    I had registered complaint 76091175 for network issue which has been closed abruptly without providing the solution. If this is the case I am bound to PORT the network to a different network. After changing my Plan, I am not able to get the 4G signal at all in any of the locations. Till the plan change everything was smooth. I think since I degraded my plan, they are not providing the proper connectivity which is like cheating the customer.

    Rectify immediately.

        I got a new Airtel broadband connection on 11th of April, immediate after next day connection has failed, I have complained to airtel customer care couple of times and they raised tickets to resolve my issue, but no support or technician has came to my home to fix the issue, After 20 days, I decided to cancel my new connection and requested the same to customer care to return my money 4830 rupees

          I got a bill amount of 2627.31 which inclusive of my late payment fee 100rs.

          I was initially with 1599 plan and i was told that i am eligible for 1399 plan with same befits i was getting on 1599 plan and also they have mentioned 200rs. Would be deducted as rental deductions and also my data pack will be revised from 5gb to 15gb on 1599 plan which for life time. Every month i was charged for extra amount for no reason, every time i have to fight back for the money which has been charged wrongly which they will refund. The same happened for this month as well but this time it has gone high, i got a bill amount of 2627.31. I called up the customer care where i was mapped to pawan he gone through my bill plan and told my 1399 plan has been deactivated and my data pack has been revised back to 5gb and was charged for for over using my data pack which i was not aware of it and he also agreed i was charged wrongly since he don't have authority to re-fund huge amount of money he looped me to his supervisor anjali she also gone through my bill plan and she told the charges has been made wrongly.

          I asked reasons for my deductions and also i was asking for breakups, while she was responding to me i asked for 12rs which has been included in my bill, she gave justification saying it was charged for making special call, i was told that the plan have local and national unlimited call benefits and i questioned back her asking for valid justification for that 12rs deduction and again told that it was charged for making special toll free call which they never mentioned in their terms and condition and also i was not aware of it when i put back the same question asking for valid justification she got pissed off and she started behaving little harsh, after answering to all my questions she told me that after all deductions the bill amount comes to 1722rs. Whereas she don't have an access to re-fund huge amount so i need to pay 2000rs remanding re-fund amount will be carry forward to next month. Pfb break up of bill plan for your reference.

          1. On my every bill i was charged for 15% on service tax, which they fail to provide.

          2. How can a customer be responsible for the mistake done in the back end?

          3. Why should a customer bare the cost if they dont have an access to refund, it is not a mistake of a customer.

            The number[protected] has just called me. It was very foolish of him to ask me to change my atm number due to some problems in my atm. But interestingly i do not possess an atm. I then and there caught his intentions. So asked what happened. He described the matter so professionally as if my atm has been blocked in real. I want to lodge a complaint to catch this culprit. Because many are becoming his prey. I request to take immediate actions. I am a college student and i don't want to lodge an fir in police station

              Refuse TO Disconnect my Airtel broadband, keeps generating bill

              Hi,
              I called customer support and disconnected airtel broadband two months back. They said it is all done. One week back i got a call saying, i have got a new bill for the last two months.

              I requested to cancel bill and close the account. Girl wont close the account and scared me saying: i will escalate to senior. I do not know what else to do....

              I did a 100Rs recharge through airtel mobile app, as I got the offer of recharging 100Rs I will get 110Rs credit. Where the recharge is success and the same amount has been deducted from Bank, however balance not credited to me.

              Called the customer support twice, even they agreed the recharge is success. They said within 24 hours it would be credited, but it's been a week still not credited.

              Quiet ridiculous service. I need 110 Rs credited immediately.

                The scheme benefits for rc 648 for the number [protected] on 13 th april2017 are unlimited voice calls and 1.5gb/day valid for 70 days.
                The scheme benefits has been provided after the recharge with a validity of 70 days
                But after 28 days the cls has. Been stopped and only the data is being provided.
                When call to customer care they are quoting that the benefits has been provided but i am not getting the free voice calls

                  I have an broadband internet connection for 38 GB in a house and passward is only with me. I use this data only for personal use in my Samsung Tab and i phone but most of the time i use Tab. My billing circle start on 12 th of every month and on 17 or 18 of every month my internet speed came down to 1or2 bmps. My tab show total consumption of 3.9 to 5.0 max. with detals of consumption pattern. Every month I complaint but every time executive say any one have stolen your passward and consumed your data and at last put all the blame on us. I want to mention technical AIRTEL staff in our area phiss out our passward and somehow transfer to Cybercafe customers but I am not sure but I am sure I can not use so much 38 GB internet data at any way in the first 5 to 6 days of billing cycle. SOMEWHERE ANY WRONG PRACTICE IS GOING ON IN PHISSING OUT PASSWARD AT AIRTEL END.

                      I requested mnp from vodafone gujarat circle to airtel ncr circle. On 11th may, my network of vodafone disconnected and after inserting new airtel sim in my mobile i received a message by saying "my services have been set". I tried to verify the sim as per procedure by dialling 59050 after 4 hours but till now i was unable to call that number because of call is getting rejected. Now that it's been 5 days that my network has disconnected but my sim has not get activated till now. I have even completed e-verification from alternate number thrice and i was informed that my sim got activated by one of the airtel representative who called from [protected] to my alternate number which is of my friend mobile. I raised complaint regarding non-activation of sim for 4 times but the end result is zero. Now i don't know the reason behind non-activation of sim and unable to do anything.                           Airtel offered me
                          2GB interner and free local calling for 28 days (somrthing near like) but now they are charging me for every call and internet quality is damn dirty...

                              I complained tdy morning in the same site..I was also given a reference no. I repeat my complaint... at around 10.30. I was assured that the recharge which I did yesterday of Rs.199/- for 28 days was not credited. I was told accordingly by msg. that my complaint wud b attended within 2 hrs.NOTHING HAPPENED.!!!

                                Hi,
                                I am facing Network issue in Airtel. I called and complained 3 times but i don get any resolution.

                                Customer care is very worst response. Speaking harsh and teasing.

                                I'm using postpaid number but couldn't make call for last 10 days because of the network issue. So am using another network to call to others.

                                Please take necessary action on this.

                                  Dear Sir(s),

                                  I had requested to convert my Postpaid to Prepaid with Airtel (Mumbai area).
                                  They have converted the mentioned number to Pre-paid, however, the new SIM given by them is not working at all, as it's not getting connected to the Airtel Network.
                                  There have been more than 9 days now since my number stopped working. I have done everything as guided by the customer care, as well as the Airtel Store. I have even connected with Nodal officer (Mumbai) and the Appellate over the email, but no one helping me out.
                                  This phone number is connected with all my bank accounts, PPF accounts, Aadhaar, and other such government IDs and services. There are several very important transactions which are not getting done because of this, and needles to mention my personal as well as life is getting impacted as I have been chasing the Airtel guys everyday.
                                  Not sure what to do and whom to approach. If somebody's listening, please could somebody do the needful.

                                    In connection with the subject cited above, i am mayr gondaliya from mundra kutchh gujarat. My airtel prepaid connection is [protected]

                                    My concern is my job location adani power ltd sirasa vilage pin 370435 location network coverage issue face from
                                    Last 2 month. Mobile screen showing network signal (1-2) is very low.
                                    In this poor network condition customer to call drop & voice echo
                                    Issue face.

                                    Regarding this issue many times complain to customer care. But till
