They had discountine my service without any adequate reason as on 23/06/2016.
Without providing reason in mail at that time i had advance payment of rs 1328/-.

By continuning follow up of from 23/06/2016 to 12/07/2016 they are unable to retrive my services a breif of all mail communication along with timming is narrated below.

On 17th i recharged for my airtel number. I didn't get any benefit but money got debited from my account. I did followup so many times with airtel and they told they will refund by 28th march. I spoke to karthik (Customer care supervisor) on 2nd april and he told by monday they will travel it and till now no updates. They don't even reply to emails. Dear Sir, I have been charged for activations of services like VIDEOPINDW, SUPERSTORE, NEXGTV & others when I never asked for. The same is being continued from 1st april till this morning when I am not asking at all neither I have time to use all this. You are requested to make refund of all this within 24 hrs. I am a new to Airtel Money Bank App so when I was browsing it and checking recharge value and offers I by mistake double clicked on recharge value of offer 549 and wallet payment which I was not going to do. Recharged 349 plan after getting it recharged my calls are not getting connected. No data network. Before I recharged with this pack service was very good. Now worst network. All 349 rupees are waste...

I have applied for new connection on November 26, 2016 and the person who collected Rs.2000 from me promised me to give a new connection to me within 3 days. And I haven't got my new connection till now(01/10/2017).

Summary of calls with cutomer care till now:
1)Installation amount(Rs.2000) paid to the service guy on 25/11/2016
2)Never got any call from Airtel and hence called customer care on 30/11/2016...

Sir maine apna mobile 17 Mar ko recharge krwaya tha Airtel Coy ke msg ke according msg tha ki per day 1 GB data diya jayega but mujhe vo data ni diya gaya jab complene ki to unhone mujhe bataya ki esa koi msg mere phone par lagu ni hota h jabki Maine inko us msg ka screenshot lekr proof bi diya h fir bi mujhe bahut problem face krni pad rahi h baat krta hu to satisfy answer bi ni dete h plz meri help kijiye...

While calling customer care I got computrised message that on recharge of 149 I'll get local std Airtel calling and 28 GB data for 28 days..so I contacted customer executive to confirm that one.she told I'll get 56 GB data and Airtel calling on recharge of 149.
But after recharge I got only 2 GB data and calling...

Got a 4g phone 4g sim card and airtel says that "airtel is the fastest network ".
a big lie from ookla .
i am not getting a speed of 6.24mbps on ookla and upload 0.05mbps ..which is fake and seriously not even able to use internet properly.
