    I requested to port cell phone number from airtel chennai to airtel cochin without any change in number. I got this request completed in july 1st. But on july 1st i had done a recharge for 749 rupees to get 84 gb internet balance for 28 days, before cellphone number porting occurred.

    When the number porting happened i lost this recharge benefit as the internet balance came down to 500 mb from 84 gb. Since my recharge for 749 is not taking effect i want either my 84 gb for 28 days to be reinstated or credit me back my 749 rupees recharge in vein using my airtel app via my debit card

    I contacted airtel. They are telling me to forfeit this 749 rupees as they cannot carry forward this data balance as the recharge was done when the number was registered in airtel chennai circle and now airtel cochin guys cannot do anything. They informed me they could only carry forward talk-time balance

    749 rupees is a big money i cannot simply forget it. I recharged and i could not even reallly use it. Before that the porting occurred and my internet balance is just 500 mb. The transaction id for the recharge is[protected]. As per the recharge on july 1st airtel is supposed to provide me 84 gb internet for 28 days. But on july ist itself the internet balance came back to 500 mb. I believe it is airtel system limitation that they cannot carry forward the internet balance but if they cannot do this at least credit me the money back so that i can use to get internet for the amount.

      I use airtel from long time but now i think i hve to go for vodafone bcz airtel your 4g network is soooool bad you give only 500 kbps and vodafone gives 1.5 and 1.8 Mbps speed of 4g

      Sorry i turst you airtel
      Plz dont call your network is fast stop that and fix your problem i m very frustrated from your services i pay 400rs and i get bad experience

        I just have opted for Bharti Airtel services because of its good and strengthen network. But there is no range in my hometown area mentioned in my billing address as network signals are very weak. Normally there is no network as only 1 tower bar appears which is not for all time. Most of the calls are dropped out and mobile is range shows NO SERVICE most of the time.I have raised request in this regards but no solutions.
        You are requested to either give solution to issue or port my no before 90 days period.

          Dear sir
          I am a consumer of airtel digital tv. My id is [protected]. Airtel digital tv has suddenly withdrawn the chanel no.133 that is zindagi without prior notice of this although i have that chanel in my package. When i enquired about this the customer care executive informed me that i would no longer be available to see the chanel. I am very disappointed about this kind of poor service. I am paying them for entertainment but it is now hampered due to this.
          There fore i am requesting you to look into this matter and please do something so that they stop harassing consumer. I am compromising my entertainment. Please do the needful as early as possible.

            Dear Airtel i m an retired person and due to old age committed mistake plz help me correct it. I wanted to get recharge of 296 3gb 3g data plan but accidently got 299 plan activated. This 299 plan is for 4 day unlimited calling but when i Tried calling customer care there was a message that due to low balance call cannot be connected.               I have moved from vodafone to airtel on 23 Jun 2017. since then am only getting "No Services" on my phone in place of Airtel network. I made complaint on 24th June 2017, since then there is no solution.

              Not getting any revert from airtel now even cant go back to Vodafone due to 90 days lockin. And i will get the bill from airtel for providing no services.

                Dear sir, am deeply suffering because of your great service. I have several times requested for disconnection​ of my broadband and landline service with airtel. Every time i go for disconnection request the very next day you executive call me and beg that he will resolve it by next 24 hours. Why are you guys cheating us and behaving so cheap. Because of your services am seriously sick and tired. I have been suffering with no internet from past 45 days but you guys promptly generate the bill and show as an outstanding amount.                   Hi, I have an Airtel 4G SIM. I was looking up for offers on My Airtel app for balance top up. There was one App only offer of top up ₹ 200 for which ₹220 would have to be credited. When I selected that option from the App and get my recharge done, my account was credited with a balance of ₹190 only. Why are you guys fooling people if you do not wish to give the same offers. This is the second time that I am not getting my desired offer.

                    I just chose to answer the call from airtel since they had called me atleast 5-6 times and then they started explaining their offers after which i cut the call and didn't press any button for confirmation. Without my agreement to subscribe they have deducted 150rs from my account balance in the name of hello tunes subscription. I had only answered their call but not done any confirmation. I want the amount refunded and the company fined for applying forced charges without consent. No refund even after cancellation. They should be fined for fooling people like this and harassing them customers by calling them constantly. I want the refund and the policies changed. Not a single person is available from their customer care, only machine. Please check image attached and take action. 150rs is not a small amount to go waste.

