Dear concerned i am not able to make voice calls or either access the internet on my airtel no : [protected].

I am a resident of e 51, karampura, new delhi. I called up on 6th june 2017 at 1500 hours to 198 to my surprise the executive was not at all ready to take complaint against my network problem.

Once being insisted to make me speak to his senior he kept the call on hold and afterwards disconnected the call.

Seriously airtel is going to take the network issue seriously else within next few months the vodafone would be forced to close its operations in india,

      Team,

      Its been 10 days since i have been calling airtel, each day they tel me to wait for 24 hours to waive off the extra 300rs which has been charged.
      I need to pay my airtel bill.
      I did not know people in customer care lie as well.
      I found that only on 3rd june they actually took the complaint.
      Now i call them every day to send me the revised bill and they ask to wait 24hours always.

      Every one in customer care division is speaking no sense.

      I need a resolution in a day.
      I also see there is no service on my mobile right now.

      whats happening to airtel?

      I can't receive calls. Why did they cut incoming also???
      Even if it credit limit is reached incoming cannot be cut isn't it ?

        Two weeks before i received a call from airtel customer service and new broad band connection. I told that there is no service at my locality (Morrison street-alandur chennai), but they told that now they are providing the service. Again i asked them check with our technical team confirm again. They called me again and confirmed yes it is there and asked me to provide the documents. Next day, executive came and collected documents with cheque for inr 500.
        On fourth day, i got message asking for 5 more days. On the seventh day they sent me a mail and mail that no service is feasible. Then i mailed to nodal officer in mean time again i got a call from banglore and asking for the concern and they registered compliant (No[protected] and i got message stating the compliant reference number for my land line no [protected] (No connection but got land line no). Again i wrote to nodal officer and they called me for inconvenience caused... Then i asked for documents but no answer... Very bad experience... Airtel is loosing their customer dute to other service providers... Reputed companies are not bothered of retaining/gaining the customers... I think they should remember about nokia...

          Airtel is selling my number details to the third party for business purpose. Today i.e. 6/6/2017 I got a call from[protected] from idea mobile asking me to port to idea network. When I insisted how they got the number they all saying all rubbish stories that they got from net server. Is Airtel servers pron to hack and take the customer detials or Airtel is selling the data for just to earn money.
          And the saddest thing is the airtel customer care does no connect only have to hear the recorded message.

            Its pathetic the way airtel treats customer, data services not working for last 3 days.. 1st excuse i was given was some network issue in delhi/ ncr, when told i'm not even in that circle i was told that airtel network is having issues. While i was being given these lies, my friend sitting right next to me was merrily watching cricket match on his airtel phone!
            When i pointed this i was given another lie - i was told that my network settings are being refreshed and i will need to reinsert my sim card and wait for 4 hours for data services to be active!!!
            Out of options i complied, however data services are still not working even after three days. And this is when i'm on a rs. 1499/-plan!!!
            And when i called yesterday, i was told that on this plan i was entitled for a 10 gb data (5 gb under plan +5gb additional for iphone plan) however due to some technical issue my data has been stopped after consumption of 5 gb and i need to change my data plan!! If this was the case why the customer service executives were lying!! So much for being a loyal customer!!

            Its pathetic and unfortunate that you guys manage business in such an unprofessional manner!

                I have converted my phone from post-paid to pre-paid. I was informed that in 24 hours post paid will automatically get converted to pre-paid and i just need to change the sim and services will be resumed immediately and automatically.

                However this has not happened and they told me to wait for 4 hours without service and the customer care was too rude to respond and was not at all ready to listen despite me telling her how important my phone working is.

                This behavior is not expected from a reputed company like you and despite being a loyal customer of the brand, i am highly disappointed.

                  I have changed my broadband plan about 2 months ago which required a change of my modem which was promised to me within 15 days and obviously hasn't happened in 2 months. Which means i have to pay a bill for something i haven't even used yet. They have charged me for the modem (Without installing it) and are charging me for the services without me being able to use. This complaint is my last resort. After this complaint i would like to go to a consumer court and possibly sue airtel directly for charging me with services but have not made the facilities available for me to enjoy them.

                    When i port out my number vodafone to airtel sales person took the 250 rs
                    As a activation fee and said this amount will be deduct in your first bill.

