I'm using airtel since last 3 months only. I am facing severe network issue at my home since 1 month, even I am unable to do voice calls from inside my house. And we reside in city area. Complaint has been registered to customer care atleast for 5 times. And they only gives answers like we will resolve your issue in 72 hrs each time. Lastly One customer care executive stated that my complaint is unattended, in pending form!!!
After 1 month...in unattended form!!!
Tired of this network issue.

    Hi,

    Myself karthik, airtel mobile number [protected], i have moved to saudi for a project and i didn't use my number for a months time. After i recognize that, it was too late they deactivated the number. It was deactivated on 7 jun 2017, my father and my feyonce went back to them around 10jun. I have send lots of mails to [protected]@airtel.com. But the response which i got is they require my presence in their store to activate my number, which is impossible i can't book ticket to india to get my sim active.
    I have asked to provide better solution, but till date they repeat the same lines.
    Today my feyonce had called 121 and they said can't trace the number.
    We are completely fooling around, i am damn fed up with this, i am need of that number. Request any one to help in this regards. Please contact the below number in case of any further details.

      We are following up with Airtel from last 2 years to rectify the network issues that we are facing at home. Everytime, network team member visits the flat, accept that there is a network connectivity issue and told that they'll resolve soon. 2 years has passed and no resolution was given. Not even they tried to install some boosters as a stop gap arrangement. I am asking for a network escalation team details and they hesitate to share it. Everymonth, without fail, we need to pay but they are leaset bothered to provide basic network connectivity. Need assistance on how to proceed.

        We are located at pine valley building, embassy golf links tech park. Being in a premium location we face lot of issue on the airtel network coverage. Several complaints have been raised from years but no solutions from the leading service provider airtel. Raising complaints to them is like annoying because everytime a new person will call or mail and start asking the problems, we will have to again start from the beginning and have to explain them the entire story. I am raising this issue on behalf of hundreds of people facing network issue at this location

          I had paid Rs.500 online on June 26, 2017 for my new broadband connection . It has been a week now. I haven't received any response from your end. If I contact customer care via 121, they always say not able to view my profile. Its so frustrating to contact everyday and you people do not provide any response to me.

          I am fed with this. I do not want a connection from Airtel. I just want my money back.

              On 13th Jun 17 my documents was collected and UPC was generated T2737972, But nothing was happened then on 19th Jun again i have submitted the documents still nothing was done. then i was asked to raise UPC again on 1st July. Then i was asked old bill payment conformation so i gave to Mr. Aditiya, then i was asked to submit old postpaid bill that also i had submitted but still nothing is done till date ?? Can i understand why such long process and still things are not done ? Can i know the reason why so much delay what is the reason ??

                We, Bangalore Air-Tech Solution situated in the Gangadharappa Industrial Area, Kamakshipalay, Magadi Main road, Bangalore. We are located inside a compounded premises. Incoming and outgoing calls are not connecting. Including our neighbors, we are having around 40 airtel sims.. our complaint with airtel not take seriously for the last two months. We have several times made complaint. more than last three months, we are struggling with airtel.

                      I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through Airtel website for Rs.349 on 3rd July 2017 and received an SMS with Transaction reference[protected] . Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged although the amount has been debited from my bank account.I tried again and the second time it was successful.But the amount debited the first time is still not credited back. Kindly do the needful to credit back the amount

                        Waste service from airtel secure first i loged a complaint by phone about my mobile damage i got a message plase upload documents in airtel.in website im uploaded and intimated they said sorry we are not received please update again then again im uploaded after i m uploaded 3 times same documents again again since i m recivng message please upload the documents with in 48hrs waste service finally yesterday i received the message complaint closed idiot service from airtel secure amount deducted per month 77 rupees time to time but claim not possible and they are closed complaint without any work any intimation

                          i am shakeel, [protected], using this no 8 years long, now last five months i am facing call drop and network drop also, i complaint so many times to airtel call centers, one of the manager of bangalore told me to go to airtell express center and take the duplicate sim.100% it will works.but i taken three time duplicate sim, but having the same problem, i changed my hand set also and try all my friends handset also but problem has not resolved.i have one more no [protected] in this also same problem.i cant change the no because i circulate this number in all most every documents.no response from airtel express and airtel office.                                 I had applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 06.05.2017 after conversation with Airtel Executive Mr. Shubham (Mob. [protected]) who was from Airtel Store, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi. Thereafter, my premise was visited by Airtel Executive Mr. Ashish (Mob. [protected]) for application formalities.