                          My name is T.Leela Bindu and i am from Chennai. I am using airtel 4g dongle and as i was out of station and i couldn't pay the monthly bill. So they disconnected my connection and usage. after i returned i payed back the bill and by the time i returned the next months bill also got generated for which i dint use it. My last usage period was April 2nd-may 1st 2017 and i payed the bill in the month of June 17th. so it means i did not use the connection from the month of May onward as my connection was disconnected. I was receiving calls from them top pay the bill. I said them i am not going to pay the next month's bill as i did not use and they asked me to pay april 1st- may 2nd bill alone as i payed in June they called me back again after 3 days asking me to pay May 2nd - June 1st bill for which i did not use. And i already got a new ACT wireless connection in the month of June. they acted fraud and updated the June's status to 10.05 MB usage in the website. how can i use the data when i payed April's month bill only in the month of June? i have already asked them to cancel the connection but they did not respond over it. I am frequently called to pay the bill everyday. I am attaching all the evidence screenshots. and my Please do justice.

                              Unfair data computation

                              In my account data computation is done very unfairly. The system shows my data is completely consumed as of today of 30 GB. and speed is revised. However, even if I compare the detailed usage given on your site only, I have consumed only half of 30 GB.

                              I had a few complaints earlier too regarding bad services and I think I am now targeted for that.

                              This is last complaint from my side before I close the connection.

                              Also somehow I am not able to log complaints on the website. Please stop cheating customers and wasting their time for such things.

                              In my previous Jio connection, I never exhausted my daily 1.5 Gb data even once. Unfortunately, I shifted my residence and Jio network is non-existent in my new house.

                              So, I recently took an Airtel 4G connection and my pack gives me 1.4 Gb per day. I find my data exhausted within half day.

                              So, I installed Google Datally app. While MyAirtel app shows I consumed 130 Mb data, Datally show I consumed just 15 Mb. There's a vast difference in how Airtel is calculating data usage. Airtel is just cheating.

                                For better service I ported my number from IDEA to Airtel. Now number is activated now, but even after 18 hours of activation, I am still waiting for FRC 449, which i have already paid. Regarding this two time i visited to nearest Airtel outlet but their response is cold. Everytime they said soon we will recharge. Without FRC my number is useless. Here I am begging for my own money..

                                  I have an APP of Airtel payment bank in which my Rs. 5, 200/- has been hanged due to debit transaction are not allowed since 17 June 2017. I complained to customer care to solve the problem and customer care instruct to me for sending signed photo & address proof ID. I sent signed copy of my AADHAR card on e-mail add- [protected]@airtelbank.com but my account is not unblocked. I further compliant to grievance officer and the officer required transaction detail of money that is made from the Bank/Card. I submit my SBI Card transaction details to e-mail add- grievance.[protected]@airtelbank.com but problem still exist. I have e-mailed several times to airtel but still no response and made telephonic conversations with customer care i.e Ms Priyanka, Mr Rahul & Grish several times but customer care is unable give satisfactory reason to block my airtel account. After passing valueable14 days and making huge correspondences my Rs. 5, 200/- has not released. Now I am feeling fully harass due to company did not solve my problem. Please take needful action against the company.

                                    It is been 10 days for now complaints have been registered for the DTH and none turn up. Service engineers who were been allotted dont even pick the calls. And few mobile numbers which were shared are not valid. Escalation team is another pain area of AIRTEL they have kept my calls on hold for more than 15 min and no proper responses provided. No call backs. What kind of service?. I want to complaint against all the ones who have handled my call( i am mentioning the names here, but I have them) . Can you refund monetary on the calls, on the time, on the patience, on the inconvenience we had faced. And resolve the issue.

                                      Airtel app shows usage of Rs.500 for the current billing cycle. Bur I have made any calls or SMS beyond my Plan limits, Also my Internet Data balance is 3.2GB. Please investigate and correct this error. I mad an attempt to send an MMS which was not transmitted on[protected] and I should not be charged for a failed MMS.

                                        Airtel customer care executives are good for nothing. I called them twice today and they told me they are transferring my call somewhere but instead they just cut my call. I got no solution to my issue and I was put on hold and at last my call was cancelled.

                                        Kindly appoint executives those who can actually help instead of just picking up the call and putting us on hold and at the end doing nothing. Also their websites complaint page does not work, feedback page does not work both are not submitting forms and going God knows where. So have your site repaired.

                                        How we are supposed to get our issues resolved when there is no way to contact them. Call 121 and they make you dial numbers for 10 min and then finally reaching appropriate menu to talk to executives and they just cut your call as they are so incompetent to solve your issue.

                                        I am only getting 3G network on my phone while I have recharge pack for both 3G/4G for Rs.648 . This is a very disappointing service by airtel.
