I wanted to port my bsnl no to airtel and so i had been to airtel office and they helped to complete the procedure and gave a new sim and 5 days later i got a msg from airtel that the no has been ported but when i insert the airtel sim it doesnot show any network and even the airtel office officials dont show any intrest.
Due to which my no is dead from past 3 days .i nees my no ported as soon as possible

    I Have Transfer My PF From My Previous Employer in the Month of july'15.

    But till now the Transfer is in not successfully.

    I am fail to understand what is Problem.

    I Have already Spoken to the Concern Person Of Airetl, but he did not Response.

    So Please Check & do the Needful ASAP.

    If You are unable to process, then Please let Me know, then i will take it through to the PF Department.

      Dear client,
      This is to bring to your kind notice that the airtel customer service is going down day by day.
      We did not have net connection from 20th may 2017 (Name nikhil raj & the phone number is [protected]), we called the customer care & raised the complaint the next day. Till 4 days there was no service given by airtel. Again we had to call the customer care & gave the complained number. The customer care representative sent a service man & he said the router is not working. So we were highly dis satisfied by the casual approach of the customer care representatives & the service ppl & we called the customer care to discontinue the the broadband connection. After 2 we received a call from airtel service providers saying that they give us free router within 24 hours & reconnect the broad band.. 2 - 3 days over no service man / technician came. So once again we called the customer care to disconnect the service, but the customer care females were so nagging & were not ready to disconnect the service. One representative kept the call on hold & just not responded. We had to make so many calls to customer care. After 6th call we could file a complaint for disconnection. This is how the airtel service in bangalore banngerghatta region.

        I have done recharge for 399 on April 27, 2017. The offer was i will be getting unlimited calls and internet (1gb per day) for 56 days.
        But since yesterday i am getting my notification that my pack of about to expire and its disconnected today. I am not able to use internet however i am able to make calls.

        I should be getting benefits for 56 days instead of 28 days on my 2 mobiles [protected] and [protected]

        Please help resolve the issue.

        My last date of validity is 16th feb 2021, but I can't contact a number or dial now. It says insufficient balance though I recharged 499/- unlimited calls and 2GB/day data for 56 days on December.
        Please help me to get through it.
        I have done recharge of my father on 20 Sep 2021 and today it shows insufficient balance I'm not able to making calls i recharged 149/- unlimited calls for 28 days. Plz help me to get through it.

          Hi i am siva from pune, i have been using airtel dth since 9 months, 2 days i got a message form airtel 'recharge with 509 rs and get all hd channels for 3.5 months. I was recharged it same 509, next day i got error your account is suspended due to low balance, after that i called to customer care they were also not sure about that. They just raised compliant about it and told me it would be resolve within 24 hours, till now i diddnt get response. This was very bad.

          You guys are deactivated my recharge amount 509. i called to customer care and they were disconnected my call for no reason . this very bad service from AIRTEL, please do neeful, i want my 509 package back.

          Why you guys deactivated my plan (all HD plans 509) without my consent, and a bad experience from airtel dth customer care[protected], will tell to all my friends to not use AIRTEL DTH .this is not good to fraud customers, AIRTEL DTH is a big brand, dont spoil your name .

            I have been to the' AIRTEL Chattarpur store on 24/5/2017 and secured a sim card with no [protected]. After submitting myself to all the procedural checks I find my simcard is not activated. I am asked to come back to get the sim checked and replaced if necessary. I am a patient and I cannot get out of my house in sun because of my disease. If a new sim card does not get activated I find no reason for me to go through this gruelling process.

            I DONT NEED YOUR SERVICES. PLease DEACTIVATE THE SIM IMMEDIATELY.
            keep the money I paid for procuring the sim for whioch I have no receipt. I SHALL NOT PAY ANY BILLS THAT YOU GENERATE FOR THIS NUMBER SINCE NO SERVICE WAS GIVEN TO ME.

            I let go of the eFfort and expenses I incurred in getting the inactive sim.

              Hi. I just got upgraded from my airtel 3g old SIM card to new 4g SIM card. It has been activated yesterday. I got a message as well. I can't check balance. *121# is not working. Not only that sms is also not getting sent. It is stating error 538. solve the issue ASAP. I can't able to reach customer care also. Hope the issue get solved.

                    I requested for circle porting on 15/05/2017. I submitted photocopies of my proofs, both my permanent and local addresses were verified. Airtel store authority said that my sim will get ported within 7 working days, now it has been almost 2 weeks but I didn't git ported. And they gave me some Mobile number for contacting, its was switched off. Tried Calling to store from google but its a fake number, somebody has picked and its not airtel store's.
                    Store area: Mugalivakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu.
                    This is not first time with airtel service. A year back I paid Rs. 200 in tirupati store for porting my sim from aircel to airtel, but it has not done. And now again I paid Rs. 330 and same thing happening.

