I have applied for new broadband connection in Bangalore. I have approached an agent from Airtel. He came to my home and taken application along with connection charges Rs. 500/-

He told me that the installation will be done in one day. He didn't turned up till now.. I have tried calling him up on his mobile. He is not picking up my calls..

Please take proper action against these people.

It's not just matter of money. But, about reliability on Airtel to customers.

    I have changes my prepaid no. To postpaid for the last few months but when i wish to change my plan i could't have any customer support as well, as well i found my plan was not cost effective at all, so wish to convert in fresh prepaid plan but don't have any store nearby or service call to solve the problem now i wish to either port my no. Or change to any cost effective prepaid plan of airtel which i couldn't do for the last two months

      I got a Fraud call from this mo. no.[protected]. Asking for my card details, and pretend to be a reliance customer care executive.
      He said if you tell me the card details, you need to pay only Rs. 20 for the postpaid bill or give them card details.
      When I said no to give card details then his tone was changed and disconnect the call.
      Find this kind of people and deactivate the number, register a complaint against mobile number owner.
      Consumer complaints people should work on this and forward request to specific authority to resolve the cases.

        I have checked my offer in my number, it showed 399 plan so i recharged but it is not working. When i has contact airtel customer they are telling 1. Am in bangalore (But past two years in my bangalore, then they should not send the offer like this) 2. I am using 3g sim (For 3g sim why they showed this offer).

        Now my 399 gone.

          Please note that the airtel team has confirmen me on the email itseld that they will waive off the 1998 rs from my account and i have to mail them on 23 may. And i have mailed them on 23rd may for the waive off and there is no action has been taken by the airtel and they are calling me and messaging me to make the payment.

          This is a torture on the customers that without any fault of the customer still the company like airtel is forcing the customers to make payment without their fault.

          THere is no resolution given and i have attached the email form the airtel team regarding the waiver of 1998.85 Rs and that is still not done and due to which i am getting msgs and calls to make the payment for which i am not liable.

          What service you are offering.

          GIve me the proper resolution and don't make false commitments.

            This is with regards to complaint of my airtel post paid number. My

            Plan.

            I am a dedicated customer of airtel and using post paid connection
            Since very long. I am an employee of one reputed organization for
            Which airtel has provided post paid plan with rental of rs. 26. Since
            That time i was using that plan and paying bills on time. But recently
            For the months of april and may 2017, i have received invoice from
            Airtel with monthly rental of rs. 349. I have tried a lot to know this
            Issue by approaching customer care number. However, on each time they
            Have not provided me satisfactory response. I have mentioned that this
            Plan was not started by me. Then without my knowledge or permission
            How one can change phone plan.in addition to that they have not
            Provided any resolution steps through which i can again get my
            Previous rental plan. Post that, i have personally approached airtel
            Office where one of representative (Mr. Vasava) confirmed that as per
            Their data also my request for plan change was not received. Then why
            Airtel has sent me a repetitive bill with higher rental and late fees
            Is still unresolved query for me. Airtel do not have rights to update
            My plan without my consent. This is quite strange in current era where

              Sir iam arun kumar my airtel digital tv customer id is [protected]. I have reacharged my tv of 300. Ad whole amount is deducted within 1 days. And same thing happened in previous month.                 I have been following for refund of excess amount of Airtel mobile no.[protected], I have been following with the team last 35 days, but really brainless people.

                They didn't respond with proper resolution, really their understanding of simple complaint also pathetic...

                Every time aftersending mail somebody will call and i have to tell story they will listen ... thats all no action / resolve from their end.

                AirTel should shame on this...

                i can't understand the way you are serving the customers...
                really pathetic and worst service i never seen

                  Having broadband for long time with Airtel and past 10 days in kudlu area again there was problem when I called customer care they said it's known problem that's why no one came to fix it for 10 days and amount will be reduced for those time.
                  Today when I saw bill was not having any deduction and called customer care they said there is no complain from me, it's totally attrocise and when I asked should I disconnect or you can put forward to supervisor they transferred to a person and she said I got a request for cancellation and will proceed for it..

                  And to reach a customer service person it takes 10 mins and before this call I was put on speaker where no one was speaking except I heard lot of conversation in the customer care

                  If some one complains you says it registered and when we call back why the issue is not resolved you are saying no complain and customer care sending to cancellation department...Very POOR SERVICE

                    There was no connection in my airtel broadband from last week. I had intermediate connection which was for only 15-20 mins and again there was zero internet connection at my home.

                    I called the customer care and registered my complain on sunday morning. (Date 28/05/17). Initially they assured that it will be resolved by 24 hours. But today is the 6th day, still there is no resolution.in the mean time, i spoke minimum 20 - 30 times to airtel, but got only false commitment. Every time, i had to explain the same story to all different floor managers, technicians but ultimately i got no solution. I was without internet for more than 6 days.

                    They have closed the ticket even without confirming with us. (Ticket number :[protected]. Every time i have to chase with the floor managers for the resolution but they are not aware about the escalation or even about the ticket number.

                    Specifically i want to mention 3 floor managers names who gave us the false commitment and not at all supportive for this issue. I told several times to open the ticket because it was not resolved but they denied on the same issue.

                    I have faced enough harassment from your side and i wish to discontinue the service. There was no late payment from my side till date but this kind of service is not at all acceptable. I am not at all going to accept any sorry from your side. We kept enough patience but only got some false hopes and pathetic services. I know you are not even bothered about one customer but what you did that is ethically not correct.

