Airtel new broadband connection: order requested id: [protected]. Today i had a talk with one of the airtel representative whose name is raj from bangalore who told me there are 5 to 6 db box is available or port is also available. Few airtel representatives saying port is not available, few says port is available. Not really sure whats going on? I am desperately looking for someone who can getting a new broadband connection. Till now i dont know how long should i need to wait to get a connection.

    Sub: complain against wrong billing – with wrong scheme of airtel mobile connections.
    Ref: mobile no.[protected], [protected] – name of customer: nityananda hazra.

    Dear sir,

    With ref to the above, we employees of ntpc ltd., were approached by your employee mr. Sunil grover at our office with a scheme of ₹ 349/- (Taxes extra) in which the facilities were offered as – unlimited calling/message, free roaming – in coming/outgoing & 6 gb data @ 4 g speed.
    Whereas the 1st month’s bill we have received for rs.661/-, on contacting mr. Sunil grover he informed that the wrong scheme feeding has been done by airtel due to some reason and assured to correct the same. As the correction was under process and it was time taking we have paid the bill on assurance of mr. Sunil grover that the additional/balance amount shall be adjusted in the next months bill.
    Regret to mention that in the next month also no correction has been effected and the bill is raised by airtel with the same amount i. E. For ₹ 661/-, accordingly we contacted mr. Sunil grover and informed the status, then he said that no need to pay the bills as corrections would be effected at airtel’s end. After his commitment on 5th june we have received message from airtel (121) stating that ₹ 448/- has been received, but regular reminder is being received that the payment is due. And ultimately the out going services has been dropped by airtel. On contacting mr. Grover he assured to correct the same and continued the same commitment but no fruitful result is received by us.in the meantime another months bill has served by airtel including previous months bill amount, whereas outgoing service is kept in abeyance.
    On contacting mr. Sunil grover he used to misbehave with us and refused to correct the bill/scheme, we are very surprising with such type of behaviour from a organization like airtel.
    In this connection you are requested to kindly look in to the matter and arrange to correct the bills according to the scheme was offered to us.
    It is known fact that, a renowned name in the area of telecommunication has failed to fulfil its commitment of providing hassle free service to a goi’s maharatna power giant like ntpc.
    I assure you, though you have failed to keep your words, i wont fail in getting the number ported tosome other service provider as and when technically i get the porting right.
    It has been a bitter experience for all the ntpc employees posted at dehradun, which was resultant of in efficient and unprofessional attitude of airtel staff.

      I have been visiting airtel showrooms / relationship centres for almost 2 months and finally june 19th i visited velachery arc (Opp. Saravana stores) and they agreed to convert from post to pre. I paid additional amount other than the bill amount to be on safer side to avoid any issue with services getting suspended due to payment default. They committed 48 hours time to convert but after passing 100 hours also no update from the airtel and everytime i call they ask me to wait 48 hours more. Is it a trick / psychopaths not really willing to convert or do they think not to migrate from post to pre to suck money out of my pocket for no use. Finally i called nodal officer and even he didn't assured me about the issue getting resolved. Now i am clueless about to stay back with airtel or port out to other network. Overall negative experience with airtel.

        1) in airtel website you mentioned that we will get 70 days data and calling but i got sms as 56 days only. While i'm checking validity it showing 28 days from the date i recharged.
        2) i recharged on 6th june 2017. Now i'm not getting data.

          I tried doing recharge from my airtel app on 20th june in the morning. My got deducted and recharge not done. I tried doing it several times and every time my transaction got failed. Money got deducted from my bank account and my recharge is not done yet. I tried reaching customer care via call and email (3times). They havnt replied to my mail. I got call nce and i havent got resolution. I have to take an advance talk time from airtel as my phone balance was nil nor i can use my data pack. More than 600rd got debited from my account.

            I have been Airtel customer for years and love the service but there have few been a few times recently I have faced disappointments.

            I would like to bring this one to your attention. I am sure this has been faced by many many of your loyal Airtel customers.

            On your Airtel recharge page https://www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge there is a recharge listed for Rs. 197 which benefits new customers only.
            Your website mentions:
            1GB(3G)+1GB 3G(night) SR only For greater than 90 days - 500 MB 3G

            The website says "SR only" but there is no way to know what it means. Many unsuspecting loyal customers are doing this recharge and getting just 500 MB data because they are "old" customers. Instead of this they could have done Rs. 175 recharge which gives 1 GB data for 28 days i.e. 28GB of total data.

            I have recharged today for Rs. 197 due to the same confusion and would like mine to be switched to Rs. 175 recharge. I can deal with Rs. 22 loss but otherwise my Rs. 197 recharge is total waste. Please give me a recharge of Rs. 175 instead of the Rs. 197 which I already paid through PayTM.
            At the very least I will suggest you to atleast correct the Airtel recharge page.

              I have 4g sim with 4g handset with full tower and with an 4g symbol and am not able to search any thing in google. It will show no internet connection. When i switch on data sometimes tower will go off and reconnects after 10 to 15 secs. If am doing any transaction then it will hang in the middle itself. Could you please take action on them and ask them to stop ookla advertisement too. Consider this complaint with ookla too. Thank you.

                Don't use airtel india payment bank wallet. No guarantee for your money here. Airtel never respond for customer.

                I have practical experience with airtel presence. So many times i was complaint on customer service and technical issues but no use. Finally i decided to close airtel dealings.

                I strongly suggest to all my friends. Don't encourage non-customer support mobile networks.

                Airtel india blames people with "india's fastest network" it is 101% false. Presently jio is india's fastest network. It is open challenge to airtel india
                Still i am not understand, why airtel presence behave like this. Not only customer service, technical issues, even mobile offers airtel india provide best offers for new customers. I think airtel india forgot old customers. On this issue i was discuss with airtel india authorities, they simply smile... Finally i decided these fellows doing business without values and ethics.

