I applied for new broadband connection in airtel and paid 1553rs to airtel in apr 30th and they promised we will provide internet with in a week after one week i got a call from customer care they said we don't have proper network we will refund your money in 10 days.
After their promise two months is over but still i didn't get money in to my account
Every time they are extending time but nothing is happening

As mentioned above, if your connection is Unlimited (All services) means you need o pay more than your plan Tariff of Rs.499/-. Also if they (Airtel) not ready to accept your payments as per your plan means just droop a RTI letter to Airtel with a copy to TRAI. Also If they tried to force you to pay more that plan amount means suite them a Consumer Case in Consumer court.
