Deduction of money on false pretext

With Rs 40 but immediately thereafter my balance was deducted with a message that international roaming charges are being deducted even though neither did I apply for it not did I move on any international trip. Fictitious billing on my Airtel broadband account

I keep getting calls from Airtel that there is an amount pending on my broadband bill after I terminated their broadband connection. They cannot give me any details and ask me to visit a customer care center. I've called customer care multiple times and every time they have confirmed that there is nothing pending on my account. It seems there is either fictitious billing on my account.

Airtel 399 plan not working

Hi,

I recharged my airtel prepaid number on 14th April 2017, on that day Airtel was offering unlimited calls and 1.5GB per day for 70days. After recharge air was charging me for all voice calls and recently I realized that I am not getting 3G/4G data after 28 days. I complained the issue by calling airtel customer care and I also raised the issue on their website but airtel completely ignoring my complaint.

False promises done on offers on porting number in airtel

Hi,
I filled a form in airtel to port my number from idea to airtel on April 22nd. I had paid activation fee of Rs.300 also in airtel. My number is [protected].
The address proof verification was also done. But for some reason, the request was cancelled and closed.
Now again they have asked to submit ID proof documents and photo with new porting number. I have provided. Till date they have not processed or activated...

I got a message regarding an offer and i recharged. They offered 42 gb for 28 days and they provided me with 3 gb instead. I had to let go my 1 gb per day for 70 days plan for this offer that said 1.5 gb per day for 28 days. And they just gave 3 gbs so i lost the 1 gb per day data for the remaining days along with another 39 gb that they promised with the offer. PFA the screenshots for the same....
