My number [protected] (Postpaid) had relationship number [protected] for maharashtra circle. From pune i shifted to delhi permanently but continued with you despite facing the network related issues. Even after making the several complain issues were not resolved. After taking decision for porting service, your retention team called me and promised of solving network issue along with a plan of rs 349 with additional benefit of 5gb of data for 6 months. Since airtel is known for its commitment i trusted and did only circle change with a promise of continuing with the same plan.
Port happend on 1st june after which i lost my previous 13 gb of data and instead of rs 349 plan 499 plan got activated. Even after making the numerous call to the customer care i got only false commitment but not result. I didn't expect like this from a big brand, giant and number 1 company in indian telecom industry. Now i feel like very much harassed and cheated if i be with airtel

    I recharged my phone with 999 on 20 may it should last 28 days but the free calling system is not working anymore!!! Airtel is a fraud this is not the first time!! And when i tried to talk to customer care!! They have hidden the customer care number so deep no 1 can fine it!! Thats enough ask them to solve my problem or refund my money!!!

      I have registered for airtel secure plan for rs 49/- as monthly renewal plan to secure
      My phone, if any physical damage happens to my phone unfortunately, then i can climb it, its been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of may
      I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to my carelessness. What a rubbish statement ever...

      May i request you to look into concern as after 10 days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim and after 10 days of picking the device, i have been told that claim is rejected. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

      dear friends plz dont use airtel secure its completely waste of money . i did for my handset... After my handset got damaged the insurance was not claim to my handset and the answer was given by them was so stupid from airtel customer care. airtel customer care executive was asking me why don"t u take care of your handset because of that only your phone got damaged, for this reason we don"t provide insurance. i am asking only one question if i they want me to take care of my handset with that so care, then y the hell i should invest my money on insurance called airtel secure.

        In airtel my application it is showed 70 day of validity for recharge of 399 rupees with 1gb/1 day and free call to any network. After recharging one cheating message came that my validity is only for 56 days. Its cheating. I did this recharge only by seeing validity.
        Take action against airtel

        I need refund or extend my validity of offer as showed in airtel my app. Ie 70 days

          It has been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of apr'17.
          I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone as to be some specific occasion until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to i was standing in my drying room and i slipped due to y carelessness. What a rubbish statement ever...

          May i request you to look into concern as after 10 days of rigorous follow up i could register my claim and after 10 days of picking the device, i have been told that claim is rejected. I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

          My claim was rejected with the same reason .Saying the accidental slipping of phone from my hand is not a valid reason for claim . Saddest service by airtel .

          The same incident happened for me also. They have rejected my claim saying "Improper Handling". The worst part is, after keeping the mobile for more than 15 days, they returned some other fully damaged mobile. I was fighting to get back my mobile. At last they returned extra damaged mobile of mine with dead condition. Initially the cracks at display is minor only. After they returned my mobile, all data's in my mobile is deleted. Finally they formatted the mobile and returned with extra damage. Really very poor service from Airtel. Looking forward to approach legally.

          claim id-2076511, asper update i got mail that my handset was repaired on 27th june 2017, after that i made the excess payment, from then i am waiting for handset delivery, since 8days, but no response from customer care, they said they have no informatiom, you have to wait, wait and wait. Now i am going to consumer court and file a case for harrashment
          Hi I have the same response.
          I submitted my phone for repair and it was returned after a month that it was mishandled.
          They don't care much about it. I got my phone back after 24 days of rigorous follow up . Even though they didn't repair the phone.
          You should seriously file a complaint against them in consumer court . They deserve it .
          Also to add, My phone sensor stopped working after receiving phone back from them . Didn't complaint about it since I know how sad their service is .
          My claim No. 2172737 was rejected with the same reason on yesterday with a email received from airtel & saying the
          "Claim has been rejected by the insurance company due to Improper handling | No proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property."

          I gave my device to Airtel Secure on 24 June 2017. On 12 July 2017 Airtel mailed me that the claim has been rejected and you will get your device within 10-15 days. On 29th July 2017 i received a mobile phone from OneAssist and it was the other handset of Mi Phone when i mailed Airtel about the issue that i gave One Plus 3 and you are returning Mi Phone they replied that the wrong handset is dispatched to you and you will receive your handset within 7 working days. Its 11 Sept 2017 and still they are saying wait for more some time. From last 30 days they are saying more 7 days more 7 days.

