Here is very bad network and no 4g lte. I port my idea sim to airtel so that i could get better network and 4g lte but airtel have more poor conditions than idea. I[censored] guys gona fix it than i will use airtel otherwise i have to search others network. U want me to write down more in complane. Very bad experience. I[censored] guys r not gona fix it within some dayd then im gona use reliance jio. Thats tge best network connection and best 4g lte, awesome experience with jio

    Hi,

    Am facing worst/no network/signal connectivity with airtel in btm 1st stage, bangalore. Despite of numerous calls to customer care and raising number of complaints towards the problem resolution there is no action on the complaints raised.
    Everytime we call to customer care regarding the issue they say they will escalate the request and get it resolved quickly. Till now no resolution and the when tracking the complaint numbers they are already closed saying the issue is resolved.
    This is really frustrating to pay so much for monthly postpaid plan without absolutely getting any signal at all.
    We use 3 airtel connections at home with the worst signal problems and worst customer service every faced and will have to wait for couple more days and will switch over another network provider if this case is going to continue.

      It was ported on 28th midnight and till now not got sim from company.
      Bought sim from another Airtel store but its still not activated.
      Its 4 days and I don't have access to my phone number.

        Dsl account no. [protected]. Is not able to provide bandwidth more than 2 mbps since the time of installation. Whereas your committed sped is 16 mbps. Complaint no sr82768932 has been closed without our confirmation. Your engineers and team leaders have no clue of the issue.

        It was after your appellate and nodal officers were involved in problem solving. Now even they have stopped answering to emails. Esupport / enterprise / 121 / nodal all are unable to support.

        This was after my previous connection was asked to be disconnected by your team as you cannot migrate it to dsl from voice sr80243472

        Hope someone listens or else i would be forced to disconnect my isdn pri, 53 mobiles and 4 dsl from airtel.

        Please share the details here in public. There is no communication from your side after a formal mail on 2nd June .

        There is no resolution from Airtel. No one from Airtel has the courtesy to connect with the customers. I am sending 4 - 5 mails daily to Appellate / Nodal/ 121 / Airtel Presence / Enterprise / E-supporrt but these has been no reply to my mails. My problem still exists.

        This is the worst a customer can expect from a service provider. It would be better if you show your inability to provide basic services so that we disconnect all our connections and move to some other service provider.
        I have recharged my mobile. On DT.26 may 17 of RS 399/- for 70 days including 70 gb data of 4G .but sorry to say balance show zero .when I make call or Internet opening pls solve my problem .thanks I am ur customer for last 5 years.

          Porting is not successful by airtel

          With deep dissatisfaction, i would like to raise this online today!
          I have done a port in to airtel from vodafone but looks like it was a big mistake. The port out was successful on 22nd may but since then my airtel network is working in an off and on mode. And my incoming calls are completely blocked since day 1. I have locked multiple complaints for the same, but have received no updates. And airtel says now i cant even port out...

          Please deactivate my simcard [protected] because my mobile is stolen
          I raised a SR PR[protected] for airtel prepaid services for wrong recharge number.

          And it is not resolved but closed.

          Can you reopen and look into it.

            I'm very disappointed with the pathetic customer service I have received from Airtel. This is regarding the mobile number [protected]. It's a new connection obtained in Bangalore, It has been more than 2 weeks since it was activated but till today neither I can make calls or receive calls. They say it's a technical problem and it will be fixed but it has not been done. The manager who is handling this is Vinay and his number is [protected]. I must have called him over 100 times and messaged him more than 50 times but the problem has not been fixed and I cannot use the number. It's a shame that this kind of customer service is being provided. Vinay in fact said I can go ahead and complain to anyone including TRAI and post my complaint any where I want and nobody will care. But a bill has been generated for the period where my number has not been working.

            I'm really fed up. Either fix the problem right away or disconnect the number and refund me the initial charges. I will take the business somewhere else.

                There is an Airtel junction box in front of our house for the last 15 years. Every day there will be people to do some repair and I have beared the difficulty. Now I am altering the house and the junction box is blocking the two wheeler entry into the house. I spoke to the people who come to work in the box and they told it will be removed. Every time they tell that it will be removed, they have not removed it yet.

