Many times i harass by Airtel company. I have already sent many email on company authorised email id. Please help me to refund my amount.

        I have placed order for dth hd for new connection on 29.06.2017 . your agent cell no.[protected]called me to 2 pm for fixing. around 3.3 pm tech was came my order dth hd but he was bringing airtel dish without digital hd i.e oridianry one. they cheating me. he said hd or aritel ordinary are same one.and while attend the job i insisted hd dish and setof box. he is not properly answered some missmatching of set of box and dish. but he was not worried about and immediately went out the place while i was spoken to customer care. your customer care was negilance and not respond to my call even for 20 to 30 calls. i never seen this kind of customer relationship maintained this kind of such corporates.pl take necessary action all such person who were done mistake. no one bother my call and this will create bad impression on the company side . very worst service provider on your behalf. the goodwill of the company may be lost where this kind of agent .my original cable connction was removed and kept the wire out is not connected again as it previous condition. pl.do the needful.my cell NO.[protected]

          I am Airtel postpaid customer for last 2 year, in our corporation we are given Airtel CUG Sim. All o[censored]s facing the same problem that on calls we get very poor voice quality even call dropping also. We are much irritated by Airtel. Not even a single statement we can understand so please resolve our problem.

            This email is in regards to a national mnp request which I first placed on 26/05/2017.

            I have two numbers which are registered with Karnataka, Bangalore. I have recently moved to Hyderabad and requested for national mnp. My first attempt failed and a resolution was provided to me after a month by your team. They advised me to visit the airtel store again and re submit the documents.

            The service provided first time was pathetic. Now, today I went and visited the airtel store again and re submitted my documents. After sometime I get a response for my number [protected] that the validation of documents could not be completed successfully and visit the airtel store again.

            Now, do you think this is a joke??

            I have work and this thing is going for over a month. I spoke to customer care and the floor manager TEJASWINI from Bangalore office and she advised me to go to the airtel store again instead of taking ownership of the case. I have clearly send an email to [protected]@airtel.com stating the address, name of the agent and his contact information.

            Now, you tell me is this how you treat your customers?

            If you can't resolve the issue soon I will terminate my two numbers.

            I believe atleast you will take the ownership.

            Note: I will not visit the airtel store again. I WANT THE ISSUE RESOLVED ASAP.

              This is to inform you that my Airtel SIM is stopped working without any reason from 25th June 2017 after spending an hour I was finally able to contact customer care and he asked me to get new SIM. I have taken this SIM on 27th June 2017 (11:30 am) from Airtel store (sector 63 Noida) they told me that it will be activated in 4 hours.

              This SIM is not working till now and I have called many time but not get resolved. All my bank transection and other thinks are linked to this number.

              I am not able to do any thing like any online transection or any railway or other reservation I am like stuck also effecting my personal and professional life and my business.

              I need the compensation of Rs1000000 for my loses and of all my sufferings.

                    My PF number is:
                    GNGGN[protected] / HIMANSHU BANSAL

                    I joined Ignite World (branch of Bharti Airtel) on 10/09/2014. My PF got deducted for two months
                    But the joining date registered by the company in PF office is 01/11/2014, and the PF entries in passbook is also from November 2014.

                    So, they deducted PF for September and October 2014 also, but its not on any record.

                    I tried contacting the company HR on HRConnect portal, but the glorious staff there chose to not reply after redirecting the issue to many teams in between.

                    I also contacted Gurgaon EPF office and now they are also redirecting me to the employer.

                    Basically, no one wants to deal with anything.

                    Kindly investigate this issue, it has already been 3 years.

                    I also have proofs (mail threads) from both the "glorious" Airtel staff and EPFO Gurgaon office employees, which has been running since 8 months now, in which they have only redirected the issue. I am pretty sure someone is forcing them to work for free, otherwise why would they behave like this. Poor souls.

                      Dear Sir i am a subscriber of bharti airtel ltd since 10 years . my sim has been lost .i went to your kanpur barra 2 offie the lady who was sitting there alotted me a sim but sim was not become active after 2 weeks. then she said that migrate your number in to postpaid then only your sim become active . she said only three hundred rs will come monthly. i do h same also she added two number in my account . now my bill genereted of t=rs 800 . i am not able to pay such amount because of your company exicutive fake commitment. please waive of my rs. 400 then only i will pay the amount. other wise i have to go to the consumer forum. but i know you will look after my complain and help to resolve. i have lots of faith on your company.