          My phone(Mi 4) was submitted with cracked screen at the bottom screen and completely in working condition.
          But they rejected the claim and while sending my phone back to me, the screen was completely broken leaving the phone in non working condition(even unable to switch off). For which they told this is the process they follow to check the phone condition completely.
          If you are deciding the claim approval status based on the description given, then you not supposed to damage the phone as you are not going to repair.
          I raised the concern and they told, I have to get the phone repaired and if the repair costs exceeds the estimation price given by airtel, airtel would pay me the difference amount which was completely unacceptable as I would continue to use my phone if the phone was sent back in same condition and I did not accept this.
          Now, they are telling me, they'll send the phone in working condition but they'll not repair the phone.
          I am seriously not understanding these diplomatic statements as the phone will not work if its display is not repaired.

          Please do the justice in my case - I am just asking me to give the phone in the condition at-least i gave you.

          My Name is Nitin Saxena and I am using the service of Airtel Secure. In the month of June, 2017 display of my phone was damaged. In this regard, i have filed the claim and the claim was sanctioned and the display was changed. I got my phone within 15 days but after 20 days the touch screen of my phone was working automatically and sometimes the screen was disappeared. In this connection, I visited the service centre because I was thought that it is software problem but the service centre checked my phone they told me that your phone's display is duplicate, so your phone's warranty will be terminated. In this regard, I have called to customer care i.e. 121 and informed them that the display of my phone which was installed by you is duplicate and I was asked about the bill of the same. The bill was provided by Airtel was bogus which they have sent me on my E-mail id because the IMEI no. did not match with my phone's IMEI no. I have intimated about this fraud to 121, nodal officer and appellate authority of Airtel.
          In this regard, my phone was re-picked by airtel to install the original display on 02 september, 2017. But today is 13.10.2017 and I still waiting for my phone I have mailed several times to higher authorities of Airtel since 01 month but the company is saying your phone is delivered to you but i did not received my phone. So, the officers are keep on giving me 48 to 72 hours since 1 month but no action has been taken about this fraud.
          My phone is One Plus 3 and it's worth Rs. 28000/-.

They say accidental damage is covered. but if the phone slipped out of your hands and dropped on floor they say its Improper handling and rejected the claim. they are just looting rs.99 from every post paid customer in the name of insurance. i simply felt cheated and fooled by these MNC Crooks who take our hard earned money by promising everything is covered and then lastly coming up with lame reasons. I had enough and i have decided to change my service provider. please dont get fooled by polite words they use. There language will be different when you raise a claim. Please stop trusting these insurances.
          This is the best service I had I got a claim with in 12 days for my s8 plus thanks for airtel secure
          "Airtel Secure" plan/scheme appears to be a corporate scam being run by Airtel since April'2017. A fraudulent ongoing act by Airtel duping its own customers based upon false promise of repair of customer's damaged handset upto 65% of the handset value within 24-48 hours of intimation by customer of the damage, and later i.e. after a few weeks denying the customer's claim for no reason or some vague reason.

          In the process, Airtel is unethically/illegally generating revenue for itself in hundreds of crores every month from the monthly subscription paid (for this scheme) by its lakhs of innocent customers.

          Airtel shall probably understand that we the customers are not to be taken for a ride when we stop paying their bills & take it up legally.

          i am irritated with service, i tried uploading my documents as they said but after every time i tried uploading through the my airtel app, its going back to the home page asking define your damage, i am like fed up, customer care called me after i rated it 0 but thn he told me the way but still i can find it in web portal, neither the airtel customer care executive, cant change change my handset acvording to the terms of secure plan and can talk through my phone as this one is not in the condition, why the hell we people are paying this big amount of bill as the other telecom are providing the same benefits at the less amount, just beacuse of the long relationship with the airtel but now my trust is totally broken.
          ### Service from Airtel. I have raised for accidental damage and there is not proper response. I cant take one month and all to get the phone repaired. Please everybody unsubscribe the airtel secure in case subscribed. If not please change the network itself. There are better service providers. Please go for them. Even network providers have started looting like other politicians. I'm with airtel since 7 years, i would change the network.

          This is regarding my handset repair Service Request No. 3138922...
          It is to hereby submit that my handset samsung s7 edge got damaged from front and back as well as and i raised a request under airtel secure plan. The service was quick and informed step by step by the service provider and last but not least MY PHONE GET REPAIRED, the cost of which was 18042/- and i paid 1804 only
          So dont judge after seeing such negative feedback...