                      I never requested for any game on my mobile number [protected] (Airtel prepaid). But i frequently get message from ae-gmobil (Rs 5 have been charged for using game). Even when i sent stop request and got stop acknowledgement message also, but it again started charging daily by itself. Now i keep my phone off. But whenever i make it on, i get the same message again on that day. I am unable to use the phone.
                      Please resolve it urgently. I am facing this problem for the last 2 months since i have come to bangalore from lucknow.

                          I received a message stating that I would be charged rs.10 for hello tune and 1st tune is free but I've been charged rs.20 ànd rs.5 respectively.
                          This is complete fraud, if you don't give me refund, I would post it on all social media ànd file a case on Airtel for misleading messages and fraud.

                            I have been Rs.399 on 30.04.17 and it should valid for 56days and unlimited calls with 1gb data/day. Whereas I got msg saying that it's going to expire on 27.05.17 or only 28days. It's big cheat by big corporate like little never expected.

                            Pl respond on this immediately. Or else will be given complaint in the consumer court.

                              I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 2-3 years. I recently was out of station for 8 months. When i inserted the sim it showed inactive, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number.                                 Dear Airtel,

                                Value added services are being automatically activated on my airtel no [protected]. I called up 121 and the customer care representative told me that VAS are activated if anyone clicks any airtel pop-up screen while surfing the net and asked me to call 155223 and stop the services. I did exactly the same but again today I got two messages saying that two more services has been activated. Sorry to say that but if the same thing continues I will have to stop using this sim as an amount of Rs. 190 has been already deducted from my airtel account. Moreover, I will ask all my friends, family, colleagues and relative to do the same.

                                Therefore, I kindly ask you to lok into the matter and help me out.

Amount of 256rs which is debited from pnb bank account on 6th may 2017 and the same amount was not credited in my airtel wallet.                                     Hi,
                                    Firstly about False Bill discount:
                                    Last Month (Apr-17), I had convert my billing plan to infinity plan of Rs.550/-monthly and at that time, I was given commitment by airtel team for additional discount of Rs.200/- per month for next 6-months. But when I received my bill of this month (May-17), there was no discount given and today (26-May-17) when I called customer care, they said that the discount statement was given but now the discount is removed. It is totally a fraud to client, how they can change their billing charges without intimating the client.
                                    Secondly about Services:
                                    Initially when I started the 4G internet services were ok but day by day it degrades drastically. We are all facing network issues, instant internet signal drops (most disgusting while you are transferring money online and it stuck in middle). Call drop is now becoming common issue which is not even taken care by them. Airtel team is not even consider your complaints and when you call their customer care, they put your call for hold (20-30min) by saying they are connecting you to their seniors.

                                      I am a new customer to airtel. Just did port in last month.

                                      Sorry to say – A pathetic service experience with such a renowned brand of India.

                                      I am facing network issue at my office, wherein I face voice clipping, call drop, distorted voice etc are very common. I tried to log a complaint on line but the same was closed without any resolution.

                                      Again I called your customer care number and logged a complaint vide[protected]with an extensive hard talks with executive and floor super visor Vatsal)

                                      Next day I received a message saying that my complaint has been resolved after discussion with engineer. The irony is no one has any discussion with me regarding closure of my complaint.

                                      I called 121 again to know the status and reason of closure of complaint, The executive told me that the complaint was closed as per discussion and there is issue in my device and surprisingly executive did not note the address.

                                      Today I logged a complaint with Nodal team vide 76499460, even the same call was either disconnected by Tahil or it was a call drop as usual.

                                      I need a nwtwork resolution by today only.

                                      Nodal Executive – Tahil @[protected] (even nodal number has IVR and waiting of 3-4 minutes, whats the logic of having separate number if you still reply on IVR)

                                        I have recharged 349 plan for my prepaid number [protected] for unlimited local + std calling as i received this offer detail in message from airtel, but in message it was not mentioned that plan will not work in roaming. My recharge went waist as i was unable to make calls in roaming. This is fraud and cheating with customer from airtel, they put hidden conditions in the offer.

                                        This complain is not resolved, I received two calls from unknown numbers 7562849864 and 9935183774. The caller asked me medium of recharge I told him that I recharged online with my credit card. Then caller asked me to tell my credit card number, I did not told my credit card number . I am receiving so many calls after this complain, in every call they asking my card number and other details which I should not enclose with anyone.
