So i haven't been using my phone for the past 2 months coz i'm currently in spain for an overseas internship. Just found out that my number has been disabled and been assigned to a different customer. This is really annoying because all of my indian bank details are associated with the number and i'm not able to do any transactions without my registered bank number. So is the case with many of my other registered accounts associated with the same number. I'm not even able to contact the customer care with an other number coz i'm abroad at the moment.

    Dear sir/ madam, airtel charged me rupees 1.50 paise wrongly as sms charges whereas i have sent no sms. I talked to customer care executive but they gave me no satisfactory answer. They are saying that u must have sent sms. I am feeling absolutely cheated because my mobile was lying in front of me since past 1 hour when i got the sms. So there was no question of sending sms by someone else. When i ask them for refund, they completely refused. Don't know how many times they might have deducted my balance this way because usually i don't pay attention to such trivial matters. Now i have no option than to port my number. Kindly look into the matter.

        I have been billed INR 3915 on my postpaid connection for data usage during bill period 08th May 2017 to 07th June 2017. The data usage charges have been billed incorrectly.
        I called Airtel customer service on many occasion in the month of May 2017, to check the best data plan as I was intent to use the Internet only for one month. They offered me that if I send the msg type "Surprise" to 121 I might get free data upto 10 GB & based on msg confirmation I received the free data of 02 GB. Screen shot attached below. After few days I got the msg that my bill has reach 70 % & I should pay the amount to continue services. I called on the same day to Airtel customer care & asked for the bill details as how my bill has reached to maximum limit. Airtel staff was unable to provide me the details as per them they can only check the bill details once bill is generated. My question was if they cannot get me the usage details, how they sent me the msg to pay the amount? They provided me the nodal officer mobile number to check if they can help me & to surprise the nodal officer never answered my phone calls. I had sent him text msg & till date, I have not received their reply. After a week I got another call from Airtel that I should pay the amount as it has reach / cross the 90% limit. I updated the staff that they need to provide me the detailed bill so that i can verify my usage. The staff had told me that the bill has increased as I do not have any data plan & I have been charged as per usage. When I told him that I have the confirmation of their data plan of 2 GB, he had no reply.

        Please note, I will not be able to pay this bill till the time correct bill amount is been advised to me (excluding data charges).

          Yesterday i ported my sim sim to 4g and they said that i would get free 4g data. But as the sim activates i get no data. I called customer care they first said call 52122 i did but no response then second time they said do a rs 4 recharge on your no. And then call 52122 but as i went to retailer for the recharge to be done he after processing said your no is not legible for 4g recharge please give me my free 4g data if airtel doesn't want to lose its one valuable customer

            I have been charged a bull amount of 4000, where my plan is something around 700 only . i recieved this 10gb offer for 3 months after which my bill amounts are increased. I also opted for pre-on post plan where my money was deducted from my account but ended as failed for this mobile number and i have not recieved the repay still.

              I had my number ported from tata docomo to airtel on 14/6/17 and since then it has just been all trouble for me. First activation process itself which normally takes an hour or so maximum took an entire day to complete. My frustration started to build up there only as this is the only number i use for past 10 years.
              The airtel website is offering 10 gb bonus 4g data to customers with 4g handsets who opt for their infinity 499 plan.
              And the local representative who visited me said that it would be 20gb instead for next 6 months. So in all i will get 5gb from the plan, 2gb from the airtel app and bonus 20gb but i did not get it till now after loggin my complaint a couple of times.
              They just sit there making you waste your precious time calling their customer care for nothing. Worst part is they keep your service request open for 3 days so that you wait with some expectations then you get to know that the service request is closed without any resolution and without even someone calling you about it.
              I am very disgusted with airtel. I am just waiting for 3 months after which i am definitely going to get rid of airtel.
              Airtel is the worst company in telecom to deal with. I just wish to advertise this everywhere.

                Recharged wrongly two times the same recharge of 349 on june 27, 2017 at 11:11pm bearing order no[protected] and 594227
                During first recharge i received transaction failes message...
                In consequent recharge i received two recharge successful message...
                I want either extension of validity by 28 more days or refund of rs 349 after cancellation of any of two recharges.

                  This # happens to me every time i start activating my data pack. Recently, i recharged my data pack with rs.45 (3g data). I had no idea whatsoever that my call balance is going to get deducted and an hour after i activated my data pack, 63 rupees of call balance got deducted instead of my data pack deduction. This happened to me for about 4 times and you people never heard my complaint. I just hope this problem is fixed as soon as possible.

                      I had a basic value sports pack of rs 369.

                      I am having hd stb and i was taking a top up of rs 500 to 700 every month.

                      Still my balance is not updated and it is showing rs 0.36

                      I asked for a refund long time back and since then nobody turned up. we had asked to put broadband connection in our area in south city 1 k 94 for that they took 1000 rupees and my id proofs but after several days they denied for the connection in our locality due to some technical issue. I asked in the customer care also that to refund the amount in my account number but nobody tuned up it's high time now i need my money to be refund asap within a day.

                      I had asked for a refund of 1000 rupees when was about to put connection the connection didn't happen and i didn't get the money yet i want my refund in my account asap.
                      I was given porting request on 3 Jun and all document along with porting code submitted. They insured sim card will be delivered with in 2 days, as of now sim card not delivered and services from previous operator also stooped.

                        I have recharged 349 & 399 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer.