                Location of the junction box: 976, 17th Main, 7th Cross, BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore-560076

                This is the first step in trying to remove the junction box. If it is not removed, then I will try other options. The box can be moved to the end of the road, where it does not cause any inconveinience to anyone. Even if the box is moved 1 feet away, I am fine with that.

                The case is still not resolved. I got a call from Airtel and they mentioned that the junction box will be shifted in next 10 days. But it is already 26th June and there is zero progress and is in the same state.
                The airtel guys who visited the spot mentioned that I can lock the junction box if it is not shifted in next 10 days.
                Should I lock the junction box as accepted earlier?

                I do not wish to remember the airtel service team again and expect it will be removed in next 2 days.

I lost my mobile today morning hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK the above stated Sim cards ASAP.

                      I have ported my number from Tata docomo to Airtel, and after successfully poring out, I am unable to receive incoming calls at my number. Whoever call me at my number showing "You should have dialed an Incorrect number" I am fed up with the problem. Please resolve this asap.

                          Hi this is manikandan and am using airtel past 12+ years. Im facing trouble doing in outgoing calls and sms not working in my handset [iphone 5s] past 1 month.

                          After i contact customer care and airtel care. They have helped me to try the following options

                          1. I had turned off mobile data and changed network to manual. It wont work
                          2. I have changed my old to new sim with same mobile number. It wont work
                          3. I have tried to use different handset to did call to all my contacts. It wont work
                          4. I have removed my airtel sim and inserted different airtel sim and tried calling its working fine no problem with different sim and my handset
                          5. I move different location and tried call wont work

                          Full signal strength and rs. 40 + mobile talk time balance and no sim damage. Only works incoming calls and 121 & 198 outgoing calls.

                          Even i tried to mnp. This required me to sent sms to 1900. That is also not possible right now.

                          My only worry i have lots of people and shared my contact. I register my number in bank and gas office. Most of my documents i mentioned this is my primary number.

                          I dont want to loss this. Can you do something and solve this issue? Im getting more disappointed about airtel. This is my worst experience in airtel.

                            Am not satisfied with airtel because very frustrated with your services.. Even when i logged the issue i got message from airtel and saying like it will fix with in 48 hours and now almost over 10 days, again called customer care and they said issue escalated, notes added and it will fix with in one-day or else airtel representative will call directly to my number and update the status but now almost three days i didn't get response,, finally yesterday i called customer care and they are responding like no notes available and no escalation happened and they are okay to surrender all my 7 post paid connection..

                            Issue reff message : reference no. 76454772 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 24-may-2017 23:29. The same will be closed in next 2 days. For status update, sms sr (Ref. No.) to 121

                            Every time i called customer care for the due amount and all those things reason i am not able to add this number to Airtel App beacause cant receving OTP for authenticate.

                            The message was recevied by "24-MAY-2017 23:29." till its not resolved and i call customer care for knowing the status for the ref number and one guy said it has been escalated and it will solve with in 24hrs and he said airtel person will call me to my number for confirmation but still i didnt get any call as of now. i ask them add Note on the Ref number 76454772 like i have two more numbers having same billing DUE date will be "30th May 2017" once the issue resolved then only i will pay the bill and he said its noted.

                            Yesterday(01 June 2017) i called customer care again and ask the status but they are saying no notes available for the REF # 76454772.

                            and i asked the precedure for Disconnect and surrender forall the seven(7) number for my account and he has given mail HYPERLINK "mailto:ID%[protected]@in.airtel.com"ID:[protected]@in.airtel.com and said will get reply with in 4 hours and I sent mail(refer below email) but not get any response still now for this issue also, And not even asked the reason why am surrender.

                            Am very Frustrated with AIRTEL, when ever we are calling to customer care your recording all those conversation right, so please go thorough it and get to know my patience and pain.

                            Now am ready to deactivate and surrender all those my number from Airtel and plan to change operator.