                        I have been using an Airtel postpaid connection uninterrupted for around 14 years. Since there was network issue in my area, and also there was a good offer from Reliance Jio, I decided to port my number to Jio. In the month of January 2017 I requested for porting code. Every month my Airtel postpaid bill was settled by my Credit Card on the due date. But since the porting request was made a few days ahead of due date, they refused permission for porting and asked me to pay my outstanding bill. So I was forced to pay the bill amount of Rs. 1088/- with my credit card. And again a couple of days the same amount again got automatically deducted from my Credit card as per the monthly routine. I requested for Refund in February 2017. But even after 4 months of following up with, I have still not received refund of excess payment made by me. But just because I ported my number to Reliance Jio, Airtel is purposely harassing me and not releasing my money. Despite repeated emails and talk over phone, they are not interested in resolving my issue. My experience with Airtel has been very bad. The staff at Airtel is useless. Every time they are coming up with a new excuse to delay my payment. This is absolute Deficiency in Service.

                        I want immediate refund of my money and also interest for the last four months.

                            I have recharged my airtel number for 449 then it said unlimited calls and 1 gb per day intrnet for 70 days on may 31st, today i got a msg that my internet expires today, june 29th, i again recharged for 499 same offer for 70 days 1.5 gb per day .after recharging i got a msg which read as offer is for 56 days and in my aitel app it is that my offer expires on july 26th i called customer care many times there is no option to complain

                              Recently i visited airtel service Centre in haldwani, Uttarakhand. I had to change the ownership id of the number. Executives told me to submit a fee of 250 rupees and assured me that the process will be initiated within a day or two and ownership will be changed within 7 days. I visited the office next week as nothing happened, one of the executive gave me the official number and asked me to call after 2 days. i spoke to someone after 2 days, the lady assured to call me back after going through my query. 5 hours have passed still no call, even when i tried to call, no one is answering.

                                  I have applied for new broadband connection on 13th May 2017 with CEF No - RTBLR 7299707 and paid 3 month rent Rs 3, 964 as an advance through airtel online payment with transaction id[protected]. Later got a confirmation that there is no feasibility in that area hence have applied for refund in online by providing the details along with the scan copy of cheque leaf and got the ticket number AOR271321.

                                  It`s almost more than 1 month have applied for refund but still waiting for that. I have followed up with customer care but they don`t have any details updated in their system which is surprising me and makes me to get in impression of Airtel following new way of cheating/looting customers by taking the money as deposit and not refunding the same.

                                    I was trying to migrate from postpaid to prepaid since last month. I am running to nearest airtel stores none of them is providing services. They are saying silly reasons to escape. Why airtel stores when you are not providing service. I am not at all satisfied with your services. If this is not possible i will be shifting to some other network.

                                      I got your message regarding rs. 399 pack, so I did a recharge, it was promised that I would get 1gb for 70 days, but still they gave me the wrong pack. and it is almost impossible to reach your customer service executive. This is not the first time this thing has happened. Solve my issue.

                                        I was recharged with Rs399 plan but it won't work. as Airtel sent massage got in my inbox to recharge with Rs399. But for some days it was worked..but afterwords it was stopped so I was complaining to customer care they told me it won't work on your sim so..if it won't want work on mobile why I should pay you for what? If plan didn't get worked on my sim..and also if it doesn't won't to work on my mobile of RS 399 plan they have to refuse rs399 recharge for my sim and now why I should bear loss and Airtel making fools to customer so please stop this nonsense business to make the customer fool..give service or and u don't want to work for that plan of RS 399 then recharge should not be completed for such sim such system should exist and or otherwise Airtel is begger company who looting the people's by falsing information and making people's fools without giving service. So please here I like to request take some serious action on such service provider company..i asked them to return my money as I was recharged online through my account but they are said it's not possible to refund amount also it's not possible to work that plan on your mobile if such situation is known to company then such recharge should not be done completed ...it's clerarly seen that Airtel operator is making fools to people's to earning the money so it's really very necessary to take serious actions against such mobile providers.

                                        Last month i have changed my mobile number [protected] home network from andhra pradesh to karnataka, along with home network change also changed from prepaid to postpaid, which i dont want postpaid.
