    MNP no incoming after porting

    I ported from docomo to airtel and my old sim have stopped working... Airtel sim can only make outgoing calls but incoming is blocked. On calling customer care they say sim is activated but actually it's of no use if i can not get any calls. When any one call me they hear that this number is not in service. Message incoming is also blocked. I am very frustrated as i might miss important calls for this....

    I have used my ICICI Bank credit card on 31.05.2017 to pay the Monthly bill of my postpaid airtel mobile no.[protected] for Rs.517.00.Although my card a/c was debited on 31.05.2017 but I regret to note that the same is yet to liquidate the outstanding balance of my Mobile bill a/c. I would like to inform you that till such time no reverse entry in my Card a/c is being observed. As a result I am unable to understand what should I do at this stage.
    Kindly look into this and sort out the Issue immediately.

          The amount is debited to my bank account, but till date the recharge plan is not activated to my mobile number.

            Rs399 recharge was done for 56 days but now after 28 days says it got expired

            If its for 28 days, then why doing recharge it was shown as 56 days

            Earlier we used to get messages stating, 70 days has been revised to 56 days but no where it is mentioned as "again revised to 28 days"

              I have port my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel from airteloutlet1 store, nilje, dombivli, dist: thane, i received an msg from airtel to switch my network to airtel on 29th may'2017, after insert your airtel sim the network bar its not showing, todays is third day they have change 3sim card to active my number but story is same, today only 4g net is working, no outgoing and incoming calls, no 2g and 3g network activated, i am fed up to do continuously follow up but there is no progress, i have lost my business because of this issue, i want to claim for this.

                Few days ago I have recharged my number [protected] with 399 in which I was supposed to receive 1GB 4G data per day but I am receiving 3G data only. I am using it on OnePlus 3 phone which is 4G and I have set the data settings as 4G also. But I am receiving only 3G signals everywhere in the whole city. On my other airtel number 4G services are working very fine.

                I have attached the screenshots of my phone in which you can clearly see that I have all the settings which are needed for 4G internet but it is still showing H+ signal only.

                So this is my humble request to you that please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                  Hi,

                  I applied for broadband connection and i got a call from[protected] claiming as from airtel on 25th may 2017 and promised me to give the connection in 3 days. They asked me for some documents and i provided the documents on the same day. But till now i didn't get any response from them. Even i am calling them daily 2 times from monday (29th may) and they are keep on telling that technician will visit before 6 o clock. I have lost my patience now. I also tried calling them today (1st june) but nobody is picking the call.

                    This is prathima, i am airtel internet from last 3 yrs. Land line number is[protected]
                    From last 1 month i have raise 3 request for the issue of internet disconnectivity.
                    Each time you guys took 5-6 days to resolve.

                    Last wednesday i. E on 24th may, i have raised another request with internet issue.
                    Thursday i. E 25th may i got a call from a executive asking for what is the issue and what is the address. He conveyed he will come in 20 min and never turned in.

                    On friday i got a call again asking for the same info,.. Same with him.. He never turned in.

                    Friday i called the customer care to cancel the connectivity, executive conveyed that they will arrange a call back and the request id is[protected].
                    There was no call back

                    On monday i called the customer case and they conveyed that my cancelation request is initiated. And i don't have to call back again to cancel the connection.

                    I also conveyed that i will make the due payment by 31st may which is the last date of payment and get free from your # services you are providing.

                    Tuesday i. E 30th may i received a message that issue is resolve, i again called the customer care, to know which issue is resolved.

                    Your executives (Aparna) have conveyed,
                    1. The request i have raised on 24th was resolved and was resolved by chanikya.
                    None of the executives visited to resolve the issue.
                    2. There is no request raised for cancellation of request.
                    So on 29th may the executive who has spoken has provided wrong information to me.
                    3. Call back will be arranged and the request id is[protected]

                    I need explanation for these 2 points,.
                    1. Why ticket is closed with out resolving.
                    2. Why you guys are providing wrong information.

                    Now a cancelation request is placed again on 30th may and i had to pay the rentals till 30th may itseems..

                      I opted for a sim portability from rajasthan circle to karnataka. After all verification, they told my number will be active in 30 mins. Since saturday 27th may 2017 there was no network on my sim card. After calling repeatedly to customer care for 5 days they asked me to change the sim card. I also raised a issue on airtel complaint portal. When i went to airtel office they told my number is permanently disabled without any reason. And now they don't know when my new sim card number will be activated. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                          Hi Team,
                          I have recharged Rs.93/- for 2GB data which has validity of 2days.
                          Recharged date:29.05.2017 (approx. 21.30 IST)
                          Data got expired on 30.05.2017 at 00.00 hrs (IST)
                          Total hours of data validity 27.5 hrs, but 2 days are =48 hours.
                          I could see nowhere that from 21.30 hrs to 00.00 hrs = 1 day.
                          I lost 850 mb of data. Even, the customer care are not responding proper reply.

                              I have applied for new broadband connection in Bangalore. I have approached an agent from Airtel. He came to my home and taken application along with connection charges Rs. 500/-

                              He told me that the installation will be done in one day. He didn't turned up till now.. I have tried calling him up on his mobile. He is not picking up my calls..

                              Please take proper action against these people.

                                  I got a Fraud call from this mo. no.[protected]. Asking for my card details, and pretend to be a reliance customer care executive.
                                  He said if you tell me the card details, you need to pay only Rs. 20 for the postpaid bill or give them card details.
                                  When I said no to give card details then his tone was changed and disconnect the call.
                                  Find this kind of people and deactivate the number, register a complaint against mobile number owner.
                                  Consumer complaints people should work on this and forward request to specific authority to resolve the cases.

                                    I have checked my offer in my number, it showed 399 plan so i recharged but it is not working. When i has contact airtel customer they are telling 1. Am in bangalore (But past two years in my bangalore, then they should not send the offer like this) 2. I am using 3g sim (For 3g sim why they showed this offer).

                                    Now my 399 gone.

                                      Please note that the airtel team has confirmen me on the email itseld that they will waive off the 1998 rs from my account and i have to mail them on 23 may. And i have mailed them on 23rd may for the waive off and there is no action has been taken by the airtel and they are calling me and messaging me to make the payment.

                                      This is a torture on the customers that without any fault of the customer still the company like airtel is forcing the customers to make payment without their fault.

                                      THere is no resolution given and i have attached the email form the airtel team regarding the waiver of 1998.85 Rs and that is still not done and due to which i am getting msgs and calls to make the payment for which i am not liable.

                                      What service you are offering.

                                      GIve me the proper resolution and don't make false commitments.
