I will complaint on this matter is second time but no one take action against airtel retailer or offices.I will replace my sim card [protected] on my hometown sangaria's airtel office and they are charged 100 rupees without any receipt and will not satisfy of airtel telecom company .all airtel officers and offices are cruppt. Plz take action against corrupt airtel officers.thnks

      I'm an Airtel mobile user and i converted my mobile number from Prepaid to post paid 3 months back and they said, i will get monthly bill of around 300 Rs. For the month of april 2017 i got bill of 630Rs, then i asked airtel about the bill details, they didn't provide any details. They disconnected my outgoing calls immidietly. Now again they have sent a bill for 500 RS for the month of may. I went to their office but they gave some email id and asked me to send email but i didn't get any response. Please help

        I am Bishwajit routh using yours postpaid connection & my number is [protected] but problem is that month by month my bill amount has increased but yours executive saying me that my plan cost is 350/-.
        So requested you kindly confirm me what i have to do to convirt my connection to prepaid i don't need postpaid connection.
        Very poor network. Airtel has never improved on its call drop problem and slow SMS problem after so many years- James C D
        My friends keep complaining that the phone is busy while its not. They are never able to reach me - they need to try 5 timesto get one call connected. The same happens with me after i call back. I changed my sim to 4G and things are still the same.
        The worse network in the country they claim uninterrupted video but when you play any movie on you tube you will get the worse experience. They are just making fool ppl. as good our government.

          My Airtel number is under CUG Plan [protected] and [protected] one number of them [protected] has has swapped someone without my documents and my confirmation. This is mistake or robbery done by Airtel Store. And same number is Migrated to prepaid on another name. As per Telecom policy all operators taking request for SIM swap documents required Letter head company, Company Address proof, ID proof, 1 photo and customer should be self attached signature should be front of Airtel officer who is taking request but i dont know when my number is swapped and migrated. Please Public grievance urgent help required charge to airtel for troubling to customer. my contact no [protected]

            I am advocate amit. I request to you that my complaint no. Is 77119378 dated 21june 2017. When persons call to me they found my no. Invalid. So that my clinet have problm to call me. I already talk with senior agents on 121 many times but have no solution of my problem. If you can solve my complain thanks to you otherwise i have last helping door consumer court under consumer protection act, 1986. Airtel is the most hopeless mobile network provider. Its causing a hughe loss and inconvenience to me and my business. Under the name of scheme they have already taken 1months advance and i suffers this complain last 2months. This company shall be shut and kicked out of our country. I want my refund my all loss and shut the services from airtel. If its not done, i am going to consumer court as it has hampered my business due to stoppage of network plus the man efforts and hours wasted in going and communicating at airtel office. All this will sum up to 10lacs of claim. So better just solve my problem and close the matter.

              Hey, i am tanya. I got my phone recharged on 26 june'17 with 350rs scheme, which included free unlimited calling (Both local and std) for 28 days and 1gb internet everyday. It worked well for a day but today i'm getting charged on each call. I chose this plan so that i can freely enjoy talking to my family members who currently reside outside delhi but i feel really disappointed to see that it has stopped working properly in a single day. Please make sure that it works for free once again otherwise it will be a case of a customer being cheated.

                I will try to explain you my problem and hope an action will be taken on it.

                1. I have given request for porting of my vodafone number [protected] to airtel and my porting was done on 20 th june 2017.
                2. After that i got complaint from many of my client that they are calling me on my number but it showing my number is not exist.
                3. My incomming stop
                Airtel is a fake commitment company.

                    Sir,
                    I have raised request for airtel broadband connection almost 6 times in the time span of one year.

                    But still i am not getting connection saying the 'port availability' is not there.

                    I have raised so many times from the official mail id: anandh. [protected]@tcs.com and personal mail id: [protected]@gmail.com.

                    But there is no resolution provided.

                    In my gated community, airtel provides the cable and broadband connection to most of the houses. Even in my block having 16 houses, out of which 12 houses having airtel broadband.

                    Everytime they close the request saying 'no port availability'.

                    Poor response from the backend team and the installation team.

                    I need resolution at any cost.

                      Hi,

                      I am writing this mail after a 15-20 days of hectic follows ups and in person visit to the store which has already been too frustrating.

                      I had switched my prepaid aircel sim to prepaid airtel sim 15 days before, my address verification was successfully done and all the related formalities were completed. The sim that as issued to me didnt work so i called the customer care on sunday 17 june 2017.

                      They told me that your request is pending and your sim will activated after 7 days.

                      After 7 days i again talk to customer care and they said sim got activated from their side. But no network is coming on my number.

                      I have been calling them all day like almost 20 times, its ringing but nobody is attending the call.

                      At last i called the customer care number again they repeated the same thing of visiting airtel store again.

