I would like to bring to your attention how Airtel has been fooling people and stealing them out of their money. In the Myairtel app, a message is on display asking us to recharge with Rs. 348 to get 28 GB data for a month. However, what is not mentioned anywhere is that your mobile has to be 4G enabled to get that data. They say that it is mentioned in the terms and conditions, I would like to point out that they aren't give us an opportunity to read the same. Clicking on the offer screen shown below directly leads to the payment screen with no scope to read T&C. Their caller tells us it is our responsibility to go to the airtel website and read T&C before recharging. I would like to draw attention to cases which makes it compulsory for companies to mention unfavorable terms and conditions explicitly to consumers.This is unethical on the part of Airtel giving out half-truths to fool people like this and asking people to go to their websites before making recharges. I have fallen victim to this scheme and hence I am posting this here so that some action is against such malpractices by the company.

    I requested 121 for 300 rs data plan on 29th march. I called cust care on 1st/2nd since slow internet and came to know that it is not activated. Again we requested 200 rs data plan. Issue:being 300 rs data is not activated from 28 th mar, airtel charged 792 rs for internt usage.

                Dear Sir,
                My mobile service has been barred from 9th May -17. Which is I am holding the corporate Number ([protected]). I am an old customer with Airtel since 2015 and no deviation in bill payment; in spite of this they stooped my service. Many times I called to customer care but they are deny activate further and saying that an old bill amount is due on another Number of Rs.299/ Plan which I had used till Jun-2016, the dispute was started on my old number due use of data inconsistency and that was only Rs.500/ at that time. Though my service was stopped from July-16 of my old number and I paid last bill of RS.365/ in Aug-16, now they have increase to R.1273/

                Request you, kindly provide help to resolve the issue.

                  After discussing with two of your officials still my issue is not resolved. I had specifically requested for itemised billing details however I have got the summary bills. This has taken you the entire week and on top of that the issue is not addressed properly. This is not going to serve any purpose for me.
                  Surprisingly after I posted this issue, I have failed to get any update on your side. I would say I am not going to follow up further since it is taking lot of my precious time plus the response time is not at all acceptable for the companies of your size.
                  I would conclude that the team is nkt able to solve my issue and i would not recommend airltel to any of my friend or relatives

                    After change of circle from Bangalore to Chennai on the number [protected] my incoming calls not working.

                    It was activated on 9th of May and complained on 9th of May. Till the Problem not resolved.

                    After several calls to CC 121 and 198, no result its almost 3 days.

                    Every time saying wait for 24 hours even I called Nodal team and escalated and they are also saying wait for 48 hours???

                    The worst experience with Airtel and poor support.
                    Please take a necessary action and resolved the issue.

                              Problem in new duplicate sim

                              Hi,

                              This is sonika, am using airtel sim from past 6 to 7 years the number is [protected] this is in my mother's name (Dakshayani).

                              So the problem is i lost my phone and i bought duplicate sim card and the sim is activated but i need to sent an sms to 121 with the 20 digits of sim card numbar, however i tried doing but am not able to i dont no what is the problem and not only to 121 but am not able to send sms...

                              I relocated to mumbai some days back and my airtel card is from nasik, mumbai airtel ppl tld me tht i will hv to go to nasik to change it so i went to Airtel Shop No. 6, 7, Gajanan Complex, Opposite Suman Hospital, Patil Colony, College Rd, Nashik, Maharashtra on 8 may 2017 arnd 7.30 pm, i wanted to convert my postpaid no to prepaid, so whn i went to ths shop they didnt entertain me said it will require extra rps 500, when i enquire to customer care they said it dsnt require any extra money to be paid...so in short that shop staff was earning extra money like ths from all customer... i went again to shop and told them abt customer care reply then they agreed about not charging me extra rps 500..they took my identity proof and filled up form and gave me sim card...now worst part is when i came to mumbai after 2 days my post paid card is dead and the card they gave me was wrong one...they purposely did ths as i refuse to pay extra money...i called up that shop and they gave crap ans...i inquired abt my card status they said its activated and it is with someone else...please help me out...they might misuse it.

                                Hi there is cheating at the behest of airtel about 399 rupees plan and money is being deducted from my balance which is ridiculous. The plan spoke about free data and calls for 70 days. but exactly the reverse is happening. my mobile no. is [protected]

                                  I already complained a while back of my issue of online recharges where the transaction keeps failing. The customer care called and reported that there wasn't an issue in the first place. The guy even told me that he recharged Rs.100 for my number, but he was wrong and nothing has changed(not a penny got added to my balance). I'm raising this issue again...

                                  My current airtel number came from uninor. Recently (From 29th april, 2017), i found that i couldn't recharge my phone through the net, but can do the same through outside recharge outlets. I believe another customer too had the same issue. My airtel number is [protected].
                                  I usually recharge through paytm, but it keeps failing for no apparent reason. Paytm immediately refunds the money. On the other hand the my airtel app declines the the transaction quoting a bank problem and the money still gets deducted (Gets refunded in a week). I tried recharging another airtel sim, and the transaction went flawlessly. I waited for a week and then again tried to recharge for my number, but to no avail. Then i probably thought it was the sim and changed that as well. I try recharging and i see the same message - 'failed'. That has led me to guess that this is somehow related to my number. I request airtel's customer care to attend to this nuisance as soon as they can...

                                  I recently ported my number from Airtel MP and Chhattisgarh circle to Airtel Kerala circle and since the day it got activated, i am unable to recharge online through paytm or my airtel app. The transaction gets declined in both the cases without any reason.. I tried recharging other airtel numbers and they all worked fine. I would like to request you to kindly look upon this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

                                    We have been having issue with the link for the past one year and after several followup no one responded even after informing and stopping the payment. Recently a representative came and assured of link activation after the payment is made and the link downgrade will be processed. After three weeks of releasing the payment still link is down and no response from anyone. Now apart from loosing our business it has created lot of stress.

The airtel manager of pimpri gallery is giving bad words to lady, no manners to talk with ladies. Instead of solving problem that ideot manager is saying your phone is bakwas, so no network.