            I m a retailer in chengalpattu region. My airtel recharge number is [protected]. I called salesman mr. David several times to recharge my airtel mobile. He is not responding to my request. I had requested him to recharge for rs. 5000. But he charged only for rs. 1000. Now today my balance is empty and called him several times to recharge for at least rs. 2000. He said he ll do it within half an hour. After that he is not even responding to my call. I am ready to recharge for rs. 5000 but the salesman doesn't have balance to recharge. If this is the situation, how we, the retailers, can show interest to do a business with airtel. Please do the necessary action to sort out the issue.

                I lost my mobile yesterday (4/6/17) night (Approx 9:30pm. I just finished my dinner and when looking for my mobile i cant find it. I searched all the places i were before i lost my mobile but still could'nt find it. I decided to call my number and the ring rang for the first 3-4 times. But no one picked it up. I was resolved to find it by morning and searched everywhere for it. But i couldnt find it until morining. When i dialled my number in morning a voice call said my mobile is switched off. Only then i realized someone would have stolen my mobile and switched it off. I tired to block my number as soon as possible. So i borrowed a mobile from my friend and dialled 121 but couldnt find the exact steps required to block my sim. So i am complaining here about it. I request you to kindlly block my airtel number as soon as possible. Thank you

                    The broadband connection is:rs.799 plus taxes. The connection was made on 04.05.2017. The bill for the period 17.04.17 to 16.05.17 was raised rs.1126. On my protest, the same was revised to rsd.1004. Whereas it should be only rs.398 (For 13 days) (13/30*77+ 15 service tax). I have remitted rs.398 today, 6.6.17 being the last day for payment of the bill.

                    This payment is: besides rs.500 at the time of connection.

                    Airtel is not replying my complaints.

                      1) i port out my number from vodafone to airtel postpaid before 1 and half year back, that time airtel store from andheri east took 250/- as security deposit and told me that when i will close this number they will refund me this amount, now when i want to convert my airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid, airtel store (Chembur east) told me that in my account there is no deposit, nd when i confirm from costumer care they told me that that was activation charges, and now it will not refunded

                      2) my billing date is 23 of month on 24th may 2017, i went to convert my postpaid to prepaid but no one is helping me to convert this and they are taking 25 sim charges and 100 first recharge compulsory to start incoming and outgoing on prepaid, now its almost half month pass for this, i make complaint to there noddle officer also but then also i didn't get any reply from them,

                          Poor network connectivity through out the sub-division of Gandacherra, Dhalai, Tripura. The company is charging high rates for internet connectivity and packs whereas people are not getting the benefits. Company is promising 3g speed but even 2g speed is not available.
                          There is no ISP in my Area only BSNL is providing internet and other services and everyone is aware from BSNL services, I would like to work on it.

                            Today i read a news if mobile connection is not linked with adhar before feb 2018.. Mobile no will be closed by company... Right now i am out of country for 2 year.. I will back in india next year dec 2018.. I have 4 airtel prepaid connection on my name one for my mom, one for dad, one for myself, one for brother.
                            Now you tell me how i can visit myself physically to any airtel outlet for linking adhar with mobile???
                            And if i will not link my no with aadhar, company will close my connection. They all are using their no since 2012. That time i took all connection on my voter id card.
                            If we can linked our adhar and pan online then why not mobile no? Do some online process for aadhar linking with mobile.

                                My name is pawan kumar joshi and i am a regular user of airtel, i have changed my airtel 3g sim to 4g from a airtel store raja park jaipur and i was satisfied with there service and they didn't charge for this service.

                                But, my recent experience with a airtel store "digital electronics" bhilwara (Rajasthan) was very disappointed, i went there to link my and my wife's aadhar number to our mobile numbers and also want to change my wife's 3g sim to 4g sim and i faced some incident there on same day same time.

                                First incident:

                                When i requested for sim change then one agent there did the same and then she charged me rs 20/- for this service when i told her that i think this is a free service, i already used this service in jaipur with free of cost but she told me that its bhilwara not jaipur you need to pay for this and then i gave her 20/- and she did not provided any receipt for the same.

                                Second incident:

                                She told me to go on another counter where another agent adding the aadhar number to mobile numbers, she linked our aadhar number to our mobile numbers but she charged me 60/- for this service which was again disappointed, after that she suggested me for payment bank services and i aggred for that and then she created the account and at that time i received a message that "hello, please collect rs. 40 from csp (Agent[protected]. Txnid:[protected]" and i asked her about that then she replied that ignore this message and she didn't give me that 40/- too. (Screenshot atteched for the same)

                                Now question is that why they ("digital electronics" bhilwara (Rajasthan) or airtel making us fool?

