They had discountine my service without any adequate reason as on 23/06/2016.
Without providing reason in mail at that time i had advance payment of rs 1328/-.

By continuning follow up of from 23/06/2016 to 12/07/2016 they are unable to retrive my services a breif of all mail communication along with timming is narrated below.

I spoke to karthik (Customer care supervisor) on 2nd april and he told by monday they will travel it and till now no updates. They don't even reply to emails. 149 rupee pack

While calling customer care I got computrised message that on recharge of 149 I'll get local std Airtel calling and 28 GB data for 28 days..so I contacted customer executive to confirm that one.she told I'll get 56 GB data and Airtel calling on recharge of 149.
But after recharge I got only 2 GB data and calling...

Got a 4g phone 4g sim card and airtel says that "airtel is the fastest network ".
a big lie from ookla .
i am not getting a speed of 6.24mbps on ookla and upload 0.05mbps ..which is fake and seriously not even able to use internet properly.
