    Respected sir,
    I'm havin a big issue an a big problem regarding my bill an my phone number, there is some guy in your north delhi branch (Deepak sharma) who told me to discounted some amount of mine, but he didn't do that an his now i done my full payment, he suspended my number
    Some o[censored]r staff were also doing same thing towards me they said. Within 24hours my phone connection will be reopen, nw it's 72 hours an above my airtel postpaid connection is still dead, don't do any type of false commitment with any of your customers, so kindly do me the reward asap, i'm facing a big problem towards your false commitment

      I applied for MNP on 27th May 201 from Vodafone to aittel. On 31st of May I received a message from Vodafone that my MNP request has been accepted, Airtel also sent me the message with time and date menrioned for porting that is 31st May 10:01PM. Now my Vodafone Sim has been closed and Airtel didn't activate new one. I am without number now please help

        Recharged with 399 rupees for unlimited calls and 1 gb daily data. As usual airtel sucks, promo not applied and call charges are being deducted from main balance. What the hell is going on.

        Resolve this asap, and i am still wondering why a brand want to earn like this.

          I submitted my passport during mnp from vodafone to airtel.
          But They registered my name wrong. Because of this i cant even mnp to any other operator.
          Airtel is the worst operator i have seen till date.
          And now when i call customer care they are like we cant do anything from here.
          It registered my moms name as my name such a huge mistake by airtel cant be ignored. Airtel is the most irresponsible operator of the country. I cant even connect to customer care executive call automatically gets disconnected when i try to talk to customer care executive.

          My name is Kunal
          I did MNP from vodafone to airtel.
          For which i submitted my passport.
          My card got activated.
          I did televerification for which last 4 digit of my passport serial number was asked.
          Which i entered then it asked for my birth year.
          Which was correct and my sim got verified.
          After that i logged into my airtel app i saw app was showing my mother's name Krishna.
          I called customer care my call dropped almost 20 times. Then i used another number to reach customer care executive it got connected at once.
          I told them the issue, they were like it is registered in your mothers name.
          How is it possible i have given my passport which have my name. All other information like fathers name, date of birth, passport number all are correctly registered except for my first name.
          Airtel's executive must have registered my mothers name as my first name and very that is very irresponsible.

          This was height of irresponsibility.

          I am suffering from same problem as above described, Sim registered with my father name but they mentioned wrong name..
          When i was visited in airtel store for ownership transfer from father name to my name they check ID and said that's not match with the details they incorrect mention my father name. Store was also declined from there hand to rectify the details.. really Airtel service is unsatisfied how can they incorrect name mentioned of owner..
          Totally unsatisfied..
          The name against my Airtel number is incorrect. I sent so many email to Airtel but they are very irresponsible to solve issue. My sim got damage and due to incorrect name I not even able to take new sim due to this issue. I tried to call custer care daily for last 5 days but every time they said we will resolve ur issue in 24 hrs. They don't even bother about issue. Very wrost experience with Airtel service.

            These Airtel company doesn't listens to the customer.
            The way they talk with customers is ridiculous
            I didn't have a proof to show that I had some mbs left for net then too they deducted money from my main balance for internet use.
            When I complained about it they refused to refund my money saying that "100 mb is from 00:00 till 06:00"
            Not atall satisfied!

            Further when I said that y do they show 100 mb left at 23:38 then his answer was same!
            If you are providing service from 00:00 to 06:00 then you shouldn't show us that gifted 100 mb!
            I wish my money will be refunded and my problem will be solved.

              Activation of my suspended number

              My number [protected] was suspended one month ago for the reason additional documents to be submitted. It was a corporate account, while the other number ending 562 was working my number alone was suspended. I and my colleague has visited the Airtel office at Koramangala several times and submitted documents thrice or more and have made several calls. My number is not activated yet. I am the CEO of a company and this has affected my business...

              Hi,

              I had taken international roaming pack from airtel for 10 days. This cost around 2999 + tax. However, they have auto renewed the same and charged me double.
              I have used the service for the first 10 days and have called airtel customer care to disable the service. Customer care executive clearly told me i will not be charged for the next ten days. Please check voice log.
              When i got the bill i was charged double. I mentioned i'm not willing to pay for a service i have not used. They threatened me if i don't pay they will terminate the service. I have been there customer for 15 years. They say their systems autorenewed the policy? Why, i asked for ten days only. Also called and confirmed.