                                I am not writing this email only for rs 20/- or 40/- i am writing because they thinking all peoples are fool and illiterate. If there is any charged we are happy to pay but at least give any valid recipt and clear everthing that why they charging? When i recevied a message that please collect rs. 40 from agent why i ignor this message.

                                I just want a valid action against "digital electronics" bhilwara (Rajasthan) shop number-67, bhilwara - 311001, pech area, opp central bank of india, nagori gdn, they charging for every service from all the airtel customer.

                                As airtel is a repotative company, i believe airtel will give justice to me as i don't want to go consumer court.

                                  Hi, this is to bring to your notice for better solution... I have been facing network issue from last 2 yrs, i made no. Of complaints to airtel customer care, till now is not resolved, but recently i stopped paying the bill as there ware not making any progress on network issue, now i want to move out of this network, they ask me to pay rs. 3726.10. (I already paid them enough for last 4 years for unreliable network). Please help me in this regards.

                                  Key points: airtel customer care agreed there is problem with network in my area, they are trying to install new tower from last 2 yrs, but still awaiting approval from government. Now they dont even know how many months / yrs it takes to install new tower.

                                  1. Click www.airtel.in and pay online.

                                  2. Drop a cheque at the nearest airtel drop box. For drop box information, sms cheque to 121.

                                  3. Visit the nearest airtel store. For store location, sms store to 121.

                                  List of the nearest drop boxes and airtel stores enclosed for your reference.

                                  Once the payment is credited to your account, services will be restored within 30 minutes. For online payments, it may be likely that your bank may trigger an otp to your airtel mobile number in case the same is set as contact point in your bank records.in such a case, i request you to make the payment through alternative means. Some banks may allow setting a secure password which can be applied for banking transactions. You may make use of the facility or approach your bank for change of contact point (Mobile number).

                                  I would also like to let you know that rental charges are still applicable on your number despite services been restricted, hence it is advised to pay the amount immediately.

                                  Now anther issue started, i am unable to reach most of the jio number, if i call, any jio number, it say "network busy", "number does not exist", not reachable... Etc. Where in i can reach the same number from another mobile network.

                                  Apart all, i started getting harassment from airtel collections team to pay the bill. How do you expect me to pay the bill, when there is to much of network issue?

                                    Airtel complain number: {83152844} i have ordered a new connection with the airtel broadband with a plan of rs 1299 on 28th may 2017. On 29th may 2017, i got a call from the airtel guys requesting for documents, so i shared my documents over whatsapp and was promised that the connection will be installed in 48 hours. After 2 days i got a call "local executive" in the morning. As i was in office, i had asked him to come at 4-5 pm in the evening. I never got a call from him till 8 pm at night. At that point in time, i asked him to come tomorrow at the same time. That's the last time i heard from them. I have been calling airtel support number [protected] everyday. I have spent hours talking to the customer service, they say that there is an issue with the backend team and will be resolved in next 24 hours, that's the statement i hear everyday but nothing happens. I had even raised a complain about it with the ref number mentioned at the beginning on 1st june 2017 but nothing has happened to this date.

                                    I am really frustrated with the response i am getting here.

                                      Air-tel is giving very ridicules service to the customers, my payment was done couple of days back, but still my number is not activated, the service is giving worst service, when i call to customer care, the executives are giving all fake updates,
                                      I ask them to connect superior they did't do.
                                      While i am talking with executive the call is disconnecting wantedly.
                                      They dont bather about customer money, i paid the money already but they said the payment is not done.
                                      Incident happend : 2nd june
                                      And i want my money back.

                                        Hello Team,

                                        This is regarding the Ref47933061 and was escaleted with reference number C3GSP[protected]. I have log this request on 22 may and till today no resolution and no one is updating the status.

                                        I have recharged 349(1GB data/day) in [protected] and was able to access net from my nexus mobile. Now when i have recharged 399(1gb/day) pack in [protected] it stopped working. I am able to access the data pack from other sim (BSNL, JIO, Idea) but not from Airtel. There might be some issue and restriction for this pack which is stopping me to access the net pack.

                                        Please help me to address the issue with high priority as it is pending from last 14 days with airtel support team.

                                        My issue is still there but i got one message with reference number like the issue has been resolved. Please address the issue before closing the ticket. I have recharged 50MB data and i was able to access the 3G data atleast. If you are not able to provide 4G data please make me enable to consume atleast 3G data.

                                        Please please have a look on this as it was pending from last 15 days.
