plaza, gurugram but nothing happened .

        I am/ we having lot of problem in connectivity from last 3 months and here they are selling sim cards and recharges for 3g and 4g networks by the authorized outlet, but cheating all the people and strolling money from people and not providing minimum felicities when we asked the outlet stores people they are telling that we are also informing the above level air tel company people but they are not attending the problem, and not responding. Kindly look into this matter and do the better for people.

          Hi,

          I started facing airtel hotspot speed slow issue from Feb 2017.
          I had registered lot of complaints from my end, and now is July 2017.
          The problem is not resolved yet.
          They say they are the no.1 in Internet speed, but the reality is there speed in not even the best in 2g internet segment.
          It is the worst in 2g speed also.
          and there customer is the worst anybody can get.
          There technical team is the worst in any company.
          They even close the complaint without acknowledgement of the customer saying the issue is resolved.

            This is not fair on your part and let me tell you i made a telephone request to stop the service on [protected] and dongle number [protected] last month itself and i have not used any service from last month june and i paid outstanding dues when i made the disconnection calls. Check your call center operators. I received request for confirmation from your disconnection department also.
            What is this big joke that my service number [protected] is registered as a corporate user.
            This is not a gentleman reply. I need to take this matter with consumer court now

              Airtel network may be claiming themselves as number one network provider in india but its really not fact they says open networks whats that. I have mis guidded by your Airtel staff for monthly rental regarding 6 months for RS 995 I have never done that I don't know how it has happened in my app dis is ridiculously . You just have to change my bill plan to monthly or I will just port from your network I have already requested a for porting if you will not slove dis problem I will silently walk way . I'm very old customer of yours dis is not the way you will treat me dis rental was not set please kindly change my plan at the earliest . Dis is not the thing I accepted from your side. Dis is the simple case of cheating at the best possible way . You are making your customer fool . connection is by the name of Siddharth Baid . Please slove dis problem within 2 hours . I will be charged a late fees if I don't make the payment please slove dis issue within 2 hours. You are cheating your customer at the best possible way . Reply me at the earliest .                   echo over cell - network issue bangalore city

                  I'm using airtel postpaid is having the issue with echo over calls. People are hearing their own voice over the call.

                  Contacted support on 24th june and they said they will take care in a week.
                  Complaint no: 77212716

                  As i haven't received any update, i called them after 10 days and they said the complaint is closed and they added notes saying there are issues in the area and need...

                  Unable to receive incoming calls. I ported from vodafone to airtel and ever since i am seeing this problem. Its more than 4 days now. Every time i call customer care, they come up with a new story. I have gone to airtel store as well but no resolve. Either they say take out your sim after 8 hrs and it will work, or they say the issue will be resolved in 24hrs. I cannot receive message as well and thus i am not being able to receive otp's etc which has almost made me nonfunctional. Its quite annoying that none takes the responsibility and leave the consumer hunting. Airtel should really buckup. They called me everyday to switch to airtel alluring with their offers/schemes, but no one takes the onus to resolve my issue now.

                  Its been 11 days now. I am a professional, kindly appreciate the inconvenience it is causing, moreover all my business cards have this no so I am not being able to take a new number. Please tell me have you atleast identified the problem? Because Customer Care doesnt seem to know anything, I have spoken to highest authorities, however, they just seem to give timelines everytime I speak to them. I am left no option but to initiate legal proceedings against Airtel for loss of my business opportunities.

                      Wrong person's bill sent to me

                      Even after complaining last time and multiple emails and phone calls, i am still getting bill for some other person. Is airtel doing this on purpose. Is anybody listening? Are your systems completely broken down? Do you have no respect for anybody's privacy? How can you send mail without verifying email address of the person who has your number?

                      What is happening here? Can this problem get resolved in my lifetime... Or do...

                      International roaming without any consent, activated by airtel on my mobile [protected] & charged rs 1947 + tax on my mobile bill in current bill. I have contacted for my grievance to mr sunil, mr mahendra mr saurabh at lucknow, but they refused for reversal of said charges.
                      No proper response from anyone. I still want to know that why ir facility activate & deactivate without any consent.

                            I had an issue with internet speed and call forwarding hence i tried to reach customer service around midnight on 13th july 2017 i was connected to rep but i could guess that someone had picked the phone and kept on mute. I tried calling at around 03:09 am this time i was connected again but no body responded and yes i could hear the background noise with people laughing and talking but not responding to my call. 3rd time with same story. Now company like airtel with these kind of service it seems such a cheap company to deal with. This is not just first time i have come across these incident.