                    Hi, My number is [protected]. I had applied for a Pre-Paid Airtel MNP from Idea. Now, my Idea is disconnected, however I am not able to activate Airtel through 59059. Under networks I am able to see Airtel in the phone. The first time when I called, they said my details are not yet updated and I have to wait. Then after 4 hours I called again but still no details available there. So I have talked with their "Team lead" Mr. Dainik. Dainik talked with me in such a way that details not getting updated is my fault and he was very rude that time but I still wait some time and called again at 6:00 PM today but still no luck this time. My Idea number was disconnected on 30th May 2017 around 11:00 PM and its almost 20 hours but my number is not yet working.

                    I had an telephonic interview today but unfortunately my number was not working so I didn't appear in the interview.

                    Airtel said that they tried many times to contact me but they never called me for my issue. They do nothing in this issue. I have called again and again to Airtel customer support for address verification then finally got a luck. Thank you for your help!

                      Hi all,

                      My citibank credit card ([protected]) was used on 18th may, 2017 to make airtel payment. Since that day i have been sending e-mails to airtel, however they are not responding properly to refund the amount back to my credit card. The fraudulent has used my credit card for inr 1, 00, 000/-, here i am requesting you again please refund my amount, it is really a hug amount for me and it changes my financial state.

                          Sir/madam
                          I m holding a postpaid connection bearing no.[protected]. I was getting a signal problem as when i switch on 4g, i was not able to make calls and person on the other hand received message taht my phone is not reachable. I changed the sim on your advise but problem remain the same as such i generated a porting code for porting my number to jio and cleared all the bill. The executive called me and gave alluring offers to continue the service to which i refused. Porting was refused for non clearing of bill.
                          I again generated the code and again alluring offers were made to which again i refused. I got a confirmation of clearance of bill and due to be paid by you, again porting was refused for non payment of bill.
                          U r knowingly not porting my number which is a serious concern. I have record and history of all messages and telephonic conversation and as such i vl take my grievance to consumer court and prove my case with all evidence in my possession., u r selling the plan with excessive rate and when someone go to other subscriber than you started offering discount and offers. This is against trai rules and regulations. U r liable to pay damages and costs to me for this unfair practices.
                          This is the worst experience with airtel.

                            Double payment of bill

                            I'm nasira. I'm using airtel postpaid card. On may 31st i have paid my bill of rs 229 through my airtel app. The transaction was successful but it was not updated. So i thought it as some error and tried again. Again the transaction was done successfully. After that only i checked for my sbi account balance and found that the money was deducted twice and a total of about 458 rs was reduced. So please do me the favour and return my money to...

                              Airtel services are getting poor, pathetic service. We made them payment on time but managers or high level people are so unresponsive that they hardly care about mail dropped to them or even if we mark our complain.

                                Sir, i recharge rs 54 trans id [protected], for special offer of data in my mobile no [protected], where in it was stated as 500 mb data for 28 days. I recharged on 24/05/2017. But where it was not clearly stated that data will be served in two slots one for 300mb and other for 200mb. The first one data has to be extinguished within 7 days other wise it will not be aided with second one to get this facility. I have been suffering this kind of deficiency of services for three consecutive months. It is nothing but a cheating on the part of airtel mobile offer for my number.
                                Under the above, i request authority to take the matter seriously otherwise i will be compel to knock at the door of consumer court for misinformation, and deficiency of services if my deducted data for three consecutive months is not compensated.                                   I choose airtel connection in year 2016. In August 2016 I have connected to airtel from 1st of august 2016.

                                  Since day 2 of connection I was facing connection loss and speed issue for which I logged complaint.

                                  Since than connection was not working properly and I logged complaint many times. Finally I made disconnection request to customer care

                                  But customer care executive did not perform the action and my connection was still on. Also the executive assured me that you billing will be stopped which was not. I again logged connection disconnection request

                                  Still my connection was not disconnected. After 1-2 month I again logged complain than the connection was disconnected, but till than my meter of billing cycle was on as customer care executive did not stop the billing on the complain made in 27th or 30th of August.

                                  2-3 months back I received a call from customer care executive stating that you have pending bill of 1500. I mentioned that I have already made disconnection request and provided her reference ID. Since than I do not receieve any word from your executives in any form

                                  I paid 1000rs to connection agent and he said that it will be adjusted in your bill.

                                  Main problem is that I am now shifting my address and Airtel connection line and Modem is still kept at my old address. I would request you that please as them to pickup that modem and disconnect the line till 15 of june before my shifting else I will not be responsible for any theft or lost of airtel property.
