Problem in connection of a broadband

I have applied for airtel broadband connection 20 days ago. i have done the payment and everything. first i submitted them my documents, but then again they asked for my documents and i resubmitted it. whenever i ask how much time will it take to establish connection they keep on saying by tomorrow we will do and next day they call and say some technical issues are there.
i am fed up of the service of the airtel and never recommend...

This plan for 70 days calls and 1GB per day data plan. Yesterday (17/05/2017) onwards calls are not going out. When I discuss with customer care executive he said Rs 399 is only for 28 day not for 70 days. This is completely cheating the customer. Whom to contact...

Unethical balance deduction and unprofessional customer care

I recharged for 600 into main balance then tried to activate the 549 offer through *121*1# and choosing the offer, I got a message offer will be activated and the 549 was deducted from my main balance on 11/05/2017.
I called customer care and lodged a complaint - ref no CBNRV[protected], update was supposed to be provided by 16th. I did not receive any feedback.

Called up the customer care again on 17th - ref no CBNRD[protected]....

Automatically subscribed any plans whenever I recharged

They automatically subscribed any one of the plan and suddenly reduced by balance amount to zero.

If I recharged the amount Rs.50 or Rs.20 or Rs.10. they deducted money instantly and activated any one of the plan.

I am using 6 years of Airtel service.

This is one of the very very worst network in India.

Airtel is Fraud than all other netowrks... Totally irritating...

After 7 days 4G sim not activated

I'm already have a 3g sim. On last saturday i bought a 4g to upgrade my sim. Still it not active. When i called costumer care they told me we don't know about that just contact where you are bought that sim card. When i contact the retailer they told me it will activate just wait. I'm waiting more than six days . I have done that the upgrading procedures like sim. But it says your request is processing for passed previous 6 days....

Payment of postpaid bill

I had put a request to relocated my number they say its not fisible to relocated in new place so i told them to disconnect but as my number was distributed i was feeling not to leave my number but i needto cause of non fisibility as told by company officials. Its ok matter end i thought.
But i try to have new connection in new location and they now are ready to give. So i am complainjng about companies behaviour of not providing service...
