I have been Rs.399 on 30.04.17 and it should valid for 56days and unlimited calls with 1gb data/day. Whereas I got msg saying that it's going to expire on 27.05.17 or only 28days. It's big cheat by big corporate like little never expected.

Pl respond on this immediately. Or else will be given complaint in the consumer court.

    I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 2-3 years. I recently was out of station for 8 months. When i inserted the sim it showed inactive, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks govinda rao

      Dear Airtel,

      Value added services are being automatically activated on my airtel no [protected]. I called up 121 and the customer care representative told me that VAS are activated if anyone clicks any airtel pop-up screen while surfing the net and asked me to call 155223 and stop the services. I did exactly the same but again today I got two messages saying that two more services has been activated. Sorry to say that but if the same thing continues I will have to stop using this sim as an amount of Rs. 190 has been already deducted from my airtel account. Moreover, I will ask all my friends, family, colleagues and relative to do the same.

      Therefore, I kindly ask you to lok into the matter and help me out.

        Its been 20 days and i have mailed 3 times on wecare.in but my problem didnt get resolved yet. Amount of 256rs which is debited from pnb bank account on 6th may 2017 and the same amount was not credited in my airtel wallet. I want my money to be refunded as early as possible my txn id for that transaction is[protected]. Credit my money or i will complaint further to higher authority.

        no action still taken on my complaint regarding my balance deduction from bank account query. this is last time i am complainting. if my money didnt get refunded to me wiithin 2 working days. i will file a legal complaint against my airtel app.

          Hi,
          Firstly about False Bill discount:
          Last Month (Apr-17), I had convert my billing plan to infinity plan of Rs.550/-monthly and at that time, I was given commitment by airtel team for additional discount of Rs.200/- per month for next 6-months. But when I received my bill of this month (May-17), there was no discount given and today (26-May-17) when I called customer care, they said that the discount statement was given but now the discount is removed. It is totally a fraud to client, how they can change their billing charges without intimating the client.
          Secondly about Services:
          Initially when I started the 4G internet services were ok but day by day it degrades drastically. We are all facing network issues, instant internet signal drops (most disgusting while you are transferring money online and it stuck in middle). Call drop is now becoming common issue which is not even taken care by them. Airtel team is not even consider your complaints and when you call their customer care, they put your call for hold (20-30min) by saying they are connecting you to their seniors.

            I am a new customer to airtel. Just did port in last month.

            Sorry to say – A pathetic service experience with such a renowned brand of India.

            I am facing network issue at my office, wherein I face voice clipping, call drop, distorted voice etc are very common. I tried to log a complaint on line but the same was closed without any resolution.

            Again I called your customer care number and logged a complaint vide[protected]with an extensive hard talks with executive and floor super visor Vatsal)

            Next day I received a message saying that my complaint has been resolved after discussion with engineer. The irony is no one has any discussion with me regarding closure of my complaint.

            I called 121 again to know the status and reason of closure of complaint, The executive told me that the complaint was closed as per discussion and there is issue in my device and surprisingly executive did not note the address.

            Today I logged a complaint with Nodal team vide 76499460, even the same call was either disconnected by Tahil or it was a call drop as usual.

            I need a nwtwork resolution by today only.

            Nodal Executive – Tahil @[protected] (even nodal number has IVR and waiting of 3-4 minutes, whats the logic of having separate number if you still reply on IVR)

              I have recharged 349 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer.

              This complain is not resolved, I received two calls from unknown numbers 7562849864 and 9935183774. The caller asked me medium of recharge I told him that I recharged online with my credit card. Then caller asked me to tell my credit card number, I did not told my credit card number . I am receiving so many calls after this complain, in every call they asking my card number and other details which I should not enclose with anyone.

                I have a airtel prepaid sim card which number is [protected]. I airtel stop its services without any information or notice of the reason to stop services. Please provide the help i want to reissue that numbers sim card.
                Airtel point say that in their records this sim card data is not available and call center number is not responding. So please suggest where to complaint for it.

                  I'm not able to connect to 4g network using my number since last 2 months. I reported about this issue on april 21st, 2017 reference no SR75696511. After few days I was asked to change my sim card which I did but still my problem was not resolved. I have been following up with the customer care since more than a month and every time I'm told that my problem will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. I even spoke to senior executive and he assured me that it will be resolved in 24hrs and it's been more than a month and i haven't even heard back from Airtel. I have tried multiple handsets, changed sim twice and made multiple calls to customer care but till date I'm not able to access 4g via my phone number.
                  I'm paying for 4g services and getting crappy 3g service for past two months now. I'm really disappointed by the service provided by Airtel

                  Are you talking about I being mentally harassed for last 3 months? Is that the solution you are talking about? Apart from it, no solution has been provided till date.

                  A customer is paying for your services and in return he is being harassed. Is Airtel incapable of resolving an issue in 3 months?

                    Recently i have added money to my airtel money but when i was recharging my sim balance the message was popped in which 'your account has been blocked' was written, without any reason my account has been blocked and no customer executive are handling my problems.