                      So the above was the tail of my suffering that i had to endure trying to get a service from airtel, which i could have chosen from so many telecom companies that operate in india

                      Airtel is known for its good service and support but i feel really so sorry to inform all the concerned personnel and department reading this mail that remaining a true airtel customer i had to undergo losses

                      - leave my office and visiting airtel stores and waste hours in travelling

                      - none of the important business transactions that were to be done were not possible as otp etc were not coming

                      - facing personally and professionally hell problems regarding my number.

                      - got mentally harassed calling the number i was given by the store representative.

                        Dear sir i am using an airtel no. Post paid no. From many months. I was paying my amount on time to time and in feb also i have paid 1000 to airtel service center.in month of march that amount was showing that i have not paid to airtel office. Then airtel have started to torture me from march month for due amount. They have stopped my outgoing call facuility in april and even they have stopped my incoming facuility. Every month they making more interest on my phone bill. They started to make pressures and all. After that i got call for settlement from jodhpur office by mr. Gajender singh. He told me that if i shall pay 4000 then after it i dont need to pay remaining bill. He told me to pay the amount and he would menage ebverything. I personally meet gajender and his team in their office near airforce kent jodhpur. They started my number and then provide my all services. So after a few days again i got a message to pay remaining bill. I call gajender j he told me that he settle all those things. He started my services. My sevices were started with in a few minutes. After 2-3 days again i was disappointed my services were again sopped. Then again i called and he started my services. This type of drama is still going on. Now i am getting a loss more then expected. Airtel is a service provider and they are cheating with people. They are misconfusing people. I have all call recordings for my proof. I am totally frustated due to their services. Hoping for a positive response. An early action will be highly appreciated.

                            The outgoing calls have been barred on my airtel number. I paid for a rs. 3999 pack recharge for 30 days to use in france, and am able to receive incoming calls, send/receive sms, and use data. It says in my call settings that outgoing calls have been barred, and upon trying to change that with default code 0000, it says network or sim card error. Please perform necessary checks and revert at the earliest. Also please contact orange france, your partner, for assistance if they have caused this issue.

                              I recharged my phone with my airtel app. Transaction id =[protected]. After entering otp, payment confirmation page was not loading so i pressed back button. App asked me do i want to cancel the transaction and i pressed ok. So this transaction was cancelled. If i couldn't cancel the transaction why was option visible to me. 70 minutes after all this, my recharge for transaction id =[protected] was processed. By this time i already recharged my phone with paytm.

                              I want a refund for this recharge. If there is no option to cancel the transaction, don't show that to users.

                              I was downloaded my Airtel app 2months ago for my Airtel DTH recharge purpose. But beyond 4-5 days not response this app & not shown my Mob.No as well as customer ID. Hence I not able to recharge my DTH & no change any plan.

                                When i returned back from my trip of 6 months+, i learnt that airtel reassigned my sim/phone to someone else.
                                I was not given any notice, either by phone or mail.

                                Assuming i still owned the sim i recharged it with 500 rs (I assumed low balance was the reason of no network on phone) transaction number[protected].

                                When i contacted customer care, they were unhelpful and asked me to beg my money back from the person to whom my number was assigned (Wrongly!).

                                    I booked an airtel broad band connection through one augustine (Nallambakkam area - unihomes gated community). At the time of booking on 23rd june 2017, he was very nice in talking and assured me that if i pay the advance amount on airtel website, he will get me the connection on sunday. I have also given all the detail required such as phone numbers, adhaar number etc. On sunday when i tried calling him he did not pick the phone i sent him a watsup msg, he has not responded to that even. Since then he has not answered our calls. This kind of behavior is very common in chennai - they take advance and do not respond and delay delivery of items or services. This is not the first time it happens with every service or product provider. I am not sure what to do now. I feel i have lost the money

                                      I am writing this to let you know how airtel is fooling the customers with the promises that they can't keep.

                                      I have been with airtel cellular user for around 9 years and being made a bunny by customer care and technical team.

                                      Had decided to go for a different operator because of the network issue and the data plan provided for the price. Was requested to stay on and was offered 3 gb data for 3 months to start with and was assured that the network issue would be resolved in 4 days.

                                      Both the tickets have been closed unilaterally, network is better but there is no sign of additional data.

                                      Have been calling customer care almost everyday to check for the status but being fooled every time.

                                      It is my duty to apprise everyone on what has been happening and the experience has convinced me that i did the right thing by initiating the request to move over to other network

                                      Below tickets were raised and closed unilaterally by airtel without asking for confirmation from me.

                                        Either airtel is fraud or the girl who called me for telling me different plans is a fraud. I registered for airtel broadband service (Bangalore) and got a call from airtel. The girl name is "priya" with the following number:
                                        [protected] and she called me 100s time to make online payment for the service which i made with the transaction no:[protected] and she told it will be install soon. I waited for 3 days and called her and now nobody is responding. She msgd me by her personal whatsapp number ([protected]) before so i called and msg her for asking the installation time required but now she stopped responding. I had payed an amount of 2584/-rupees which is wasted now. I tried to reach some other people from airtel but they are saying there is no airtel service is provided in your area. Airtel people are collecting money and not providing the service.
