Sir i'm Nabarun Mondal from kaipul, kol-700128.yha network ka bohut problem hai kabhi full tower or kabhi no tower hota hai call bhi clear nehi hota data to bohut slow please solve the problem as soon as possible...

On "My Airtel" app under "View best offers" option, there was a recharge amount of ₹799 which said "Unlimited loc+STD+Roaming calls".

I did the recharge by directly selecting that recharge value and the recharge was successful.

However even after the recharge, my balance got deducted for making calls under roaming.
The recharge offer said Unlimited Roaming calls. So why am I charged for calls then?br...

I umashanker sah my airtel mob no [protected] live at raigarh chhatisgarh, the matter is when i turn the data automatically pictured software show on my mobile screen unfortunately the may be touch or not, but automatic value added services activated which make the reason of balance deduct'.

Sir myself mithun. I am currently working in bihar jharkhand. Few months ago i purchased a airtel sim card ([protected]) and make my airtel app account on this no. And saved my account no in it, for deduction online money for any type of recharge. On 13 april i have made a recharge on other airtel no which belongs to delhi. The recharge amount was 399.in first attempt its failed but money deducted i thought its my mistake i am trying again...

This is to inform you that on 30/04/2017 i have recharged an amount of Rs.345/- ([protected]towards free lacal call to any network and 1GB Data/day for 28 days instead of payment my data is not connected thereafter i contacted Airtel customer care for thrice on 01/05/2017 but they are least bothered to resolve my problems instead of they advice to do some technical changes in my mobile eventhough once again i have called but they din't resolve...

Recharge Rs. 80 /-- but amount credit Rs. 66 /--only. Message, recharge Rs. 80 - - main balance get Rs. 100. This is bad. Contact customer care did not connected. Worst behaviour...

Almost 1year back I've taken airtel postpaid connection which comes with various postpaid plans. I had gone for monthly around 365 rental. I have raised a complain about the airtel 399/- validity plan cheating by airtel.
Still i have no response from the airtel, they have asked me to share the alternate contact number saying they tried reaching me many times but not successful, in this case then why do airtel advertise saying the best network in india??

Later i have share the contact number and free time of mine where they can call...

Two months back i have change my broadband plan from 16 mbps to 40 mbps. But i am getting only 16 mbps speed. Upon calling to customer care they do something at backend and speed comes to normal i. E. 40 mbps but later on drop to 16 mbps again.
I have track record of my speed test result for last 2 months in support of my complaint. Its cheating of company who is charging more but delivering less.
They should be punished and...

I was called to customer care fir info and i am handled by employee name called sunny, he is not ready to listen mr query and not allowing me to complete my conversation. He is very irritated to provide the information asked by me and very rash behaviour.

Sorry to say this i don't want to continue with airtel anymore but my bad is iam using this network frim past 7 years.

Myself Rashmi got a recharge of Rs349 with 1GB data daily valid for 28 daysbut unfortunately I did not get this benefit I called custmer care and got my complaint registered Afterwards I enquired twice My phone was put to hold for along time and disconnected thereafter My Pack will expire on 5may will my problem be solved and my pack be renewed for another 28 days...

We shifted last month to new place since then the internet on my mobile is not working.. I called several times to customer service but they don't provide any solutions and at last they said that there is no solution for the problem. Either in that case you guys should provide me refund of the net pack or the facility to port out.. My mobile is a dual sim enabled.. Other sim's internet connection work appropriately.. I am fed with you guys.....