                        To whom ever it may concern.

                        My number [protected].

                        Since 20 days I was facing problem...

                        Documents verification done 3 time's, sim submission by ua executive done 2 times. And I went to airtel store 4 times and still my connection is under process...

                        Who the hell will wait as my sim ported from vodafone and it's been 3 days and no update from Airtel... My number is in not reachable mode, I can't know who all was trying to reach me.

                        I will wait today evening, if not I will surely lodge complaint on Airtel...

                        Airtel is pathetic... 😞

                        I made mistake by coming and joining to Airtel.

                        I need resolution ASAP.

                          This is extremely painful to let you guys know that my number [protected] is not allowing me to make any out going calls and its been more than a month now.

                          The guy gave me the office number but no once answered the phone ever during a month.

                          Visited 3 times before and a 4th visit happened today.

                          Still I have patients but i loose out when I i visited while speaking with the guy that at least you should answer calls if office number is given . I was talking to Mr. KOMAL. He very politely replied that sir may be not able to answer and he shared his personal mobile number and ensured that he will call today any how after activating my sim outgoing.

                          I said please take care of it as if the office number is shared, it needs to be answered, seems to have some sort of operational issue.

                          At the same time a lady sitting beside the guy said its a walk in center so its not necessary to pick the call in a very rude manner. Which is not at all bearable for me at least. I also said madam please dont try to cover the faults of your team rather find out the solution if you are not aware about the problem.

                          I am holding a sim that can not make outgoing calls for last one month and trying to reach you guys on office number, quit occupied not able to come to the office and if I came and tried to share my experience with you guys that doesn't mean that i loose my respect there with that female who got into the conversation between me and KOMAL

                          Request you whom so ever it may concern that please provide that couch and counselling to that lady that being a boss doesn't mean that you are Ms.Right always.

                          Expecting a call back anytime between 1:00-03:00 PM

                            I have raised network related issue in Feb-2017 in Airtel. I was not able to use the no for any calls during my stay in my house as there is zero signal. i have don many follow ups and even paid the amount for 2 month after my complaints. Every time Airtel is not providing any solution instead of that even no one from technical team has called for that, Now Airtel has de-activated my connection ([protected]) just because i and asking about my network issue resolution and since you are not providing any service, so how can you expect payment from customer, i Have raise the network issue in Feb-2017 (SR[protected] and even paid for the bad service, I have done many follow ups and then i stop the payment.

                              I got a message that I will get unlimited calls and 1gb data into 70 days if recharge 399 then I went to retailer and showed the message and he checked the offer it is available or not it showed us there is availability theb recharged my phone with 399 rupees for getting the offer 1gb data and unlimited calls up to 70 days then I came my home and started using data but there is no data and call balance when I checked my phone can i get back my money

                                    I have recharged my number by rs 399 plan i got 1gb for 28days, i receive message almost everyday from airtel that 399 recharge gives 1gb/day and unltd calls for 70 days. With the increasing competition through other service providers (Point in case - reliance jio) airtel too started offering 1gb/day data for 28 days on recharge of 349. Some of my friends/relatives are even getting 2gb/day on same recharge.

                                    But not me. Could you please resolve the issue. I had been customer since 4 years, sine how i feel cheated now.

                                        Please note that I had requested for a change of my connection ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid in April 2017. During the conversion of postpaid to prepaid, I had a negative balance of INR 750 (i.e. airtel owes me the money) in my airtel app. I was told that I would receive a cheque from airtel with respect to the aforementioned amount in 45 days, however its been more than two months now and I have not received any money.

                                        Further, even after repetitive visit to the airtel store at HSR Layout and meeting with the staff member Mr.Shashi and doing recharges, my number has still not got converted to a prepaid number. I had put an airtel pack of INR 449 which gave me unlimited calls and 1 GB data per day from the airtel store at HSR Layout. However, I have been unable to make calls / send sms / use my internet packs for approximately two months now.

                                        Whenever I call the customer care, I have been informed that the number still reflects as a postpaid number but the status reads as “deactivated”. However, on visiting the store, I have been informed time and again that my number has been converted to a prepaid number. Even after repetitive complaints, I do not see any resolution being provided by the airtel store at HSR Layout even after continuous calls and visits to the store. I have also been promised that I would be receiving a call from the store regarding the issue getting resolved but nothing has happened till date.

                                        Today even after repetitive calls, the store person or the manager has not picked my calls. When finally the store person Mr. Shashi picked the call, he was okay with me taking a connection from competitor service providers viz. Vodafone or any other service provider.

                                        I have been using airtel connection ever since I have had a mobile phone (approximately 10 years) and it’s a long standing relationship with airtel for me till today. Even my company has a tie up with airtel for postpaid connections under the Common-User-Group (“CUG”). However, the crude and lethargic behavior of the people at the airtel store in HSR Layout (including his manager) has put me through a lot of physical hardships and mental strain in the recent two months.

                                        Hence, request you to consider this mail as a strong complaint from my end and request you to refund the money (approximately INR 1, 200) that I have lost to airtel.
