Recharge offer incorrectly mentioned unlimited local+std+roaming calls.

On "My Airtel" app under "View best offers" option, there was a recharge amount of ₹799 which said "Unlimited loc+STD+Roaming calls".

I did the recharge by directly selecting that recharge value and the recharge was successful.

However even after the recharge, my balance got deducted for making calls under roaming.
The recharge offer said Unlimited Roaming calls. So why am I charged for calls then?br...

Two months back i have change my broadband plan from 16 mbps to 40 mbps. But i am getting only 16 mbps speed. Upon calling to customer care they do something at backend and speed comes to normal i. E. 40 mbps but later on drop to 16 mbps again.
I have track record of my speed test result for last 2 months in support of my complaint. Its cheating of company who is charging more but delivering less.

I called several times to customer service but they don't provide any solutions and at last they said that there is no solution for the problem. Either in that case you guys should provide me refund of the net pack or the facility to port out.. My mobile is a dual sim enabled.. Other sim's internet connection work appropriately..
