Airtel sim issues.

I was not getting any network. Called the customer care at 121, they advised me to change sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone slot. I reveied a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After restarting i got the network for 2-3 min and again getting a "no service" message. What is the issue. Why do i have to keep running around repeatedly....

Complaining about the porting service

I have opted for Porting my Number [protected] from idea to Airtel. I had received my UPC and it got successfully processed on 9-May-2017. I received an sms saying my Porting will take place on 22-May-2017 . Network Issues

Airtel team is cheating by asking customers to port to airtel giving wrong information

I got a call from Airtel and they asked me to port saying Rs 299/- plan which includes 1020 minutes Local + STD and 1 GB data for 4G handsets.

Once i ported they have given only 1020 minutes. And dont see the data. When I call them they are saying tha offer was there early not now and cheating.

Not able to switch back to 2g network on iphone in airtel.

I am not able to switch to 2g network on airtel in iphones. While i am able to switch to 2g network on vodafone, idea, bsnl, etc...

This results in a huge battery drain. Few days ago airtel purposely pushed a carrier update in my mobile due to which i am not able to switch back to 2g network.

In other networks like vodafone, idea, etc.. User have the option to select between 2g/3g/4g networks in iphone....