                    And also deduct this amount from rs 250 my first bill.

                    But this amount again add my second bill.

                    So need justice for that. Why making fool us

                      I have ask for porting of my airtel number from tamilnadu circle to karnataka circle from my existing postpaid to postpaid. But you have done it from postpaid to prepaid without my knowledge. And den when i asked for the reason dey said sorry the arc in ayappa nagar, krpuram area.
                      Now i have requested for prepaid to postpaid dey are not doing it from last 5 days. Customer care says we havent received your request earlier. And after 5 days they saying they need more 48 hrs.
                      Really frustrated, is there any sensible person who can help me out.

                        I requested my airtel line to be disconnected because of frequent complaints and the airtel technical team was not able to solve it permanently. Inspite of giving 3 years of time, airtel was not able to rectify frequent disconnection problem. I called up airtel and asked them to disconnect my line effective 5th april 2017. I got a call from retention team on 6th april and offering me various benefits to retain me as a customer, as i dont default and pay my bills ontime. But, i opted for other broadband connection, which i told to the retention team clearly and asked to disconnect the line immediately. They have not disconnected the line until april 22 2017, and asking me to pay for those days. It is absolute cheating by airtel and by doing this they have proved that it is a cheap, cheat and non reliable company. I was very upset with the way the bill is charged.

                          Hello There,

                          I have done a pre-paid mobile recharge for 146 rupees at 11:13 AM on[protected]. Amount is debited from account but the service is not activated. I tried reaching the customer care over phone but not able to get to the customer care executive as i am kept looping in Interactive Voice Message System. Finally hung up. I have made a complaint against the same issue with Airtel but not received any response even after a day. Please resolve the issue.

                            Hi, i have been applied for airtel broadband connections. I have submitted all the necessary documents on 30/5/17 and paid the activation charge of 500rs through online on 1/6/17. But unfortunately the connection is not available for my area as the connection is full here. So i requested refund from them. They said to visit online refund option they are asking for airtel bank account number. But im not having airtel bank account what should i do for that?

                            Are you still working to provide me the connection??? I did not get any further updates regarding that. If not please atleast refund my money. I thought that airtel service will be best. But now its being worser.
                            Hello, Mr.Rakesh Kumar, as you said that you are looking into my problem and to provide me a connection. I hoped you and waited for that till now. If I called your customer care regarding my query. After getting all the details and once they came to know that the connection is not yet given they are breaking the phone inbetween while speaking after told to hold up in the line. Is this a response i need to get for being waited silently regarding your post. I[censored] cant provide me the connection atleast please refund my money in my respective bank account.

                              I have paid the bill for the month of april 17 on may 21 /17 for rs 845 through online payment in the airtel website. But unfortunately before i cud save the transaction id the power went off as it was raining heavily on that day. But the amt was being debited from my account immediately and i have the sms and bank statement regarding that. But the airtel ppl are harassing me so much from that by calling continuously and msging to pay the bill. I ve submitted the copy of my bank statement to the nearest airtel outlet and also have sent it to the billing dept to the i'd they have given. But still they say the amt has not been recd and have cut the outgoing call facility. Pl suggest a suitable solution for the mental harassment they are giving by making me run around to their office daily and answer to all their calls. It spoils the whole day.

                                My account number [protected] has block plz help me. I cant recharge i cant sent money in bank account airtel bank account its so many problem please help me problem start date is 5 june 2017 i have load balance in state bank of India debit cards 100 rupees there after i am recharge in Vodafone number in West Bengal state of 30 rupees in morning 9 a.m thear after my account block.

                                  For 1 year dummy component was added in the bill... Every month assures next month it will not be added but still gets added... Past 2 months am following for waiver but tillnow not processed... False promises made by floor supervisor... Presently the amount which needs to be waived off is even more than two times my actual bill... Everytime ticket is raised and after few days ticket will get closed but the complaunt will not get addressed... Every month this is the same story... Feed up with airtel... Will switch to other service provider very soon...

                                        I have not activated what ever you call as celebrity wellness mall. And you have been deducting amount from my account without my knowledge. I see now a reason why people are switching over to Jio. My mobile number is [protected] (Pre-Paid).
                                        Refund the amount that has been deducted for this untold service. I would need an an answer to why do you initiate a service without the knowledge of your customer.
