Sir/madam
I m holding a postpaid connection bearing no.[protected]. I was getting a signal problem as when i switch on 4g, i was not able to make calls and person on the other hand received message taht my phone is not reachable. I changed the sim on your advise but problem remain the same as such i generated a porting code for porting my number to jio and cleared all the bill. The executive called me and gave alluring offers to continue the service to which i refused. Porting was refused for non clearing of bill.
I again generated the code and again alluring offers were made to which again i refused. I got a confirmation of clearance of bill and due to be paid by you, again porting was refused for non payment of bill.
U r knowingly not porting my number which is a serious concern. I have record and history of all messages and telephonic conversation and as such i vl take my grievance to consumer court and prove my case with all evidence in my possession., u r selling the plan with excessive rate and when someone go to other subscriber than you started offering discount and offers. This is against trai rules and regulations. U r liable to pay damages and costs to me for this unfair practices.
This is the worst experience with airtel.

The amount was cut twice from my bank account for my last recharge worth of 300 rupees. I ended paying 400. Please look into this immediately

    Double payment of bill

    I'm nasira. I'm using airtel postpaid card. On may 31st i have paid my bill of rs 229 through my airtel app. The transaction was successful but it was not updated. So i thought it as some error and tried again. Again the transaction was done successfully. After that only i checked for my sbi account balance and found that the money was deducted twice and a total of about 458 rs was reduced. So please do me the favour and return my money to...

      Airtel services are getting poor, pathetic service. We made them payment on time but managers or high level people are so unresponsive that they hardly care about mail dropped to them or even if we mark our complain.

      Our fault is we have been using airtel in office // mobile no // data plan... It's almost we make them inr 50000 as overall monthly.. Still they have no importance for their clients.

        Sir, i recharge rs 54 trans id [protected], for special offer of data in my mobile no [protected], where in it was stated as 500 mb data for 28 days. I recharged on 24/05/2017. But where it was not clearly stated that data will be served in two slots one for 300mb and other for 200mb. The first one data has to be extinguished within 7 days other wise it will not be aided with second one to get this facility. I have been suffering this kind of deficiency of services for three consecutive months. It is nothing but a cheating on the part of airtel mobile offer for my number.
        Under the above, i request authority to take the matter seriously otherwise i will be compel to knock at the door of consumer court for misinformation, and deficiency of services if my deducted data for three consecutive months is not compensated. Pranab banerjee, debagram.

          I choose airtel connection in year 2016. In August 2016 I have connected to airtel from 1st of august 2016.

          Since day 2 of connection I was facing connection loss and speed issue for which I logged complaint.

          Since than connection was not working properly and I logged complaint many times. Finally I made disconnection request to customer care

          But customer care executive did not perform the action and my connection was still on. Also the executive assured me that you billing will be stopped which was not. I again logged connection disconnection request

          Still my connection was not disconnected. After 1-2 month I again logged complain than the connection was disconnected, but till than my meter of billing cycle was on as customer care executive did not stop the billing on the complain made in 27th or 30th of August.

          2-3 months back I received a call from customer care executive stating that you have pending bill of 1500. I mentioned that I have already made disconnection request and provided her reference ID. Since than I do not receieve any word from your executives in any form

          I paid 1000rs to connection agent and he said that it will be adjusted in your bill.

          Main problem is that I am now shifting my address and Airtel connection line and Modem is still kept at my old address. I would request you that please as them to pickup that modem and disconnect the line till 15 of june before my shifting else I will not be responsible for any theft or lost of airtel property.

              It's really unfortunate for a company like airtel to cheat it's customers on new plan and offers. My friend is getting Rs. 399 plan, but I am not getting that offer. It's really cheating. Got frustrated by airtel. Moving out of airtel is the decision i took.
              Giving best offers only few people will not make your network stable in the market. Where your competitors like Jio, Vodafone even BSNL is giving best offers compared to airtel in the market.

                    Hi, This is Arvind Kumar a regular customer o[censored]r service. On 25-May-2017 I had recharged Rs 155/- pack of Internet at another mobile no.[protected] by online Airtel Account and payment done by Debit Card which I was informed as unsuccessful recharge by my Airtel account and they also assured the debited amount ll be refunded within 3-4 working days to my bank account so I recharged the same amount twice on the same day as per my urgent need .But after 5 days no money is refunded to my account so I registered a complaint against ICICI for the debited amount. And today(31/05/2017) the ICICI informed me that the two time recharge of 155 & 120/ was unsuccessful by ur Airtel customer. then and my wife spoke to the customer care executive day before yesterday and today was well and got the assurance again but nothing done so far. Ref. no. CONRC[protected]…..Transaction Reference No.: [protected]….Rs. 155 on 25-May-2017.

                        I use 2 sims of airtel, i have made payment of 2300 to the second sim instead of the first one. I have raised a ticket by calling 121 on 26th april, but till now i have not received my money back. Some times they say they have sent me a cheque, but i have not received any. This is very unsatisfactory and poor service ever from airtel to their loyal customer like me from years. You are not able to pay me back my money which came to you incorrectly. I am thinking of porting my number to some other network and not recommend airtel to anyone going forward. I need a resolution for this asap and get back my money.

                          Hi,
                          I've ported my number to Airtel, believing the services to get better. But getting a bitter taste of it from day1. Airtel doesn't activate my SIM even after 28 hours. I've visited the Airtel Store 3 times last day(Kondapur, Hyderabad) all they could do is give a proper smile to the customer, but not resolve my issue and neither provide a proper update(this irked me more). I feel let down by the service and promptness of Airtel. This is really pathetic.

                                Sir/madam, received a call from no.[protected] introducing himself from sbi manager stating that my atm card will deactivate on 30.05.17 so in order to reactivate he asked the card number for verification, soonafter a text came.. Thank you for using your sbi debit card 622xx9476 for a purchase worth rs24999.0 on pos [protected] at airtelmoney txn# 155281. So please cancel the delivery because the disputed purchase not order by me but from fraud person/ agency. Pls refund the amount.

                                  Idea to Airtel postpaid ported & sim activated get the signals everything and two days l lost the mobile so visited Airtel store in Mysore and get new duplicate sim they informed it's activates in 4hours but not get signals two to three days waited and called customer care they informed it's activeted​ but is there sim issues go and get another sim so again I visited Airtel store get the duplicate sim they same insert after 4 hours you will get network but insert and checked no network changed another mobiles also inserted no not get network so I called Airtel customer care they are informed it's active everything why network it's not appear don't know we also in 24 hours again again im calling day by day they informing same thing past 15 days to still not solved my problem it's using for business purposes so I got lots of problems.

                                    No network, no internet, call drops, no response or action taken on n number of issues raised. Ticket gets closed automatically and no change in the situation, my last step would be to change the operator. Vodafone works very well here in this place.
                                    Like the boosters be installed in the location. Issue is the same for every one with airtel.

                                      According to airtel there was a offer for my number in "airtel my offers" and the offer is 70 days 70 gb on rs. 244/- recharge. But the offer did on reflect on recharging the same today 30.05.2017 6.29 pm. I would like to question a world class brand like airtel - why do you want to earn in such a way by showing false offers and this the cheap nature/ cheating nature which is not expected from any of your thrust worthy customers.
