Respected sir/madam
Who so ever here to read this complaint, myself dr. Simrandeep singh using 2 airtel numbers, one since 10 years and 2nd one since 3 years, i had put complaint about network quality few weeks back using same staring words. There is no change in network quality. It remains poor rather very poor. Ap logo ko sharm ni ati ese loot mchate hue, ap jo bhi plan offer krte ho hum vo use krte hai, add krte ho k 4g aa gya, aare bhai dhang se 3g network to de do.. Kahi chale jao network ni ata baat tk ni ho pati, room k bhr ya office k bhr baat kro to thora sunai deta ander aa jao to network udd jata hai.. Hmari mjburi hai k hme network use krna pdta hai bt ap logo ko shrm se mar jana chahiye.. This is very bad from your point. This is disgusting. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to download 50kb picture. How pitiable you are.

    My airtel prepaid mobile no. Is [protected]. Today at 11.04 am i recharge my said no. With rs 100 from my airtel app the app show that recharge of rs 100.00 and get full talk time of rs. 100.00 but credited my mob balance only 84.58 paise. Then i talk to customer care executive and he said that this type of offer not available in my mob. No. So i request that please take action against this type of fraud system.

    I attached screenshot with this complain.

      Hi,
      I got my phone stolen in howrah-mumbai mail (12809). I want to block my airtel no [protected] in the name of (Arpita roy chowdhury). The sim was prepaid. From kolkata. The no was [protected].
      Please help me to do the same and issue a duplicate prepaid sim on behalf. I will be highly obliged if you block and issue a duplicate sim of airtel on the same number.

            I did recharge through my mobile from my airtel app on number [protected].
            The transaction was successful but recharge failed due to server issues. I got a message from airtel on screen, they will refund my money in next 2 hours. But then i received message on [protected] that i will get my money back within 7 days in my account.
            First message :-
            "dear customer, your refund for your recharge transaction on 25/06/2017 date has been initiated for rs. 549.0. The same will get refunded to your account in 7 days."
            Second message:-
            Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn id [protected] of rs 549.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
            Third message:-
            We are experiencing technical issue at our end. We will refund or recharge with your selected denomination in next 2 hours. Regret the inconvenience.

            I need my refund immediately... I am pissed off... I don't have much balance to play this game with airtel. Being your old customer i think i deserve immediate response from your side...

              मैं एयरटेल की सेवा काफी लंबे समय से ले रहा हूं। इस सेवा में न तो कभी बाधा आई न ही मेरी सेवा को कभी रोका गया। लेकिन पिछले 3 महीने से नेटवर्क की समस्या के कारण मैं काफी परेशान। जिसको लेकर मुझे किसी भी तरह का संतोषप्रद जवाब एयरटेल की तरफ से प्राप्त नहीं हो पाया। इसके साथ ही मैंने 16 जून को नेटवर्क की समस्या को लेकर आपके उपभोक्ता सेवा विभाग में बात हुई तो मुझे 72 घंटे में नेटवर्क की समस्या सुलझाए जाने का आश्वासन दिया गया लेकिन तब से आज 11 दिन गुजर जाने के बाद बी यह आश्वासन जारी है। नेटवर्क की समस्या की वजह से मैंने पिछले महीने का बिल जमा नहीं किया और इसको लेकर भी मैंने पहले ही बताया था कि जब तक इस समस्या के सुलझा नहीं लिया जाता मैं बिल नहीं भर पाउंगा। इससे पहले मैंने एयरटेल को उसकी सेवाओं को लिए अभी की रकम से लगभग 5 गुना तक रकम दिया है। लेकिन मेरी सेवा को एयरटेल ने रोक दिया।

              उपभोक्ता सेवा विभाग से कहकर मैंने जब अपनी सेवा शुरू कराई तो उस समय भी मुझे नेटवर्क के ठीक होने को लेकर कोई सही जवाब नहीं मिल पाया बल्कि यह बताया गया कि आपके नंबर की सेवा अभी से जारी रहेगी। लेकिन पुनः मेरी सेवा रोक दी गई। मैं मोबाइल नंबर [protected] की रोकी गई सेवा के लिए आपको बता देना चाहता हूं कि मैंने बिल आपलोगों की बेहतर सेवा ना दे पाने की वजह से रोकी है। ना कि मुझे आपके बिल का भुगतान करने में किसी प्रकार की कठिनाई है। ऐसे में आपलोगों ने पुनः मेरी सेवा तो रोक दी है। लेकिन आपको इस सेवा के अस्थायी रूप से रोके जाने के कारण मैं जितने दिन आपकी सेवा नहीं ले पाया उसका बिल क्यों भुगतान करूं। जबकि आपकी तरफ से गलती की गई है। यह गलती मेरी नहीं है।

