I have applied for airtel broadband connection 20 days ago. i have done the payment and everything. first i submitted them my documents, but then again they asked for my documents and i resubmitted it. whenever i ask how much time will it take to establish connection they keep on saying by tomorrow we will do and next day they call and say some technical issues are there.
i am fed up of the service of the airtel and never recommend anyone to opt for airtel. till now they haven't done my connection.

    I had requested for the new Connection on 16th May and i had made the payments for 3 months advance.but after the Payment is made, your executives are Calling and telling that the connection is not feasible due to some technical issues.and now your executives are telling me to apply for the cancellation of connection request.and the refund will be done in 7 days.

    your executives are so negligent and irresponsible . when I have called and told them to cancel connection if you are not able to provide the connection, they say yes and don't take up the connection cancellation request and again they will call back after some days saying the same story telling that connection cannot be provided so we are taking up a connection cancellation request now . How many times customer has to give u the complaint for a same issue. and why will i wait so many days.. I am tired of your terrible service . I am cancelling my Telephone postpaid connection service too . Don't take your customer to granted thinking that you can fool them by keep on telling we will get back to you shortly. and U people tell u r the best service provider in the Country . is this the service u give..?

      I asked Airtel on if i could recharge of 347 which would give me 1gB of every day data or not. The helpline called and told me to to recharge as i would get the same.
      However i got only 28 days of 1 GB data. I tweeted to them showed them the screenshots of the offer available on my mobile.
      Then on the third day after I tweeted my complaints of not getting the recharge done and the privileges surrounding it. They called me on a MONDAY morning from a amateur called Ojasvita. She told me that she cant do anything as the recharge was not available on my mobile number. Then I requested to make the higher authorities call and not the new people hired.

      I am attaching the screenshots of the issues i have faced. Please look into it.

      And get me my recharge done. I have been using Airtel since 12 years

        I have uses airtel braodband dor Many years and at last due to their unbarable bills i decided to cut my connection and put a request theyimediately taken action and disconnected my comnection.
        App is showing zero bill
        Now after 4 months airtel people calling me dircetly and saying legal case has been filed against me
        They even not sent any remainder nor cal atleast email
        I have humiliated with their words and i need a brief dicussion on this

          I had recharged my airtel number [protected] with Rs 399 on 19th April 2017. This plan was offered by airtel in my number when I did recharge (picked for circles in airtel site). This plan for 70 days calls and 1GB per day data plan. Yesterday (17/05/2017) onwards calls are not going out. When I discuss with customer care executive he said Rs 399 is only for 28 day not for 70 days. This is completely cheating the customer. Whom to contact to resolve this issue. If did not see resolution then I will plan to move another provider through number porting. Also I will share my experience to my friend for airtel.

            I recharged for 600 into main balance then tried to activate the 549 offer through *121*1# and choosing the offer, I got a message offer will be activated and the 549 was deducted from my main balance on 11/05/2017.
            I called customer care and lodged a complaint - ref no CBNRV[protected], update was supposed to be provided by 16th. I did not receive any feedback.

            Called up the customer care again on 17th - ref no CBNRD[protected]. A guy picked up the call and was very rude and told me it was my mistake and money will not be credited back. He told me offer was not valid for my SIM, since it is a 3g sim and offer is for 4g sim. If the offer was not valid I should have received a straight message that offer is not valid and hence cannot be activated. Instead I received a message saying offer will be activated within 24 hours. So the solution provided by this guy was to upgrade to 4g sim, if I want to use that recharge which is activated for my number although not valid.

            Again gave a second call on the day 17th - ref no cbnrv[protected]. a lady picked up and she told me she cant credit the entire balance at once so she will provide 300 on 17th and rest 249 on 18th automatically. I agreed to it and 300 was credited.

            Now it is 18th I have not received the credit.

            Its pretty unprofessional behavior, how many times should a person call the customer care? Complaint should be taken serious at once and resolved properly.

            3 Executives responded with 3 different solutions. What will a poor uneducated person would understand if this is the kind of response we get from customer care.

              They automatically subscribed any one of the plan and suddenly reduced by balance amount to zero.

              If I recharged the amount Rs.50 or Rs.20 or Rs.10. they deducted money instantly and activated any one of the plan.

              I am using 6 years of Airtel service.

              This is one of the very very worst network in India.

              Airtel is Fraud than all other netowrks... Totally irritating...

                Hello,
                My Airtel postpaid No is [protected] (Karnataka), I have been on roaming since 02 april 2017.
                In Jammu and Kashmir, roaming since 20 Apr 2017.
                My No. Was working till afternoon 16 may 217 but now it shows no network ever since.
                Spoken to customer care several times but to no avail. They say my No. Is active that means I would be charged till it is inactive. I have tried the sim on other phone, there also it doesn't show any Network.
                Spoken to bissma jan at customer care Srinagar (J&K) yesterday with complaint no 76274680 and insha at same customer care with complaint no [protected]. The No. I called Airtel customer care was my colleague's [protected].
                You are requested to
                Firstly, waive the charges that I have been paying without having any network while other Airtel phones are working
                Secondly, if there has developed any prob in the sim then please arrange its replacement at nearest Airtel postpaid office at Ramban, Jammu (J&K) my current address is : Major Heera Singh, Army Camp Cheril, Cheril, Banihal, Ramban, J&K (my contact No. Is [protected])
                Thirdly, being deployed in military mission in J&K it is not feasible for me to go back to Karnataka to change the postpaid sim for new replacement nor I can arrange it currently.
                Fourthly, if at your level you are not able to do anything, I would request you to raise the matter to highest level. On failing, I would prefer to change the service provider and pay till 16 may 2017 only. Also, I would like to share my inconveniences and unprofessionalism of customer care, who suggested me to buy a prepaid sim of the state as fait accompli without raising the matter with higher up.

