I am unable to make calls and SMS in Roaming. Contacted the Airtel Store but no solution yet. Also I got call from customer care that they are working on it but it has been a week and still no solution. Kindly solve the problem at the earliest. I am facing a lot of issues because of this.

    I had top up my number with Rs.399/- on suggestion of 198 airtel agent, which said that it has benefit of free calling and 1gb/day for 4g handset as my sim is already 4g. But after except 1st till now i. e. 6th day I did not get 1gb net I thought it might be server problem. Then I called 198 again but literally three different responses from three different peoples. I m fed up with airtel now. I lost my 399 bucks without getting Internet benefits. Useless.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Same problem with me. Airtel customer executives are hopeless. Will make sure all my friends and relatives unsubscribe from airtel. I had recharged ₹399 on 13jun, still not able to access data and nor any proper response from airtel. Feel so let down by the arrogant behaviour of customer executives.

      I have this number from 2010, today I surprised to got it know that this same number is also issued to someone else, as I also confirmed it, he said I just got new sim with this number.
      I am using this number in my all bank accounts, as for online banking, and issuing this same number to another one while my number is working is a great fault in service.
      I am complaining this to all high authorities, TRAI and other concerned departments.

        I have submitted request of my wifi relocation on 26th june.. Max time given is upto 5 days for relocation.. They were not able to close the request on time.. I asked them to close the account.. On request of there supervisor i gave time for 6th day as well.. Still request not closed..all others reps and supervisor were fine but had a word with rep named Saif Ali Baig on 2nd July and supervisor Aman Prasad, both were too rude too handle.. I have requested account closure.. They said one request is open so we cannot take closure request.. Too much insatisfaction too handle.. Airtel takes advantage of there name..           In my flat network of airtel is not there, I complained about this on 20th june and still it is not rectified.I cannot make calls nor access data in my flat.My number is from Delhi and I have recently moved to Mumbai.Please solve this problem ASAP.My work is getting affected immensely.I was told to wait till 28th june but still it is not fixed.Nobody picks up my call when i call customer care or they disconnect my call when somebody picks my call.

            Hi,

            I have recharged my DTH(DTH ID [protected]) with 482 RS on Friday night( 30/07/2017) before my DTH recharge get expired. i have recharged on Airtel offical web site.there i got confirmation that payment has been done successfully.But on next morning My DTH get stopped working and saying that connection has been suspended due to low balance.even though i can already paid for same. when i have called customer care they are saying they need transaction id for this. As bank website we don't have any transaction. when i conveyed same to them they are saying that go to bank and get the transaction. how bad service they have. on their website they even don't have transaction id. they hanged up my phone and said they can not help

            How bad service #Airtel is providing me.they even did not returened my money back and did not provide DTH service.

            I think if you are not capable to provide your customer service then stopped your services.

            Its very bad customer experience that they are giving.i am very disappointed. Please don't go for DTH, i will prefer that.

              N rainy season it's very bad service from Airtel DTH ..when it becomes cloudy in sky Airtel loose it's signal and it's showing no signal..and it's continue for two three hrs even it's not raining outside and when we call customer care they say we will raise the complaint and engineer will visit but you need to pay visiting charges..the question is if their Airtel home channel works properly then why other channels not and why every visit of engineers is chargeable if the problem persist from our side then we are ready to pay but if issue is with your poor signal then why should we pay?for each and every small things Airtel takes the charges and service is bad and we need to call them again and again..but no proper response from their executives...

                Regret to state that I had recharged my prepaid mobile no. [protected] on the morning of 03 Jun 17 in Singapore for availing one day international Roaming Services.

                Post recharge for an amount of Rs.498/- I was unable to access Data on my mobile. Throughout, the day I made 3 calls to the customer care to resolve my issue, only to receive false hopes and assurances stating that your Data services would be resumed within 30 min or else we will get back.

                No help was provided to me despite my urgent requirement to use Data in Singapore on that single day...

                Post returning back to India, I even lodged a complaint on 05 Jun 17 wherein I was given a complaint No. [protected]... stating that our representatives will get back.

                Almost a month has passed and I am yet to hear from any of Airtel's representatives...