                          Who so ever here to read this complaint, myself dr. Simrandeep singh using 2 airtel numbers, one since 10 years and 2nd one since 3 years, i had put complaint about network quality few weeks back using same staring words. There is no change in network quality. It remains poor rather very poor. Ap logo ko sharm ni ati ese loot mchate hue, ap jo bhi plan offer krte ho hum vo use krte hai, add krte ho k 4g aa gya, aare bhai dhang se 3g network to de do.. Kahi chale jao network ni ata baat tk ni ho pati, room k bhr ya office k bhr baat kro to thora sunai deta ander aa jao to network udd jata hai.. Hmari mjburi hai k hme network use krna pdta hai bt ap logo ko shrm se mar jana chahiye.. This is very bad from your point. This is disgusting. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to download 50kb picture. How pitiable you are.

                            My airtel prepaid mobile no. Is [protected]. Today at 11.04 am i recharge my said no. With rs 100 from my airtel app the app show that recharge of rs 100.00 and get full talk time of rs. 100.00 but credited my mob balance only 84.58 paise. Then i talk to customer care executive and he said that this type of offer not available in my mob. No. So i request that please take action against this type of fraud system.

                              I got my phone stolen in howrah-mumbai mail (12809). I want to block my airtel no [protected] in the name of (Arpita roy chowdhury). The sim was prepaid. From kolkata. The no was [protected].
                              Please help me to do the same and issue a duplicate prepaid sim on behalf. I will be highly obliged if you block and issue a duplicate sim of airtel on the same number.

                                    I did recharge through my mobile from my airtel app on number [protected].
                                    The transaction was successful but recharge failed due to server issues. I got a message from airtel on screen, they will refund my money in next 2 hours. But then i received message on [protected] that i will get my money back within 7 days in my account.
                                    First message :-
                                    "dear customer, your refund for your recharge transaction on 25/06/2017 date has been initiated for rs. 549.0. The same will get refunded to your account in 7 days."
                                    Second message:-
                                    Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn id [protected] of rs 549.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
                                    Third message:-
                                    We are experiencing technical issue at our end. We will refund or recharge with your selected denomination in next 2 hours. Regret the inconvenience.

                                    I need my refund immediately... I am pissed off... I don't have much balance to play this game with airtel. Being your old customer i think i deserve immediate response from your side...

                                      मैं एयरटेल की सेवा काफी लंबे समय से ले रहा हूं। इस सेवा में न तो कभी बाधा आई न ही मेरी सेवा को कभी रोका गया। लेकिन पिछले 3 महीने से नेटवर्क की समस्या के कारण मैं काफी परेशान। जिसको लेकर मुझे किसी भी तरह का संतोषप्रद जवाब एयरटेल की तरफ से प्राप्त नहीं हो पाया। इसके साथ ही मैंने 16 जून को नेटवर्क की समस्या को लेकर आपके उपभोक्ता सेवा विभाग में बात हुई तो मुझे 72 घंटे में नेटवर्क की समस्या सुलझाए जाने का आश्वासन दिया गया लेकिन तब से आज 11 दिन गुजर जाने के बाद बी यह आश्वासन जारी है। नेटवर्क की समस्या की वजह से मैंने पिछले महीने का बिल जमा नहीं किया और इसको लेकर भी मैंने पहले ही बताया था कि जब तक इस समस्या के सुलझा नहीं लिया जाता मैं बिल नहीं भर पाउंगा। इससे पहले मैंने एयरटेल को उसकी सेवाओं को लिए अभी की रकम से लगभग 5 गुना तक रकम दिया है। लेकिन मेरी सेवा को एयरटेल ने रोक दिया।

                                      उपभोक्ता सेवा विभाग से कहकर मैंने जब अपनी सेवा शुरू कराई तो उस समय भी मुझे नेटवर्क के ठीक होने को लेकर कोई सही जवाब नहीं मिल पाया बल्कि यह बताया गया कि आपके नंबर की सेवा अभी से जारी रहेगी। लेकिन पुनः मेरी सेवा रोक दी गई। मैं मोबाइल नंबर [protected] की रोकी गई सेवा के लिए आपको बता देना चाहता हूं कि मैंने बिल आपलोगों की बेहतर सेवा ना दे पाने की वजह से रोकी है। ना कि मुझे आपके बिल का भुगतान करने में किसी प्रकार की कठिनाई है। ऐसे में आपलोगों ने पुनः मेरी सेवा तो रोक दी है। लेकिन आपको इस सेवा के अस्थायी रूप से रोके जाने के कारण मैं जितने दिन आपकी सेवा नहीं ले पाया उसका बिल क्यों भुगतान करूं। जबकि आपकी तरफ से गलती की गई है। यह गलती मेरी नहीं है।

                                      नेटवर्क की दिक्कत उपभोक्ता के क्षेत्र में नहीं आता अगर उपभोक्ता को सही सेवा नहीं मिलेगी तो वह इसके बदले आपको रकम का भुगतान क्यूं करे। ऊपर से सेवा को जितने दिन आपने रोका है उसके बदले में भी अगले बिल में जो शुल्क लगाया जाएगा। उसका भुगतान करने में भी मैं असमर्थ रहूंगा। अगर इसको लेकर मुझे अदालत का भी दरवाजा खटखटाना पड़ा तो मैं खटखटाउंगा। साथ ही मैं आपकी सारी सेवाएं बंद भी करवा दूंगा। ऐसे में ये मेरी तरफ से आंतिम बार आपलोगों को इस बारे में जानकारी दी जा रही है। अगर अब भी उचित कार्रवाई नहीं की गई तो मेरे लिए अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाना एकमात्रा विकल्प रह जाएगा।

                                        I went twice to airtel office on ecr, chennai (Rto office) to provide my aadhar details to link with my airtel prepaid no. This is based on the sms i received to link my mobile with aadhar. The airtel staff in this office are not helpful. They do not know what is the procedure and what is needed to be done. Is anybody listening?