              नेटवर्क की दिक्कत उपभोक्ता के क्षेत्र में नहीं आता अगर उपभोक्ता को सही सेवा नहीं मिलेगी तो वह इसके बदले आपको रकम का भुगतान क्यूं करे। ऊपर से सेवा को जितने दिन आपने रोका है उसके बदले में भी अगले बिल में जो शुल्क लगाया जाएगा। उसका भुगतान करने में भी मैं असमर्थ रहूंगा। अगर इसको लेकर मुझे अदालत का भी दरवाजा खटखटाना पड़ा तो मैं खटखटाउंगा। साथ ही मैं आपकी सारी सेवाएं बंद भी करवा दूंगा। ऐसे में ये मेरी तरफ से आंतिम बार आपलोगों को इस बारे में जानकारी दी जा रही है। अगर अब भी उचित कार्रवाई नहीं की गई तो मेरे लिए अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाना एकमात्रा विकल्प रह जाएगा।

                I went twice to airtel office on ecr, chennai (Rto office) to provide my aadhar details to link with my airtel prepaid no. This is based on the sms i received to link my mobile with aadhar. The airtel staff in this office are not helpful. They do not know what is the procedure and what is needed to be done. Is anybody listening?

                  We ask for many time, and they told us not possible within 4 month, we ask for change of our operator,

                  My data not working i have taken 499 plan for my 3g postpaid handset
                  We are facing problematic network service from Airtel. We ported the number to Airtel 15 days back and are not able to receive calls since then.
                  2 value added services activated in my airtel number [protected] by airtel and deducted Rs. 35 each service total Rs.70/- deducted from my prepaid a/c. This is unfair activity of airtel company. Request please return my amount to my a/c

                    The said mobile number is under my name gyanender saxena. It has lost signal s frequently for many hours and shows the message "emergency calls only" whereas at the same place and time, the other sim of airtel shows full signals. It causes me lots of problems and i missed many important calls. Regarding this i tried to resolve the issue by airtel customer care. Against this they send the settings which didn't become fruitful. Kindly resolve the issue.

                        I purchased the 399rs plan for my prepaid airtel connection a couple of weeks ago, under which i should be getting 1 gb data daily for 70 days and free std calls. But somehow my internet is not working. Also when i call someone from my phone, it says insufficient balance, but the call connects and happens. When i check my balance, it shows 0 rs talktime and 1024 mb internet. But despite that i am not able to use it. Please look into this matter asap as i have run out of patience and money both.

                        I had recharged for Rs 247 4g data plan[protected] on 18th June 2017 but the recharge and got a message that the recharge was not successfull.But the amount of 247 was debited from my account. I need a refund of this amount as soon as possible. Please look into this issue.

                            I have registered a complaint regarding the mobile network issue, my 4g is not working fine. I registered this complaint on 19th june complaint number is 77113199. Till date i didn't get any resolution for the same daily i have to call customer care to know the status of the complaint but the customer care agent don't know anything and they don't do anything. They talk like a parrot "we are here to take complaint only we can't do anything it will take time" especially the agent bindu. She is worthless. I asked to transfer the call to supervisor she said we don't have any supervisor available here.

                            These kind of service you people are providing to customer it is such a worst experience i ever had. My complaint is still not resolve.

                              We have been facing signals issue from past 3-4 months and we have bring to your notice many times calling to airtel customer care and lodged the complaint but till now the issue has not been resolved.in reference to one of our mobile number [protected] you can check how many times we have been raised the complaint but in return we only got the message from airtel that our signal issue complaint number so and so has been resolved for our satisfaction but never the issues is being resolved from your network engineers. I have requested to send one of your network engineer to my location to check by himself and confirm the signal strength but no one has been come till now but simply sending message that our issue has been resolved. I am sorry to say that we all are planning to port to some other network if airtel is not rectifying the network issue

Also if they (Airtel) not ready to accept your payments as per your plan means just droop a RTI letter to Airtel with a copy to TRAI. Also If they tried to force you to pay more that plan amount means suite them a Consumer Case in Consumer court.

                                      My friends have suggested me to move to airtel from reliance bcz of network issue. So i requested for mnp.. On 22nd june 2017, the network of old sim disconnected and i inserted new airtel sim and i did 59059. After that till now i'm not receiving any calls.. I tried calling 121 but its waste of time.. So i put online complaint on airtel website.. And i visited airtel store 5 times a day each till now. Still now no incoming calls from airtel numbers.. You may check my number: [protected]. While calling to my number it says number does not exist. And neither i'm able to make msg nor i can receive it. Here my simple question to airtel: 1) do airtel provides no incoming calls for mnp customers? 2) i'm a businessman i have to attend so many calls every day. Who will bear the loss? 3) no reply no calls for any complaints. Simply close the complaints. Do you really have any concern for customers? 4) let me suggest shall i move to old network?
