Dear sir my airtel postpaid no [protected] this is postpaid connection in airtel since 10 month my monthly plan is 449+service tax. My previous bills average 550-600, rupees per month but previous 2 month bill is very excess[protected]/- before 2 month i have received a sms that you are eligible for internet free data 10 gb extra i have claim by airtel aap and add 10gb data at a time in my airtel account. After this instance i have use internet flash sms on screen when i remove/click on this flash sms i have received 2-3 sms for value added service activate on your mobile no i have called customer care at a time and request for deactivation for value added service and remove my charge but this value add service charges add on my monthly mobile bill i have many time call in customer care and request for blocked value added service on my number but not serious customer care assistance plz help me and remove value added service charges in my bill amount. I have payable only 449+service tax among only

    Hi, i have registered the request to convert my mobile number [protected] from post-paid to pre-paid on 10th jun 2017 still it is not converted though i have provided all relevant documents and paid the bills. I have taken all follow-up with airtel gallary person but no luck. They keep telling me that no response from upper authority and because of some system error it is not happening. I have raised the complaint number 77212223 but no luck and complaint is in waiting status. I tried my best and even paid the last bill with extra amount but still no luck. Hence left with filing this consumer complaint. Could you please take a look?

      I recharged my mobile for rs 349 pack on jun 11 th. This pack contains unltd local &std calls.1 gb /day for 28 days but last one week i didn't get data. If i check my data balance, it shows"you do not have a data pack on this account". Please look into this and resolve asap. I hurted a lot because of this issue from airtel. Even though lot of network came the less price plan, we still in airtel so kindly understand this.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      My cell number [protected]. I am being harrassed by one source called "VK-Quikrr" by sending me unwanted/unncessary calls and sms messages regarding some purchase or payment to be made since last 3 days. On the first day we could talk to them and requested them to discontinue this practice. But then they hid the phone number . Please try to block this party from contacting me and help us from gretting harassed. I seek your cooperation. Please confirm either to my cell number or on my e-mail i.d. [protected]@yahoo.com.

        I have ported my mobile no [protected] from idea to airtel, because of problem in internet services. I regretfully like to inform that they are charging me for the 4g data, but they are providing me simple internet speed since the date of portability 22nd june 2017. Today they have stopped the service and i am unable to use internet on my phone. After so many requests they are not taking it seriously. Please understand my problem and take a serious notice

          My airtel no. Is [protected]. I have paid an advance rental for 3 months. Airtel has blocked my outgoing despite taking three months advance rental fee. The service provider has no interaction mechanism between sales and billing department. To increase the customer they come up with schemes like advance rental, but fail to live up on the promise. What benefit is advance rental to the customer if we have to call every month to get the service reactivated.

            My self mr manish jadhav mobile paid my month airtel bill of rs 3959 online when i was paying bill online it showed me unsuccessful for three times and the amount was deducted from my bank account for three times and it was deposited to airtel.

            You have refunded the amount of rs 7918 as you send receipt of it but the amount actually was not credited to my account every time i call the customer care i have to tell full story to them. But solution nobody is giving. I have send you the statement of 16th may 2017 by mail.
            I am the platinum member of air since years together but i have to call for this matter everyday it is really headache for me.

            I am trying since one month for my money that is pending with you. No one is giving satisfying answers and no one is taking initiative for refunding my money. It is near about rs. 8000. Why are you not crediting to my account can any one explaining me. I have not paid my airtel bill last month.
            Now the call are coming if you not pay the bill we will disconnect. I think thats what you want if i dont pay bill you will disconnect the connection so that the amount pending with airtel you can ear yourself.

            Now i have send mail just for formality one call will come from airtel to show that we are caring and he will explain i have forwarded it to my official they will contact you and thats it no call nothing. One message will come we trying to contact you but you are not reacheble finish agin i have to send mail. This is going on since one month pass.

              Its horrible and disgusting that airtel no. [protected] having main balance as 400 rs and 399 plan showing in best offer in airtel app as well as in msg and 121 msg but not able to subscribe or recharge. Its very disgusting. The money as balance was earlier utilized. Keeping the balance why i waste another 399 rupee. So please airtel may give the activtation of this plan earliest and confirm it. Really don't want to use airtel services. Very careless of customer. Accord priority. For airtel appriarate authority.

