I had recharge 349 plan on 1118th june 2017 2017 as per terms & conditions given on website "4g handsets with 4g sim : unlimited local & std a2a mobile calls with 1gb data per day.
A day before i spoke to the customer care representative and he said if you recharge you will get this offer. So i recharged it. Now today is wednesday and my balance is zero and i my internet connection is suspended by airtel.
A week before i recharged with 36 rs. And i didn't even get the internet pack and the balance got over in 1 days time.
Jio is 100times better atleast they are not cheating us.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
