Hi, I have an Airtel 4G SIM. I was looking up for offers on My Airtel app for balance top up. There was one App only offer of top up ₹ 200 for which ₹220 would have to be credited. When I selected that option from the App and get my recharge done, my account was credited with a balance of ₹190 only. Why are you guys fooling people if you do not wish to give the same offers. This is the second time that I am not getting my desired offer.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

So, I recently took an Airtel 4G connection and my pack gives me 1.4 Gb per day. I find my data exhausted within half day.
So, I installed Google Datally app. While MyAirtel app shows I consumed 130 Mb data, Datally show I consumed just 15 Mb. There's a vast difference in how Airtel is calculating data usage. Airtel is just cheating.
