Dear sir,
This is a prepaid service. You can not deduct amount which against trai orders.
Moreover why service charges when the service is no longer availed. This is absurd. Such charges are not levied by any other operator.
Kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

We would like to inform you that the respective charge is actually the ¿idle maintenance fee¿ and the same is being charged from the customers for the set top box (Cpe) owned by airtel, when the services are not being used; post expiry of the validity of subscription pack/recharge amount.
We would also like to inform you that as per airtel digitaltv provision, if customers' recharge their account after suspension, rs.15 will be charged from the customers' account as idle maintenance fee and same will not be refunded.