                Absolute Shame on such a big company like Airtel!!!

                  I applied for above tele n gave my iden n address proof ie my dl n adhar card both issued by valid authorised depts of govt of india n state govt. I been told that my application been rejected as my photograph is not clear on these documents. I have not got these documents made myself but the quality of worksmanship will be as in great india. Even u can not change this when normal 10th class pass clerks are made to take ur photograph at the time of making these documents so rejecting application on this account is totally unwarranted.

                      There is an airtel junction box in front of our house for the last 15 years. Every day there will be people to do some repair and i have beared the difficulty. Now i am altering the house and the junction box is blocking the two wheeler entry into the house. I spoke to the people who come to work in the box and they told it will be removed. Every time they tell that it will be removed, they have not removed it yet.

                      Location of the junction box: 976, 17th main, 7th cross, btm 2nd stage, bangalore-560076

                      This is the first step in trying to remove the junction box. If it is not removed, then i will try other options. The box can be moved to the end of the road, where it does not cause any inconveinience to anyone. Even if the box is moved 1 feet away, i am fine with that.

                      There were two boxes. They have moved one box while the other is still in the same place.
                      They had mentioned that one box will be removed while the other will be moved by 1 feet.
                      Please check with your team and inform them to remove the other box.

                        After selling the sim and device to me and getting my money, airtel store assured that the device would work by that evening, july 1st 2017. Now on july 2nd afternoon and after countless attempts at trying to call i'm only getting disconnected or not my department responses. To top it off nobody speaks english even after repeated requests. Really need help to get this figured out.

                          No signal airtel dongle

                          I have benn using prepaid 3 g airtel dongle # [protected]. During the last 10 day's
                          The signal is not thereally and suddenly
                          It has become edge airtel instead of wcdma. My complaint number 49766356
                          And they make a mockery of calling me twice to get my house address repeatedly
                          But no action forth coming. They keep shifting the goal post by shifting the
                          Probable end date to attend to the complaint. Amother...

                          Charge of rs. 150 being charged for 500 mb for 7 months. When i raised a complaint with sasikumar 2 weeks before i was promised a callback within 72 hours for calculating the amount of waiver. No call was received and when i called today and explained the details again, prem, so called floor manager said he can arrange for 3 month waiver only (Rs. 500). How can you take my money and say that only 500 can be reversed. I am not begging you, i am asking you to return my money. Prem easily agreed when i said i will switch over the relationship. I have a vintage of 12 years with a credit limit of rs. 14000 and this is how your team reacts. If this is the way you go by your business, airtel will quickly closed off with all consumers opting out.

                            Cmmon there are about tons of fans addicted to animax... Its time airtel should reconsider about the channel#plz bring back animax... Why not if you there are so many subscribers eagerly waiting for your response... It wont b a loss for u... We are really not interested in childish cartoons... God bless airtel

                              I have been using airtel 4g hotspot from the past 2 years.

                              Recently, i noticed that there was no 4g network connectivity in my area. Using 3g is also hopeless, as it drops way too often.

                              I contacted the nearby airtel express centre and they say that they are also facing the same issue, promised to resolve within a week. And it has been a month, they still say the same "dialogue".

                              Raised a complaint with the customer care and have called them nearly 100 times only to know that they have kept the complaint in their so called "on hold" status. The replies i get for each and every email i send them will be the same as it is always copy pasted from the previous replies.

                              And finally, after all this time and several efforts to catch hold of the supervisor over the customer care, he casually says "your wish" when asked whether to change the connection. No responsibility at all.

                                    I bought Airtel Top-up voucher card worth of 30Rs/- while scratching card i lost few numbers on my card.i called to customer care they replied as " it is not possible to recharge"

                                      Regarding for my number [protected] I'm approx 10 years relationship with Airtel my sim stopped working they change the sim on 28th June 2017 today is 2nd July Airtel not able to activate sim every time cooking new story some said because of GST problems. trying to number portablity also but without activativation you can't do anything. Never go with AIRTEL worst service in world I have landline in my home that also I will disconnect. Wrote number of mail but every mail new answer will activate within 4hrs or will activate soon we are working on it