                  Hello there,
                  Since last few years i am using airtel prepaid connection. And now wanted it to convert in postpaid connection.
                  Before 6 days they have disconnected my prepaid connection. 6 days passed but they didn't activated my postpaid sim. Each time i call customer care they just say the complain has been raised wait for few hours. Being a girl it is necessary to have mobile with you. But they are not ready to take any responsibility.

                    1. I am ajay Kumar jha. My mobile number is [protected]. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com

                    2. Few days ago; I have done recharge of Rs 348/- on my idea number for some offer. However; after the recharge; offer was not given by idea cellular​. For this; I have mailed to idea customer care and raised complaint.

                    3. On 20 Jun 17; I got a call from mobile number [protected] and caller said that he is calling from idea customer care. He had full knowledge about my complaint. He told me that he has Lodge my request for refund and that can be done by entering the full details on the site www.rbipaymentauthorisation.com
                    He told me to enter the details of card by which the payment has been made during recharge.

                    4. I went to the said site and filled all the details. I got the OTP massage for RS 03/- . After that phone got disconnected. Then I got the message that I have initiated the transaction for RS 10000/- . However this transaction was not initiated by me. Soon; I got the massage that rs. 10000/- has been deducted from my credit card. Then I called Icici customer care and Lodge request for blocking of debit and credit card. Also Lodge request for this fake transactions and request number is SR[protected].

                    5. Next day again; I got call from [protected] and told me the same thing about refund of money as it was happen yesterday.

                    6. Sir; the payment was​done at your platform i.e. Airtel money. So; it is requested to Lodge my complaint regarding this and intervene into the whole matter for my refund of money.

                        I tried a recharge of 349rs from my airtel app using my debit card but the transaction failed and the money was refunded but on my airtel app and not back into my bank account. After that, i am not able to recharge via my airtel app. Issue pending since april. I contacted customer care then nodal officer then the appellate officer. All of them are useless.
                        Transferring the money from app to bank account has transfer changes which i am not willing to pay because airtel is responsible for this. The worst part is airtel officers assured me that the issue will be resolved in 72 hours. It has been months now and i have to explain the same issue every time to these people because every time a new person handles the issue. Need my money back into my account without any deductions in the name of transfer charges.

                              I have made a payment to airtel through citrus gateway using Indian Overseas Bank Internet Banking. The bill amount of Rs. 445 was deducted from my bank but not paid to Airtel. The payment has not credited back to me. Please resolve the issue.
                              I issued a new Airtel 4G sim before 2 months it was working till last month in that phones but now from last 1 month it is not recognizing any phone except normal 2G handset.

                                      Airtel company is cheating us on name of data given with broadband plans. We have plan of 1600rs with180 gb data. For past two months we are noticing that even if we are not using it shows 180 gb consumed by end of the month.
                                      We are not downloading or watching online. Just surfing can bever consumethis much data. Infact when we use jio 1gb does no finishes wven if we watch so many videos online.
                                      This is a serious concern and should be attended. If not we will be left with no choice to change our isp.

                                      Yesterday i switched off my router when it was showing 92 GB left when i opened the airtel application to check data balance it shows 91 GB . How can data be lost when the router is switched off. It clearly shows airtel is cheating us.

                                      I have not got any call from your airtel to resolve our concern infact i would like to inform you till yesterday i had 71 GB left my account and in a single day airtel data balance shows the usage as 100%. When i went back to see my detail usage i was shocked to see 51 GB used from 3:30 AM till 11:30 AM, when my router was switched off and by rest of the day complete 20 GB was finished. You people are making foll of your customers but don't you dare think that, we have already sent the request for disconnection and will never opt again.

                                        Hello, i am getting very low speed since last 8 days from airtel. I just ported in to airtel from vodafone, thinking of getting a better internet speed. For first month they game me good speed. But after that since 8 days i am getting extremely low speed. They are saying its 4g, but this isnt. They are giving like 3-4 mbps pathetic speed. Please dont buy airtel. Also there are some network issues of this provider.

                                        After complain, I got a call from Airtel CC, who was asking what problem I am facing. I said net speed. He asked are you facing this issue to your location or also at the other location. I said "Few locations" for sure. He said, lets do one thing, I am gonna re-push your internet settings to your mobile number from here (online). You just give us 24 hours, meanwhile you just check whether there is any difference in these 24 hours. I will call you tomorrow and ask you the feedback. I said OK.
                                        24 Hours passed and the person didnt call me back as promised. Now coming at the issue, I got little good speed which is 8 MBps (cannot be called as 4G) for that single day only. And again it went back to the previous track. Low speed...
                                        Now even worse, I am having frequent connection dropout issues. Sometimes I cant even download Whatsapp videos. I am attaching a speedtest screenshot below to show you guys what speed I am getting in the name of 4G.                                         OK, it has been more than a month and half since I made this complaint, and it hasn't resolved yet. What shocking is, the status of this complaint is marked as 'Resolved". Current speedtest result is enclosed with this last response of mine. If higher authorities can look into the current "Complaint marked as resolved" issue when actually it hasn't, thank you. I think, porting out is the solution.

                                        Airtel has bogus algorithm, instead of playing victim against Safaricom offer quality services, we invest in valuable products not some ridiculous products like yours. For example when you decide to buy Airtel bundles then decide to go back (#to go back) by pressing# suddenly something weird happens, the button either buys airtime or it kopas some money, and that's only one out of so many bogus algorithms. Are you guys even serious with your work? You'll never ever out do Safaricom ever with those services. You are a disappointment. V.Poor customer services.
