I like to use airtel broadband services other than local networks, but airtel service is not. Applied the customer satisfaction. I applied to airtel braodband they failed to give connection and they ahven't refund my amount also which i paid for activation, it is almost more than 15 days i haven't get my amount. Applied refund through airtelrefund, no status about that yet. Horrible customer service, if we delay one day to paid bill they will fine 100 inr but they are not giving for our amount. Shame on you airtel. Failed to give connection and to refund my amount also