                I am not getting 4g speed. At the time of connection company offer me 4g data as per post pay plan. But i m not getting speed. I am getting only 15-20 kbps speed less than 2g speed. Kindly reply me about ur commitments. Otherwise i will able to pay bill.

                      Recently, I received a mail from One Assist on 19th June, 2017 that my claim has been approved as BER and asked me to provide hard copies of Cover Note, Original Mobile Purchase Invoice and Cancelled Cheque for settlement of claim and transferring payment into my Bank A/c.

                      I couriered all the documents through Courier and the same has been delivered by Courier Company to One Assist on 22nd June, 2017. But till now i haven't received any payment in my Account nor any update from One Assist or Airtel.

                      I am attaching all the documents for your reference. Please resolve the problem.

                      I doubt airtel customer service handling. Whether Airtel checks its email or not. I had already sent mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 25th june, 2017 describing the whole problem in detail but received no reply from airtel till now.

                        I took the internet broadband connection from airtel for my home with the tariff of rs 599 per month with 20gb data limit with the speed of 8 mbps but before making the agreement the sales person ashwin told me that that he will provide me 8 mbps speed with unlimited data and i took the video of him making this deal and even have all the phone conversations with him
                        After the connection was installed he stopped taking my calls and even customer care said this is not possible

                            My friends have suggested me to move to airtel from reliance bcz of network issue. So i requested for mnp.. On 22nd june 2017, the network of old sim disconnected and i inserted new airtel sim and i did 59059. After that till now i'm not receiving any calls.. I tried calling 121 but its waste of time.. So i put online complaint on airtel website.. And i visited airtel store 5 times a day each till now. Still now no incoming calls from airtel numbers.. You may check my number: [protected]. While calling to my number it says number does not exist. Here my simple question to airtel: 1) do airtel provides no incoming calls for mnp customers? 2) i'm a bussines men i have to attend so many calls every day. Who will bear the loss? 3) no reply no calls for any complaints. Simply close the complaints. Do you really have any concern for customers? 4) let me suggest shall i move to old network?                             Hello mam, how much time will it take to resolve the issue?
                            I have called customer care, they say services are active but if services are active then why I'm not able to receive any call and not able to use SMS service also. When someone from local msg me he is charged as he was charged before.and while calling to my number [protected], it says " number does not exist Please check the number." It seems my no. is partially ported. I visited Airtel Store also but didn't get any solution yet.

                              This complaint is regarding my prepaid mobile number [protected].

                              I upgraded my old sim for this number to a new 4g sim from an airtel retailer on 24/06/2017. The new sim no. Is[protected]u.

                              The old sim has been deactivated but the new sim has not been activated yet even though more than 24 hours have passed.

                              Please activate the new sim immediately. My talktime and internet balances are going to expire soon which i am not able to use.

                              The number is tied to bank accounts which means i am missing out on important notifications.

                                I wnet to airtel stores in paradise circle, secunderabad on june 20, 2017 for aadhar link. I was told by your mr. Rajan to convert my sim to local hyderabad sim as my sim is gujarat state (Bharuch, purchased in december 2015. I paid him rs.25 for local hyderabad sim. He gave local sim to be activated after getting message. I got message on june 24, 2017. I inserted local sim on june 25, 2017 and called airtel using 59059. Lady said to know my balance to switch off afetr 15 minutes and check balance. When i checked balance it showed balance:0. With gujarat sim there was balance about rs.25 (Rs.24. Paise). Senior citizen i do not remember paise.
                                Please look into this. If sim is changed to local balance gets deducted. Please look into this and adjust balance as i am a retired person, senior citizen. Please reply me. My email id:[protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no.[protected].

                                      Myself karthik, airtel mobile number [protected], i have moved to saudi for a project and i didn't use my number for a months time. After i recognize that, it was too late they deactivated the number. It was deactivated on 7 jun 2017, i went back to them around 10jun. I have send lots of mails to [protected]@airtel.com. But the response which i got is they require my presence in their store to activate my number, which is impossible i can't book ticket to india to get my sim active.
                                      I have asked to provide better solution, but till date they repeat the same lines. I am completely fed up with this, i am need of that number. Request any one to help in this regards.