                  I'm already have a 3g sim. On last saturday i bought a 4g to upgrade my sim. Still it not active. When i called costumer care they told me we don't know about that just contact where you are bought that sim card. When i contact the retailer they told me it will activate just wait. I'm​ waiting more than six days​. I have done that the upgrading procedures​ like sim. But it says your request is processing for passed previous 6 days. I just want to upgrade it immediately. What can i do. Please help me...

                    I made two recharges (One for rupees 159 and one for rupees 20) on my bsnl number on 2nd may 2017 but the recharges not done that day, so i raise a complaint to the airtel payment bank helpline number... They told me to wait for 2 days to get my refund but i didn't get any refund, then i again complaint to the senior person of airtel they again told me to wait for 4 days but still i didn't get any refund and till now i have complained them 4 to 5 times... Each time they replies to wait for 2 or 4 days but do not take any action... And always i am receiving a message from the airtel that your complain has been solved and for 48 hours to reflect the refund in your bank account... But i cant see any refund there... So i request you to please take an action against airtel and please help me in getting my refund

                        Hi, I tried recharge of 200 using debit card payment from airtel mobile app on May 7th, 2017. Transaction failed for two times, but money deducted. When trying to check the failed transaction status, not able to find any information. Ideally amount should be refunded with in 7 working days, but till today refund is not done. Please help on this problem and provide next step to be taken.

                        Hi, Hope you read my earlier comments. As I am in Singapore now, connect me via email. I did two time transaction via debit card in airtel mobile app. (200rs recharge for 220 topup). Both transaction are not success but i am not able to see this failed transaction status neither in app nor in web URL for transaction status check.

                        Amount deducted for both transaction but there is no refund till now. But for my other number, got refund of 93*2 for similar kind of failed transaction. Please let me know if you any other detail. Connect via mail (srini.[protected]@gmail.com)

                          My number [protected]... Airtel deduct balance again and again without my permission. And without click any website airtel activates service on my number.. And the customer care not responding my call and no satisfication... Rs 5, 10, 30, 35, 95 deducts respectively.. I call to airtel again and again but customer care executive pick my call and says hello hello and after sometime cut my call

                            I take postpaid connection from airtel network and i dont use the sim for 3 months after activation and my sim get missed from me, i reported to airtel customer care and and block the sim now i got legal notice form airtel pay the amount without using the airtel network

                            why am not used

                            the worst net work in India

                              Unfortunately i recharged airtel number [protected].But this is my airtel number [protected] . The recharge amount is about RS-399/- So please solve my problem
                              There is an issue of online recharge for my number [protected] I tried many time with different amount of recharge from my Airtel app and other third party app also and every time recharge got failed not successful.So I am not able to recharge my number.

                                I stand to lose over 1500/- on porting from chennai to delhi - my airtel number - as advised by Airtel Store. This is highly unfair rule to fleece customers.

                                  Sorry to tell you that, this is the worst experience which i ever had with a telecom company. I was waiting from the last 3 weeks for getting this issue resolved. Really i don't know what is your issue in activating my number. Is this your cheap trick of making me as your postpaid customer or something. All the mobile companies are providing superior customer support and you as a world class telecom company and doing such a rubbish thing to me from so many days.

                                  I would like to make this issue into public attention along with the trailing mails and replies i got from your side, i was suffering from a very serous issue due your mismanagement. If you cant assist me on this, kindly tell the issue and its very feasible forme to contact cyber cell and suit a compliant against this issue.

                                  I am expecting my sim will get activated within 24 hours from now.

                                  I was a very satisfied customer of Airtel. I was using your service since 2008. Recently I am facing a very serious issue regarding your service and support. i contacted your customer support team even some of your stores. I am very much disappointed with the response I got from Airtel till now regarding my issue.

                                  I lost my SIM card 2 months back. After that I contacted your customer care and blocked my number. Once I reach my hometown, I visited one of your store and took a duplicate SIM card with my ID. Before 1 week my SIM card got blocked and I am not able to use your service till then. I contacted many of your customer care executives and Airtel stores and the people sitting there are like nothing o[censored]se. The response I got from them till now is like rubbish( sorry to say).

                                  I am a corporate employee and now I am facing a serious problem with my customers, since they are not able to reach me through phone. Please assist me on this as early as possible.

                                    I had put a request to relocated my number they say its not fisible to relocated in new place so i told them to disconnect but as my number was distributed i was feeling not to leave my number but i needto cause of non fisibility as told by company officials. Its ok matter end i thought.
                                    But i try to have new connection in new location and they now are ready to give. So i am complainjng about companies behaviour of not providing service when i needed. When i am asking for new connection they r ready to give but when i am asking them to relocated they are not having fisibility. What kind of service is this.

                                    I have not got any responce regarding relocation and reactivation of my number . If it is notpossible to relocated kindly provide same number in sim so that i can b in touch with my customers.

                                    Some one had called and told me they ll relocated my number but it had been more than a month haven't got any call after that.

                                        From last 4 moths we are using 3g or 2g speed instead of 4g, we have spent 450 rs for each 4g connection for 4g speed but we didn't get the speed till now, who will be responsible for this, your customer who paid 450 rs or airtel company who only provide delay service?

                                        We spent our money for better service and 4g speed but we couldn't found anything from airtel. So now we need discount on each cug connection's bill cause we used 3g instead of 4g & still using 3g from last 4 months.

                                        As customer i can understand the situation or procedure for new tower setup, but why airtel company don't know to their customer's work and time?

                                        Why i always write the mail for single issue?

                                        This time i only want the discount of rs 150 for next four to six months, plan of action eta from you & alternate solution for the same.