                            Atleast can i get response this for mail from airtel? if yes ASAP.

                            I can see this word "Payment" more times in your replied email, Airtel intention only customer should pay the bill while if they having issue with Airtel, what an nonsense reply I am getting, Why should I pay the bill without fixing the issues? its not make sense.

                            Airtel :"we have already reversed the late payment fee this one time and the amount of Rs. 125/- + Service tax Rs. 18.76/- has been credited to your account on 31st May 2017"

                            Veda[protected] : This looks like your understanding with my account, above the charges is an late payments? what you peoples think about customers and this is the services you peoples provided? cant you know late payments charge will comes Rs.125. feel very same with you Airtel. for you am saying that amount for only for Value Added services and now revised.

                            I have raised Four complaints : Reference no. 76454772 : Mobile#[protected]
                            1.SMS services not working:

                            Logged the issue by "24 May 2017" and previously requested to customer care in oral conversation which I had issue with Message sending and receiving, for this issue I cant make any transaction for banking and other services for cant able to receive OTP and others.: Not yet Resolved

                            2.Reverse the amount for Values added services activated to my number.

                            Unknowingly one services was activated to this number and I payed the bill for past two months and while I coming to know then ask AirTel to deactivate and reverse the charge for in the particular billing cycle. : Resolved

                            3.Reverse Lay payment fee.

                            Previously "Airtel Payments Bank" and "Airtel Money" account was blocked for nearly 20 days and i was trying to reactivate but no luck in the Airtel-App and Site, I got response like "Please try agian after 12/24 hours", finally I call the customer care and peoples are replied like "server was down please call after sometimes". Then again i called them nextday and they reactivated my account and pay the bill for last month and then this late fee should not reflect the current bill cycle because its issue with from your end.

                            4.Reverse Lay payment fee another two numbers reason was issue not yet resolved.

                            As I mentioned clearly in the mail and oral communication once's the above issue resolved then only I will pay the current bill for those numbers ([protected], [protected]) because billing date will be on "30th May 2017" and if not then I wont pay the late fee also reason I had issue with another number.

                            if you fix all those issues with the numbers then I can continue with Airtel or else I am ready to disconnect the services from AIRTELwith seven numbers which is my Primary #[protected].

                                My name pritesh. Today on 2nd june i get offer from airtel app which i install in my mobile app show offer that i get 1gb/per day 4 gb data validity 70 days. So go through that recharge and make 244 rs recharge as per offer but i get only 1 gb data. Its very bad that airtel do this with me. 2 month ago i port my number to airtel because i believe that airtel very reputed company. But today i get only 1 gb data...                                     I am having issue with my data services, I have reported multi times to Airtel customer care, sent mail to nodal team, appellate team and 121 team also. The last time have told is something wrong happened with the system and they said they will look into it.

                                    In the meantime, I changed my postpaid plan where they get a chance and said like as the plan got changed we will not be able to see the data update as its a real time update and I should wait upto the next renewal which is today[protected].

                                    Yesterday also again the same issue, when I was having enough amount of data to use (1 GB), it said 100% consumed, then I had chat with customer care and something waste they have told, in that concern I turned of my data.

                                    When today morning I checked my data using my wifi connection, I see 9 GB got updated for 19GB where it is saying 10GB got already consumed where I didn't even switch on my data services.

                                    For the same when I called to customer care, they are saying its a mismatch of data and they will look into it and it will take 2 days to resolve. But, as they say in the last time, from next bill cycle (2nd june) there will be no problems with my data update and usage where I seeing the more worst issue than previous.

                                    When I am paying to them, why should I not have right to use the services?
                                    Why they are not taking serious action on the issue when I am complaining again and again?

                                      Hi this airtel dish customer from past 10 years. Our dish (Customer id [protected]) having problem sone 4-5 days.. I have complaint already bt no visit till date very bad service. I used call everyday in your customer service centre, they just gives a lame answer that today engineer will visit suresh. But no one visit till the date. This is ver very frustrated and bad experience with your services. Please arrange engineer as soon as possible.