                              I gave my iphone for repairing in "airtel secure". A guy came yesterday to take my phone and since he took my phone, he has misused it badly. He has accessed through my gmail, facebook, ola cabs, instagram, photos, and everything. I've been charged money by ola cabs for his continuous 4 times use through my account. When i raised complaint, the ticket was closed without any call. My privacy is in danger and there's no action been taken from more than 8 hours till now (My phone was taken at 9 o'clock in the morning yesterday and i raised the complaint for misuse at 5 o'clock today).

                              The manager of that person who misused my phone is iftehar and his number is [protected]. When i'm calling him, he's asking me to drop the matter and forget that anything of such has happened.

                              I need to be answered for all this and i want an immediate action to be taken against the agent who has misused my phone.

                              Thanks for looking into this. I asked for my phone back from that person "Iftehar" but he denied to send my phone back. I don't have any idea that currently where my phone is. He is openly telling me to drop this matter as that will impact his image in business. How is his image more important than how badly my phone was been used? These people have accessed each and every application in my phone. I have no idea that how he opened my phone and accessed through everything and misused it. Most concerning is that I don't know if they are still misusing my phone or is it in safe hands now.

                              In my other complaint, the Airtel customer care said that it's not their part to look into this issue and he closed the case. Can I ask that how is it not your part of concern? How can you hire these kind of companies or people who are misusing the phones? I've been charged with money by Ola company and I don't know what else he has used in that. Phone is very private property of a person and this is how my trust was being broken!

                              Iftehar is not even giving the current status of my phone and he's just playing around! This is highest level of intolerance. The phone is my property and not theirs. They are using it in every way possible. Using OLA, reading all my mails, using my facebook, instagram, and all the other social networking account, my account, my money, my photos, and everything.

                              This person tells me "madam you are not trusting us at all". How would I trust someone after they have done all this with my phone? He's behaving very unprofessional and taking all this matter very easy and he's not even caring that my privacy was invaded to the highest extent.

                              Can you please take a serious action against Iftehar and the person who has misused my phone?
                              I'm still disappointed with the way airtel customer care initially handles this case when I filed a report in airtel's website. Look into the resolution that you provide. Not all the time "Madam, I'll get back to you after 48 hours" works! First there was no one to take my phone for repairing from Airtel for more than 1 and half months and then when taken, a guy from "One Assist" was using it without any shame.

                              Please look into the service that you provide. Not everyone has the patience to keep tolerating this kind of "taking it light" behavior all the time. We are the consumers. Try to provide best service or at least try to provide a decent solutions when someone is irate and calls up for help.

                              Whenever I call Airtel Customer care, after 15 minutes of holding the call, the customer care people say that "Madam, I don't have much knowledge, I get back to you in 48 hours" or "Madam I've told this to my senior and I'll get back to you in 48 hours" or "I'm raising a request and I'll get back to you in 48 hours". And weeks passes by but that "48 hours" never comes!

                                Hi. I have been a customer for airtel for past 6 year and in fact my whole family. I was very upset to realise that when i changed my pre paid to post paid my call quality would decrease.
                                There is no clarity. There are random disturbances. And there are annoying gaps and i can't get the grasp of what the other person is talking about.
                                What's the point of giving packs such as unlimited calling and stuff if you can't provide the quality.

                                  I want to transfer the ownership of my airtel number to my mother who resides at the same address. I am told by airtel customer care that only option to do it is to convert the number to postpaid number. I have a balance of more than 3000 on my prepaid number. I am told that that balance will be forfeited. Is there not a easier and user friendly way to retain the number in prepaid and only change the ownership of the account to my mother.

                                    Hi, this is karthik, two complaints already raised with reference to [protected]. Today 13 jul 2017, received call from customer care to my dad, stating that unable to view the details of that number. Yes that was the issue, but why she didn't provide any proper solution for the issue. My number is deactivated with out any information and when we requested in airtel store they said they can do only if my presence is available. Iam in abroad and i cannot be there to get sim active. That's the reason i was hunting for the solution.
                                    I have contacted everybody and there s no proper solution for it. Now they telling that my number is not in their directory unable to view records. Is this my problem? You guys made my parents and my feyonce to roam to different airtel store. But no wr they get proper solution. Seriously this is. Completely stupid network. No body respond prop, i can't get my own number which is insane. I need my same number [protected] and ready to do anything. Even ready to change it to postpaid. Don ever say nothing can b be done plz.
