I have swapped my old airtel sim card to 4g sim yesterday but the messages are not coming, as well as the *121# is also not working. Hence i couldn't able to check balance as well as the messages.

    Hello,

    This is regarding the complaint with my broadband connection that I have used earlier. Since I have relocated to trivandrum from kochi, I need to terminate the broadband connection that i have used in kochi and hence I have paid all the outstanding bill on January 23rd 2017 in an airtel outlet at trivandrum. Even they charged one rupee balance from me after paying Rs.3978 to complete the outstanding balance. They told that the process will be completed within 7 days.But again bill generated from february onwards and I have contacted the customer executive for the same. They told it was a mistake and will be rectified. Again the bill generated for march also. When I contacted customer executive again, they told that I have to pay the outstanding bill. So Iam requesting to resolve the issue as early as possible. The thing is getting worst as I got a call from airtel office[protected]today and warned me that Iam going to face legal action and she blackmailed me that I will receive legal notice within 2 days and suddenly disconnected the call without hearing any words from my end.Also Iam using two postpaid connections with airtel and if this was the scenario, I am afraid to use these connections and will soon terminate both the postpaid connections. Please find the details regarding the complaint below.

        But my main balance got deduct in voice call.
        They told nothijg can be done as pe terms and condition
        Which was hidden from me.
        They cheated customer again

          I have recently done Rs. 244 recharge on my airtel number. Iam not getting 4G service at all on my number. So I called up airtel customer care multiple times and they are opening a complaint and closing it without providing any resolution. And they are also telling that 4G service is activated on my number and there is no issue from their end. So on 20/4/17, i went to airtel store and in their system I saw that it is clearly mentioned 4G is not activated for my number. And the executive told me that they have to do it from backend. I again raised a complaint there and they said it will be resolved. But still it is not resolved.

          This is an example of very bad service by airtel. Why do they close the complaint without providing any resolution.

          I dont know when my issue will be resolved. And I also came to know that a lot of people are not getting 4g service even after doing required recharge of data pack.

          You guys are telling that you called me multiple times and did not get a response. I never received a single call from Airtel regarding my issue. And now Rs.244 pack on my number is expired and I am not using Airtel for data anymore. So the issue was never resolved. I dont know why you marked it as resolved. I did not receive any call or communication from your side.

          So Rs.244 recharge which I did has mostly gone waste since I could not use 4g data at all. very bad service from Airtel.

                  I had recharged previous month for 349 rs in which i got 500mb day and 500 mb night data for 28 days i. E 28 gb data, but even after not using such volume it kept showing 60 mb available at any given time in my airtel app and i was not able to use that much data. But today just for opening the internet my balance is deducted and 50-60 rs are deducted today. There are 4-5 days left of validity of 349 pack.

                        My number is [protected] and through MNP from Reliance I came into Airtel. For activation i called 59059, i tried again and again I am getting the response " sim activation is in process please switch off mobile and switch on after 30 minutes". I have tried like this many but my sim not activated.

                        One of Your Airtel Representative called me (No-+91-[protected]) and said that i can activate my number only when i am in home circle i.e Delhi. The same day other Representative(No-121) i called in Airtel Customer care said me that i can activate the number from Mumbai itself. So who is correct please confirm and how can my concern (I.e the activation of my no ) be resolved.

                          My card no [protected] has been misused by somebody for rs.9825, at airtel bill desk vide transaction no[protected] on 17.03.2017.. As the card have been used in airtel bill payment desk, it will be easy to identify the user. I would like to request you to make the payment void and to take legal action against the person misused my card. And not to claim the amount from the bank i have already sent a mail in this regard to airtel bill payment desk as well as to the bank. Kindly provide me the airtel number and the name of the person to take legal action against him.

                                Recently i have complained about internet data fraud. They have not solved it so far. Please solve it as soon as possible, the complaint is as follows...

                                Company gave me offer on mobile no.[protected], 70 gb data in rs 244. Than i recharged this offer.
                                They told me it will work in my 3 g handset. But isn't.
                                I complained this to company but company not give any typ of respond. I asked - why u give me wrong information?
                                Then they drop my call
                                .
                                I requested my complain to airtel customer care. Now they said this offer is in 3 g handset.. It work only 4 g
                                So pls resolve this problem as soon as possible...

                                I had done a recharge of 349 which give me 2gb data a day for 28 days . The plans was working fine until the 24th day they gave me 700mb and they gave said that i have used all of my 2gb data . I tracked my own data in my app and it said 700 mb . But then I recharged again with 2.5gb data daily . They didn’t give me 2.5gb data day they gave me 345mb and said that i used all of my data . They are really taking us for granted.
                                There 3 months pack in airtel packs and most of time i bought that pack but there one horrible problem in there .
                                First month of recharge is great network great perfect speed then 2 month 1G speed slow browsing with worst for Android gaming
                                If you download any file it will be 2kb/s
                                14kb/s 24kb/s 0kb/s (0 0 0 0 ... ○○).
                                Then 3 month I try to use all data that waste everyday because of slow speed.
                                I stared downloading movie then I realised there only 700mb per day but I waste lots of hours
                                I thought its my device so put sim in my device but still so poor. I check my device many it perfectly fine I used wifi and properly work.
                                Then I losed hope
                                OK now please

                                  I took Airtel broadband connection of 90gb at 16mbps plan. The day I called Airtel, a man came and installed the instrument on 12 th April 2017 without getting any documentation. Later after 3 days Airtel man came and got the documents from me and told me to wait for phone verification and didn't receive any. Hence icalled the customer care on 17th April and they informed me my connection was active from 12 th April. When I tracked the data usage on the day, I was shocked that my 40gb is already used. But got confused since the total data they offered was 130gb. From then on each day 20 to 25 gb is vanishing even after not using properly. Yesterday before 10pm I checked the usage it was around 90 gb consumed. I switched off the router and went to sleep. Morning when I checked it was almost 103 gb. How when router is switched data can be used. No explanation regarding this from customer care and they sent persons to check for speed test not understanding my problems. They couldn't rectify my problem. I got really upset with them.

                                      Service request category - Data & Network - Voice hi I am staying in Miyapur and have a very bad signal, I have given complaints to Airtel from last 3 months but no use people call us and say will send a technician, not sure how many days a technician from Airtel will take to reach below address and resolve the issue.there are close to 40 mobile connections in our apartment and everyones are facing the same issue. We will collectively take a good decision in changing the service provider if this issue is not resolved in next 48 hrs.