                                I was offered to choose for advance rental plan and get waiver of installation & instrument charges. Accordingly, I paid 4 months advance rent of Rs.4136 and form was duly filled in. They informed they also accept paytm and accordingly paytm transfer of Rs.4136 was made to account of Mr. Himanshu Saraiwal (Mob. & Paytm No. [protected]) who is their manager as per statement by Mr. Ashish & Mr. Shubham.

                                Later, due to delay in connection I had requested Airtel customer to cancel my request and refund my amount which they assured 100% refundable. However, to my surprise I came to know that these 3 people has manipulated documents, changed my application form and deposited only Rs.500. Airtel refunded only Rs.500 to me.

                                Now, I have asked them to refund my balance amount, which these 3 executives were initially assuring to refund but later asked me to look to Airtel for any refund. I had also registered complaint with Airtel Customer Care then Nodal office and at last Appellate but it has been quiet long time no solution came up and no even Appellate stopped responding to me and left in lurch.

                                It is requested to pursue the matter and also let me know if anything could be done. Details of my connection request are as under: -

                                  Sir, I generated a port code by texting to TRAI on 21.06.17 and got the following no. AB624843 and then I went to a retailer for porting my mobile number i.e [protected] to BSNL operator. And now it's been 13 days and still porting isn't done. When I communicated with Airtel customer service they didn't have me a proper explanation, and forced me to stay on their Network. Then I talked to BSNL customer service they said they are ready with everything it's Airtel which is not cooperating with then and delaying unnecessarily.
                                  So, here's my request please help me resolve this issue and please give Airtel a proper punishment. Thanks

                                    I never thought that Airtel could have this much of bad service ever. I bought an Airtel secure plan and it was just activated in 1-2 clicks, I was happy to see that service. Then the insurance amount was started reflecting in my bill every month.
                                    One day I was taking out my keys from the pocket, my handset slipped and got damaged.
                                    I applied to claim the insurance, the Airtel executive called me and informed me that my handset will get repaired and told me to upload images, sign document and hand over the handset. I did the same, after few days the executive called me and informed that my claim got rejected by the insurance company.
                                    I was not aware that they have a tie-up with some other company as they never informed about that, now don't know which insurance company came into the picture.

                                    I was paying money to Airtel secure than how some other company can reject the claim. Even after rejection, I have not received my handset.

                                    Now Airtel is also not replying to the emails. I am going to proceed with a legal option if Airtel not helps me out in this.

                                    I am having 4 different connections of Airtel because I trusted Airtel, but if this is the service they are giving, I need to port to some other operator.

                                      Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹2584 on june 26 2017.
                                      I have got 10 calls from airtel to check the feasibility in my area and every time they say there is feasibility. When i ask when it will be install, all the time i have heard from customer care mam today it will be done. Since 10 days i am hearing same thing.
                                      I called customer care today and asked what is the status i have to heard that my request is closed. How they can close without notifying me.
                                      Such a pathetic experience with airtel. I have never expected this from airtel.
                                      Now i have to raise refund request to get my money back.

                                      I am requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for
                                      New broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.

                                        I had recharged my Airtel number [protected] with Rs. 244 whuch states free Unlimited Local calls and Free Airtel STD calls.
                                        But as a matter of fact, I am being charged for almost all calls that i have been making from my cell phone.
                                        Plz resolve or escalate the matter.
                                        As the Airtel 121 customer care service is the poorest of all in the country.
                                        I have tried that number at least a hundred times but it says "This call is not going through" that too aftet passing layers of IVR
                                        Plz improve. Its high time plz provide some quality service.