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I had taken a postpaid airtel connection for my hot spot wifi device (Airtel itself - for rs1300). I have been told by airtel people that it will get activated soon in 24 hours after the address verification. Nothing happened till now, no calls or messages and when i called their toll free number i was told to go their office which is 30kms from my house and verify my address by myself. This is not acceptable from a multi-million dollar company who represents themselves as india's best customer friendly network.

                        Hi,
                        I did a special recharge using the "best offers" listed in my Airtel App on 26/05/2017 - amount: Rs 9 - Benefits: All local + STD calls at 30ps/min for 28 days.

                        But when I called STD and local mobiles, the call charges are different.

                        I lost more than Rs. 100 in the process ...

                        I am not sure why Airtel is looting money in different ways ... Showing something in the website/app and deducting as they like.

                        My request is to get my spent money due to false display in the web/app and the recharge amount that I did in airtel. The Airtel guys should be strongly punished as this is my 4th complaint in a row ... due to their improper way of doing business.

                            I'm havin a big issue an a big problem regarding my bill an my phone number, there is some guy in your north delhi branch (Deepak sharma) who told me to discounted some amount of mine, but he didn't do that an his now i done my full payment, he suspended my number
                            Some o[censored]r staff were also doing same thing towards me they said. Within 24hours my phone connection will be reopen, nw it's 72 hours an above my airtel postpaid connection is still dead, don't do any type of false commitment with any of your customers, so kindly do me the reward asap, i'm facing a big problem towards your false commitment

                              I applied for MNP on 27th May 201 from Vodafone to aittel. On 31st of May I received a message from Vodafone that my MNP request has been accepted, Airtel also sent me the message with time and date menrioned for porting that is 31st May 10:01PM. Now my Vodafone Sim has been closed and Airtel didn't activate new one. I am without number now please help

                                Recharged with 399 rupees for unlimited calls and 1 gb daily data. As usual airtel sucks, promo not applied and call charges are being deducted from main balance. What the hell is going on.

                                Resolve this asap, and i am still wondering why a brand want to earn like this.

                                  I submitted my passport during mnp from vodafone to airtel.
                                  But They registered my name wrong. Because of this i cant even mnp to any other operator.
                                  Airtel is the worst operator i have seen till date.
                                  And now when i call customer care they are like we cant do anything from here.
                                  It registered my moms name as my name such a huge mistake by airtel cant be ignored. Airtel is the most irresponsible operator of the country. I cant even connect to customer care executive call automatically gets disconnected when i try to talk to customer care executive.

                                  I did MNP from vodafone to airtel.
                                  For which i submitted my passport.
                                  My card got activated.
                                  I did televerification for which last 4 digit of my passport serial number was asked.
                                  Which i entered then it asked for my birth year.
                                  Which was correct and my sim got verified.
                                  After that i logged into my airtel app i saw app was showing my mother's name Krishna.
                                  I called customer care my call dropped almost 20 times. Then i used another number to reach customer care executive it got connected at once.
                                  I told them the issue, they were like it is registered in your mothers name.
                                  How is it possible i have given my passport which have my name. All other information like fathers name, date of birth, passport number all are correctly registered except for my first name.
                                  Airtel's executive must have registered my mothers name as my first name and very that is very irresponsible.

                                  This was height of irresponsibility.

                                  I am suffering from same problem as above described, Sim registered with my father name but they mentioned wrong name..
                                  When i was visited in airtel store for ownership transfer from father name to my name they check ID and said that's not match with the details they incorrect mention my father name. Store was also declined from there hand to rectify the details.. really Airtel service is unsatisfied how can they incorrect name mentioned of owner..

                                  The name against my Airtel number is incorrect. I sent so many email to Airtel but they are very irresponsible to solve issue. My sim got damage and due to incorrect name I not even able to take new sim due to this issue. I tried to call custer care daily for last 5 days but every time they said we will resolve ur issue in 24 hrs. They don't even bother about issue. Very wrost experience with Airtel service.

                                    These Airtel company doesn't listens to the customer.
                                    The way they talk with customers is ridiculous
                                    I didn't have a proof to show that I had some mbs left for net then too they deducted money from my main balance for internet use.
                                    When I complained about it they refused to refund my money saying that "100 mb is from 00:00 till 06:00"

                                    Further when I said that y do they show 100 mb left at 23:38 then his answer was same!
                                    If you are providing service from 00:00 to 06:00 then you shouldn't show us that gifted 100 mb!
                                    I wish my money will be refunded and my problem will be solved.

It was a corporate account, while the other number ending 562 was working my number alone was suspended. I and my colleague has visited the Airtel office at Koramangala several times and submitted documents thrice or more and have made several calls. My number is not activated yet. I am the CEO of a company and this has affected my business...

                                      Hi,

                                      I had taken international roaming pack from airtel for 10 days. This cost around 2999 + tax. However, they have auto renewed the same and charged me double.
                                      I have used the service for the first 10 days and have called airtel customer care to disable the service. Customer care executive clearly told me i will not be charged for the next ten days. Please check voice log.
                                      When i got the bill i was charged double. I mentioned i'm not willing to pay for a service i have not used. They threatened me if i don't pay they will terminate the service. I have been there customer for 15 years. They say their systems autorenewed the policy? Why, i asked for ten days only. Also called and confirmed.
